Awesome company! Danny came out at 9:30 pm to diag my ac unit and still had a great attitude after a long day. Zac, their comfort advisor was out the next day with some reasonable replacement options that we were able to come to an agreement on and scheduled the install for the next day, which Luis and crew came out and performed. Install was done very professional and timely. Excellent customer service with very thorough communication, One Hour Air is a company that I highly recommend!

I did not use this company BUT I am glad I did not because a worker driving one of their vans made a purposeful maneuver on the highway on the bridge from I-30 to get on 820 that could have ended my life and the lives of 2 other drivers! The bridge turns into one lane at the end of the bridge and their was already a line of us in one lane getting on to 820 and he came speeding around at a high rate of speed to cut in a line where there was no room making 4 of us slam on our brakes on a very sharp turning point of the bridge! Shame on you and your company for allowing you to drive like that! My family needs me and you almost took me from them!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Bryce H. was dispatched and was quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue. Provided thorough explanation and education of the issue and options for repair/replacement. Still havent made a decision as its been 5min since he left, but seems like an ideal choice of company to hire with great staff. At this point, would absolutely recommend.

In June 2022 we called One hour air to look at our homes air conditioning system. They made the recommendation to replaced both of our heating and a/c system to the cost $22k. Which we did, with a guarantee that we would have a 10 year warranty on parts and 2 year warranty for labor.Two weeks ago the blower would kick on then shut down immediately. We called One Hour to come look at the unit.They sent Rocky S. nice guy and friendly he diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor,(in 15 minutes). He quoted us that it was going to cost $1160.00 . He said that was the labor to replace the unit.The motor lasted barley 2 years we keep the filters clean and we clean the vents. Rocky even said we did nothing wrong. His thought was there must have been a power spike to the unit.He returned the next day and less than a hour to replace the blower motor and clean up.I am positive that we did pay for the blower motor since we were not given bill with both parts and labor just the flat fee of $1160.00 and a addition bill of $89.00 for the service fee.I called and talked to the office manager and asked for a break down for services and labor was refused any other explanation. I was told they never claimed to be the cheapest company.I do not get upset when a man can do his job well and his skill and experience help him to work quickly.I do know when I have been taken advantage of and sadly I feel like that happened here, I am highly disappointed .

Rocky is awesome, on time and a very kind person. I had called because my fan kept running from my unit and I was concerned because of the electric bill I was sure was going to be sky high. After checking the thermostat, explained that because of the extreme cold the fan would run but not to worry because it didn’t cost any more than running ceiling fans. Fears relieved..thank you

I emailed the company to get a quote around 9:00 am, and they were about to get a representative over by 10:30. Luke was informative and relaxed during our consult and walked me through my options. I signed with them and my new system was installed 3 days later. The crew was punctual, polite, tidy and worked all day without a break. I was very pleased with my experience & would recommend them.

Title: Untrustworthy and Overpriced ServiceI had a disappointing experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. They charged me $120 for a routine visit that I was explicitly told would be free. They claimed they needed my card details only to activate my account, assuring me there wouldn’t be any charges. Yet, I found a surprise charge on my card afterward.When I tried to address this issue, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. On top of that, $120 for a routine visit is excessive, especially when I was told it wouldn’t cost anything.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for transparent and trustworthy service. Be cautious if you’re considering them—you might end up paying more than you were led to believe.

Trevor was amazing. My daughter was going to bed and he was super quiet while I walked him through my quote. He gave me a reasonable price and can’t recommend Trevor Hoffman enough. I’ll definitely use One Hour in the future.

I am not one to easily be impressed with sales people in the trade HVAC industry. Luke brought industry knowledge and peace of mind as it pertains to higher efficient comfort in my upstairs portion of home and found a solution with my hot and cold spots in the house. I would highly recommend One Hour and their sales representative Luke Scott to be very thorough with giving air conditioning and heating solutions for our home. Danny came to the house, same day, and stayed late to make sure our system was running properly. Not quite a simple fix, since he needed to redesign the drain system. He was friendly, funny, and didnt seem to mind my 10,000 questions. Definitely recommend!

We have a rental house that was built in 1950 so it has some issues. Whenever the tenant calls regarding those issues One Hour Air is incredibly responsive - even if I contact them at 6:30pm. They call me with updates and send lots of pictures and videos so I know exactly what is going on and they are very up front about the costs. They are the best.

