I wanted badly to give them a really good rating. They were so kind and worked really hard… But my carpets are not clean. I paid a little over $600 for my carpets and couch to be clean. And at first they smelled really clean. It’s been about two weeks now and they don’t look or feel clean at all. They have this strange, somewhat kind of sticky texture to them. Recently one of my kids spit up some cheese on one spot so I pulled out my carpet cleaner to clean that little spot and discovered that the water coming out from my carpets is darker than chocolate milk… confirming these are not clean. I am supper disappointed for the amount of money spent.

I wasnt sure of what to expect when i called this company but to my amazement John who came out to do this job did a fantastic work. My tech Tyler arrived on time for my cleaning and did a get job informing me of additional stains that needed treatment. I didnt feel pressured into purchasing anything additional the price quoted was honored. Tyler was also pleasant and informative he completed my cleaning of 7 rooms and stairs in an hour and the results was excellent! I would recommend giving them a call you wont be disappointed!

All Star Cleaning did a great job helping me clean my couch. Had some old stains that resurfaced on my second-hand couch after the initial cleaning and they were able to help me out. Turned out that the previous owners used the wrong type of soap and old stains were coming back up. Not a problem, Tyler did a great job on the upholstery and was very informative about how to properly care for stains in the future!Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to others!

Scheduled 3 room carpet cleaning for 129$ per person taking the order and when the tech arrived the price went up to 290$ because of pet stains. When the call was made to schedule the appointment no one ask about pet stains or telling us to vacuum before and after the service or we would be a charged $99.95 service call even if we did or did not want a higher priced service. After the 290$ was rejected I was told that he had to charge me $99.95 any way for a service call or he could go ahead and just CLEAN the carpet but not extract the carpet. He ran over the carpet and not CLEANED at all the dark traffic areas on the carpet is still there. I have to take my own carpet cleaner and clean the carpets something I paid to have done but didnt happen. No Pro or Star in this place.

I called All Star early in the morning because our dog got mud all over our couch and they sent John out within 2 hours. He was very helpful and professional.

The guy “not the owner” acted as if it was the same company and told me the owner sent him.Then he had the nerve to charge me 500+ dollars to clean my carpet. Had my carpets cleaned the other day by a young man from All Star. He spent some time talking to me about the wear marks and how to prevent them from becoming a major issue. He also offered to clean the tile the same day but I couldnt afford it all at once. After the job I called the office to schedule the tile cleaning and woman in the office was very friendly as well. Im so glad to have gotten such a personal experience from these people!!

John was able to repair two spots of our carpet and blend them to where you could hardly tell anything was done. Cleaning was quick and great.

We had our all white carpet cleaned a couple months back. The heavier stains have began to rise again as expected but not as bad as before and the rest of our carpet seems to be thriving. My husband had to leave town for an emergency so I prayed that a person with professional qualities would show up because i did not want to continue postponing our cleaning. Let me just start by saying i gave these guys a larger than life job. After having my carpets completely demolished by and independent contractor who ruined my carpets trying to clean them, all star came in and saved the day. John was amazing!!! Super professional very friendly and superbly proficient at his job. Best of all we didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for their services. They were very fair with the pricing!! 5 minutes into the cleaning he had undone everything the first guy had messed up. I cant believe how good my carpets looked after he was finished. They were bright clean and looked like we had replaced the carpet rather than cleaned it. I manage a wireless store inside the Hulen Mall. You can imagine the foot traffic this guy had to clean up. We will be using him for all of our store locations here in DFW. I would give all star cleaning 2 thumbs up 5 stars and say their work was a perfect 10. They cleaned 5 bedrooms, an upstairs living room and stairway in 30 minutes.... Thats about 2000 sq ft worth. Vacuuming alone takes 30 minutes much less deep cleaning them!! We just bought a house and was gonna have the carpets cleaned before moving in. The master bedroom had a dog smell and said they could remove it. Wrong!!!!! Carpets look the same and the dog smell is even worse!!!! I shouldve done it myself for a fraction of the price. Never again....

The cleaning didnt take long and it came out looking beautiful. I live in an apartment and my dog started peeing in certain spots. Mind you she doesnt pee in the house. We are giving her some meds and so she started peeing a lot. Right after we got the carpet clean with the injection, she stopped peeing in the apartment. Totally worth the money! The worst customer service!! Do not use this company, when they cleaned my carpet it stayed wet for almost 3 days and guess what..my carpet is still dirty. No one answers the phone at the office and when they do they are very unprofessional. I made 3 appointments for my carpet to be re-cleaned and nobody showed up or called me to reschedule. Please save yourself a headache!!!!

GROUPON NOT WORTH THEIR TIME I would give it less if I could. They show up...try to up charge you (later confirm they do this every time). Redeem the groupon and say they arent providing service (theft since they took the money) and leave.Customer service is a joke since its a family owned business and the boss/owner is the one who came out anyways. I would love to know if anyone else has had the same experience.I COULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY ENOUGH

REQUESTED IT SEVERAL TIMES TO SEND BY EMAIL. DIDNT SEND IT. THE LADY WAS RUDE BELLIGERENT AND PHYSICALLY CAME TO THE OFFICE DEMANDING PAYMENT AND THEY FINALLY HAD AN INVOICE OF THE WORK THEY DID. THEY CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE DEMANDING PAYMENT. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND EXPENSIVE. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR REFER THEM TO ANY OTHER COMPANY.
