This is the company to call !!!!!! Raul answers his phone or calls back quick. He doesnt make you leave a stupid message like some others do. Twice now when he was not available right away he still made time to help me out. I greatly appreciate and highly recommend him.

Raul is an outstanding electrician not just with expertise but great work ethic. I live in the Alpine area and while it’s hard to get anyone out here to service our home we reached out to Raul because our heater was out and we needed it fixed quick. For medical reasons he couldn’t come out and service BUT HE STILL walked me through everything to fix the problem. We found our new electrician and I HIGHLY recommend him.

I cannot recommend CSM Heating & Air conditioning enough. Raul the owner, installed one inside and outside unit and also serviced 2 additional units at my residence. I went out on a limb when calling CSM because I live in Alpine and his business is located in Fort Stockton, this was no issue for Raul. He was able to not only diagnose my faulty old unit, but also service my other units based on his recommendations. Raul with CSM is truly a master at his craft. He was able to break down HVAC terminology to my wife and I in layman’s terms to better aid us in our new purchase of our mini-split. I felt so great with my technician that I was comfortable leaving him at my house while I was away at work. Raul is honestly a very down to earth guy and is super accommodating. He did not press us once to get any type of unit, but only provided us options that best suited my family’s needs. My new Mitsubishi mini-split works great and my older units are in tip top shape thanks to CSM. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The first time I called, Raul agreed to take a look but did not show up. After 10 days I called again. He told me it would be a $200 service charge. This is way too much for a service charge. Eventually he told me if you are looking for a low price then Im not your man

Raul was a great technician. He showed up the same day I called. I had issues getting other local companies to come out and take a look at our unit. Some said they’d make it out in 2-3 business days & would be no shows. Raul diagnosed the issue and came back within two days to fix our unit. I extremely recommend CSM for your HVAC needs.

Raul did a great job installing a new air conditioning and heating system in my mobile home. Answered all my questions and was extremely professional. The cost was kept right where he said it would be. I highly recommend him for all heating and air conditioning needs.

Original thermostat on furnace had gone out at parents house. It was a Godsend as they worked with me over the phone to get the heat back on, assisting with the new thermostat . Highly recommended. Thanks so much.

Raul is AWESOME!! He came out to my house quickly and diagnosed my AC problem. Turns out my compressor blew out and was completely shot. Raul replaced my outside unit THE SAME DAY! It only took him about an hour and a half to do! That blew my mind! Thank you Raul!

Raul has great customer service skills and the skills needed for his trade. He was very friendly, very informative, and answered all my questions. The previous A/C was old and in really poor condition. The new one works amazing.

Came out quickly and made repairs. Very professional and did a very good job.

I called every single other company in my town for a small quick job & either they didn’t answer the phone or they came and said it’s wasn’t something they can fix. CSM came out the following day and fixed our minor problem & even gave us tips to keep our home cooler, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
