Another OUTSTANDING service call from the folks at Aire Serv to take care of my clients! Kenny efficiently diagnosed the problem and gave me all the info I needed to inform my client. He was then on time and corrected the issue. He also too precaution to respect my clients home for cleanliness. I appreciate smart people doing their BEST. Thank you to all at Aire Serv!

Another outstanding maintenance appointment! I have been a customer since our move to Texas in 2008. Kenny is great! He takes the time to explain the process and outcomes of the maintenance needs, and is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Every tine we have had an issue, theyre right there to help us out. They are trustworthy and communicate well about your issues. Kenny came out for an issue today - he made us a real priority, and he explained what was going on in a way my mechanical-naive brain could understand. In the TX heat, having someone you know will have the knowledge, experience and compassion to do do everything they can to keep you from having to go to a hotel (or with my medical situation, the hospital) provides a lot of comfort.

We’ve used Aire Serv for a couple years now. Over the last year or so we’ve known that we would need to replace our AC unit system. So this past week Kenny came out and serviced our 12 year old unit and explained to us how much it would cost to try to keep it working. We decided it was best to go ahead and install a whole new AC unit. Kenny took the time to explain everything with us. Then we scheduled to have Kenny come out on Friday November 1st. Well on Wednesday afternoon our old system went out. I contacted Aire Serv and Kenny happened to be the on-call technician. He immediately called me back and said he would contact Bryan and see if they could come out the next day. So on Thursday afternoon Bryan showed up right as I got home from work, and Kenny arrived shortly after that. The two of them worked till about 8:15pm removing the one unit installing the new unit. On Friday morning we noticed a minor problem and I texted Kenny. He came out that afternoon and fixed the problem.Kenny and Bryan were even friendly with our dogs. Thank you two for the fast and courteous service! Oh…Kenny even texted us Saturday morning to make sure everything was working smoothly.

I am very please to let you know my experience with this company and their employees. My service professional today was Justin. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend both the company and Justin.

AC quit working and I called AireServ and they sent Kenny out promptly. He diagnosed and explained what the problem was. The cost of repair was pretty expensive and as the unit was 12 years old I decided to go with a replacement. While he was there he called and got the price of a new HVAC system. It was reasonable in price so I decided to go with a complete new system.

A++. This company is the best in DFW. Wish I could give them 10 🌟!!! From the salesman and to the crew. All were very professional and knowledgeable and the install was very fast. Was recommended by my neighbor to give them a shot that they were a trustworthy company. And I have to say they are very honest very trustworthy. They make sure to get the job done right. They also make sure before you start spending tons of money on your HVAC system that you actually have a correct diagnosis of what you need. Bryon and Kenny were super dope and took their time. Explain everything to me.

Aire Serv saved the day. I frequently leave reviews but rarely add commentary especially long commentary but this situation calls for it. Once I reached out to Aire Serv, they responded quickly to my request for service and when another customer rescheduled, they called me right back to see if they could arrive earlier than originally scheduled. They did a fantastic job communicating with me and kept me informed of the issues with my air conditioner. The technician took a video of the problem in the attic and took the time to explain it all to me beforehand. He also explained the cost of the repair gave me options so that I could make an informed decision. Id used another company last summer to replace the outdoor ac unit. So this summer I contacted that other company because while the ac did work and was cooling, it just wasnt cooling well in two bedrooms However once the technician arrived, instead of checking the coolant or measuring the air temp coming through the vents in those two rooms, he went into the attic for about 30 minutes and came down and said my blower motor needed to be replaced. My mental alarm Bells went off immediately . I politely disagreed and repeated what I had already told him about the house was cool except for two bedrooms so I knew the blower was working. I even walked over to the thermostat to turn the temperature down so he could hear the blower come on. Looking back I think I did that more for my sake than his. Well no surprise, the blower did not come on. He could not explain why it was blowing cold air before he arrived but stopped blowing all together after he came down out of the attic. I was very suspicious and asked him to provide a breakdown of the repair and cost. He said he needed to go get the part and then would send me the cost estimate. He did not come back with the part, did not send me an estimate for the cost, and I had to contact him when I had not heard from him by that evening. I couldnt sleep that night not only because it was hot but because I was worried that I was getting taken. When that company didnt return the next day or even contact me about the part or an estimate, I contacted Aire Serv. I was up front with them that all I wanted was a second opinion and I was willing to pay for the service call. As I said customer service was excellent and the technician took pictures of what he saw in the attic which confirmed for me that the other company had been dishonest. The fan was disconnected from the fan housing unit and the blower motor had been tampered with. The other company that I thought I could trust and had even recommended to a friend was boldly dishonest and could not care less that they left me without air conditioning for 2 days. As a result, I paid for repairs that I didnt need. Most likely all I needed was coolant. Its hard to find honest and reliable service these days but I think Aire Serv is one of those. Highly recommend.

