My fiance and I have been getting electric panel quotes. We moved into a new house and our inspector missed several safety concerns on our panel.Willard was competitive in pricing but it was there 0% financing plans that made it a no brainer to go with them. Joanne in financing was very helpful. And Gabriel came out for the installation. Man, when he took apart the old panel I was shocked at what we saw. We are very happy and feel much safer now!
Used this company for when my bfs kid flushed a pull up and to replace a broken valve to the toilet Roberto Morales came out and had a great attitude fixed it all on the spot! The ladies in the office are amazing as well big thanks to how helpful Kendra and Maddie were! Brian and Allen are awesome. We had a tankless water heater installed incorrectly. Brian came and did an assessment and provided us options. We didn’t feel pressured with our decision. We decided to get the filtration system and have our system flushed. Allen installed our filtration system. He was meticulously—paid attention to details and walked us through the installation. Chris Morris was our plumbing technician that stopped over to inspect the issue we were having with our water meter. He was on time, very professional, respectful and personable. From the time he spent inspecting the issue, to providing a clear explanation of the problem and going over several different cost options to fix our issue. He did an excellent job explaining each option and the work that would need to be done and the time that would be involved for repair vs. replacement. He didn’t pressure at all, only provided the facts and his professional opinion. Which we really appreciated. I would definitely want to work with Chris again in the future and would highly recommend him.
We are very upset and disappointed with the AC installation on our new house. First they unhooked the drainage hose in the attic and water ran downstairs through the recessed light onto our brand new wood floor. They were not even aware of this until we told them. Then they damaged several of our newly painted shelves and walls. They left without putting back the attic ladder and cleaning the mess on the floor from the attic debris. They left the old unit cover in the kitchen and said nothing to us about how to use the newly installed thermostats.We want a supervisor coming out to check the work to make sure the units are installed correctly, nothing else got undone in the attic, and repair the damages.

Thanks Jorge for troubleshooting my issues with my A/C. The Plenum had separated from the main blower unit. Alexis also fixed the switch that ran the outside unit. All seem to working well now.

Alexis was the 3rd person who came out to check was going on with our heat. Unfortunately, during this past week our heater would not kick on when it should and we were freezing inside. (We kept getting the same run arpund) Alexis took the time to figure out what was the issue and addressed everything with me, step by step. He was able to locate the problem and replace the part. He waited to see if it worked before he left. Our house is warm now and ready for the cold Texas weather. My inspection was completed the week before Thanksgiving and the technician who inspected my system was leaving for vacation however he assured me someone would be out the week of Thanksgiving to complete the work that was determined needed to be done. I’m still waiting. I have spoken to 3 or 4 different people at the Willard office and requested and updated copy of the work wanted completed at this time and they were unable or unwilling to provide it. I had another call this morning and I informed the person I spoke with I do not wish to proceed because I’m not happy with their service. I already paid over $300.00 just for the inspection and now I will have to start over and pay another inspection fee for someone else to come out.
Emorrick was amazing excellent customer service and just overall knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again and absolutely only request those two! He was amazing definitely an asset to the company ! I truly enjoyed the customer service and the honesty when it came to what I needed moving forward! Not recommended. Need to be upfront about how the appointment works. What is the $89 fee is for. Had setup to detect a leak in the AC, made the appointment and everything but when the technician arrived, they asked for additional absurd amount of money to detect the leak.I would not have made the appointment had I known about the extra money. I was upfront with the person who made the appointment. They told me the technician will detect the leak. I asked for only $89, they said yes.I do not recommend this company.No one has reached out to me from the management.

Yesterday, Julio came out because the heater wasn’t working. After a quick look, he realized that a valve wasn’t turned on, and he took care of it. This company is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and has great pricing! Their customer service Is outstanding; I highly recommend them!

