A/C started acting up on a Saturday night. I called Ideal on a Sunday and had a return call within 15 minutes! The tech and i set a time for Monday to check system, it took a while but they found the issue, it took two days to get the parts but the system remained functional until the final repair was made.

Tech Kelly was professional picked up everything after the instal. The products he suggested were exactly what we needed and wanted.