I used Aire Serv last year to install two mini split systems. They have been a life saver for a room that I can never keep at the right temperature. I recently decided to make an adjustment to one of them. Kenny was amazing by keeping in contact with me, providing different opinions and installing on a rainy Saturday. So happy with the service!

Talked to Cindy at the office, and she scheduled someone to come out that afternoon. She was an actual joy to speak to! Jeremy was running AHEAD of schedule (when does that ever happen?) and replaced a part in less than 20 minutes that had us back to cold air before the baby’s nap time. He educated me on how to clean the outside of the unit, and how regular tune ups would make a difference. Would recommend times a thousand!

Aire Serve is such a great company. When looking over reviews on Angies List, I paid close attention to those about INSTALLING air conditioners, not just servicing them. (Its a fail if you buy a great unit, but they screw up the installation.) Their sales person explained to me the different choices and recommended the most affordable option. They even filed my warranty for me, which was great because I forgot. Its been running smoothly for years. This evening has been the first Ive had a problem. Turns out the drainage pipe was clogged. They came out very quickly at 11:00 pm and fixed it for a reasonable price. Aire Serve has terrific customer service. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. Cant say enough good things about them. Theyre the only company I trust.

I was referred to Air Serv by a friend and it was late in the night when I called. The representative I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and got me on the schedule for an emergency repair. Kenny was the tech, he was very responsive and kept me informed of when he would get to my place to fix my AC. It was the middle of the night but he was still out helping people with broken ACs in the 110 degree Texas heat. He assessed the problem, gave me a very reasonable and affordable quote and had my AC back in working order in 10min. He had the needed part with him, so I didnt have to worry about searching for parts the next day. Kenny was very nice, polite and professional. Kenny and AirServ were a blessing to me and my three dogs and I really appreciate their amazing services. I highly recommend them for any of your AC needs. I have used Aire Serv for a number of years. They installed my new unit and regularly come out and check out everything to make sure all is great. Jeremy, the technician always is in contact when he is coming. He is very friendly and works hard to make sure everything is in great shape. I have never had a problem with this company and would always use their services. Communication is extremely important!

Jeremy showed up 10 minutes after I called and fixed the terrible job another company made of our HVAC system. Fair price on the new system and they completed the job quickly. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with the “answering” service….we had a really hard time trying to get someone out after hours but it was the answering service who we had issues with. once Jeremy got out here, he was absolutely amazing.. I could not ask for anyone Better than him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. After the issue with the answering service, the owner of the company called me and was soo helpful. I gave the rating I did because of the answering service . I would definitely call them back out!

Tired of getting ripped off? If you want an ethical air conditioning company staffed by competent professionals, then Aire Serv is what you are looking for. They provided me with good service and refunded over $900 when--on their own--they discovered that I had a warranty for parts and labor. They merit my business for life!

By far the best service Ive ever gotten from any company. Jeremy was knowledgeable about the problems and it showed through his great communication skills. He explained every step of the process and had our air conditioning unit up and running in an expeditious manner. When my wife and I decided that obtaining a whole-house generator was in the best interest of our familys future, we used a manufacturers site to solicit bids for our business. Of the four contractors that responded, Kelvin Rogers of AireServ was heads above his competitors in professionalism, manners and conscientiousness - as well as price. From the first visit to survey our needs, we knew Kelvin was the man for the job. He took time to explain the various aspects of equipment needs and installation and provided us with a comprehensive plan to fulfill our mission. Throughout our installation, we could tell that Kelvin is a Godly man, and performed his business in a manner which served our best interests. Ultimately, we gained a generator - and a new friend!

