Chris is amazing and so knowledgeable! He came out the same exact day I reached out to him, he easily pointed out the issue and gave me a couple options with thorough explanations which I appreciated. He definitely set my home up for success and was able to install a brand new condenser promptly. I am extremely pleased with the prompt and honest service. Chris is very responsive and professional this today was my first time using Supreme Air Conditioning and Heating. At no time did I feel the high pressure up sale that normally comes along with getting service on my AC. Chris just fixed what I needed and had me running in no time. Thanks Chris. I called in the evening expecting to be scheduled for a different day, but Chris came out within 30-45 minutes of me placing the call. He let us know what was wrong within 5 minutes and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of ways to make our life easier with future maintenance. Chris came out within about an hour and a half or so from the time I called. Very reasonable charge for the service call. Diagnosed the problem. Fixed it and checked everything else out, giving my A/C system a clean bill of health. Cleaned the coils as part of the service call.Very nice guy. Likes dogs...

I very rarely leave reviews, but I had to after this experience. I cant say enough how the owner makes your problem is own. I had a house at 87 degrees and called a big box A/C tech come out. He then told me that the replacement parts are going to be close to a new A/C....so just get a new A/C. Which to me was was odd, as the high end A/C I have is one of the many reasons I bought the house. I knew I needed a second opinion and Im sooo glad I did. Thanks to a visit from Supreme A/C, not only was Supreme A/C able to fix my issues.... Supreme A/C got the broken parts covered under warranty. Saved me thousands!! I will not put people personal business on the internet, but lets just say, even with a personal tragedy that same day, Supreme A/C STILL made the time that day to stick to theyre apt time. Do yourself a favor, call ONLY Supreme A/C for any issues you have with your A/C. I will not do A/C business with anyone else going forward.

Chris was amazing. Being a single mom, I was worried about making these decisions because I had no knowledge of the repairs that was needed. Chris came in and I could tell that he was genuine and wasn’t trying to sell me on extra things. He told me what my best options were, which made the decision process that much easier. He cared for my daughter and I in this Texas heat and had us up and running that same day. This was the best service that I received and now they have a customer for life.

I got my new Air conditioner the spring. I was very happy with the service. Chris is amazing. Yesterday I called for a six month check up. He came out today on time. He replaced the six month filter. He checked the outside unit and found there was a Freon leak. He found the leak and repaired it while he was here. He had all the tools he needed to do this unexpected repair today. He was very nice to my pet African gray bird. But she doesn’t like anybody. Except me. They make me feel like I’m part of their family. I highly recommend this company.

There are cold days ahead and my thermostat was giving an error and turned completely off. We’ve had no heat for the past 2 days. I Googled hvac in my area and came across this business. Chris answered the phone and was able to provide same day service at a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing in detail. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options. He was very patient as I tired to decide what would work best for me. He didn’t rush me or try to force me into any option. I picked an option that I liked and we agreed on it. He’ll be back soon for more maintenance I didn’t know my unit needed, but he showed me a couple issues that definitely need to be addressed.