High pressure sales tactics and dishonest service. I had a capacitor go out in my AC a month or so ago, I had them come out to fix it. They gave me an option to pay outright or get a discount with a 12 month service contract that includes 2 free check-ups on the system. I asked SPECIFICALLY if I could cancel the contract any time and if there was any penalty, the tech said I could, and that there wasnt a penalty. I got the fine print emailed to me afterwards, and sure enough, if you cancel early, you have to pay out the whole year. I was irritated, but I had planned on keeping it active anyway.Fast forward to our first check-up once the heater started working. First visit, they tell me I have a cracked coil and that I need to get a whole new system because of such and such regulation changes, and they quote me over $16,000. I was stunned by both of those, so I wanted to get a second opinion. The next tech came out, and said that not only is there no crack, my refrigerant was fine, and everything was working well. Out of curiosity, I had them price out a similar unit replacement, and it was literally half the cost Willard quoted.Im fortunate that I had the presence of mind to have someone else look at it. Scare tactics and high pressure sales are a terrible and predatory way to run a business. Stay clear.
I have had considerable experience with this company. It’s unfortunate that I have had the need of their services as often as I have . The flip side of that is that it’s fortunate for me that they exist as they do. It’s a one stop shop for the events in the life of a home that are typically unexpected and most inconvenient. I have never, ever had a bad experience from the reception to the finished transaction. I have no idea as to whether they are expensive or otherwise. I do know that they come running as fast as their schedule allows. Their technicians are thorough, polite and most helpful. Their proactive guidance has prevented me from having further problems with the mysteries they have solved. Should I ever relocate to a far away place I hope to take them with me.

When Angel came out for the installation he and the team were also professional and were careful to protect our carpet, walls, etc. They arrived on time and completed the thorough installation in a timely manner. Bryan was my technician and he knows how to give good customer service. He explained everything to me and helped to find a great upgrade within my budget. He upgraded both my Master & Guest faucets. He is great about answering all my questions and he has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in plumbing.Bryan also replaced my shower head with a Moen shower head, he tightened my toilet seats and improved the water pressure. He did everything carefully and efficiently and didn’t leave a mess behind like other contractors.I love my new faucets and can’t wait till my next project, I will definitely be using this company again!

Originally called in April 2024 because our AC unit was coming on but not blowing air. Sales rep J Bailey came out and gave us some great options with solutions to solve the problems we were having. Some things promised at first visit the installer stated wasn’t necessary and didn’t get completed. Fast forward to June 2024 and the brand new unit had the same issues. Sent out same installer who told us they send him to fix when other installers mess up or can’t do the job, like he completely forgot he was the one that installed the unit. Seemed to have “fixed” the problem only to find out now Feb 2025 that they only fixed half of the problem and now I have to pay again for repairs that were the initial problem and reason for purchasing brand a new HVAC unit in April of 2024. Leaving 3 stars because we also had a water heater installed and that went perfectly well and office staff is really nice and helpful anytime we call.

I wouldnt recommend this company way too overpriced and the $89 service fee wasnt worth it. I didnt really see where the price was warranted for what was done or the price for the job afterward. Im glad I declined the work. I recommend shopping around, dont just look at all the stars.

He was very clean and respectful. And was ok with my dog! I took the day off for this. And was pleased with their communication and taking care of my home!Update- the electrician Jose came out and helped me out tremendously. We found some safety concerns with my panel. We will be looking into financing this with the company. As having a safe electrical panel in Texas is a must.

James French was very good at his job. He came and found our leak in about 1 min. Explained what was going to be done and gave an estimate. Got the preday work done and said he has to get parts and has to wait till morning to get them. Came early started working and was done in an hour or two. Glad he came saved us $$$ by finding the leak. All fixed and using now.

Weve been experiencing a lot of issues with your company, specifically the Waxahachie location for the past week, and its quite frustrating at this point. Last Sunday someone came out within the hour! Which was great and gave us false hope for what we thought would continue to be a good experience. Monday an electrician was supposed to come to our residence in Venus between the hours of 8-12. It wasnt until close to 12 that WE called and were told it would be 12-5, only for someone to show up after 5. Not only that, but an electrician was no longer coming. It was now a senior technician.Once he arrived-- late-- he did the exact same thing the guy did on Sunday. Told us it was a bad breaker. Well, obviously!Weve been without heat all week with not an answer in sight. My husband calls every day and weve been hung up, given the run around and still nothing scheduled to fix our unit. I am cold, annoyed, and pregnant. Luckily the Temps will be in the 70s this weekend, so we get a little relief. But being uncomfortable in your own home while getting the runaround from a company who apparently has rave reviews is crazy. Id love to hear from someone soon.Thanks.

