As a delivery driver, I have never spent less than two and a half hours being unloaded here. Most GDI locations are 60-90 minutes. This one, they simply do not care how long it takes.Today’s example is after over two hours, they are a bit more than halfway through.And now not only will I be late for my next appointment, I will not be able to get home tonight.Update 5-4-22:The last visits to this facility to be unloaded have ranged from a minimum of 2 1/2 hours, to well over 4 1/2 hours, for a one hour task.

Extremely rude counter lady. Shanteena. I think this is her name, according to her coworker who said he thinks thats her name. She probably doesnt wear a name tag to avoid complaints. Always sits in the corner spot closest to the window. Always on her personal cell phone trying to do everything except her job. Extremely rude. This location would benefit greatly from firing her. Every interaction I have had at this location has been awful when dealing with her.

Ok guys....i shop at Goodman all the time....just on the Dallas side of the world !!! I pulled up there at 405 on a Friday n they close at 4 !!! They not only stayed to serve me but was extremely friendly n just as helpful as ever !!!! Customer service is where its at guys !!!! N u guys nailed it !!!! Keep up the good work guys !!!!

Door says it opens at 7:30. It’s 7:50 and the door is still locked. Should change the store hours on the door to when ever we decide to. Goodman living up to their name
