These front desk dummies have zero customer service, they put you on hold, hang up on you, dont listen to you giving them part numbers, argue, over the phones as if they are the company owners. And they are just front desk dummies any monkey can do their job. Taking my 20 man hvac crew elsewhere to spend money, not here! They just lost a 100k a summer customer

Waited 4 hours outside for a no show to spend money on a emergency coil job no show no show no show terrible after hours at the Fort Worth North location the midway location always very prompt and after hours time frame no issues

I have stopped going there because their prices are usually too much compaired to my dealer AACA