Gave a $8,000 bid for work. I got a 2nd opinion which repaired the issue for $2,000, saved me thousands. I called Willard and inquired why I was asked to pay over $700 for an assessment on my kitchen drain by the plumber Ismael I was told one, two, three, four, FIVE different reasons for the one specific charge (which we were quoted for and agreed to when scheduling the appointment). The excuses kept changing as I debunked each and every one the secretary gave me. She continued to put me on hold every 30 seconds to ask the plumbing manager for clarification during our conversation on the phone. I let the secretary know I was very concerned that Willard had given me 5 different reasons and stated I felt whatever they were doing was dishonest and extremely sketchy. I said it cannot be all of those reasons, so which one is the truth, try getting your story straight, the secretary replied with well mam, it is all of them. Oh so now I was told it was not one or the other reasons but a combination of all of them? Really? None of this made any sense to me and I was becoming more concerned. A week later after receiving confirmation for our HVAC biannual maintenance check via text message Willard no showed/ no called our HVAC appointment. When we asked why they never came or called, they stated because of a delinquent payment on our account. We corrected them and stated that was FALSE DOCUMENTATION on their part, it was not a delinquent payment but in fact was a refund to our credit card as evidenced in black and white on credit card statements from Willard. After the secretary agreed to give me money back for all the dishonesty. Lastly, the company decided to fire us as clients and not even tell us. Severing our Shield Membership we signed with them that included our 10 year warranties. Signed shield membership contract that was wrongly severed by Willard Heating and Cooling bonding client for no valid reason. Client simply inquired office staff about wrongful charge.
Called them out for the $49 clogged drain fix, I told the person it was a mainline clog and they said that it was covered under the $49. Tech came out and the price jumped to $475, I negotiated down to $225. I had already pulled the toilet so he just needed to snake it. A 2nd tech showed up to camera the system as it was included in the $225, which was a good deal. They could not get to the clog and needed to go onto the roof, now we are at $625. They could not clean it from there either and said the cast iron pipes were collapsed and the entire system needed to be redone. No video was provided as they said it was just black. Came back with a $68,000 dollar estimate. Also said the video showed a low spot that was pooling water...I thought the video was Black. I also requested the video and have nothing. They also said they found the cleanout in front but it was non-usable. I called the next day for a 2nd opinion from a different company, the tech came out, found the REAL cleanout in 2 minutes. Sent his camera down and had the clog removed in under 3 minutes. Saved me $67,625 dollars and was complete in under 15 minutes. I am expecting a full refund and an apology.
This is an extremely dishonest company, I would not do business with Willard, unless you would like to be conned. I caught the phone associates, upper management and technicians in multiple lies. Their yelp reviews are more on par with how the company really operates. The reason the reviews are so good on google is because they harass their customers for reviews as soon as the technicians leave.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.
It was in the heart of summer. The ordered parts took over a month to arrive from the manufacturer. But Willard Heating kept me apprised, via text, throughout the process. Then as soon as the part arrived , they informed me and promptly did the installation. I was very pleased with their work. I will use them again and again. Thank you guys!