I had AC problems while I was away for the day. Had a friend refer me to Aire Serve. I called them after hours to make an appointment and after explaining my health issues and the fact that I had a senior dog at home a technician was dispatched to my house. He arrived maybe 20 minutes after they notified me he was on the way . I believe his name was Raylynn. Very professional and thorough in his work. After climbing up into my attic several times he determined it was my thermostat that was out. He had the part on his work vehicle so no waiting for a part. When the part he put on didnt work he kept working and figured it was a defective part and replaced it with one that worked. He also went to the unit in the backyard and checked over everything there to make sure all was ok. My doggie and I greatly appreciate the hard work and cool house we have .

I had my AC go out at 330pm on a Saturday and a Technician (Kenny) was at my house before 6pm. Kenny did a great job and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The price was fair and transparent.

I had recently had my Mr. COOL mini-split system diagnosed by another company, who barely took the time to look at my system. The technician performed a very brief leak check and told me my condenser unit had a coil leak. I contacted Mr. Cool to get a replacement coil since it was still under warranty. When the condenser arrived, I contacted the other company to schedule the install and charging of my system. After initially scheduling my appointment, they cancelled it a few hours later telling me they do not perform this service. I end up contacting Aire Serv and spoke with the receptionist and explained my situation. She quickly scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Justin arrived and checked out my system. Justin informed me that the replacement condenser was pre-charged and I would not be needing to have refrigerant added, which resulted in a huge savings over what the other company would have charged me. Additionally, Justin checked the system and determined there was a leak coming from one of the fittings which was quickly repaired. The system was setup and running in no time. My impression was that the first company was too lazy to take the time to check the fittings and just told me I needed a new condenser. Justin was very professional. He thoroughly checked out my system, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly. He also saved me a lot of money by being honest about my condenser was pre-charged and not needing to purchase refrigerant. In fact, I was so impressed with Justins professionalism, I signed up for their maintenance program. There are just so many horror stories of people being taken advantage of in situations like this. It is great to know that honest people like Justin are out there!!!

The staff from the office to the crew were very friendly, personable, also professional and knew what they were doing. Communication and information was excellent, so refreshing. The gentlemen that came to do the work made me feel very comfortable, and truly enjoyed their presence. They explained everything, and even showed me videos of what they did. They are one of few companies that work with mobile homes any more, and they did not hesitate to work on ours. They truly take pride in their work. Considering what they had to do, the cost was very reasonable.

Great customer service! Kept me up to date on the time my rep would come. I had Jeremy as a tech and he was beyond expectation. He looked at some of my issues while also performing a tune up to the system. He was friendly, worked efficiently and helped solve the issue at hand! We were very impressed with the quality of service we received today from Aire Serv of Fort Worth. The young woman at the call number who took our information and set up our service call was extremely courteous, kind and helpful. And Justin, the young man who arrived to repair our heating unit, also was extremely courteous, polite, professional, and prompt, and had a thorough knowledge and understanding regarding the problem with the unit. Our AC was not cooling. Aire Serv scheduled a visit that fit our schedule and the technician, Vinnie was exceptional. He fixed the problem and our system was cooling within 30 minutes. He inspected the rest of the system as well to insure no issues.

He had to pick up a new blower motor for us, so the repair could not be completed until the next day but he was there, at the promised time, explained everything, & answered all of our many, many questions. I found Aire Serv on the Tanglewood Moms Facebook page and gave them a call at 2:30pm on a Thursday. Cindy was super helpful on the phone, and within 30 minutes I had a tech at my house and he immediately began working on the issue. I am beyond impressed with this company and their customer service and promptness in fixing my A/C and heater. Connor stayed until he knew it was working properly and I was satisfied. The service technician was very courteous and respectful. Every time he entered our house he was careful to put on protective booties to keep our floors clean. He kept me updated as to exactly what was wrong with our unit including taking a photo of the inside where there will probably be future issues. While the service technician did his job quickly, he took time to explain what he was doing and how much it would cost. I will recommend this Aire Serv office to my friends and neighbors.

Paid $7000 for a system. Have already been hit with over $1500 in service charges. The system breaks again every single time they put their hands on it. They flooded my house on the install because the float switch was installed improperly, completely destroyed my hardwood flooring then took zero responsibility, and then, the system flooded my house this year and ruined my flooring once again!!! I have never in my life dealt with such a circus. I advise anyone to NEVER USE this company. STEER CLEAR. I wish more than anything I could get back all my money and go with an entirely different service!! I regret EVER trying to use a local business for something ASSUMING it was going to make my life better. Never again.

