We have been using AirCo for many years and are members with the annual maintenance plan. They are awesome! They always explain everything with pictures and let us know if there is something additional we should do to maintain our systems (preventative care). They are never pushy about recommendations. They have great prices and never try to sell things you don’t need. They inform you when you should schedule your maintenance appointments and inform you when the technician will arrive (even with a picture of them). All the technicians who come are awesome people! Highly recommend AirCo!

I had Air Co prior to obtaining my home warranty, they did great HVAc checkups for me! Great technicians but no other reason to keep them when home warranty kicked in so I cancelled but due to an internal problem - this was not communicated. Shout out and big thanks to Nick who first seen issue and Jeanne who took the time to diligently investigate problem and followed through to get it resolved! I love AirCo. They are always very professional, on time and efficient. Josue was very prompt, he explained everything to me, he was polite and just overall professional. They are a great company to work with and have yet to be disappointed.

We have had on and off issues with our HVAC since moving into our new build. Airco has appeared to always put a bandaid on the situation and failed to perform thorough inspection to determine if there was a leak. Rather, they just recharged the system since it was under warranty. Upon the warranty ending, miraculously they decided to do a leak test when our heat wasnt heating during a cold front. We were told and shown a video that our evap coil had a leak. The tech stated that the leak detection gun he was holding in the video only flatline beeps when it locates a beep. $2200 expense. Incredibly frustrated we opted to have a second option. We had THREE other techs out who could NOT locate a leak on our evap coil. In fact, they showed us how you can manipulate the leak detection guns by hitting it on something to make it flatline beep. All 3 companies showed us video proof of no leak. Instead, all 3 other techs located a leak at the shraider valves. $150 fix vs $2200! Madness! To add to the frustration our emergency heat was connected correctly, even after multiple visits by Airco. We will never be using this company again and forewarn anyone else to get multiple opinions before giving your money to these people. I called Airco and spoke with Gina? I believe was her name. There was very little shock or concern for the large mistake made by their tech and the fact that he manipulated the device to convince us.

Our technician Micaiah came in, asked a few questions, and knew exactly what the problem was. He showed me a little bit of troubleshooting and got us fixed up in no time. He gave me some upkeep tips and suggested we get on their monthly plan for service and general maintenance. I’m glad I called AirCo instead of a referral, definitely top-notch service.

Joshua was very nice and well mannered. He explained everything that he needed to do to keep my system working correctly. I very much appreciated his dedication to keeping his clients safe and comfortable. Joshua is a great asset to your company.

Called in with issues at my Commercial Property. We have a 30,000 square feet building and ceilings are 25 tall with 5 units in shop and 3 in offices, so I wasnt for sure they could handle it. But I couldnt be more satisfied. Michael showed up with a team of 3 guys and it was fixed in less than hour. Prices were more than fair. And I feel like these guys were 1000% honest.

The team installed a new HVAC system and did a great job with preparation, installation and cleanup. They walked us through downloading and syncing the app with the thermostat and was even aware and cautious of my dad who is on oxygen. Friendly and professional.

I had been an AirCo customer for several years and was a member. I am in a newer home and have kept up with both Summer/Winter maintenance with no significant issues. On my recent winter review, the tech tried to quote me $2K-3K in igniter and motor inducer replacements. I have owned several homes and found the information presented suspect. I called in 2 other reputable HVAC for 2nd opinions and both independently did thorough inspections and advised systems were were good and no repairs needed. I even had the tech call me later that same day from AirCo asking if I was going to proceed with repairs. I have since cancelled my membership and will be working with a more reputable organization.

On Dec 6, 2023 I purchased and paid cash for a new HVAC unit and complete duct work. Within a week the unit was replace due to a mechanical defect. The 2nd unit also did not work correctly and several people came through my house on different dates to figure out the issue which was never resolved. I had another HVAC company diagnose the issues. They found damaged wiring, a leak in the valve, no refrigerant in the system, and unknown damage to the compressor due to no refrigerant. AirCo denied these were the issues but failed to give a reasonable explanation for the unit not to work properly. During this time I received 2 letters from a bank denying a home improvement loan of which I never applied for because I paid cash. After a lot of finger pointing *****, the salesperson, finally admitted he made the application unknowingly to me and without my approval. I requested, which then turned into demands, that AirCo remove the system and reimburse me in full. After more people came tromping through my house, which at this point was an invasion of privacy, AirCo agreed to remove the system and reimburse me in full. While removing the system they dropped the unit in my attic, above my office, so hard I almost ducked under my desk, This created a crack in my ceiling, popped nails in my ceiling and wall. After the techs left with the unit and duct work they refused to reimburse me until I signed a release form. This was not our agreement. I sent a demand email and certified letter letting them know I would be filing against them in court for reimbursement, damages, and punitive damages referencing ***** Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) which protects ***** consumers from false, misleading, or deceptive business practices. Exactly one month later I was reimbursed for the unit only, the day before I filed in court, and without AirCo accepting any responsibility.1/28/25 - At this point I have called 3 times to be taken off their mailing list. They cant even do this right.