It started out well with Willard and then the insane upsells began. They replaced an HVAC a couple of years ago that was a bit more expensive but in line with the market, more or less . Our other system was wearing out this fall and their bid was about 2x the bids of other companies for “apples to apples” product at a whopping 21k. When we told them, they backed down on the price. Because I’m ethical, they lost that business to the company with fair pricing at 12k. If I’m a valued client, I expect to receive the best bid from a company that we trust and had a service contract with.Later they came for usual service for a hot water heater and told us we needed to replace a toilet for $1200 because of calcium build up. the technician was not ohysically able to access our heater. Without even seeing the heater he also tried to sell a water softener for several thousand dollars. No thank you!Finally, our last and final HVAC service, we had a rodent issue that they offered to help with for $16,000. Needless to say, we are not renewing any business with them as we were able to remedy the issue for a few hundred dollars. Maybe it’s going rates for some people but this almost feels predatory to me.
We have had Willard service our HVAC for years, and have been pleased with their excellent service. We have been wanting to add a backup generator to our house for a while and decided to get started on that project. We learned Willard offered Generac backup generator installation, so we asked them to come give us a quote. I had requested a quote from another company and still have not heard from them. Jonathan from Willard called the same day we requested the quote and came to meet us the next day.Jonathan spent the time to educate us on all the requirements of adding a backup generator. During the process, I mentioned we have had flickering lights for years and I expected there was a problem in the breaker box.Jonathan did an assessment and found out 47 year old breaker panel was in need of an upgrade and adding a whole-house surge protector should solve the light issue. We agreed to both proposals. The Electrical panel upgrade and surge protection could be done immediately, while we wait for permits from the city on the generator.Mitch Guthrie and MJ Jackson arrived on time and were able to complete the electrical panel upgrade in one day!! They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product looks great and the most important thing....we have not had a single light flicker since the upgrade was complete.I highly recommend Willard for all your HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing needs.As a follow up....With the new Generac backup generator, the incoming gas service needed to be upgraded to supply the generator with enough gas to run. When Atmos arrived to upgrade the meter, he tested the gas line and it would not hold pressure. He locked out our meter and gave us instructions on what to do next.A text to Jonathan resulted in Shawn Coleman returning to our home to isolate the leak. He spent a couple of hours making sure everything in the house was being supplied correctly. He determined the supply line from the meter to the house (running under a bunch of concrete) wsa the problem. He pulled the required permit and scheduled the dig crew to come back and open the trench used by the generator wiring, so a new supply line could be run. They completed all their work and had it inspected and approved within the same day.

The gas pipe was installed satisfactorily but when gas was turned off the pilot lights in our 2 fireplaces did not reignite. Bryan was unable to get them on again. This is not acceptable. We expect this to be taken care of asap.

We had plumbing issues with both toilets. Melvin came and accessed the issues, gave his opinion based on experience and training which made us feel we were in good hands. He rebuilt both toilets instead of just putting a temporary bandaid on the problem. A 2-year warranty also made us feel at peace about the issues.Melvin also checked out a leaky kitchen faucet and determined that it was leaking from inside spout. We know minimal about plumbing and received Melvins know-how to stop the leak.

Willard is our new go to for AC issues. Like most new homeowners you think going with the builders company is reliable. Every 6 months we had them come out and they never pointed out any potential issues or offered any value bundle services.Willard was upfront and stood behind what they quoted us. The job was more involved than first identified, and the guys stayed and got the AC running before leaving. This company is great!2/7 revisitOur system was putting out warm air instead of cool a/c. I called Willard last night at 9pm, expecting to leave a message and a live person answered, what a nice surprise.The following am our technician, Anthony M arrived ready to research the problem. He was professional and explained there was a leak and that with my approval would be able to fix it. It took some time, but he kept us in the loop of the status and when done, texted everything to make it was working properly. Great job Anthony and glad I called Willard. Management laughs in your face no help..want to try and upsell you and use fear monger tactics that if you dont spend 4k on a duct clean you will get sick...stay away from this company

Try to up sale me from the start, gave me four options all priced ridiculously high. Then said he wasn’t in his on truck and wasn’t sure he even had the parts to fix it. I told him all I needed was the leak fixed so I could turn the water on to the house. And to top it off tried to bill me 85 dollars for showing up and not doing anything but try to rob me!! I wouldn’t recommend y’all to anyone. I gave one star because it wouldn’t give me a option for less

