I contacted Restoration Solutions because my upstairs bathroom pipes leaked, causing water to flow into my gameroom and damaging my downstairs ceiling. While the technicians were friendly, their lack of attention to detail—especially regarding cross-contamination—was deeply concerning.The first technician arrived the same day and used a hygrometer to assess the water damage. He identified the affected areas and removed the soaked padding but incorrectly stated that the tile was not saturated , despite clear discoloration in the grout caused by standing moisture. He then brought in a water extraction machine and explained he would use a plant-based cleaning solution to inhibit and/or kill mold, bacteria and fungal growth.However, when he turned the machine on before connecting the hoses and wand, contaminated water sprayed out everywhere,a burst of extremely foul-smelling air and water permeated my home. This filthy water, clearly from a prior remediation job at someone else’s home, splattered onto my wood floors, leaving an unsanitary mess. Shocked, I quickly grabbed towels to clean up the contaminated water. The technician eventually connected the wand, suctioned up the remaining water, and lightly sprayed the cleaning solution. He used a cloth to dry the floors but failed to properly disinfect the affected areas or thoroughly apply the cleaning solution before or after the extraction process.After addressing the downstairs area, the technician moved upstairs to extract water, removed the baseboards and toekicks, and set up a dehumidifier and fans. However, he left without properly sanitizing the upstairs areas, leaving me deeply concerned about the hygiene and safety of my home.The next day, a second technician arrived, apologized, and explained that the first technician should have saturated all contaminated areas—including the water sprayed from another home—with cleaning solution before extraction. He also brought in an air scrubber, but its filter was filthy, causing the room to appear cloudy for the first 30 minutes of use. To make matters worse, the technicians had not ordered the proper equipment to address the ceiling leakage, forcing them to improvise until the next business day (this occurred on a Saturday morning). Again, they left my home without cleaning up the area where they cut open the ceiling.As a result of this experience, my daughter’s asthma and allergies were triggered, and my family was exposed to unsanitary conditions that posed serious health risks.Restoration Solutions, your lack of preparation, failure to follow basic sanitation protocols, and use of contaminated equipment from other homes is unacceptable.Do better, Restoration Solutions!Please note I spoke with the manager and the plan was not adhered to as discussed.

I am so happy with the job Restoration Solutions did! We were able to schedule quickly to have the technician come out and clean the carpets in a rental house before our moving day. Stains were removed and everything smelled fresh and looked clean. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Prompt and efficient. Tech called with his eta. Office personnel is very friendly. The ultimate goal of preventing growth was achieved. Improvement suggestion, I would like to see daily moisture checks or remote monitoring. This can prevent charging for more days than necessary. On day two I noticed the equipment had tripped the breakers and was not running. I reset breakers and repositioned air movers and resecured dehu drain hose. This could have been caught with a daily monitor. Other than that, I appreciate the service and will continue to use Restoration Solutions.

Demanded all this money up front. Then, they stopped paying their subcontractor, who then stopped working. We had to discontinue their services and go with others. We paid them for completing their work, but then they demanded another 2K for work they never performed. Dont use them, folks. Worst company and experience ever. Youll regret it!

Shannon Leverton was referred to me when I was looking for a roofer to replace a hail damaged roof.  He told me to call him when the insurance adjuster came out and he would make sure they didnt miss anything.  He had been an adjuster for 25 years himself and knew what to look for.  Thank goodness he was able to be my go between.  Not only did my house roof get replaced but there was damage to my outbuildings that I wouldnt have known to even ask about.  His crew did a superior job.  Everyone was courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning up.  I highly recommend them.

I had damage to my floors and ceiling from a upstairs shower valve. Darrell came out and was very professional and told me what would be done to correct the problem . Melissa came out also and she was very pleasant and knew her job well. I had read a lot of negative about this company so I was expecting to get less perfect service from them. I was totally surprised. Everything that I read negative I did not see as I was really paying attention to what was being done. Darrell I give KUDOS the floors , the ceiling were perfect they even cleaned the carpet. I was very satisfied with their work.

