Slowest supply house ever. Been waiting 45 mins. 1 counter person. 10 people waiting in line. Plenty of people walking around. Some helpful and some not. Not to mention having to pay for tech support ($75.00) and still no response yet... 3 hours later. Pay to process warranty claims. This is getting out of hand. Whats next, pay to park?

Having an account and part request I had an important order to pick up this Saturday between 8am and 12 pm needed for the weekend. At around 10 am when I arrived the place appeared open. There was a manager with heavy set features I talked to and said they were closed and working on their inventory and they were not able to help or assess with my order. I am disappointed with this type negligence demeanor as we all are in the business together and transparency is an irrefutable value along with partnership and engagement.

I ordered a blower motor from this location but the shaft was stuck. I came back to get it exchanged but the person at the counter(older guy) kept fuzzing about how their computer system was slow. I felt like he was taking his frustration out on me. It was their mistake the motor was not good but they did a warranty exchange which basically messed up any chance of returning the motor if it ever went bad. Worst experience Ive had in a supply store in a while. I really hope they get their act together.

Worst customer service in the industry across dozens of parts houses. Been first in line on the phones for over 45 minutes. App said call for induced motor assembly price and availability. How can we source these parts. I wish they’d go out of business altogether. Stop manufacturing the garbage they make.

Called this supplier Friday, stated we have the part and everything is good to go. Got there and told us our account is inactive, so we couldnt warranty the part. And they couldnt do anything about it, maybe mention this issue on the phone. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service, I understand that its close to the end of the day and all but no reason to leave me on hold so long just to tell me you wont do business with the general public. Maybe put that on the website 🤔 maybe you do business with the general populace,maybe you stop loosing customers but what do I know as a member of said public

By far the best Carrier location in North Texas. Counter staff has always gone out of their way to get what we need. We have been on a first name basis for years and Its the only location I enjoy going into.

Seriously, if your looking at this you probably need something from carrier. So you know you cant go anywhere else. They know that also. It shows in the snobby attitude and super extended wait times if you call for service help. Trouble bis the units are solid and dependable too. Its win lose with Carrier. Good luck

What a joke. Decided not to answer phone today. And then employee YELLS at person IM ON THE PHONE WITH while Im explaining why this shop didnt answer phones today. Would never recommend. Would go OUT OF MY WAY to NEVER use!!!!

Been in the dock 2 hours only had maybe an 8th of the trailer like 8 total pallets and still not done yet the guy tells me an hour and a half ago we are gonna start and get you out fast id hate to see how long a full trailer takes here

Hello, today I went to one of your stores because I need a thermostat for my air conditioning unit, my units are Carrier brand but the one who attended me in the store did not want to give me information or sell because he said that they do not sell to the public only to companies or customers with license they give me a very bad service that if all I want is the thermostat for my unit I dont need any service I just want the thermostat it makes me ridiculous that they ask for a license for a thermostat if I had known before I wouldnt buy my units of that brand or company terrible service.......