One Hour Air Conditioning came on a Sunday evening and didnt upcharge me for weekend rates. The technician was very professional and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I had a great experience and recommend One Hour to anyone needing A/C service.

Mixed results. Fantastic customer service but had to call them back out after heater quit even though they said it was fixed. Second tech figured out the real issue.

AC was leaking in my attic, they sent an incompetent person out and I was charge $1200 for a $20 part that absolutely did nothing to solve my issue. Still having the same issue with the leak and being told I need a new unit… well if that’s the case I’m short 1200 for the new unit since you guys rip me off the last time. My AC unit is still working all I wanted was to get the leak fix. Never again with this inexperience company. Never again. Call someone else if you need yours to be fix right.

Unfortunately Ive met a lot of this companys service techs since I bought my new unit. But Robert was the best of the bunch Still not happy about all of the problems Ive had with this unit and then having to pay a service fee but at least this time I got good service

Uriel was , professional, personable, and all around excellent! He swiftly diagnosed the problem, got it fixed and had my house cooling off in less than an hour. I was so impressed that I signed up to have my units maintained regularly. 10/10 would recommend!

Rocky showed up within an hour and explained every step he was doing to troubleshoot and fix our ac unit. Yeah it was pricey but it HVAC it is expensive by nature. He worked diligently and quickly and got our ac unit fixed and running again. Id highly recommend 1hr ac for your ac needs.

Danny came out for a tune up/check up and discovered my fan blower was MAJOR dirty. He removed it from the unit, cleaned it, and had it re-installed within an hour. Super friendly and professional. I highly recommend him!

Danny was the on call service technician that came and helped with an A/C issue at 8:30pm. He was very thorough and helped fixed the problem and potentially saved me from future troubles. He also was very respectful, to not just me, but also to my home. He put on shoe covers every time he came inside the home. He was fantastic! Highly recommend this company just for the high quality service.

One Hour Heating & Air is awesome! They arrived in a about 30 min from the time I gave them my information at 9:45PM on a Friday night! The tech Trevor was very professional and thoroughly checked and took pictures of all AC equipmentHe had it fixed in less than 45min. The total price was under a $100 for Friday night visit. We will definitely use them again!

Rocky with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating came within one hour of our phone call need A/C service. Our HVAC system is a little over 7 years old and the fan motor needed to be replaced. Rocky needed to order the part and that did take 2 days (holiday weekend) to get to us before our air conditioner was fixed. Overall, we are very pleased with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly technician and staff.

Great job, happy customer! I called for a second opinion (free service call) after being told that I needed an entire new system for a very high price by another company. Trevor was on time, professional, confirmed the diagnosis, and within 20 minutes had sold me the same system for almost $5k less (by not adding a bunch of bells and whistles that he knew I did not need) and set me up with financing. Scheduled installation for the next day, and the crew showed up with an upgraded outaide unit. No extra charge to me, they said they didnt have the one I bought available in stock. Will definitely call Trevor and One Hour Air the next time I have AC needs. Honest, professional, great warranties, and very reasonable pricing. Great experience!!

Brandon and his crew do great work always going above and beyond. He fixed a vent for me and the dampers for airflow to the rooms. Such a nice guy and always has a smile. Give this man a raise!

Dont be fooled by the very nice and friendly technicians, they are all salesmen. They try to slap on all kinds of unneeded repairs if you need a repair or list all these issues during regular maintenance. Very sales forward and pushy to buy new a system if your system is on the older side. If I could give 0 stars I would. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first but just dont use them save yourself the money.

I had the misfortune of calling One Hour Air when my AC was blowing warm air. Rocky, a “technician” (salesman), came over and claimed my vents were dirty and my filter needed replacing. He charged me a whopping $3000 for vent cleaning, a new filter, and added refrigerant. Later, I discovered I overpaid for this. Other companies offer this service for much less.Rocky sold me on a $13/month maintenance plan, locking me in for a year. A few weeks later, my unit broke down again due to a refrigerant leak. Rocky quoted $3000 for repairs or a staggering $15,000 for a new system. Thankfully, I got quotes from two other companies who charged $1200 for the repair or $8500 for a new, high-quality HVAC system. I ended up getting a new Trane system for $8500.Feeling cheated, I spoke with Rocky about the huge discrepancy in pricing between One Hour Air and numerous other companies. He feigned surprise at the competitors lower prices, which I find hard to believe. When I tried to cancel the maintenance plan, I was told I was locked in for a year, or pay hundreds for a cancellation charge— regardless of my awful experience. Their response to my complaint was dismissive and condescending.One Hour Air is a rip-off. They overcharge, sell unnecessary services, and lock you into unfair contracts. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead.Edit: I called to confirm my membership was cancelled after the one year mark. I spoke to Emily and asked for a confirmation of my cancellation. She said she would send it to my email and never did. What a joke. Good riddance One Hour Air!