I highly recommend AIRE Serv! They continue to go above and beyond for me. Not only are they professional, knowledgeable and fair priced. I had my new A/C for about a year and decided I did not like the location of my thermostat. On one of my six month check ups, I asked Vinny if he could move it. It was a challenge due to wiring and location, but he spent the time and brain storming and he was able to relocate the thermostat and I am so happy with it. They have a customer for life with me!

I was very impressed with how quickly I received a call back from a technician on a Sunday afternoon. The technician was at my front door in less than an hour, explained what was happening with our cooling system, quoted us a price, and was able to fix it immediately. This has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with an AC service. The technician Justin not only came out in the middle of the night and fixed our issue immediately, but did so with a demeanor and charisma that surpassed my wildest expectations. He was not only fast and hard working, but honest and straightforward about what was actually needed; and the pricing was way lower than expected. He deserves a raise! I will never use another service again because of Justins interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to help in any way possible.

Michael and Jeremy were on time, early actually. They were courteous and friendly. They gave the system a very thorough inspection. They gave me their report which was complete and concise. They answered all of my questions and gave an itemized list of parts required and estimated costs. They were very through. I am confident of their skills and abilities to fully service my system.

Where to begin, the first person I interacted with was very personable and knowledgeable about HVAC. He recommended they have someone come out and figure out the issue with my whole system. I reached out to my homeowners insurance and they wanted a detailed inspection of the whole system to see what they could repair or replace. When I spoke with Cindy and then again with Michael, they assured me I would be visited by their best and most thorough tech. When Tim showed up at my house he was extrememly personable, and he didnt give up. He found major isses with my old system and helped me through the paperwork.Thank you Air Serv.

My service tech Justin was the best!!!He explained everything to me as he was doing them. He made sure he had protective gear while working in my home as this Covid-19 pandemic continues. He was very professional, kind, and patient as I’m a person who ask many questions about how parts work. The office staff alway call to remind me of my appointment times the day before and send a picture of who will be knocking on my door. Their prices are always reasonable and I just love being a member. They don’t treat you like just another customer.

Made one call at 8:30 am to their office to request a service call for our A/C that quit working that morning and Wow!!! a service technician was scheduled by 4:00 pm the same day. To my surprise Jeremy the tech was able to come early. What a relief....He was there by 12:00 noon and diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it very fast. We called Airserv because our A/C wasn’t acting like it has the past two summers (we just bought our home 3 years ago) and we wanted to have it checked out and get estimates on any repairs that may have been needed. Once we finally got an appointment scheduled Emmy was super helpful and so sweet. She kept us up to date and informed about our appointment and even called here and there leading up to our appointment day. The day of the appointment my husband and I both received text messages with a picture of our technician (Ryan) telling us when he would be at our house as well as a link to a tracker for our appointment. I think that is amazing because now I know what the person looks like that is coming inside my home (safety is everything)!!! When Ryan arrived he was super friendly and it honestly felt as if we had known him for years, like he was a family friend! That is important to us because no one likes being told they possibly could be looking at spending a fortune on repairs/new unit and its comes across a little smoother when you feel like you know the person delivering the bad news, lol! Ryan did a very good inspection of our entire unit and even took probably 20 or more photos along the way so when the time came to discuss the outcome we would have a visual to be able to understand that something he suggested we replace actually needed it. He never once pressured us into buying anything nor did he suggested anything that wasn’t actually needed for our unit. It was so nice that he didn’t come off like one of those door to door solicitors. I could go on and on about the amazing experience we had with Ryan and Emmy and Airserv as a whole but I don’t think there is enough character space haha. My point in all this is this…if you need a service of this category you would be crazy not to call them!!! Best experience we have ever had and as long as we live in Texas we will be a customer for life!!!! Thank you Emmy and Thank you Ryan; you both made what we already knew was going to be a hefty bill a whole heck of a lot easier to swallow and that means the world to us!!!! The service tech arrived within one hour of my call on a Saturday morning and diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly. Aire Serv installed my system six years ago and has always responded to my calls in a very timely manner and their techs have always been the best.

Justin was able to fix my unit quickly an efficiency. I thought I was going to need a new part, but he was able to fix it and save me money. I highly recommend Justin and Aire Serv.

