I had a great experience with Stanley Steamer. They did a great job with my duct cleaning. They took great care in the prep to get ready for the cleaning, and were extremely friendly and helpful when I asked them to show me the process. The two guys that did the service (Lance and Eric), worked super hard all day…I have never had my ducts cleaned before so I had no idea how tedious it is but the guys were absolutely on it!!!! I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer!!!

Amazing with details of how Home Owner Cleaning devises differ from Profession.. regarding Temperature of water and Pressure and PH levels of the stain matter... my experience was more of a last ditch effort of stain removal than basic carpet cleaning.. but Ladarion really new the contract side of the business and opened my eyes to grout cleaning and annual schedule contract... he was amazing!!

I had an 8-1am appointment, Victor showed up around 8am which was amazing. He was professional, explained the process well, and even explained to me why I was having a certain issue with my flooring (we had carpets done and noticed the issue). Victor protected my furniture and was very courteous of my home and animals. Highly recommend Victor!

The 5 Stars is for Ives as I have yet to determine the full extent of the job as I am waiting for the tile grout to dry. Ives is a very professional, kind, young man. When he arrived he introduced himself, came in, look over what needed to be done, we went over pricing and he went to work on what needed to be done. I never heard a word out of him. He came in and took care of business. He did let me know the stages as he went but other than that he was doing his job. I am very pleased with this young man. I have come across several young people in the services industry that could take a few lessons from Ives. Thank you Ives, it was nice meeting you and a pleasure to have you in our home.

Enrique was extremely thorough and detailed oriented with the work that was performed. He was very careful with the handling of equipment needed to perform the job. I would request his services again, and would recommend him for future cleanings when needed.

Eddie (Edward) was great and clear. Very quick and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me and covered what he was going to do, as well as what I could do after. He did good work! Would recommend.

Adrien was great and same goes for the whole Stanley Steemer team. The first time we they came after everything was dry noticed a few spots that were still there. I called them and said no problem to come back out to make sure I was happy at no charge. I really appreciated it and the work was done quickly and efficiently. My initial plan was to have them re-tiled with another company because the grout was black. However, someone mentioned that SS has colored seal for grout. He was very professional. He came on time. He actually answered any questions that I about the dryer vent cleaning, he took his time and explained everything to me and how it all worked. He even showed me how to find where the vent cleaning trap is. I didn’t even know that so I really appreciate it all the help that he gave me, the time he took to explain. he was very professional.

Adrian was very professional and friendly. I thought he did an amazing job cleaning my rugs. I usually clean them myself in the summer time. At first looks they look fine. In hindsight I should have ask him to go over the common area where people sit in the couch and put their feet on the rug. See picture with line and without line. After it dried and Adrian left the dirt was more noticeable. So I decided to redo the spot with my Bissell. Currently it hasn’t dried. But the water from only that particular spot is filthy. I won’t be using Stanley nor recommending them to anyone. If you have a little time, power washer and a Bissell you can do a better job on your own.

The service was excellent! Gerardo, the technician, was courteous and friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet, removing the bad odor from a leaking water line. He applied deodorizer at the end of the cleaning, and now the room has a pleasant smell. He took the time to wipe the floor with his prints from the rain. Im very satisfied with the job and the professionalism displayed.

Everything looks great and Albert was just wonderful to work with. There’s nothing I could recommend to change about him.One little thing in the scheduling, however. I can understand having only a 6 hour window in the afternoon, but is there a reason why someone could not let me know once the day gets started, that they would arrive after 2, for example? I know it’s hard to do schedules, and maybe it’s not possible. But that would be a good thing. Especially for people who have to make plans for their dogs and kids and whoever. Thanks for everything, Albert! And when I call again someday, I’ll request you because I can’t imagine anyone doing it better!

Malvin with Stanley Steemer was AMAZING! He took extra time to listen to what I needed cleaned and why and payed extra attention to detail throughout the whole clean. Absolutely the best cleaning Ive ever had! 5 stars, highly recommend!

First time using Stanley steamer. The 2 techs were very nice but didnt do the cleaning job we were promised and paid for. Had to call after they left and they sent out another tech which was very nice as well. We paid for couches to be cleaned and Deodorized. The second tech even said he didnt see that they had cleaned the couches. He stayed the same amount of time to clean the couches as the 2 techs that said they cleaned 3 rooms 2 couches and a hallway. Very very disappointed in the service even though it was made semi right. Expected it to be good quality service but will not be using or recommending

I’m very happy with the work performed by Lance Allison and Willie Preston today. They provided A/C vent cleaning and installed a UV light. Trent did a very thorough job cleaning our dryer vent. A previous company failed to clean properly. As a result we had a much worse buildup than expected. The previous company also never cleaned from the duct connector. As result we did not realize that the flexible hose was kinked. Bottom line we now have a clean system. Thanks Trent. This is the first time the carpet in my home has been Professionally clean. Ive been living here for over twelve years. My first thought was to get all of the carpet in my home replace. I decided to see how my carpet with look after it has been Clean. After the job was complete. I didnt think after 12 years my carpet would look this good. Our house was a New Build in 2018. This month weve used Stanley Steemer to do all of our floors...carpets and Tile. Then we had them back this week for the Air Duct Cleaning. VERY Satisfied with their work, their friendliness & courtesy. Two different crews. Ivan & Emmanuel for the floors, Dakota for the Duct assessment, and Lance and Willie for the Duct cleaning.

Had tile and grout cleaning service done. Adrian was the technician that came and did a fabulous job. He walked through the first part of the steps to show me the difference and what it would look like we’ve never had this type of work done before, I am extremely impressed with the results, they did a fabulous job. It was worth every penny my tile floors look brand new!

I had put off having my carpet cleaned far too long, dreading the things I would need to move. When I could stand it no more, I moved what I could, crossed my fingers, and scheduled Stanley Steemer. Albert arrived and immediately put my mind at rest, repositioning all the things I couldn’t move and returning all to their original places when he completed the job. All wood pieces were treated with care. Albert got about all the stains and accumulated dirt and made sure I was satisfied. Arthur and Aaron arrived and got right to work after assessing what they had to work with. Very thorough very clean, communicated very well with the whole process. Went above and beyond. I will definitely be using Stanley Steamer in the future. I have use them in the past and very impressed with their professionalism and the way they do things.

The two young men that serviced our vents and dryer vent were very personable and hard working. They explained everything they were doing, very careful in everything they did, took great care to not let my three cats out. They carefully cleaned up after they were done.

My tech did a great job. I was very impressed with how fast & efficient he was & with a very good attitude. Still had a few stubborn stains that weren’t completely removed, but carpets overall look much, much better.

They did a horrible job cleaning my carpets. My experience was unbelievably BAD! My carpets were not only not much different from when the guy got here- they WERE SATURATED AND TOOK FOR-E-VER TO DRY!! 24 hours later they are still SOAKED! They offered a guarantee to re-do but it was 4 days LATER!!! I had to purchase a Bissell Mean Green steam cleaner for almost 90$ on TOP OF THE 150.00 I paid Stanley Steamer, to do it myself and I am 65 years old!! I have light gray burber carpet so he said once it dried it would lighten up—IT DIDNT AND IT WAS JUST AS DIRTY!!! Disgusted!! Call Zerorez carpet cleaning as I have used them before but had time conflicts with time but now- wished I did😞I gave Stanley Steamer 1 star because you CANT GIVE MINUS STARS!!

We purchased a couch from an estate sale and it needed to be cleaned. We were scared that the stains would not come out as it was really bad.
