The best attitude of the representatives. Always on time and very efficient. My favorite Lennox store. 570 beach st. Fort worth TX.

Service is outstanding and always multiple customer service attendants available to quickly take care of you.

The counter people are all as dumb as 10lb bags of stupid!Lennox apparently only hires counter people with zero experience!

Hope your not in a hurry and have all the information you need because your in trouble if not. You can find what your want if you have the right information but not all together to helpful of a place and not the quality they once were known for. I cut and suggest Carrier now of days.

Always great customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to get the parts we need fast and efficiently.

The staff is always professional and helpful the only downside is they are usually very busy meaning long wait time

Employees are idots and are not knowledgeable about the parts they sell me. Its a pity and embarrassing for them and they dont even realize it..

They have the parts you need but unfortunately they do not sell to the public (wholesale only to contractors/AC companies.)
