Jonathan did a great job servicing the AC unit in our new home. Not only did he tune up and clean the exterior unit, he also insulated an AC pipe in the attic that was dripping condensation onto the bathroom ceiling, and show me how to access and clean the inside AC unit (that was unfortunately full of dog hair and dry wall dust from previous owners / popcorn ceiling removal). Jonathan was very thorough in his inspection and explained all the quirks and details of the unit in really basic terms so I could understand. I absolutely will be calling him up again for any more repairs and tuning!

Jonathan is beyond amazing. My husband and and I had two other people come out for AC and thermostat issues. They each told us something different so we wanted a 3rd opinion. Based on reviews we felt good to have Jonathan come to our home. He called me the night before to hear the issue. He came the next day and tested every wire, all the equipment and even put in a new thermostat that unfortunately was a dud from Amazon. He put the old one back on and never charged us extra for the time he took doing this for us. He has the most professional communication, he is honest, punctual and was easy to talk to. He explained everything in full detail. He even explained to us about the wiring for the heat and that is has to be fixed once the cold hits. I refuse to ever go back to the original installer after Jonathan fixed our issues. He is exactly what excellent customer service is! Do not hesitate or look elsewhere, he is awesome! I needed my A/C looked aT and repaired on a Friday after 5pm, and from first call to completion only took 2.5 hours! Amazing and quick service. Can’t recommend enough! So polite and efficient, I’ll be calling every time I need A/C help.

I called Johnathan first thing in the morning close to the holidays. He returned my call and we arranged him to meet my daughter at my house. I had no heat. He showed up axactly on time. He came in replaced the batteries,filter and discovered the heat exchange were not all wired. He wired them properly and recommended I contact an electrician as whom ever installed my unit many years ago did not do so that it is code compliant. I will be taking that advise for sure. Johnathan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, nice person to talk to, punctual. He got the heat on working better then it had previously. I called Pratt Pro Heating & Air at 8PM on a Sunday night in July when our AC stopped working. I have two toddlers and a pregnant wife, so we needed to get the AC turned on ASAP. A gentleman named Jonathan asked me a few questions and offered to help me try a few things to fix the AC over the phone. It turned out to be a quick fix and the AC started working again! Pratt Pro did an excellent job with an HVAC emergency. My normal HVAC specialist was out of town, but gave me Pratt Pros number and insisted that Pratt was the only other HVAC tech in the area who he fully endorsed. My system stopped blowing hot air and Jonathan was here within an hour. He was thorough with his diagnosis and, before fixing the problem, made sure that I understood the cost to fix. While he was here he was very friendly, personable, and was happy to answer a plethora of random HVAC questions while he worked on the fix. He also made sure to clean the unit throughly before leaving.

It is extremely hard to find any A/C company that are honest. Pratt Pros team is honest and wonderful. They are technically proficient, highly knowledgeable, very fast and understands what a home owner needs. Our technician answered all our supply questions, basic A/C functionality, troubleshooting questions. He gave us pointers for a long lasting A/C maintenance in the Texas heat and replaced our outside unit in LESS than 24 hours. I will only use them in the future and will tell everyone I know about them. I grabbed about six business cards. Its tough to find someone like Pratt Pro. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

He came out yesterday afternoon, inspected the units, thoroughly explained everything and gave me an estimate. A lot of companies get 5* reviews because they showed up on time and fixed the problem. Im giving Jonathan Pratt the 5* for that and more. We had a simple compressor that was giving us problems. Others missed the diagnosis. Others were going to charge us over $100 in service fees just to show up next week. Turns out the part was under warranty but a lot of companies ignore warranty work because there isnt a lot of money in it. Most offered to upsell us a new unit and coil. One company offered to switch our warranty part out but were $500 more expensive than Jonathan. He took the time to listen to our situation and explain our options in a way that helped me understand the full picture. He was honest, fast, and worked with us in a way that built trust. Above and beyond. Thank you sir for the help.

I highly recommend Pratt heating and Air. He’s locally owned in the Watauga area.He moved me to first on his list as my system was not working correctly. He said he didn’t want us to get overheated in the house. His team came out in the morning and didn’t stop until the job was done that evening.They put down carpet protectors and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. Even had someone come out to remove the old units for us.He was easy to communicate with and wasn’t trying to upsell the job. Our A/C stopped cooling. A repair man came and suspected a leak. Saw that the unit was under warranty and told us to contact a repairman under the warranty.Jonathan from PrattPro came same day! Our A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the day, and after calling a few people Pratt Pro (Jonathan) was able to fit us inbetween his scheduled appointments and fix the blown capacitor. He answered all of my questions around how my A/C works and was very honest on everything. I think I found my A/C guy for the future.

Mr Pratt is very knowledgeable about his job. My AC was not working, summer time in Texas. My home insurance company sent technicians (2 people) that gave a diagnosis that was going to cost over $3,000 and I had to pay it out of pocket. We called Mr Pratt for a second opinion and he determined that the previous technicians were wrong. He gave a different diagnosis and fixed the AC right away, which cost us 3times less than what we were about to spend.