Had Water damage from a pipe that had been leaking for ages (unknown) and they came out inspected it got in a mold team and had that taken care of then the work to repair and replace started. Tyler & Connor are wonderful to work with they made sure I understood everything that was happening every step of the way and they took the time to explain it if I didn’t.I highly recommend this team for all your restoration needs. I saw in March damage that had happened to my house in February during a Texas style windstorm. My shingles were all over my lawn, and I had black lines in my roof.I called my insurance agency, and told them I wanted someone they worked with. They sent me to Restoration. I called them and with in a day or two they were on my roof looking at the problem and agreed, this roof was bad, really bad.I waited a week and called the company who said they had given it to the Project Manager, Conner V. He told me that the insurance agency had not approved it yet, but he would get with me when they did. I turned around called the insurance agency who approved it. I got a call from Conner the next day. He asked to come out that next Tuesday, then I had a medical issue that delayed this. He worked with me, and he came out the next week. He brought out the contractor so that I would recognize him, and two weeks later they were on my roof. Because I had no leaks, which was because I had two sets of shingles on my roof.The contractors men came out, and were super nice, super respectful to my wife and a four hour job took 12, because of all the work they had to do. My roof had had no work done to it in the 20 + years I have had this house. These guys were extra careful to not leave any nails, ran a magnet several times over my lawn, and stayed way past what I expected, cleaned everything, trash, shingles, even the other little waste that comes off the shingles, it looked great. My house actually looks happier, weird I know.Conner V came back two days later for me to sign the final document after I paid the 2nd half of the total for the work.Restoration was great, timely, nonintrusive, helpful and caring. Thank you for all your work and professionalism. Each of you deserve your own award for how easy this was, and I am extremely happy with the 3 year warranty on the work and 20 year warranty on the shingles themselves. Wolf from RS was awesome! He got me hooked up with getting some vents inside my home after a reinstall of a sink that went wrong from another company. He cut the sheetrock and trashed my baseboards that were damaged. I am a happy customer with the service & care they had to my home and most importantly they responded efficiently to my issue. Contractors did a great job but working with Restoration Solutions has not been a good experience. Have been working with them since the first part of June. Finally got floors in after picking what we wanted within a few days of getting samples. Had a couple of issues that just dont seem to be getting solved. Husband had to take morning off from work for a plumber who then called at appointment time to say it would be in between another 4 hours before they could come & fix the problem. Now my husband wont get paid for taking a whole day off work. We were quoted for padding under the vinyl flooring & transition strips but when the floors were installed & we asked about it we were told we really didnt need it. For this to be the middle of September & this all started in June, I think its been way to long. Had floors done in the past & it didnt take this long. Spoke with the owner about issues and the problems were solved quickly after doing so. The floors look great and we get compliments on them all the time.

Restoration Solutions was a lifesafer, immediately following the Feb. 2021 freeze and extensive flooding and water damage our office building sustained in Grapevine, Tx. They were on nsite day one, engaged a large team that cleaned up the mess and dried out the building in short order. They also completed extensive repairs and additional upgrades in a very professional manner, delivering a much improved building for our tenants. Our project manager, Todd, was especially great, keeping the line of communication always open, being totally responsive, and being instramental throughout the project and to completion. “Restoration Solution’s helped repair a fire damaged property we manage in Fort Worth. Todd, Melissa, and the rest of the Restoration Solutions team really handled their business throughout the process. It made the repairs seamless for my team and we were able to get the property operational in a reasonable time frame. The building looks great and we are very pleased with the outcome.

We contracted with Restoration Solutions when we had a pipe burst during the Texas February 2021 freeze. Todd McMullin was assigned as the Project Manager. Todd has done a very professional job during the process, which took over seven months. He coordinated all of the vendors, including carpet, ceramic tile, VCT, plumbing, hardwood floor, painters, and general contractors. He listened, explained things when I needed further explanation and was very responsive when we had questions. He would stop in to inspect the work that was done and would meet with me to discuss the progress. Heaven forbid we ever need to repeat a project like this again, but if we did, I would contract with Restoration Solutions again, and request Todd as the Project Manager.

All the heavy rains caused water to rush in through my roof vent. There was ceiling damage that needed repair, plus I needed something done to prevent this in the future. From the moment they answered the phone, I felt comfortable. They examined the job and suggested some small improvements to my roof to correct the water seepage. The estimate was very reasonable. They got us scheduled and quickly got the work done. All of the work looks great and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. We will certainly reach out to Restoration Solutions in the future, when we need anything.

We had a major flood at our property from a fire on the 4th floor. I called the emergency service to extract water. Victor, John and Christian responded within the hour at 8 pm. They began water clean up and didnt leave until 2:30 am. For the next 2 weeks they responded daily to check condition of moisture in ceilings and walls. They provided equipment to remove remaining moisture to prevent mold buildup. Which NO mold appeared and any drywall that might was removed. Victor and his team of John and Christian did a GREAT job ! And we are above pleased with their service.I would highly recommend Restoration Solutions and the team of Alex, John and Christian.