They will not give you an itemized statement. They charged use 1200.00 for a 2 yrs part that is under warranty. I would not recommend them to anyone. They rip people off!!!!

Rocky did above and beyond on the inspection. There were things that needed to replace and he informed me what i can on my own to prolong the lifetime on my unit. I was very happy with everything.

Don’t use this company. They’re good at making you feel like a special member of their clubs but they will just nickel and dime you any chance they get. They talk a smooth game but be aware of their antics. They don’t actually care about customer service.

Uriel is a fantastic technician! He is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about hvac systems and provided detailed information on other services they offer!Back story - end of August summer and the ambient temperature outside is cooler than the inside of my house. Everyone is miserable (wife, kid, dog, and myself). I tried resetting the unit (smart system and all) and still nothing. I figured it was the capacitor as thats usually my luck, even on newly purchased homes such as this one.I googled 24/7 hvac companies as it was after 11pm and spoke with the nicest service dispatcher / scheduler (dont recall her name 😬) and she advised me they would try to squeeze me in ASAP. Within 15 minutes after hanging up, I receive a text message saying Im scheduled for a service appointment, followed by a follow-up text 10 minutes later letting me know Uriel should be arriving in the next 30-35 minutes (what a relief)!When he got here, I explained to him what happened and what I suspicioned the problem to be, and he without hesitation, grabbed tools and off we were to check my unit, which sure enough, the capacitor was the culprit.The price was fair and the parts were top quality with a phenomenal warranty!Definitely will recommend them to others!!

Great communication! I was able to get ahold of an operator immediately when we were having AC issues in mid August. She scheduled me for a technician as soon as he was in the area on a Saturday. Within a few hours, they texted to let me know he was on the way. The technician was able to diagnose and repair the issue in less than 30 minutes at a very affordable cost. Great service!

Brandon and Nick were super efficient and gave me a rundown on everything and future heads up on check ups. Made it so much easier to understand it all!

Beware!! Bryce with One Hour told my sister and her son that it was going to cost $4,800 to replace a coil! Found someone within 1/2 hour that day that did it for $1,800. Licensed and insured. Don’t get ripped off by this guy!

My tech was Daniel and he was really great. He took the time to explain what he was doing and any thing he found that was not normal. It didn’t take Bryce long to find the problem. Unfortunately it turns out I need a new system, but he worked with me on price and it can be installed tomorrow, so overall I’m happy. Bryce was very personable and professional. And I appreciated that I could get quick service on a Sunday evening!

AC went out and we r the renters however when our tech got there at midnight last night he came in and was there about 5-10 minutes at the most. He said he shouldn’t be talking to us and walked out the front door!!!! We assumed he went out to call the Landlord, after about 20 min my husband went out to look for him and he was leaving. No. Thank you No BYE, NO NOTHING!!!! This wasn’t the company to go to in an emergency that’s for sure. Will NOT be calling them back….

Ze was a lifesaver! Came home around 9PM to an AC unit that was out and Ze was willing to come and get things fixed in the middle of the night. By 2AM we had a working AC again, and the entire experience was better than I could’ve hoped for. Very thankful and highly recommend him.

We live in Frisco and had our A/C go out late afternoon on Saturday of the Memorial weekend. We called One Hr A/C and the lady who answered was so kind and caring. She sympathized with us but was sad that the first available technician wouldn’t be available until Monday morning. (We had previously called our own A/C who installed our new heating /a/c system and they were closed the whole weekend, no emergency option)Monday morning came and Trevor arrived. He was so kind, professional, patient with our questions, shared his experience of growing up helping his father and learning this trade under him. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, took photos to show us the problem and explained everything and overall we were so relieved. We are an older couple and these kinds of issues especially when the weather is getting hot and humid, can really deflate your energy level quickly. We are so grateful for Trevor!!! Danny Jones came to fix my clogged AC pipes and he was exceptional! It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and he showed up within 4 hours of my initial call. Extremely professional, timely, and insanely well priced! I would recommend him to anyone!

