Javier Came out today and did an amazing job. My carpets look brand new. He was super nice very respectful! Cant say enough good things! I will be using Zerorez again!

Excellent experience overall! They had a special to book by the end of the year and service was quick and professional. My carpets look amazing after lots of pet stains. Diamond did an awesome job and it took less than two hours from walk through to paying. Will happily use them again

Mario did a great job, was on time and worked efficiently. Was out of here in no time at all. My only negative concerns the website scheduling/pricing system. Please correct the services selection menus to make sure the fee is calculated correctly. When I agree to a price, I expect it to be correct (and honored on the date of service).

Fred was very thorough when he completed my floors. More so, he was very tentative and answered questions before he started. I knew what to expect before paying.Great customer service and great results!!

Initially got service because of the $109 special. After scheduling on the phone for a service it was up to $300. When the tech got to my house and stretched all of his hoses into my 2nd floor and proceeded to tell me how I needed to have my carpets cleaned “good”, it was gonna be over $3000. We went from 109 to 300 to 3k? Give me a break. Who has their carpets cleaned because they are too clean? It was irritating to say the least. I get charging a little extra because a dog used the bath room on your carpet but to charge 10x the amount is ludicrous. Just be honest about the charges upfront and you wouldn’t have this type of review. Why spend 30 minutes stretching all the hoses into your house before telling you it is going to be 10 times the amount quoted. I was very close to telling the guy to pack it up but I had already moved so much stuff so he could clean.

We love Zerorez!! Have used them for more than 10 years. They treated our carpet this morning, and once again did a wonderful job. Kenneth clean and protected our carpets throughly but quickly. He did a great job! We would recommend them to all our friends!

Absolutely amazing experience! The technician arrived earlier and gave me a heads up by calling. He was fast and efficient. This Company is not cheap but they do a really good job and use nice equipment which is worth every dollar. They explain all options when I made an appointment and then the technician explained. The price increased (which I was expected to happen since my carpet had several pet stains). You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them and I will use them in future if need.

The technician was on time-curteous-professional and accomodating. He did a very nice job in a timely manner-I think all the stains came up. Usually they rake the carpet-not this time-I hope it all evens out.

This is my second carpet service and first time trying the tile cleaning for my kitchen and natural stone backsplash. My grout is so clean. This area had dark dirty grout lines and it looks as new as the day we moved in. The zerorez carpet topical treatment got out some throw up stains from our cat and pee stain from our dog. Technician was very professional. Great experience.

We had ZeroRez clean our carpets today and it was the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had. Our carpet tech was Dexter. He was so friendly, thorough, and had awesome communication! He took his time and really made sure he did the best job possible. He made our carpets look new. He also let us know what he plan to do and how everything worked. He was patient and kind while we moved around furniture and we couldn’t appreciate him more. We will definitely be customers again!!

Today was the second time I’ve used ZeroRez and couldn’t be happier. Fred was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and as my husband put it, “didn’t linger and got the job done.” He did a great job especially on a few spots which is what triggered my calling.We have a light cream carpet which, we knew, would get dirty- especially having four large dogs. But it’s worth it. If I could give Shane 10 stars, I totally would. He was early, very professional, informative, and courteous. I have two dogs that are runners, and he made sure to take extra precaution when opening the door so they did not get out. He did a tremendous job on my carpet, it was in extremely rough shape, and it looks brand new.

I used Zerorez last year and had a great experience. Burt came out today and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I had special instructions for a few places on my carpet that are wearing and he listened carefully and did exactly as I asked. Also, he did a great job of getting the water out of the carpet before he left. Many places leave way too much water, and it takes forever to dry. Burt was professional, polite and friendly. Also, the office did a great job of letting me know my window of time and when Burt was on his way. There were no surprises. I will definitely use them, again.

We’ve had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez twice now and both times they were able to remove pets stains. They call ahead and let you know they are on the way and you pay after services are provided. The techs are polite and do a great job. Quick dry time. Would recommend and will use them again.

Adam did a great job! He was thorough and explained everything to me about pet stains and how he was going to treat them and what was best for each spot. He was able to get almost all the stains out, some were too old but the majority of the color came out of the spots! Ask for Adam he does a fantastic job and was very respectful.

We had our couch cleaned because DOGS. They got wet and decided to use the couch to dry themselves. ZeroRez came out and cleaned it quickly and made the whole room smell so much better. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I cant thank him enough for the work he did.