7/3/2018 Estimate to repair requested.7/5/2018 Project manager (Kevin) came out to review all damage, take pictures and get all needed information and measurements to supply me (the home owner) with an estimate to repair all mistakes and damage from a previous contractor. Melissa then came out for a final review and provided a very detailed estimate. Melissa was very helpful professional and did a great job.

Restoration solutions did a Outstanding job Cleaning one of my commercial HVAC jobs i am working on. Alexis and Cesar are very professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely my go to company for HVAC work.

When I had flooding at my apartment not too long ago in my townhome my landlord called a third party company called Restoration Solutions based out of Arlington Texas. To prevent further damage to my place I told them to go ahead and start the process of extracting the water from my apartment. I spoke with a gentleman called Claudio (he was a very nice) I asked him for his personal number to call/txt him in case I needed help with the equipment they left. He provided me this and after seeing that the dehumidifier wasn’t working after the first night at my townhome he said his colleagues would come to fix it. However 3-4 days passed and they never showed up and I never received any phone calls to let me know when they would come pick up the equipment or come fix the dehumidifier. Keep in mind I was never told by this company I would be charged a daily fee nor was I given an estimate before the work was done. They eventually picked up the equipment and when they billed my apartment (technically me) they had charged me for a faulty dehumidifier and also unnecessary blowers that I didn’t even end up using along with a daily rental fee for the faulty equipment. When I spoke with Mr. John Tyler Otto (CFO) he was very rude to me, was not empathetic at all and also accused me of not being the customer even though I was paying for the services out of my pocket. He said that my apartment complex was the customer therefore I wasn’t and he didn’t want to speak to me about all of the issues I had with the services provided. He was very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. He did nothing to try and make things right and is one of the few reasons I am leaving this review. Please be cautious about this business as they charge you for faulty equipment, weren’t up front with fees before coming to work in my town home and failed at working with me to address my concerns about the quality of their service and the excessive fees that were charged for equipment that was faulty or not initially installed properly. The invoice they sent me was for $522. None of this information was provided before the job was done. I feel like they (Restoration Solutions) took advantage of me during this stressful time.

Hired by my apartment complex to do a simple mold removal and hvac cleaning. Did not setup negative air containment, carried unbagged moldy debris through my apartment, did not setup negative air on the hvac system before the ducting cleaning, causing mold and other debris to spread across my carpet, did not follow protocol, argued with me about what was in the protocol, then after being corrected and having it proved that protocol wasnt followed, STILL ignored protocol. Now all of my stuff is cross contaminated and theyve claimed their done. Theres still visible mold growth on the drywall. Overall, these guys are scammers! Do NOT use them!

David and crew REALLY handled their business. I called two other companies before calling Restoration Solution (one rhymes with Merve Dro) and both promised to get back in touch with me. Neither did. I called Restoration Solution and David picked up and got the ball rolling. (Mind you it was close to 11:30 PM) They took care of the water damage we had and had fans installed and running in about three hours of getting there. The other companies finally called when Restoration Solution was wrapping up.I really cant say enough about this company. As David told me, they take care of you from start to finish. The claim adjuster came today and was VERY impressed with the way everything was documented and handled.So in closing if you need their services dont hesitate to call Restoration Solution.

I was very disappointed with the quality of work done by this company. They were supposed to repair cabinets and walls following a fire and the work done was so poor the wall began to crumble. The cabinet doors were secured crooked and some of the screws were not replaced at all. They did not even cut holes in the cabinet for the gas stove nor did they measure properly for the height. They had to come back twice because the grout had so many areas left undone. It took over 4 months to complete a 4-6 week project. If they site would allow they would get zero stars.

This was a major job that started in June 2020. Conner took over in March/April 2021! This is a difficult time due to the Pandemic that causes shortages. He has done an excellent job in expediting the work and the permits! He has been very responsive and has kept on top of the things that are important! He is very polite and diligent - and most importantly he does what he says he will do!

Terrible company to work with. After a long time giving them a chance to give better customer service decided to dump their service. Terrible technicians in general.They are servicing 2 other properties under our Management company and we working on new service providers as well for those properties.They will charge for services that you never approved o know about it till you get the invoice and when you call to ask you get a rude woman on the phone saying well it had to be done but never called or sent estimate of cost to manager for approval.Person answering the phone is so rude when it comes to take complaints questions or suggestions.Horrible experience. Will never recommend their services to anyone.

Julie is the best she always takes care of me and most of my needs are same day service I call at 4pm and she had a crew there by 6pm great service and a great group of people.

I have been in the industry for a long time. And will say that Miguel always comes in with a great attitude no matter what we have for him. He always does have a smile on his face and does all his carpet cleans so quickly. In emergencies he acts and helps anyway he can.