I scheduled my 6 month service and made sure to ask for Micaiah again! He is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to talk to!

I’ve been using AirCo for over 25 years… Ash was very professional, polite, and thorough. I appreciate him making sure I understood everything that was done to my unit at its routine maintenance and the additional options I had. Thank you Ash, and AirCo!

We’ve never talked to someone from AirCo who wasn’t kind and helpful! We hired them to install our new system and ducts and have worked with them for all of our maintenance since. Even when issues pop up, they’re quick to correct and make up for mistakes on their end or help solve problems that nobody can control. There are a million HVAC companies, and I’m grateful we found AirCo first.

Brian did a fantastic job today. He got me and my sister, Juanita all set up today to install a new HVAC system. He walked us through the entire thing.

He was patient, friendly, informative, & helpful. He installed a new thermostat without trying to sell me something I did not need. The service charge was very fair.

Courteous, professional, honest, and excellent customer service. Diagnosed issued, kept me informed before performing repair and informed of price upfront. Completed all repairs, took pictures, and video to show repairs were completed entirely and emailed them to me! Recommend Air Co for all your HVAC needs. I have used them twice now, once for a whole new unit 9 years ago in my previous home and for a repair in my current!

Elvis from AirCo came by earlier today for a regularly scheduled maintenance check of my HVAC systems (2x a year). AirCo always sends great technicians but I particularly appreciated Elvis, not only for his expertise, but for his courteous and pleasant demeanor. He gave me a thorough read of what looked great and what needed some attention. He was efficient in his work, but was also conscious of wearing boot coverings in and out of our attic. Appreciate you, Elvis!

Well they said I needed extensive plumbing work done, and if I get the service membership it will save some money. So i did it. Now each guy that has come out for service calls says something different about my hvac system. The last guy said it has 2 stage heat and needs a new thermostat and it will be close to $400 to fix it. So instead of that I bought a new thermostat and installed it myself. Well the heat dont work unless on emergency heat. So I have to call them to send a service guy to fix it. This guy says its not a 2 stage heater. Why does each technician say something different??? And he didnt fix it, he put the old face on the new back so i cant send the new one back for a refund. Done with these guys. And yes had to pay for the service call I didnt/wouldnt have needed. Too bad we cant give 0 starsUPDATE:They refunded the last service call charge.

The two gentlemen who represented Airco did a great job. They were very professional, curteous and thorough. I was shown pictures of the situation before and was also shown the actual clean up after on a component of my a/c.

Ricardo has been to our house before for check-ups of our system and he was his usual smiling, friendly self. He is always thorough and explains everything to us so we understand what the system is showing on the diagnostics.

Used AirCo for HVAC maintenance and was generally pleased. They offered a free plumbing inspection with my last semi-annual maintenance and it really was just a really poor experience. The guy just put a snake down my drain, said it looked bad, didn’t answer my questions, and left.I received three estimates after this person left to have AirCo dig up my plumbing lines because there was allegedly settling. The highest estimate was for almost 100k.The HVAC techs have always been extremely nice, courteous, and punctual. But if this is how they run their plumbing business, I don’t have any faith in them as a whole.

The techs showed up early. They were very professional and finished the work in a timely manner. I was happy with the service.

Micaiah came out just hours after I called. He fixed the problem and showed me how to troubleshoot before calling if it happens again. The problem has been with the thermostats. He’s been out here before in the five years I’ve had these units and is always professional and kind.

The Trane representative did a comprehensive job of laying out all of our options. He made our decision easy and explained how Trane would be looking out for our heat pump needs even though the 2025 models were not available yet.Our present unit is not broken, but it is showing a yellow warning triangle on the thermostat. Trane is going to provide a new computer part to tide us over just in case we do have a problem before the new models are available.That gives us comfort even though we had a yellow warning sign.

Cesar and his team member did a great job. Found the issue in minutes and had me back and running. He was very kind enough to tell me some other things that were happening with my system and recommended a sales person.

He let us know what the issue was exaclty and fixed it promptly. They never up charge you on anything. It’s always honesty above all with AirCo which we love.

