Domingo and Freddy are fantastic. They were quick to assess the damage and did a real thorough job on disinfecting. We felt so much better having them come to the house after we had a sewage backup from the city. They made us feel like everything will be ok.

I called ServPro and technician Freddie came out to the house in about an hour. He provided a thorough check and gave recommendations on how to remedy. I was very satisfied with the customer service.

Zack and the remediation team at ServePro are very responsive and quick. The team came in and quickly assessed what was needed in my home after an emergency water related situation. They were prompt to return calls and texts and answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. I would do business with them again.

The crew showed up in the middle of the night to help us with our flooded home. They came every day to check on the drying progress and were great at communicating with us during the whole process. Highly recommend!

We had a flood from our master toilet, flooded our master bath, master bedroom, master closet, and hall to master bedroom, called servpro, they came out about an hr or so after I called them, loved the fast response, they cleaned up water, placed fans and humidifiers, came back everyday to check, on the 3rd day they returned and removed all the baseboards, as they removed the baseboards they broke our bed frame, they offered to pay, thats fine, we accepted, then they finish up their process and remove all fans and humidifiers, we start to replace the baseboards and noticed intentions on the sheetrock, all over from them using a crowbar to remove baseboards, knowing the sheetrock is wet, now I have sheetrock repair on top of baseboard repair, I would not recommend servpro to do any flood or water mitigation or repair in the future, call someone else and be sure they know what theyre doing, the baseboards didnt need removed, they could have pulled carpet and let it dry that way and now Im out more money then insurance allowed for our repairs, broken tile as well, tore up our cabinets in our bathroom too

Zac, Alex, and Chelsea were phenomenal and came in and took care of us when we needed them the most. They were all very professional, knowledgeable about how to handle the emergency situation at our home, and have followed us to ensure the job gets done with no loose ends. This so the team you want for sure! I would certainly recommend them and use them again if needed.

The rating is a split between remediation and restoration. Remediation team was prompt, professional, and solved the initial issue. Restoration is a goose egg. We used Servpro of North Fort Worth when our dishwasher supply line leaked and we had water damage on our kitchen floor (wood) and cabinets. The guys were very responsive and professional. They arrived quickly and immediately begin mitigation efforts to minimize the damage. They were very detailed and thorough throughout the entire process and communication was excellent, which we value and appreciate very much. Every concern and question was addressed with patience and professionalism. We felt like we were in very good hands the entire time and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again should the need arise. First of all, I would like for everyone to know that Mr Culpepper is a neighbor of mine that I hadnt really met before sunday December 14th. I had just flown in the night before from being on vacation to find that I had a broken hot water line possibly from the laundry room. Both myself and my wife knew that our neighbor was in the restoration business. So I decided to go and ask Mr Culpepper for advise. He immediately told me that he would get a crew to come to my house and start the restoration.I almost forgot to mention it was 14 degrees. His crew arrived less than 90 minutes later and went to work. Within just a few days the restoration efforts by Serv Pro of N Fort Worth minimized the damage done to floors, doors, walls and base boards. Damage that would have been costly to repair. ServicePro called us within minutes of initiating a claim with our insurance company which was on the weekend. They promptly arrived on time Monday morning. Luey,Nick, and Noah were very professional and walked us through the entire process. They worked closely with our adjuster and were in constant communication with them. Noah was very careful with demo and containing the area so any dust/potential mold spores didn’t contaminate the rest of the house. Zach came by every day to check on the progress and equipment. He was very professional, very patient as he answered all my questions, and also communicated with our adjuster. He made adjustments to the equipment as the drying time was slower than we had expected. I appreciated his problem solution rather than just saying “ oh well. It is what it is”. Great job. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The servepro mitigation team provided timely service and excellent communication. They set up the equipment to dry our kitchen flood from a dishwasher, and then removed our flooring, counters, and lower cabinets. During the process there was a plan with timeline, clear expectations, and responsive communication. Zac was greatly appreciated in keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect throughout the process.