This business has improved over the years in which we have dealt with them. From the beginning of purchasing, installing, and maintaining a new A/C and Heating system to a continuing contract for maintaining the systems (twice a year) and a few times an emergency call being answered. they have been superb. The way we are dealt with makes us feel like part of the family. Always glad to field a call from them and warmly welcomed when I have to call them.

Aire Serv worked extremely hard to get us what we needed. Our entire heating and cooling system went out and Aire Serv was able to get us set up with a new system in the fastest amount of time possible. Their crew was polite, efficient, and prompt. Bryan was always professional, helpful and accessable. Pete and his install team were great to work with. The only negative is that they did not straighten the r35 insulation after their work in the attic.

Justin at AireServ in Fort Worth is the best. 11:30 p.m. on a Thursday night and he shows up looking clean and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue quickly. This nice man has been to our house before on a regular service call. And AireServ charged me a lot less for a afterhours emergency call than a lot of the HVAC companies charge for a regular call.

Great customer service! Technicians are highly knowledgeable and listen to the needs of the customer! We had one of our heaters go out recently. The unit is about 14 years old, but hasn’t had many issues. We were 30 days out from putting our house on the market due to getting relocated and didn’t want to replace the unit. We had Aire Serv and another company come take a look. Aire Serv acknowledge our situation and didn’t try to sell us a new unit or make unnecessary repairs. They identified the issue promptly and got it fixed for half the price of the other company (who is a big name). Heater has been running perfect since Aire Serv fixed it. I’d highly recommend them to anybody who needs an HVAC company.

I dont know what theyre doing at Aireserv, but its working! We had an A/C emergency in the evening, and I called a dozen A/C places trying to find someone after hours. All of them rang and rang, most of them sent me to voicemail, some of them answered and asked me a lot of questions only to tell me they didnt have anyone available to help. Then I called Aireserv. They picked up on the second ring and had someone at my house within the hour. It took their guy about 15 minutes to find and fix the problem, and it didnt cost us an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

My HVAC noisily stopped working at night. The first I spoke with at Aire Serve listened and provided info to get a visit scheduled the next day. Fast forward. A tech arrived earlier than scheduled. I was contacted he would come early. He quickly discovered the cause. A snake had entered the outside unit to shelter from the heavy rain, an unfortunate choice. The unit was cleaned quickly and no real repairs were required. A great ending to a potentially horrible day in hot Texas. Great service by everyone involved.

Our HVAC stopped working about 6 p.m. Aire Serv of Fort Worth came out and diagnosed the problem (A Coil Leak & Burned Out Blower Motor). I have been a fan of Aire Serv for 4 years now. Not only here in Texas but also in Tennessee. However my recent experience with the team here and especially Service Pro Tim on 14 April 22 reinforced my belief in this team and their commitment to serve their customers. Tim was on-time and did a full health check of the system while keeping me informed of his progress and his findings. I could not have been more pleased. In the end I did not use Aire Serv to complete my repairs but I was able to provide the finding to the installer of the system which aided in the repair of my AC system. Aire Serv did a great job installing our new AC/Heater. There were a couple of problems with the unit after the install and both times Aire Serv was out to our house within a couple of hours of our phone call to take care of things. One of those days was Christmas Eve. Great service oriented company.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air at 9:00 pm. As the temperature in the house climbed steadily, we got the recommendation of a friend to use AireServ. We got a prompt call back and notified who our technician would be, with photo and experience included. JUSTIN called us and was at our home 30 minutes later. He was so respectful and professional, and he had us cooling within the next few minutes. We were pleasantly surprised to find the prices were just a regular visit and there were no up charges for an evening visit. We were blown away and will be a customer for life. Thank you, JUSTIN!

Aire Serv came recommended by our appliance repair company. They do not disappoint! Called yesterday and had a tech out this morning for a tuneup - just in time for the Texas heat. Tech was friendly, on time and answered all our questions.

