Clement Services

I have been working with Don and Clement Services going on five years, now. His crew completely redid my HVAC when I lived in Fort Worth, and he has continued to service my new home in the mid-cities. He has come through helping my parents out with their HVAC needs - even in a pinch. If you ever want to talk shop with someone who knows their stuff from HVAC to Ovens and more, Don is your guy!

These guys are great! Our AC went out Thursday morning and they were out Thursday PM to diagnose the problem. Our tech asked if we were ok with him coming back Friday morning to save us the extra after hours fee from the part store, and we agreed. Note: I’m sure if we were willing to pay the fee and needed our AC working, he would have been more than willing to do so Thursday evening! He was here bright and early Friday AM and fixed our system right up.

Don and team were fantastic. I just bought a house and had two AC units go out the same day. I called Clement Services out for a second opinion after I was told by another company that I needed a new condenser. They got both my systems up and running the same day (no new equipment needed) and came back to fine tune one that wasn’t working as well as it should. They were always very friendly and knowledgeable. They’ll be my first call going forward.

Recently needed an oven hood picked up in El Paso and moved to Dallas. Called Clement Services and they were able to make it happen in just a few days. Also use them on a regular basis for commercial oven repairs. Great company to work with.

They respond very quickly and are very knowledgeable about HVAC equipment. Their tech did not need us to explain the setup at our facility. He came in, looked at our layout, identified the problem, and got to work!

Clemente Services is great. I had two AC issues, one last year and one this year. Each time, a tech showed up quickly. During last years heat wave, my AC fuse melted and the tech was able to make a temp fix until the parts arrived and saved me several days of staying in a house that would of been 100 inside.This year, something went in my AC and the tech was able to resolve the issue in about an hour. AC popped back on and he conducted a full yearly service while doing the repair work to prep me for this summer.Prices are good for the services performed and the tech even gave me some tips on how to resolve a few of the more common issues myself.They were recommended from my neighbor and I have been using them for 3 years now.

We had a full AC system replacement. The work was top notch. We fixed some static air issues and improved circulation by placing additional return air vents upstairs. They also helped me set up all my warranty work. Great work guys.

Clements did a great job when my AC went out -- twice. They showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. The problem was complicated and when the first solution didnt work, they came back and 9:30 on a Friday night to continue the repairs -- at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

We had a bad motor on our Vent-A-Hood in Alpine Texas. Don Clement answered the phone on Sunday, got the motor on Monday and drove the 470 miles and installed the motor Tuesday morning. Great customer service.

I had Clement Services repair my commercial air conditioning units & the service was excellent! They were able to service them the same day that I called & were surprisingly affordable compared to other companies that I have used in the past. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable & thorough. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs, and will definitely continue working with them in the future!

They are not trustworthy or know what they are doingThey come out and does not privide any services or give estimates and charges trip charges for hundreds of dollarsAnd then I have to call back for follow up and they get back to us a few months later for charges for the trip they madeOther business will give us the details and how much they will charge for the visit and the repair if the service can be providedNever a follow up and just a trip charge for 350 dollars for two hours of non provided services un believable
