The customer service was totally amazing! As normal, things break about closing time. Not only was I having a hard time finding the part I needed, but the gentleman came over and helped me solve my problem (staying past closing time) happily getting all the fittings situated, double-checking I had all that I needed and all I had to do is install it when I got back home and was back in business.Definitely recommend them, and they are now my first stop for problems. Thank you so much!!!

Multiple bad experiences prompted this review. Taking weeks to get an account set up. Called accounting and app. just sitting on desk. If you need more info, call me...Ordered 10 items and they pulled 3 items wrong size or count. Manager shrugged his shoulders and said we cant always be 100%.Sold me faulty zip ties. Tried to only refund me what I brought back & not all the broken ones I had to trash. Manager was defensive instead of apologetic. Poor service from top to bottom.

Great customer Service!!! Counter employees are very knowledgeable and go out of the way to get you what you need. Prices are very competitive. I will be back in the future! 👍

I called to purchase a part for my furnace when it went out in the ice storm. And instead of helping me they wanted to charge a $75 surcharge because it was outside their normal working hours when someone was there already. It is only 2 miles from my house and I had to drive across town to find another store. Talk about highway robbery! Terrible customer service! No compassion for someone who needs to have a warm home in the worst day in winter!

I love this place! I have purchased parts on two occasions.The staff was extremely helpful. The cost was a quarter of the prices that other places quoted, including ebay. You rock!

Been buying from AC Supply for over 20 years ! There more than a place to buy material but they know you by name and they really do seem to care about helping you achieve your needs . I would recommend them to anyone! TimDowns.