Awesome experience with this company. I thought Id be paying $600+ for a new fan motor. When the tech, Ze, came out he found that it was just a minor wiring issue. He fixed it and had my house cooling in less then 15 minutes. This company is not money hungry at all. I was confident that it was the fan motor and they couldve easily put a new motor and charged me for it but they are an ethical company. If you need service, check them out.

I contacted One Hour Air Conditioning at 6:30 PM and they were able to have a technician come out with in a few hours.Bryce was the technician and he was very professional and courteous. He explained all of my options without a high pressured sales pitch which I appreciated. The price to fix the immediate issue seemed fair especially considering the after hours service call.Based on my experience I would recommend One Hour!

It was definitely not a high pressure situation and for that, we are thankful. Both were polite and courteous. We will use y’all again!!!!

I called these guys for a second opinion because my AC was not cooling down. The first company I called came out and quoted me thousands of dollars. One Hour sent Ze out and he fixed it in less than an hour, and repairs were only a couple hundred dollars. I am so glad I called this company for a second opinion. Ze is a GENIUS! Highly recommend!

Danny Jones and One Hour were elite. We are first time homeowners, and our 4 year motor went out unexpectedly. One Hour said they’d be there same day, and got to us a couple hours before i thought they would. Danny couldn’t get the part we needed same day, but did everything he could to do so, and had us up and running the next morning. He was thorough, communciative, empathetic, and kind. I called 6 different A/C places and One Hour came thru for us. Big time. When you’re spending so much money, you want to be taken care of, and that’s what One Hour and Danny did.

I am very appreciative of their customer service and professionalism from initial phone call to the finish line. Thank you!Mixed feelings about this company.Pros - They were extremely polite on the phone, very professional in person, and very prompt with the response in getting a technician to our home. The technician was also very nice, and I do believe that he gave what he thought was the correct advice.Cons - The diagnosis felt rushed, and was incorrect.They diagnosed that our air handlers control board needed to be replaced, and were going to charge $712 to replace this part. Thankfully, I found the part on Amazon for $29, and replaced it myself the next day in about 20 minutes. After replacing the board, it turned out that this was not even the issue that was causing our AC to not run.I had a different company take a look at my system the next day, and they had it running within 30 minutes, with no replacement parts being needed.I feel kind of silly that I paid this company $90 to give me an incorrect diagnosis, and I am quite frankly insulted that they were going to charge such an obscene amount of money for such a simple repair.

Danny Jones did a great job diagnosing and repairing our thermostat and blown fuse. He also did the 6 month check up on both HVAC systems and cleaned the coils. He pointed out exposed wires which could cause future issues. I appreciate the time he took to educate me on my systems.

Our AC unit decided to shut off this evening, I found this company on google & they were the only ones who could come out tonight.Bryce came out within 2 1/2 hours of my call & fixed the problem in literally 15 minutes! Rocky Smith, Service Tech, with One Hour AC & Heating performed a 72 point inspection of my HVAC system. I was kept informed of arrival time and he was on time! He was thorough in the inspection and in communication with me. He explained in detail and in easy to understand terms. He documented his findings with photos and where practical showed me, as well as in writing. He reviewed all my options and I was confident and comfortable in making my decision to proceed to replace my 17 year old system. I had a very insulting experience on 7/3/24, one that I will never forget.I was sent a sales man, not a repair guy. He did not even open the heat pump to look at it. He tried to sell me a $11000 new heat pump that he claimed couldn’t fit down my stairs, so I had to use a $1500 crane to get it up to the rooftop deck. Used every sales man tactic in the book, putting people on speakerphone with people to try to “give this nice lady a deal.” Then attempted to convince me that I have to replace my brand new, 2020 lennon inside the hour to the tune of over 25k. I had already measured the stairs and knew that my heat pump could fit down. Sales guy left without opening the unit at all.Next day, another company fixed the heat pump for $175. I got a quote for a top of the line Samsung Hilex… $6500. They carried the old R22 heat pump down the stairs (surprise it fit) for $100. Waited to write the review until it was indeed fixed, and indeed fit down the stairs without a problem.I would never recommend One Hour. Did not even attempt to fix my device on a 100 degree day. Tried to leverage my fear of not having AC to upcharge and replace things that did not require replacement. For whatever reason, he saw me and saw dollars. Avoid like the plague

One hour technicians come to your house with a target of a certain amount of money to bill their customer. They charged me $7000 to change my air handling unit. I didn’t look for another bid. Shame on me. They did a great job.Then a few months later my heat pump/compressor died. The one hour tech says I have a deal for you. Cost should be $10000 but I will give it to you for $8000.I became smarter and lighter in the wallet I started looking for estimates.My new unit cost me less then $3800 and they would have charge me just over &6000 to replace my entire system.One hour will never be allowed in my house again.

