Christian came out to do check out the air conditioner of a house we are preparing to sell. He arrived right in time and was very professional, considerate, knowledgeable and patient. He offered advice in a clear and understanding way. I know R-10 Services is proud to have an employee like christian.

My needs were not considered a rush, however they were able to send a technician the same day I called.The service person was on time, quickly fond the problem and fixed it.This is the third time I have used them and have always been pleased.

Our technician (Christian) did and excellent job. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was either at our house when he promised or called to notify us when there was an unforeseen delay picking up a part. I would definitely use R-10 again and appreciate their great staff.

R-10 not only gave me a lower quote for the same amount of work but pointed out an additional expense that was not needed which saved me more. Everyone I spoke with was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah and Christian came out and did a very thorough duct - A/C unit cleaning, were super friendly, and patiently answered any questions I had about the procedure. I never felt pressured at any time through the process. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I had our new system Installed back in July right in the middle of the heat wave we had! It was awesome to say the least. Had my first PM check today just to make sure everything is working properly, which it is. The tech Brandon, fine young man, did a very thorough inspection and made me sure all was good 👍. So glad I went with R-10 HVAC.

Brandon was my Tech. He arrived on time and told me exactly what he was going to do. He that I was comfortable and had no questions before he began his work. I had requested that they clean my air ducts, drier vent and the outside unit. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and Im pleased with the results.

Brandon Harvey, our sales professional, is truly amazing. We purchased a new unit yesterday, but it’s going to be 4-5 days before they can install it. In the meantime, the temperature in our house was quickly rising because it had been so hot outside. Luckily, Brandon was determined to temporarily repair our old unit so we could be comfortable in the meantime. He drove to their shop, after hours on a FRIDAY, then came back and installed the part himself. He didn’t leave our house until 9:45PM. Kudos to Brandon and the rest of the staff at TemperaturePro for providing such a high level of customer service!

Josh and Pierre were awesome. They were polite, respectful of my home, and provided excellent customer service. They even offered to change a light bulb and take out the trash! They did a tune-up on both my AC units. The air is now blowing stronger and colder than before. I would definitely use this company again.

Scheduling was very easy with the owner Ed and received text and email alerts before and after our appointment with a picture and info of the technician. Brandon came out and did a full heat check and advised that our capacitor was in decline and our ignitor and flame sensor needed replaced. He quickly took care of the job for a very fair price, and booked us for the maintenance package so we would have a free checkup for next spring and fall. I highly recommend the team at Temperature Pro for your heating and cooling needs! 😉

I went for their ac tune package. The guy came and hose the outside unit down..i asked him some technical questions he had 0 knowledge. i asked why my air handler unit in bathroom is dripping too much, then he realized he forgot to clean the drain pan for the inside unit which he charge me $150 extra to clean it which was like 2 min job. he left a big mess in my bathroom and left the pvc to drain untied. I do not recommend this to anyone. i paid 200 for this low standard service which anyone can do at their home watching YouTube videos. pathetic.

Cory was amazing!! He and his assistant went above and beyond to help us out. They were super helpful and took the time to figure things out for us. What was supposed to be a routine maintenance turned into a much bigger issue and they were committed to figuring it out. We definitely recommend!!

Called TemperaturePro after the company we had originally picked to install new AC units closed its business up - TemperaturePro came out and gave us a quote for the same work within $800 of the same price.Update: two new AC units installed - installers arrived on time and with prior notice, the technicians were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Units are running great and so far Im very pleased with the service!

Cory Hatton was our technician and he was awesome. Cory was able to come early and was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Unfortunately, he had some bad news for me about my unit. This was not unexpected and Cory called for his supervisor to come out also to confirm his diagnosis of needing a new compressor. Jordan Thompson was also very professional and personable and a replacementunit was arranged. Your operation is very top notch from my experience.

No issues with A/C - it works great. Service Tech installed drain pan wrong, resulting in my bedroom ceiling collapsing while I was on vacation. Water from drain pan installed wrong ruined a full size bed, collapsed ceiling and closet door. I called my regular A/C maintenance guy to fix issue due to not trusting Temperature Pro to fix issues, since they caused it. When I contacted Temperature Pro to help me with fixing damages, they said my warranty was voided because I used another tech to fix the problem that they caused.9-11-2021 - After talking with the GM, Temperature Pro gave me a check to cover my ceiling fan, which was $75.00. Not nearly enough to cover my ceiling damage, but it helped somewhat. Total damage was several thousand dollars.

The new full replacement was installed in 6 hours by a team of very efficient and polite workers. Its only been up and running for one full day, but so far its all working perfectly. The whole process was very smooth, I will update the review if any thing changes.

Jerry Gomez was a onsite tech and he is very knowledgeable about HVAC. He resolved my problem for less than $400.while a competing company insisted I needed a new unit for $12 - $15,000. I will be using R10 going forward.