Willard has given us the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a company. As reputable as they are I never thought I would receive this horrible customer service we have received. When we called to make our initial appointment they were quick and efficient to come out draw out a plan and get the estimate to us in a timely manner. The job got booked/done and 30 minutes right before the job was done they were also fast enough to send someone out to pick up payment. A day later and our home felt worse then what it felt like before so we called and they took their time to come back out, leaks were found in the duct work have they been fixed? Supposedly they were, the air returns that were placed are not working till this day so they had the manager come out and say that he would come back personally to make sure it was done right when they came to fix it. Did he come? No he didn’t. Was it done right? No it wasn’t. Another technician came out and stated that the manager who drew up the duct work for us didn’t do it correctly… that he added so much duct work but no dampers were included and that it was a big factor on the issue. Has that been resolved? of course it hasn’t. They then stated a piston was missing and it took a week to get that authorization out to us for approval with no TAT on the part or when we’re supposed to be scheduled for it. We purchased a metal box for some of the duct work and a foam one was added and not placed/ patched correctly as that has leaks as well. I need someone to contact me directly that can actually get all of these issues corrected. Now that there’s issues no one is moving fast enough as they were to get us initially booked and to get cash payment picked up.- update 8/19/24: Willard sent another technician out Michael and Juan they were both amazing felt the difference right away! I give those 2 technicians 5 stars!

Before I sold my house I had Willard come out and look at the air conditioning unit they told me I needed a whole unit 10 to 20 thousand dollars . During summer. For 2 weeks I waited in 100 degree heat. For. Air units at home depot .Went to sell the house , had a air guy come out from my realist lady recommendedguy got it running for 600. Dollars up and running. Never use Willard omg. I was so mad they lied to me. 2 weeks no air.kids and pets. Not ok they lied. Be warned

Beware! They are counting on you to not get a competitive bid. I got a bid from them and then they pressured me to take their deal without getting a second bid. I did in fact get a second bid for the same brand, same system spec, and same warranty. The competitive bid was 50 percent of theirs. They are counting on you to not take the time to get competitive bids. Don’t fall for it!!!
Ive had a bathtub drain that was stopped up, took forever to drain. I took advantage of Willards $99.00 special as I had to have the drain clear. Turned out there was more work involved as initially their service technician Travis Patrick couldnt clear the drain. But he stuck with it, was polite and courteous and professional throughout. He quoted me an additional price for reaching out to a coworker and bringing in a snake that would reach the clog, it turned out it was pretty deep. Moneys tight, and when he saw how upset I was becoming (not at him but the situation) he stuck to the original $99.00 and the two technicians did what it took to get that clog cleared. They even imparted a particular brand of drain cleaner to use to keep this troublesome drain clear and clog free. I dont know if what Travis did he was supposed to, he had to have made a call or something, but his professionalism and courteous attitude is how you earn a customer. Willard Heating and Air replaced a worn out HVAC system, and now that they do plumbing and electrical theyll be the only people who touch the infrastructure of my house, thats for sure.

I will never recommend this company for HVAC services. Our AC wasn’t cooling below 76°. Willard charged $50 to come out and tell us the system was not repairable and everything needed to be replaced… quoted $13,000-$50,000 worth of work on a 3 ton system for a 1500 sqft home.The second company that came out literally only reconnected a disconnected wire on the fan motor and surprise surprise, the system is cooling better than it ever has. It was such an obvious and simple repair that they didn’t even charge us to fix it.It’s highly concerning that Willard made no mention of the exposed/disconnected high voltage wire that was making contact with the metal on the unit, and instead decided to provide deceptive replacement quotes. Save yourself some time and money and call someone else for HVAC issues. Also check their yelp reviews which seem to be more honest than the 4.9 star rating on their Google profile.
I subscribe to Willard’s maintenance plan to keep my units working as good as possible, and they are always extremely professional, thorough, and timely. I highly recommend them!
Mark Hawk did a fantastic job inspecting and servicing our HVAC unit. He went through step by step everything that was inspected and needed to be done to our unit. He also helped set up our system through Trane to make everything more convenient. Great Job!

Had a new unit installed in July 2024. Willard has been out here 8 times since it was installed and today will make the 9th time.Several of the calls to them have been for the same issue.We would expect that upper management would have contacted us but that has not happened.