The entire ServPro team at this location was amazing. No, you call ServPro instead.ServPro kept my village running smoothly so that I could keep my priorities, my priorities. Fun fact! Did you know that buildings actually move?! Yeah, many times they like to keep it simple and do a little shoulder shrug. No biggie. Theyre annoyed, Im annoyed, the kid in that village is annoyed. Its totally fine.Other times, they like to complete a whole cheerleading routine and the only thing that that comes to mind is that one scene from Bring It On, yeah, you know the one. Front handspring, step out, back handspri... - you get my meaning. So while my buildings were at tryouts, I could remain calm, because I knew that ServPro could handle anything. More specifically, I knew that John G. from ServPro of North Fort Worth could handle anything.John G., if you ever have the pleasure, is the guy on their team that makes you say things like, You guys are lucky to have him and actually mean it. John handled everything from small potatoes like little leaks and drywall patches, to big fish such as mold remediation. Not only that, but hes a walking encyclopedia of everything building repair, and when he starts to talk, listen. You will learn something new. I know I did, and still do.Today, in fact, I had a tree fall on a residents vehicle. Sounds easy enough. Its all fun and games until you have to consider things like personal liability or where does private property end. To people like me its a molehill just waiting to become a mountain, and who do I call? ServPro. And who comes out, chainsaw in-hand? John G. does. He executes the mission perfectly. On Friday evening June 19th 2020, my husband pulled into our driveway into a puddle of water. The driveway is in the kitchen side of our home. He didnt think anything of it until he walked in the house and there was 2 to 3 in of water in our floor throughout our home. A water line (for fridge ice maker) behind one of our cabinets had busted. We contacted our insurance company, who gave us three names to choose from. Not knowing any of the companies I said give me the one in the middle. Turns out the one in the middle was Servpro and I couldnt have gotten luckier. Plus the next day I was told by my brother (who is in the service industry and knows these companies) that i had gotten the best in the water restoration business. They came out on Friday night as soon as they could get a crew together. They finished getting as much water up as possible (we had started it while waiting) and set up the drying equipment in our home. They explained in detail how the process would work. Our home needed a 4 day dry and they came out each day to check progress. Rodney was my main contact and he did a fabulous job. Keeping me informed and working with my schedule on when he could check equipment and progress. Matt came out twice to check on things and also did a great job in helping me explain things to our insurance company. I highly recommend this company and I hope to never need them again but if I do I wont hesitate to contact them!!

Found water seeping up from under the floor on a Sunday evening. Called SERVPRO Monday the moment they opened and they were here within 2 hours. Zac and his teammate were professional, polite, and sympathetic. They got to work right away trying to find the leak and removing wet floorboards and flooring. When they couldnt find the leak, they recommended a great leak detector company. The leak was found by midday and the fans were set up. Zac and / or Evan came by every day to check the status of the drying. They also worked directly with my insurance, so I didnt have to worry about money when my house was a disaster. Always on time, friendly and explained everything to me. If you have the unfortunate problem of a water leak, I highly recommend this SERVPRO. Five Stars Gentlemen!!! Thank you!

Valerie and Jermey are nice people the problem is the communication with the ice lady she doesn’t return our phone or email so it has the packing crew on standby we’re supposed to be moved out tomorrow but don’t know for sure ifs it happening or not so we’re on a waiting game the uncertainty is not fun

Crooked as hell they did my move out. We agreed on a price then, changed it. they added thousands more and tried to get me to re sign. Which I did NOT do. They spilled gallons of paint on my floors and new bed frame and custom comforter and linens and have let months pass without correcting any of it. It is unethicaland professional to change terms after the fact. I wouldnt ever recommend or hire them again

I had a dishwasher disaster that flooded underneath my laminate flooring and soaked my drywall behind the bar. I contacted John Gilbreath who personally came out to inspect the damage. He gave me step by step instructions on what needed to be done with insurance and educated me on the dangers of potential mold growth if we don’t act quickly. My insurance provider handed the claims process over to ServPro. Arthur and Cody were over the next day removing the damaged drywall, molding, and flooring. They quickly set up their equipment and dried out all of the flooded area. Working with this team really put me at ease as a first time homebuyer. They were very communicative and assured me my home will look good as new. Thank you, I will be recommending you to anyone in need of emergency cleanup and replacement.

I came home on Oct 3 of 2019 to water running out of my front door, back door, garage door and weep holes all around my house. I started vacuuming with a shop vac while my wife called servpro. Mathew and his crew showed up a in a couple hours and started to take care of business. They had most of the standing water out and started setting up dehumidifiers all over the place within a few hours. After the initial set up, we were assigned Rodney as our liaison. Rodney is a tremendous young man. He was very knowledgeable and took care of ever need we had and answered every question we asked. Going through a situation like this is never fun, but they helped us pack, move, salvage our furniture, cleaned our rugs and clothes, pull up carpet and flooring, called a plumber to fix the leak and hauled off the trash. I cant say enough about them. We are better off today than before the leak, but I can say this without any doubt. It was because of their help, that made it possible for us to get back in so quickly. The equipment stayed for a week (with guys checking moisture levels every day), but they brought some back - free of charge - for another week when they learned I wanted to salvage my cabinets.