Jeff was great. But I am very disappointed in having a new motor burning out after only 2 months. There are a lot of Highland homes in our community that are not having the problems we are having. Yet you continue to try to sell additional equipment that I should not have to purchase with a 3 year old home. In all the homes we have purchased, this is by far the worst experience with HVAC equipment I have had.Today Cody and James were great. They installed the new fan motor quickly and answered all our questions. Very disappointing that the new fan motor installed two months ago burned up and we had to have another one installed.

I woke up to a hot house in the middle of August in Texas. I called AirCo and they almost immediately sent a tech to the house and got the issue fixed. The tech, Arturo, was quick, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me understand how to avoid future problems and help make my AC unit work better. He even washed my coils out for me. Heat was not turning on, I made an appointment online & they showed up within hours. The parts & labor seemed extra pricey compared to what I found online, but they did have us back up & running in within an hour 💪!

Do not use AirCo! Deceptive. Poor Communication. Misleading pricing. Rescheduled appointments. Call Center only they refer to dispatch. Left hand not talking to right hand. Billing department could not even tell me what services were included for charges.

While not related to the problem, he noticed that the outside unit hadnt been cleaned in a while, tracked down the hose (I wasnt sure where it was!), hooked it up and cleaned it. I dont think that was really in the job description, but I was so thankful he was willing to do that since I have some mobility issues that would have made it difficult for me. Excellent service from a worker clearly determined that I get the best out of my unit that I could. AirCo service people are always great, and Benny was worthy of the uniform!

AirCo originally installed and serviced my system for the past 7 years. I had a coupon from another company and needed some errors resolved. After about $1,500 worth of repairs, we had issues about every other week. Called AirCo back out and they resolved the ongoing problem. The other company was out to the house to fix it less than 7 days ago and couldn’t find the communication problem. AirCo did it in under 15 mins and repaired in under 45. Amazing service!

Cody was just here to replace my ac coil and I have to be honest he is by far the best technician I have had for my ac.He was very thorough and patient and did a very clean job.

Our AC quit in mid to high 90s heat, it was sweltering and stuffy inside the home. AIRCOs response was heartening and fast. Thank you James, Cody, Clayton for responding to our situation and fixing the breakdown ASAP; Clayton and Cody were very transparent with us regarding the problem and fix, they were patient with us to answer our various queries and making us comfortable with the repair. AIRCO helped expedite the part and start repair ahead of time.

The tech diagnosed my 19 year old a/c unit and together we determined I needed a new one. I was given a competive price. Dario was the tech that arrived at my home. He was respectful to my home in wearing shoe coverings.He did not inform me of everything that he found that may have been an issue with the AC not working properly. He did however attempt multiple times to sale me a contract. Which is why I denied to sign up because he was over selling it to me. He probably mention the contract about six times.When I read the invoice today he mentioned the outdoor unit wasn’t on.And the inside air handler safety switch was turned off. Not once did he inform me of this. He offered me two options to resolve the issue. He said the drain was clogged and he suggested a deep cleaning of the pipes or a basic drain cleaning.I selected the basic cleaning because he said I could use draino to try to unstop the drain after he did the cleaning. But in his invoice he seems to apply that I was being cheap and selected the lesser option.He also did not put my outside unit back together like he found it after he told me he did. He did go back and drill the sockets on after I said something to him. He also left the outside AC shut off unit door open.I had to place another service request four days later for the same issue. He never explained to me that I had 30 days for them to do a follow for a repair without being charged.I found this out when I called the company to ask for a technician to come out again and asked would I be charged. At that time I was informed of this information. But Dario did mention this to me on second visit.Overall I think he was trying to get my AC working properly but I just didn’t like how I wasn’t informed about everything and him not putting things back like he found them.

I asked AirCo to come out and give me a second opinion because the buyer of my house wanted some things done and the quote they got from another company was $500. When AirCo came out he quoted me over $1000 for the same parts and labor. When I asked him about it he said it was because it would need more Freon (3 pounds instead of 1) and that the other company wasnt good because they didnt even realize my unit was still under warranty, etc. etc. The other company, which I called, admitted it may need a little more Freon than they put in the estimate, but that if the part was under warranty I wouldnt be charged for it, so that would save me money again, bringing me back close to $500. In the end, my significant other talked me into using AirCo since they were already there. When I got the itemized receipt from AirCo it turns out they charged me twice and three times the amount the other company would have for the parts and somewhere around $30 extra per pound of Freon. (Dont have the exact numbers in front of me right now.) I completely got ripped off. When I emailed them, I was told the manager would call me, which never happened. Im beyond frustrated that this company that I trusted ripped me off. I wouldve been better off using the company the buyer had come out. I guess if you choose to risk using this company, make sure you get an itemized estimate beforehand and check with competitors before hiring them.

