Called and asked if they had a unit gave them specific details all they had to do was look it up and tell me if they have it in stock the girl put me on hold for 23 min than just hung up on me! What is the point of having a phone line for contractors for quotes and availability if you can’t do that simple job TRANE is a joke exactly why we do not sell or represent this brand I would never treat my customers (homeowners) ever like this so I hold my vendors to do the same level of customer service I provide as well and TRANE can not do that.

Trane/American Standardis just a trash ac company in general. I had a house built with a new unit and not even 3 years later my ac motor went out. When the warranty was filed, they sent me a defective part causing me to have to stay in a hotel even longer. Instead of doing the right thing and reimbursing me for having to spend my money on staying in a hotel longer because of THEIR screw up, I’m not eating this cost and my AC is still messed up. It’s all about principle and these guys don’t get it. Do better

I bought a new Trane about 4years ago. It has been one problem after another. Their customer service simply referred me back to the dealer. Since I bought this unit Trane re-engineered the unit, but customers with the old engineering appear to be hung out today.

First off, it will take you longer than expected - their computer system has some serious issues, but they are always working to make it better. They have good stock, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. the place is clean and they dont treat women like second class citizens ... so yeah, they rock.

I called to order a part for my technician who was in the field, I gave them the wrong model number but instead of them hanging up and having me wait on hold again she just patiently sat there and waited for me to get the model number from my technician. Great customer service, I really appreciated her not hurrying me, being friendly, and being very helpful!

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEN THEY CANT HEAR YOU AND HANG UP, PRETTY USELESS FOR THE PUBLIC, I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM TRANE, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING TRANE EQUIPMENT, DONT, SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE

They lost a Great Counter Sales Man! Experience pays for it self! Hes maybe off too bigger and better things!! A leader keeps the Moral good!

Generally rude, generally slow, but if you want trane parts they got you by the cajones...online refers you back to the branch so either way you get the dubious pleasure of the same malcontents.

They do not sell to the public only licensed AC repair guys, yet I was told on the phone before driving there I could buy a fan motor I needed, after asking if they sold to the public.. Your loss Trane $$$

Driver flipped me off after speeding around me. Guess the speed limit was not fast enough for his emergency AC call.

If you are a truck driver dont come here, super lazy people working in the receiving for 30-minute work they will keep you three days

No organizational skills at all at this location the customer service was horrible and having to go to so many different places and the facility just to pick up one full or the complete asinine

Great place to get repair parts for hvac, if you are a service guy. Sells to business usually.

Click counter men act like youre scum if youre not one of their little crowd when you go in there and skip over you in line which is extremely long