Be forewarned and proceed with caution. We called out AirServ for a pre-summer season system inspection on May 26. Both units were operating fine. This was a routine check up. Three weeks later and as explained below and I have avoided spending anywhere from 6-10k on my AC system as advised by AirServ.On May 26 the tech arrived and started doing the inspection at which time, one outside unit stopped working. I am not sure if this was inexperience, negligence or just bad luck but it happened. It then took the better part of 3 hours for this tech to get my AC back up and running. He ended up replacing the emergency breaker at the unit, and inside the unit, he put in a new capacitor. That got the system working. Again, this started as a routine pre summer inspection.Fast forward 3 weeks to June 17, the same unit stopped working again. A different tech from Air Serv came out and looked at the unit with the intention of doing a repair. He checked over everything and for few minutes even got things running and blowing cold again. And then it stopped. This techs opinion was we had a bad compressor, and possibly a freon leak. We have an old system using the old R22 freon and he also explained it might be more valuable in the long run to price a new system because parts and freon for the old ones are very expensive.A sales rep from AirServ came out and quoted us a price on a new system in the range of 10k for Bronze up to 18k for Platinum. Meanwhile the repair estimate came in at $6300 for a new compressor and freon charge.Before spending $6000 or upwards of 10k on ANYTHING, I am going to get a second opinion.I called out a different tech from a different company. It took him no time at all to examine the Capacitor (that AirServ installed) and note it was the incorrect rating for our unit. He cleaned the entire unit (which was not done when I hired AirServ to do the seasonal Maintenance); replaced the capacitor and had cold air blowing in my home in less than an hour. TOTAL COST was $167 bucks. Three days on and its still running fine no issue.If the first AirServ tech didnt understand what happened to cause our system to stop running, and put in the wrong capacitor by mistake--it happens. But then why didnt the second AirServ tech who was there three weeks later spot this and correct it? Or at least try it before recommending a new compressor or brand new system?In my opinion and experience this entire process with AirServ from May 26 to June 20 can be chalked up to ignorance, inexperience, or dishonesty. And none of those are good options when dealing with any service company.

I recently used AIRESERV Heating & Air Conditioning to repair a problem with my gas furnace. The scheduling process was easy and efficient. The technician, Mike, was excellent! He called to confirm his arrival time and again when he was on his way. He found the problem quickly and my furnace was online faster than expected! Aire Serv answered my call on the weekend and moved around other service calls to tend to my emergency promptly. I called several times and the same receptionist, Jordan, answered my call and remembered our conversation and even called me back like she said she would! Called for service on a day where the outside temp was 108. They could schedule me for 8:00 PM that day. They called at noon to let me know they could move up by time to 2:00 PM. The tech arrived and charged up the main unit and tested the second unit. Very professional and friendly. I have used Aire Serv in the past and will continue to use them.

I have used this company since 2017 when my A/C unit was replaced after a house fire and the builder who rebuilt my home also used their services as well. He had only good things to say about them as well as I do today! They have affordable rates (and payment plans if needed), they even help to remind you to schedule your have maintainence appointmens that are done twice a year and keep you informed of any problems that may exist with your a/c or things to watch for concerning your system. They also offer a plethora of items to help your A/C run smothering ways to accomadate people with allergies such as myself. I give them a thumbs up for service and 5 stars

Manny was great today! He checked everything out, took the panels off the condenser and washed it thoroughly. He was friendly, professional, and my cat even liked him! 😻 Ive been with AireServ for a number of years, and cannot say enough good things about this company.

Very unprofessional !!They repaired my unit in October10 and when I turned on my air conditioner in the summer, it was not working at all. When I contacted my warranty company, they denied my claim and told me that it was repaired in an improper way. Upon contacting Aire Serve, they did not even accepted my appointment. I was offering them full service call fee but they kept on making excuses. First they changed my appointment time and then asked me to be there. Then they stopped replying to my messages.It was very unprofessional of them and I might have to get my whole system replaced due to them.

AIRESERV techs do an excellent job! I just had my winter maintenance done and the tech, Jeremy, noticed the blower fan blades were very dirty. He cleaned the fan blades to ensure proper airflow, and this also ensures dust/dirt/mold won’t be circulated inside my home! I appreciated all of Jeremy’s help and attention to detail! Thanks.

