Dustin and Caleb were so helpful as I was shopping for a new Big Green Egg to surprise my husband! I was unable to make it into the store, and they sent me lots of pictures of sizing options, helped recommend all of the needed accessories, and even wrapped a cookbook and mailed it to me so my husband could open it to reveal his gift! They also worked with us to find a delivery date and helped set everything up! They went above and beyond, and we cannot wait to redo our backyard with the help of The Collective Outdoors!

My husband and and I were in awe... when we walked in the doors. The showroom was amazing of all the different styles, colors and material to choose from. Caleb greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked us how he could be of help, he was very knowledgeable. I was really impressed of the variety and quality of each item. This is the place for your outdoor needs!

We met with Caleb on a Saturday with very little direction to which equipment we thought we needed. At the end of our brief meeting we knew exactly what we wanted and needed thanks to Caleb’s help. That afternoon we received his quote and even that evening we received his revised quote after some changes we discussed. Wow, we were so impressed with how fast he got to work for us and his follow through was superb. Thanks to him expediting that part of the process we were able to have our dream outdoor kitchen in time for a party we are hosting. Not only that the equipment we purchased through him is delivering all the expectations he promised. Two meals down and a lifetime to go of perfectly grilled food!

The showroom is massive!! I had no idea how much I needed in my backyard! The staff is attentive but not pushy, and everything is far superior in quality compared to the big box stores. I love this place!

After a 2 year search, we found exactly what we were searching for. Caleb was so helpful and informative. Its slightly off the beaten path but well worth the visit. Unlike the big box stores and their wicker version of 99% of whats available, Our 2 chairs are sturdy and comfy and be here long after us, they were built to last~

Looking for a cut above for outdoor furniture and grilling? Collective Outdoors is where I found what I was looking for. Large, well appointed showroom near downtown Ft Worth. They also do design and build outdoor recreation and entertainment areas.

Purchased by GMG through collective Outdoors and they helped deliver it to my house. when I had an issue with my GMG cover they didnt bat an eye they immediately corrected the issue and even delivered the new one to my work. Highly Recommended and will be purchasing further GMG products from them.

The folks at The Collective Outdoors did it again. They were 10 minutes early for the scheduled delivery time of my new Kamado Joe. They set the grill up, hauled off the packaging and took time to give me some kamado grilling tips. Hats off to the TCO team!
