I called and spoke with Augie in the morning. He fit me into his schedule and was here within the hour. He took his time going over everything and then explaining everything to me.I found this company through my realtor. She has a list of contractors and each one Ive used has been great. I Will definitely be using this company from now on.

The communication was top notch from the very beginning of scheduling to come out to diagnose my heater issues. When Agustin arrived, he was very nice to talk to and he took the time to listen to the concerns and explained what he was going to be doing. Once he began to diagnose the issue he explained it to me in the best way possible. I appreciated the transparency and honesty of not trying to upsell me but also being honest about potential outcomes in the future. I was impressed by how prompt and professional Agustin was. I was happy with the service to get my heater back up and running as well. The best part of it was that he wasn’t trying to upsale me on a new unit. By working with me to repair the old unit I have, they have built trust with me for when I do need a replacement. If i could rate this company less than1 star i would. This group came to fix an AC system which was not working and proceeded to remove 3 zones from house this the deactivated the ability control the air flow and temperatures in three areas that used to work fine. All without my approval. He then had the audacity to want to charge me to put the capability back into the rooms . I discussed this issue with him and he verbally agreed to at least put one back at his cost . With the same level of integrity he had when he did the unapproved work he forgot all about this commitment and sent me a ridiculous quote . I am writing this off as a lesson learned and move on the someone else. Highly recommend you think twice about using this company

Was quoted $11,700 for an entire replacemsnt called for a socond opinion and had the unit replaced for $6,200 with a 3 Ton Carrier from a different company. Nice guy and quick to respond but a too pricey.

What can I say about this guy Mr Augustine owner of the company sad to say my apt complex maintenance people take shortcuts to get a/c repairs fixed . He then had multiple quotes for different units to me by the end day to replace the faulty unit. He worked with me to find the best unit to fit my budget and needs. Our AC system wasnt working, my coworker recommended them after another company tried selling me something that didnt sound right. They came out, had our system fixed right away for very fair pricing, didnt try to over sell and gave honest service. They saved us a lot of money and fixed our system right away. After our usual HVAC repair company told us on a Saturday morning around 9 AM that a new fan motor could not be replaced until Monday morning as the part supply companies are closed on Saturdays we decided to call Augie. He asked me to take a picture of the tag on the fan housing. He then sent me a reasonable quote. With a forecast of 110 degrees we gave the approval. He said he had two customers in front of us but stay in contact. He texted he was on his way with the replacement part. He advised that there was an HVAC part supply open till noon on Saturdays! About 3 hours after the initial call he arrived. Within 45 minutes he completed the repair. The service was prompt and the issue taken care of. He was determined to take care of us during record heat instead of waiting till the following Monday.

I was a little worried because I’ve had lots of negative experiences with tradesmen before, but the guy who fixed my AC unit was very professional, knowledgeable, honest.He checked both the outdoor and indoor units and gave me some advice on my coil and filter performance. We had Fix My Air DFW replace our entire HVAC system last year and have them out twice a year for preventative maintenance and they are always great. They do a thorough inspection & test, ask us if we have any questions or concerns and let us know how were doing with maintaining the system (filters and settings) to get the best out of our HVAC system. They are always available to answer questions via call ot text without charging service fees for every little thing. I just wish all companies were as good as Fix My Air DFW is.