Damian was actually working on a job down the street and heard my compressor. He came to my house (I was rude because he was a stranger talking about my AC, so that was going to mean money) He was the best. He said let me just take a free look, it should not be that loud. It had been like this for years so I was use to it. It was a simple fix and now it is good as new. He was very thorough and explained everything to me....then I called my husband and he repeated it for him. I had a new HVAC system installed by Aire Serv of Fort Worth in January 2016. They did a very good job for a fair price. I have had them do the semi annual service of the unit each fall and spring since having the unit installed. Everything checked out fine each time. This spring, when the technicians came to inspect my unit, they said that the capacitor was weak and needed to be replaced. I very reluctantly agreed to let them change the capacitor although I was very skeptical. In about 3 minutes they came back and said, all done. To my discredit, I failed to ask for the part they replaced. I was charged $150. I also assist my elderly parents who live across the street from me. The Aire Serv technicians also performed the spring service on their unit, which was installed by Aire Serv in August 2016. The technician checked the outside unit and said it was 3 pounds low on freon. He installed the additional freon and charged us $150.00. I questioned him about why a unit that is less than 3 years old would be low on freon. He said, maybe it has a leak. We had a rather candid conversation and I asked him to have the service manager to call me. If my parents unit is leaking freon after less than three years, there is either poor quality equipment installed, or really shoddy workmanship. I never heard from the service manager. I will never use Aire Serv again!!!!

Got home at 6:30pm to no ac. Called Aire Serv and they had a tech out in 45 min. Had the parts I needed on the truck (cap and switch burnt out). Was repaired in about 30 min. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable and did not try and upsell me on anything. In fact saved me money on this repair and future PMs with their $99 plan. Would highly recommend Aire Serv for your ac needs.

Called Michael out because my AC froze up. He came out, and worked until 9:30 p.m. to get me back up and running. Turned out I needed a full system replacement for my 14 year old AC. Michael was very thourough laying out my options and my financing options. I price checked with another company and I learned I was getting a fair deal. I signed on the dotted line, and getting approved for 50 month financing was easy, right at my kitchen table.His crew came out at 6:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning to begin work and were done by 12.30. They didnt make a mess, and did a clean job installing the AC. They walked me through everything I needed to know before leaving. They also installed a nice wifi thermostat. It was a great experience, and I recommend these guys for any work you need done.

I have a maintenance agreement with Aire Serv on two houses. They check the hvac operation twice a year, usually at the change of seasons. They call to set a date and time and they stay to the schedule. Prices are reasonable and their technicians provide you with the information you need to keep your equipment running at its top performance level.

AC went out at 5:00 on Saturday. Have used Aire Serv of Fort Worth several times in the past so called them again. The after hours/weekend technician, Andrew, answered the phone immediately and was at the house within 30 minutes even though he was technically through for the day. Andrew was very friendly and professional and quickly found the problem and repaired it. Then checked all the rest of the system and stayed another 30 minutes to make sure everything was working properly. Aire Serv already has my business but Andrew exceeded my high expectations!

My HVAC stopped working, called they had a tech out in about two (2) hours. He told me my A coil had some leaks and the blower motor was not working (11:00 pm) and he would get the parts from the parts house the next day. When tech got the parts it took about three (3) hours from start to finish. SUPER JOB VERY PLEASED!!

Heating system went down early in the morning. Vincent came out and did a thorough inspection of the heating system. Turned out to be a simple maintenance issue. Dirty flame sensor I believe. Initially a tech was not going to be here until about 11am. Vincent was here and gone before that. Great service by the whole Aire Serv team.

I live in a condo. While renovating my A/C went out and I needed a someone quickly. I had another company come out that was unable to accommodate the situation as my condenser was on my roof. I called Aire Serv when I noticed that the condenser fan was not turning, . We already on their maintenance plan. They said that a technician would be available in four hours. Soon, they called back. A technician finished up early and is available. Justin, the technician, came quickly. He checked the controller in the attic and then the condenser outside. Justin had to replace the capacitor. It was eight years old. The normal life is five years. He tested that everything was working before he left. Not only was Justin efficient, he was polite and friendly. It was a hot day in September; Aire Serv saved us.*** This is the review for their service for May 2021:***I’m on a maintenance plan with Aire Serv of Fort Worth. The last visit was a few weeks ago. Everything seemed fine. Then last week, the big fan outside started making loud, grinding sounds. Then, the night-time temperature outside reached 77F. The air conditioner would not cool the house inside. My two Japanese Chins were panting all night. I called Aire Serv around 8:00 AM. They called back at 10:30. Aire Serv said a technician would be available between noon and 4 PM. Just before noon, they called and informed me that a technician was on his way. As part of their process, they also send an email and text message. The photo of the technician. His name was Vincent.Vincent noticed that the large fan was much warmer than usual. It was also drawing more electrical current. He retrieved the online service history. Another technician replaced the original fan only a year ago. Vincent had never seen a fan fail this fast. He had a new fan in the van. He replaced it very efficiently and tested it. Our cool air was back! Aire Serv did not charge us because the fan was under warranty. My wife and I were very happy customers. Again.*** =================================== ***

DO NOT use this company. I had them come out to look at a burnt heating element cable, and they said I had to have my whole heating coil system replaced. Quoted at $1234.05. We had Arthur Hagar come out, fixed the problem in twenty minutes, and it cost us $155.00. Also, Air Serv stated that we never applied for our additional five year warranty and that they contacted the company. We got with Carrier, and we did register our product years ago. Makes me believe that Air Serv never even contacted Carrier in the first place! I would never recommend this company!