Danny Jones came out at 1130pm to fix our AC after it went out at 730pm. He was great at explaining the issue he found, fixed it quickly, and even rinsed the outside unit to improve efficiency and decrease stress on the system in this Texas heat.I also like that the service call fee for late hours was not price gauging like many service companies. $89 is very reasonable.

Brand new equipment has been installed and I had to get about 8 time the technicians to fixed issues but not been resolved. New issue started with the exhaust fan is leaking the water or moisture in the bathroom where the blower is installed and it’s not having enough pressure!.We are ending up with replacement of a blower and modifications of the insulation in the attic. My bathroom ceiling had damage that still needs to be corrected. Overall issue for leaking water has been resolved.

Was pleased they could get someone over the same day that I called. The tech was very knowledgeable with my odd geo- thermal system and was able to get me going. Well done.

We are very happy with our experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. First, the original technician, Ze, who came out to do a tune-up and showed me pictures of bacteria growing on our system and then instead of recommending we do expensive repairs that would have benefitted him, he offered to set up an appointment with a sales person. He then came back in the evening, when he didnt have to, and facilitated the introductions. Chris Horton, our sales person, was professional, courteous, and patient with us. He gave us all of our options and even told us the unit we currently had was too big for our house and recommended a smaller unit, which saved us money. Efrain and Ismael came the next day and installed the unit, they were both professional and courteous. The following week, Justin and another technician, came to clean our ducts; they even came out on a Saturday, even though they dont usually work weekends. Justin even came out two weeks later and on his own time to make sure our ducts did not have any holes in them. Also, the ladies who answer the phones and confirm appointments are always so sweet and professional. Very happy with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating.

Im updating my previously 1 star review, because at least One Hour Air is an honest company who called us back after we had concerns and did not try to literally scam us like the other AC company we ended up hiring. 10 days later, and we still dont have AC. One Hour Air came out quickly on our first call which was appreciated, but the technician who looked at our unit was absolutely garbage. Others may have a better experience with a more experienced technician.

Do not use this company. They sent a technician out to my home to perform an inspection and they called the Evaporator Coils needed to be replaced with 8lbs of refrigerant. They quoted me at $5,000 for this service. I called a second opinion to my home in which I was told that the Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) needed to be replaced. I was quoted at $500 for this. I had the 2nd company replace the TXV and my system is now working flawlessly. I have reached out to this company for a refund as they clearly are either incompetent or tried to scam me and they refuse to give me a refund and wont send a technician to my home to verify the system is working properly without the replacement of the $5,000 item they quoted me at. This company is negligent and scam artists at their core. Avoid at all costs.

Let me just say it was all roller coaster ride to get the new unit up and running. Original visit was great! Then just kinda went downhill afterwards. However, I got to say thank God for Mr. Wiley Fulkerson! He was amazing, got our system up and running in a matter of seconds once he walked in the door and took the time to verified everything with the installation before he left. This company truly needs more employees like him, very knowledgeable and great customer service. Thank you so much for making our experience a lot better. They have truly turned the whole experience around for us and gave us back that initial trust we had for the company. Long story short, this company made it right because apparently when they installed a brand new system it turned out to be a lemon. They replaced the lemon with a much better system and redid some duct work to fit they new system as well as a bigger plenum was installed. They have gone above and beyond. I feel like we have gotten to know several of the repair techs over these months and they are top notch in what they do but management realized no matter what the techs did nothing was going to correct the lemon. Shane Smith, one of the general managers, personally came out here to tell us they want to replace the system and then he personally came to inspect the installation. He is happy and we are very happy and comfortable in our home with this new system. Great employees from the ones who answer the phone, managers and techs. Thank you again.

We have worked with One Hour Air for approximately the past year and have had a terrific experience! We most recently worked with Zac regarding unit replacement and he was efficient, honest and easy to work with -- thanks, Zac! The 24/7 availability One Hour offers is a huge plus in the Texas heat -- we had an AC emergency summer 2023, and they answered our phone call late at night, then fixed the issue first thing the next morning. AC/heating issues can be stressful, and One Hour is truly reliable and customer-service oriented.