Everyone we worked with (customer service, technician) were kind, responsive, communicative and professional. However we would have appreciated being able to know what kinds of additional costs we could be presented with, ahead of time.In our case, we are moving into a home whose previous owner had a spite-peeing dog. The technician walked through the house with a black light, showing me all the places the dog had previously marked. He explained that he would do a test clean to see what treatment would best remove the animal spots and then give me an estimate.While this is a normal practice, I would have appreciated knowing how much those potential costs were going to be, ahead of time. That way we could have had a conversation as a couple about the potential price range. When the service is advertised for $XX but then the estimate is 2-4 times greater than the advertised cost, it feels a bit manipulative to have to make that decision in the moment.To be fair, you always have the option to say no to the additional services, which we did say no to. Overall, Id return to Zerorez for future service, but will now know to ask the customer service rep for details about how much they charge per deep cleaning spot...

Paul did an excellent job in my home. He was extremely thorough and a hard worker. This company has always been 5 star quality with their experienced technicians.

The technician arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. He went right to work and worked the entire time. We dont have very much carpet., but he was here a little over an hour. Its now almost 9 hours later and the carpets are still pretty damp. I havent used the service before so I dont know how long it should take to dry.

Our Technican, whose 1st name starts with a D. Im not good at remembering names. He was very thorough and worked hard cleaning our heavily soiled and stained carpet. The cleaning came out better than I thought it would. He was also honest about the stains he may not be able to remove. He charged what was quoted over the phone. In the past I had other companies give you a quote, and then they come to your house, the price is jacked up much higher. He also was very pleasant to deal with. I really appreciate his honesty. He really did a great job!

I gave Zerorez a call on Wednesday to clean my carpet the following day after 1:00 PM. I explained to them that I needed the job done on either Thursday or Friday, as I had to leave town within two days. The company scheduled the job for Thursday, and I waited the entire day, but they didnt contact me until 4:00 PM to inform me that their truck had broken down and they had to reschedule.In my opinion, this is poor business conduct. The company should have communicated with me earlier if they couldnt make it on time so that I could have contacted another company to get the job done. I had already informed them that I needed to get the job done by Thursday or Friday so that I could run my errands on the day that I didnt have to stay at home. Unfortunately, their delay caused my entire day to go to waste.I am highly disappointed by their unprofessionalism as time is money and if you cannot keep your word, then you should not be in business! Therefore, I will rate them zero for their lack of reliability and efficiency.

I don’t usually do reviews but I feel it’s necessary in this case. The technician that came to our home had alot of problems with busted hoses and lack of tools. He was waiting in his truck a couple hours for someone to bring him what he needed to do the job. By time he was finally able to complete the job he was threw with three rooms and a large stair case in record time. That maybe why we still have the same stains we had before just a little faded.I understand him wanting to get threw as he’d been here for so long but it was at our expense.All and all, zero rez is an outstanding company, but this visit we are very dissatisfied with. I will be contacting them for a follow up visit. If they are anything like the company I’ve known them to be in the past….

Shane was extremely professional. He informed me what he was going to do before starting. He also informed me that if anything required his attention after service that he would address it as necessary. Fred was great. He was friendly, professional and thorough. My only “issue” was when I called to schedule the appointment, I was told Fred would arrive around 3:30, but he “might be a little earlier.” “Earlier” turned out to be about 11:00! I wasn’t home (since I thought he’d arrive in the afternoon); fortunately, he had texted me to say he was on his way, and I was able to get home before he arrived. The schedulers should have called to give me a heads up.

I am very happy with service. Bert was a joy to work with and was very friendly and most professional. He was very knowledgeable about his job and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Bert got so much grime out of my 50-year-old heirloom rug. He was super thorough. My carpets look so clean and I am very satisfied with the work Zerorez does. They actually remove the dirt instead of just scrubbing the stains. We’ve been customers for 18 years and although we’ve tried other companies, this is the only one we use over and over again.

We had a empty house with carpets to clean before listing. We were given a two hour window from 2-4. We sat in an empty house in lawn chairs for almost two hours. When I called to check on the arrival time, and was on hold for over 15 minutes, I was told my window was 3-5 despite what my email and my confirmation email said. The Zerorez person actually told me he didn’t think I was a liar, just mistaken. I was furious. If I didn’t have house photos scheduled for the next day I would have cancelled. It was 4:50 when the technician finally arrived. The customer service was insulting and unapologetic that we spent 5 hours waiting for and getting our carpets cleaned. DO NOT use Zerorez unless your time is of no value to you and you enjoy being insulted.

Dylan did a great job on cleaning the carpet and tile in our house. We are moving out and wanted everything perfect to maximize my deposit return. The service by the technician was excellent - one of the best carped cleanings we have had in decades in our home. ** However, the communications with Zerorex was a nightmare. The phone was answered with a recording stating approximate wait time, I.e. 2 minutes. Twelve minutes later I hung up after listening to their commercials over and over again.