We had a leak in the line for our air that was caused by a clog. I called and got immediate attention to help solve the problem. When they had a last minute cancelation they were at my door ready to work. Thank Airserv and thank you Michael, Jordan and Jeremy D.

Nicholas was great I’ve had 2 technicians come out that could not figure out what the problem was, and he figure it out right away. So our air condition stopped working in the week before Cinco De Mayo and I honestly wanted to fix it myself and went to Google and Youtube. After getting a grasp of the scope of work that would need to be done, my wife and I called Aire Serv and Michael Pierre came out to correct the issue. Outstanding customer service and affordable pricing

Called them out because our AC wasn’t working last night. They came out this morning to inspect my unit. I tried turning it back on this morning and it kicked back on but still wanted it inspected. Michael looked at everything and said he couldn’t find anything wrong. Said it could be a thermostat going out but he did not try to sell me on anything right now. I’m skeptical of AC guys anyway because I was burned by a larger company that advertises on the radio but Michael was honest with me today. Thank you

We had our air conditioner freeze up and called aire serv out to diagnose the problem. They sent Justin out promptly and he had the problem fixed before I made it home f from work. Justin was very informative and professional. I would definitely recommend This company, and will be using them again for all our hvac needs.

Our properties team recently hired Aire Serv to replace an old HVAC system at church. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during the process. They also went above and beyond and repaired two other existing units while they were there for the installation so we could have cold air for our worship service on Sunday. 👍

Not sure how good a job they would end up doing, because I could never get a good response out of them. Contacted them on a Saturday morning via their website Chat Service, and Elizabeth kept ending the chat session on me. Obviously, not very interested in getting business when the CSR keeps hanging up on you.

Aire Serv was timely in getting a technician to our home. Alex was courteous and thorough. They after service follow up is wonderful too.

They went way above and beyond to replace thermostat to a wireless thermostat. The wiring as it turned was never done correctly by the original installer and my thermostat was running off battery’s instead of the common power. Spent half a day tracing down the issue. The whole thing could have cost allot more based upon time and effort and they did not charge me extra and in fact they took some off the original charge.

We always have really great service. David, our tech, took great care of us and took the time to listen to our questions/concerns with both of our homes that we service. Highly recommend!

I was out driving from Ft. Worth to Dallas On December 28th, going north on 121/820, the right lane was closed due to a work convoy. I was in the middle lane with an Aireserv truck behind me. As I approached the and passed the work convoy I slowed like you are supposed to do for the safety of the highway workers. The person driving the truck tailgated me, proceeded to pass me and stared me down the whole time. He was going at least 75 MPH in a 60 MPH zone. I called the company to complain that a driver of theirs was driving recklessly. When I called I asked for a call back from a manager. No one called me back. Beware of this company and their drivers.

Aire Serv has never done us wrong. They come the same day, get the a/c fixed right away, and are very reasonably priced. I recommend Aire Serv to every one I know.

Technician arrived in early part of time window that I was given. He was very professional. He diagnosed and repaired issue quickly. The service fee charged was reasonable.

Doesnt the AC always go out when we expect our first 100 degree day? So thankful for this company who came out today (Memorial Day) to see what was going on with mine. Simple fix, I have cold air again, and wasnt gouged with a holiday service fee.

Had the ac tech come out he gave me a quote of 150 and said he would return the next morning ingame at 8:30 to start the repair. the next day I never heard from him, he wouldnt answer his phone or return messages left by either myself or the dispatcher. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

When the service team enters your home they put on shoe covers. They even take pictures on any problems they find around the furnace and ducts. Lastly, they always clean out the outdoor unit of the air-conditioner.

Every person I spoke to or came to my home was professional, kind, and answered my questions in terms I could understand. I won’t use any other company and will recommend Aire Serve to family and friends.
