The staff is ALWAYS very professional. The other United locations service are not top of their game. I understand, when you have an asshole customer, you tend to treat all customers the same. If this location gets asshole customers, I could never tell because are are very professional at the service.Other than that I could almost always friend what I need.

DH needed me to search for a part for our condenser unit. After making five other phone calls, I spoke to a kind gentleman at United Refrigeration. He verified that the part was on the shelf while I was on the phone. Good quality part. Very pleased with the customer service. We will purchase our HVAC parts from them again.

I have been using UR since moving back in 2011 and have found the employee knowledge base far superior than other chains. The service without question professional and fast. I have had the pleasure of receiving help numberus times from Ed Bouchamp (sp), an awesome and humble man. I could go on but at this pace I believe you get my position lol. Keep it up fellas!

These guys are great. Open to the public for motors and such. Need a license to buy something HVAC related though.