Arturo was fantastic - I had such a good experience with him and AirCo. I called them to get a second opinion after another company had come out earlier that day and gave me very high estimate to fix my AC. Arturo came out at about 7pm on his way home and spent the next 1.5 -2 hours working with me to find a leak I knew existed somewhere in my coolant system.Arturo was knowledgeable and friendly and actually encouraged me to watch and ask questions! He found the leak and worked with me to get a reasonable estimate to fix and get the system recharged.This was in stark contrast with another AC company I called earlier - Top Gun Heating and Air. They did not think finding the leak was worth it and recommended I just get new EVAP and condenser coils, which would have cost ~$8500! This made no sense at all, especially since Arturo was able to find the leak quickly and it was only a weak weld on the fluid line outside the AC unit. My coils were not even damaged! Replacing them would have been massively expensive and not even have fixed the problem! Thank goodness for Arturo and AirCo saving me thousands! Im one happy customer!

Read your Estimate! If we had wanted a new AC AND Furnace, it would probably be a 4 or 5 star review.We told salesman all we wanted was an AC unit replaced and thats all he talked about. Didnt think to look over every line on the estimate (most which had 0.00 on them) so I didnt notice the 100000 BTU furnace at the bottom. Have to believe they did not give it to us for free so it was buried in the total. Probably added 4-5 k to the price plus. If they did throw it in gratis, I will gladly update this review.The install team was great and even though it was unbearably hot,got the job done.

Absolutely terrible service! My AC was blowing hot air and their technician spent 5 minutes testing my condenser unit to quote $7500 for a repair job. I ended up finding a wiring issue, which I was easily able to fix myself.Tried to call 5 times since then to get my service fee refunded. Im not willing to pay for something they didnt even look at. Its been over a week and nobody has called me back.I would give zero starts if I could.

I have been a long time customer of AirCo since 2015. Staying extremely loyal to them as well with maintaining 2 times a year maintenance package. There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for them and how they helped me today and had my back. I fell and broke my ankle a week and half ago and unable to have the mobility as normal. I noticed a back panel cover was off the back of the unit that my lawn guy had discovered on the grass when he serviced my lawn and placed it on top of my unit. I saw it was sitting on there and was worried on how I would get it back on with me not being able to walk with my broken ankle. So I called AirCo to see if they could send someone out to help me put it back on cause I didn’t want to fall trying to put it back on. When I spoke to the office the lady was extremely nice and gracious to send a technician out to put it back on for me as a courtesy. Then when Benny the technician came out he went the extra mile to look over everything for me and helped replace the inside air filter that I had already in my home. He then went out and inspected the outside unit to make sure everything was working properly. He discovered there were some urgent issues that needed to be replaced and took care of those for me and insured the back panel was securely on. Again there are not enough words to express how grateful and thankful I am of Benny and the lady ( apologies for not remembering her name) for being for me in my time of need. Thank you so much to you both for having my back and giving loyalty back to me. I will be forever grateful to you both. *Edited* I was quoted several thousand dollars worth of fixes that I needed to do to my AC unit. I dont know AC systems, so I trusted his diagnosis. However, I wanted to investigate further before spending that kind of money. I talked to my father-in-law, and we determined it sounded more like a $7 part. We started there, and the AC has been running great ever since, which granted has only been a week. However, $7 is a lot better than the $1100 for a blower motor or over $10,000 for an entire system replacement. Maybe my technician Cesar was right, and Ill have to replace the entire system soon. The main point is that I dont like having the feeling that I was upsold something that I didnt need.Lets just play this different scenario: The tech replaces the $7 part in 20 minutes. He tells me itll be $150 for the house call and parts and labor. I dont know what he replaced, but $150 sounds pretty cheap. Then, two weeks later the whole system crashes. I have confidence in him and the company that theyre honest in their evaluations. I spend more than $10,000 with them to replace the system.They also have a quick email system asking for a Google review if youre satisfied with your experience. If you say youre not, it leads to another system, which is why they have such good reviews on Google. Nothing illegal there. Thats good SEO and business now. Just so people are aware.*Original* Great experience so far! Cesar was professional and knowledgeable.

Sept 2024- Ashraf Muqattash did a great job along with one other male (I forgot his name) but they came for a routine check and as always, they were professional and answered all my questions. This is their second time to my home and they always go above and beyond with their service. I have not regretted choosing AirCo after I stopped utilizing OneHour Air (I was with them for 8 years). With AirCo, their prices were substantially reasonable and much better (yes it was still expensive). But Kristin H. came out and walked me through all my options with the prices and made sure I could secure the funding. She was so sweet, and she made sure the service was done in a timely manner, came the morning of the service to ensure everything was going good, and followed up with me the next day.The crew was on time, very polite, professional, knew what they were doing, and answered all my questions.