I pay for the comfort club so on 8/21/2024 there tech Anthony came out to My home to do a maintenance check of my unit when he arrived everything was working fine he finished the check up on my furnace then he went out to My condenser to check the freon level and told me my compressor wasnt working I asked him how is it not working and my house is cooling so just to see what he was going to say I asked how much is it going to cost for a new one (my unit is only 5 years old) when he told me the price I said I can get a whole new unit for almost that price when I said Im not paying that he said ok let me finish up and Ill get you your invoice he brought the invoice back in and there is a space on it that saysdescription of work needed but he didnt put on it any work need, today on 8/28/2024 I wake up to water on my floor coming from the return vent it was not leaking before so I called the company they told me to turn it off which I had already they sent Trevor out he said the float wasnt secure and the lines were clogged once he fixed those issues he turned the thermostat on and held his hand on one of lines the lines on the furnace I asked why are you doing that he said to see if I can feel the compressor coming on he them told me to fill it to show me that it was on then he said he had to go outside to check the fluids after about 10 minutes the unit shut off so I went outside to see if he had cut it off out there cause I knew there was no way it had already reached the temperature I had it set on when I went out there he had his gauges hooked up to it I asked did you turn it off he said no your compressor has failed I asked how is that when it has been working and was just working he said just like your heart when it fails you die I couldnt believe what he had just said so I walked back into my home a little while later he came back into my home with the invoice of what he did and asked did I want him to set up a time for them to replace the compressor I told him No. This company will not be coming to my home ever again cause now my air is as they say is not working but it was working just fine before they came out last week and today(Just because I have a big house doesnt mean Im rich and have money to throw away #unitisonly5yearsold

Had an amazing experience with One Hour Air here in Fort Worth. Had a technician come out for the annual inspection and tune-up, replaced the fliters etc... During the cleaning of the outdoor units, the technician turned on an outdoor spicket which had not been used since the freeze. It flooded out my entryway, which was very concerning. Leslie H called right after, and in less than 24 hour had a plumber out to the house to make the repair, AND covered the cost. World class company, world class customer service.

Yoany from One Hour Air did a diagnostic on my Lennox heat pump. He determined it was leaking. He was straight forward with me about all the pricing to find and repair the leak.I appreciate that kind of honesty. Jaime from the office emailed me all the information promptly. She was very nice to talk to.

Zac was awesome! We were very frustrated and upset with having to replace our ac system after many repairs. Zac did everything possible to make this process easier on us. Spending 20k is not a little thing but he did everything he could to help ease the weight and giving us the right options. His customer service is impeccable! I would highly recommend One Hour Air! Thank you Zac for staying long after hours to help get our issue fix!

One Hour Air Conditioning is fantastic! Our Technician, Ze, is the most professional, courteous and truly one of the nicest guys you’ll meet in the business! I could not be any more pleased and I’ve been a customer for four years.

One Hour came out quickest among the five HVAC repair companies I contacted to fix what I presumed to be a bad capacitor. They confirmed that was the issue and proceeded to quote me $1,100 for an intensive service before eventually quoting me $750 for the capacitor only. I understand you pay a premium to have a company perform this service, but two others quoted me a flat fee of $350-400 for the same service and even reading some of One Hours own reviews I see they have charged around $390. So Im not sure how a capacitor replacement equals $700+ even after factoring in inflation, etc.I declined One Hours offer and paid my $89 trip fee. About 30 minutes later, the tech called back and said their manager had agreed to do the service for $390. But to my displeasure they did not apply the pre-paid trip fee to that total so overall the work cost me nearly $500, which I feel confident in saying is above industry standard.

Had an AC issue and was able to get it diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours of my initial call. Rocky Smith was great and explained everything very clearly.

They were great and very easy to work with! They came and gave me a second opinion and quote on the AC repair work I needed and were very reasonably priced and quick on the turnaround! All of the technicians were very friendly and seemed like great, honest people. Would recommend!

We were given a full overview and an estimate of potential work to be done. The rep Luke was extremely professional and provided an in depth explanation of equipment, installation, costs as well as warranties.. One Hour was one of a few companies that we had to come out to provide an estimate but with all of the information that was given and questions answered we are more than confident One Hour has won our business. We dont feel that there will be short cuts taken and we will get all of our options presented upfront.We look forward to doing business with One Hour.