So let me tell you a story. I was under the impression my A/C system came with my house and was now 18 years old. My system started losing freon and I had 4 different companies come out and tell me the same thing, replace my coil which was very expensive or replace my system. They all offered pros and cons of replacing the part compared to the system. 3 of the companies also used the age of the system as a reason to replace it but Temperature Pro was honest with me and informed me that my system was only 11 years old and even called Trane to see if maybe the system was installed after it was manufactured to see if a warranty still existed on it (it didnt because the previous owner never registered it with Trane). Temperature Pro gave me an estimate which fell in about the middle range of prices I was quoted and even offered several financing options. I left out of the country for two weeks and had a few more questions that Amber was happy to answer for me via e-mail since I didnt get roaming on my phone, she was even willing to use WhatsApp if I wanted to. Although I decided to pay cash, I chose this company due to them being friendly, thorough and honest. The other companies basically gave the same diagnosis but Temperature Pro stood out to me because of the honesty factor about the actual age of the system and the tech did everything possible to save me cash. Installation lasted about 5 hours and they cleaned up behind themselves. I would most definitely recommend them!

Had Temperaturepro install new Lenox heat and a/c heat pump. Two years ago and just had a service check with them. Morgan and his trainee were very professional, courteous and answered my questions. Find them to be a very honest reliable business.

I called temperature pros this morning and they had someone out within a few hours, great experience from start to finish! Morgan came out , looked at my AC system, he was able to find and solve the problem, he is very knowledgeable, professional and will always ask for him going forward.

Excellent professional service. We had one of our older AC units malfunction because it was old(20 years), the first technician came, gave us an overall diagnosis and recommendation for the system. He was very knowledgeable. Being that in the Texas heat, AC’s are a must almost. We went ahead and had them replace the whole unit. They did not pressure us into taking either route, but simply diagnosed the problem and recommended multiple solutions. We went ahead with what we wanted to go with. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER SO FAR. If anything changes, we will repost. But happy now. Will recommend and use in the future.

Knowledgeable and friendly, but very high priced. Be sure to shop around. The cheapest initial option they offered was twice as much as the 5.0 star company that I went with. They have also changed their company name recently from Temperature Pro, and many of their recent reviews are from restricted accounts with few reviews. Seems fishy.

Do not do business with this company! Once they get your money they don’t care about anything else! It has been a nightmare from the very beginning. Our AC unit has been leaking and it has taken 3 different guys to come out with no resolution. Our ceiling is literally almost caving in with water damage. We have sent pictures, and videos showing this leak next to live wires which could have caused something serious & they advised us it was low voltage nothing to worry about. Worst company & customer service that I have ever experienced!

Came out to check my unit after a hail storm after my insurance company notice some damage. Looked at my units, saw some minor damage but not impairing the system so far. I appreciate that I was not sold on any unnecessary repairs and the honesty of the service technician.

My ac went out this morning and i knew I had to call an ac company fast with all these days hitting 100 degrees plus. As today was Friday I was looking for a long very hot weekend.The first company i called told me maybe next Wednesday. The second said the same thing but when i called Temperature Pro they said they would have a tech to my house in Keller within 1-2 hours and the techBryan showed up in an hour and a half and had my AC up and running in 2 hours

One day my air conditioner suddenly stopped working, and it was really uncomfortable for me to sleep at night. The next day I contacted TemperaturePro to fix my AC. They came to my home and fixed my AC at a very minimal charge. I would recommend TemperaturePro to everyone facing any such AC issues!

In November 2019, while searching for an HVAC company to install new units in my home, I wasnt looking forward to it at all. When I met with Brandon Harvey of TemperaturePro Arlington, he not only addressed all of my concerns, but advised on the best option for my home and I couldnt be more satisfied with the quality and value of his recommendation. A minor issue arose in May 2020, but as with the exceptional install by his team, Brandon was punctual, and the issue was identified and corrected immediately, with huge results!If you need HVAC service, be advised that TemperturePro Arlington is your BEST option!!!

They are an outstanding group! They were able to accomplish cooling my house down that no one has been able to do out of 4 AC companies and thousands of dollars cheaper. Thank you all for your hard work.

I hope my review will prevent other people from being overcharged and taken advantage of by Temperature Pro. They replaced the capacitor on my outside unit and charged me $580 to replace a $150 capacitor. The service guy took about 15 minutes to unplugged a few wires and plugged them back into the new capacitor. The service guy was at my house for less than an hour so I guess $430 of the $580 was charged for labor.

Temp Pro gave me a 1 year warranty on the resealing of my hvac ducts at both ends! 1-3 of those seals came loose or were breached somehow! The hvac tech did not test each duct for looseness but just looked at them declaring them sealed but i then found one duct that had become loose! The manager Eric had then agreed that duct was loose from a video i had made showing its looseness! And that he would send a hvac tech to reseal it next week then! But by then he had reversed himself to then say no! That he will not send a tech out now! He is now failing to honor their 1 yr warranty on my hvac duct seals! That i had paid $645 for! Im not getting my moneys worth now from him! I want him to finish the job that he is too afraid to do!

What I thought I needed vs.The real problemI thought I needed some major ductwork repair. Willie & Thomas came out to look at the situation. Turns out that my ductwork was not “a giant mess” as another contractor told me. As Willie explained, the problem was simple yet often overlooked: my attic did not have adequate ventilation. Period.A hot attic heats up everything in it. Your AC has to compensate for the extra strain of this heat. An attic with proper airflow in not baking your ductwork. This quick suggestion to remedy the problem was provided, along with a reasonable quote for cleaning my blower and coil. I was impressed. Honesty isn’t dead!They gained a customer for future HVAC service. Which will be needed sooner than later I’m sure. It’s north Texas after all.