Great job cleaning my carpets only thing was that they didn’t keep their promise of giving me a discount for serving my country. When I called them back and asked about my discount… they said they would get me next time. Well, if I was to say in the military. I don’t feel like serving today I’ll go to war “next time” I don’t believe it would have gone well. I was also charged a it more than what I expected to pay. Not cool. A bit dissatisfied with the manner they handled my cleaning. Please ask to give an out the door prize before they come over.

Our technician, Julius was efficient, courteous and did an amazing job

The work done is satisfactory. We did not relate well with the service person. We have white carpets. When my wife asked if he used booties to cover his shoes, he responded by saying he does not used them because he could slip. I just had AT&T service person the day before to install internet service, and he slipped on booties several times while entering and exiting my home. Lastly, your service agent surprised me me by adding an unexpected and unwarranted $20.00 charge to my previously agreed price for the service call. I have never had this charge added to the bill for all the times I have used your service which has been twice a year for the past five years. He claimed the extra charge was for cleaning my living room which he considered extraordinary size. My home is a modest 1500 square foot home including the two car garage. Why doesn’t he discount for the small amount of space in the bedrooms? Regardless, I believe Zerprez should refund the added $20.00 charge! Respectfully, Jan & Anne Araki.

The technician was prompt and did an excellent job. We did have some residual staining but the stains had been present for several years and were set in the carpet. They are barely noticeable now.

Paul was friendly and efficient, it looks great. It took him just a little over an hour, but we’ll be leaving for a while to allow it to dry completely before stepping on the carpet again.

Yesterday I had myCarpets cleaned and left a review in regards to my experience that day. But this morning now that the carpets are dry we still have stains all over our carpet. I paid the extra $60.00 for the pretreatment and it didn’t help.We get our carpets cleaned every 6-8 months and this is the 1st time I have ever had this issue.I’m happy with our experience.

Our carpet was covered with stains. I only expected it to be a little better after cleaning. Instead Alberto got every stain up and took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I’m still shocked the carpet is as clean as it is! I recommend taking “before” pictures. I forgot and have no proof how dirty the carpet was. It looks like new carpet now.

My carpets have never been cleaned so thoroughly and they smell so fresh! Dogs and grandkids do a number on carpet but Bert went above and beyond to clean them really well. Very much impressed!!!

The guys were super friendly and polite and they communicated exactly what they were going to do and even showed us before and after pictures. They cleaned up afterwards, even though they didn’t even make a mess in the first place. Professional service, 2 thumbs up!

My wife scheduled them earlier this month, they came and the guy told my wife he can add pet deodorizer for additional $60 on the invoice or he can do it for $60 cash and keep it off the invoice. She didn’t have the cash and said to just keep the invoice the same. After that, the guy had an attitude and rushed to get the job done. I came home from work and carpet looked the same, there we a few wet spots (which I expected all the carpet to be) but there were a lot of dry spots which tells me he purposely missed quite a few spots. I’ll never use this company again.

Issue number 1I scheduled an appointment for the hours of 4-6 because I have work and needed to be off. They call me at 12 and say they will be here at 1. I let them know that wont work because Im at work and thats why I scheduled for 4-6. They say we will have to reschedule. Issue number 2 they finally get here and start going over what I needed and quote me $300. I tell the gentleman that I expressed what I needed when I made the appointment and was quoted $130. Its a scam to get to your house and then try to raise the price. Im guessing the cleaning technician gets paid commission. I refused any service so Im not sure on the quality of work

First our technician was awesome. But there are kinda if added fees: $9 fuel! Charge, environmental charge, biological service pet (that I asked not to do). Overall it was almost $175 more than the estimate!!!!!!! Not again.

This man worked so hard from start to finish. It was an all day job. I’m actually surprised it could be done at all. I have 2 disabled/injured pets who have had no choice but to use the house as their potty. Sounds terrible and it was. Thank God I didn’t give up on carpet cleaners. Yes, I’ve been through several with no luck. Plus my carpet is only 2 years old. My travertine tile is super expensive and hard to keep looking good.I had the best experience possible! This is my 3rd cleaning and I know the techs are on a tight schedule, but I think if a little more time was taken my carpet might be cleaner. All techs have been very polite and respectful, but I dont like the idea that Im billed for a service and on top of that asked if I want to leave a tip for someone who makes a regular salary for doing a job.

The results are great but the technician “forgot” one of the rooms and had to come back. He tried to say I didn’t tell him that room needed to be cleaned but i scheduled for three rooms and it was one of the three. In addition, he did not perform the walk through when he finished.