After having our new a/c system and thermostats installed we noticed we werent getting proper air flow upstairs. But after Mark Hawk checked it out both zones were flowing just fine and the system was back to normal!

Willard is a great company to do business with. They give you a window for arrival, but always call you about 30 minutes before they arrive. They send a picture of their technician, so you know who to look for, and their technicians are always communicative, well mannered, thorough and experienced. I would recommend them!
Ronaldis Calderon was our electrician on 9/27/24. We had a few issues for him. We own a home that is only 6 years old, and have had many breakers fail in that time. He listened to our concerns and did a thorough review of our electric box. In the end he installed a whole house surge protector and replaced 6 breakers. We feel much safer since Ronaldis did this work. We appreciate his diligence to identify and fix our problem. Thank you Ronaldis!
I called to request a air conditioner service and withing 2 hours Peyton was at my house fixing my air conditioner. He was very friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. He had my air conditioner blowing cold air in no time. I would highly recommend using Willard again for any cooling, heating, plumbing or electrical services. Willard Heating and Cooling came to our home on a Friday evening because our A/C went out. Ron was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed what was wrong, showed us pictures and quoted us a price to correct the problem. He was able to arrange the installation of a new system the next morning which we were happy about. The technicians showed up on time and went straight to work. They were quick, clean and polite. My only complaint is the price was rather expensive otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
I had an new AC unit installed on Aug 3,2023 that I am still paying on. As of today, March 19,2024 (7 months later) it still has not passed city inspection. In those 7 months, I have had to call repeatedly to get them to seal around the vent in my attic so I wouldnt keep getting rained on and the unit is still not cooling the upstairs properly. One room that previously was fine with the old unit is now HOT (summer)/COLD (winter). I even took a picture of the setting as 72, but the coolest it got on the thermostat was 78. It had been running all day. Calling them does no good. They are polite, make appointments, then nothing. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding service! Omar was the Willard Service Technician that came to my house when the A/C stopped working. He arrived on time and did a thorough check of my system. Since my A/C system was 18 years old, I wasn’t surprised that it was time for a replacement. He went through everything step by step and answered all of my questions. It was nice speaking with someone so knowledgeable. The installers arrived within two days and showed up on time. I was pleasantly surprised when the job was completed earlier than was expected. Patrick Mansfield from Willard AC and Heating was very professional and great to deal with. He was thorough in inspecting our 3 units before we installed an expensive Trane AC unit. He was cordial, respectful, and detailed. He used shoe covers. I would say he was the best out of all the techs that we dealt with from Willard Company.I am revising my review after I installed the second AC unit. I felt that Willard AC was more pricey and felt pressured to use their unit when I should have shopped around. Their annual membership and warranty were attractive and found out other companies could match and get us lower price with equal warranties. The membership is overrated. They come and inspect to upsell services that are not critical and tell me that I need to replace my third unit. I liked Captain Air Heating and Cooling after comparing price and service. They informed me of the new vent out standard and replaced the vent to meet the new standard. I researched to find out The American Standard and Trane AC units are made by the same company. I am getting a third unit soon and it will be American Standard by Captain Air Heating and Cooling.

We found a leak under the kitchen sink on Friday night and called Willard at 7pm for an emergency service call. By 8am Saturday morning, Chuck our service technician, arrived with a professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable attitude. He immediately identified the problem and made the repair. Chuck cleaned the water from under the sink, dried everything off and the entire job was completed by 9am.He also offered to help identify a nagging problem with a faucet in the master bathroom. When ready to schedule that service call, we will definitely request Chuck as the technician.We had made the decision in Nov. to purchase the Willard Shield Membership, making our Sat. service call a priority and as the repair was for a warrantied item, there was no charge. What a great way to start our weekend!
Chuck and Bailey did an outstanding job inspecting the plumbing of a house I was considering purchasing. They ran a camera through the plumbing system and gave me a very thorough report. They were really honest straight shooters which I appreciated. They answered all of my questions respectfully and I felt well informed after speaking with them.
