Bad customer service, terrible customer experience provided when i had my ac checked out. They also drive like morons, specially the woman with the yellow mustang , driving fast, careless through the neighborhood like a teenager with its first car.Please look elsewhere.

My AC stopped working and of course it was in the evening. I called Anytime Air Services and they immediately called their tech to come and help me out. The tech had me up and running the same night! He was very professional and showed me the issue while explaining the problem where I could understand…as I know nothing about AC Units. I haven’t had the best luck with other AC companies but definitely recommend these guys and will use them again (in the far future since everything is running great!) :)

Service was phenomenal! Portable units were even provided while repairs were made on our house. Repair was made very quickly and we have not had an issue since. My family and I will never call another service again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any services you need.

The two gentlemen that came to fix our AC unit were a little late ( they had a full/very busy day), we were just thankful they came because we needed our AC working! They were professional and friendly even after working a long day! Anytime Heating & Air was a referral through our warranty company, and we will definitely be using them in the future for our regular HVAC maintenance! They were AWESOME! Amber and Ryan are amazing! Didn’t try to upsell me and gave me all my options. Very striaght forward and professional! Very hard to find in this industry. But I trust these people and will be a life long customer for my commerical and residential Hvac needs

Anytime heating and air did an amazing job at my house! We have an extremely old unit but Alex had no problem fixing it and making it run like new! They were on time and he was a great guy to talk to and he will let you know what’s going on and how he will fix it. The prices are great too, extremely reasonable! Overall great experience, I will use them again in the future!

I got home from work to a hot house! It’s the end of July in Texas and my air was out! I needed someone quick! I took a shot and called Amber after “normal business hours” and a tech was out the same night! I honestly didn’t expect a tech to be out so quickly! He was informative and took the time to explain what was wrong. I was given the cost upfront, the repairs were done as scheduled, and our house is cool again! Matthew was professional and on time. Amber and her crew are great! Calvin and Ryan are very good at fixing what any a/c issues are and they show up when they have promised to come help, explain what the issue is and fixes it. Recommended!

Fred was friendly and courteous. I managed to fix the problem before he came but he checked the system out thoroughly and found it was in good working order. Was here over an hour and was not charged anything. Definitely will use them as my heating cooling guys anytime

Called for some insight on what might be causing my ac to not cool my house down. Within a half an hour Alex was in my driveway. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how my unit functioned. My problem was fixed in under an hour and we will be sleeping in a cool house tonight. He also gave me tips on maintaining my unit after the problem was solved. This morning I learned that the AC at my small business stopped working. In mid-July in Texas that’s a huge problem. I contacted Anytime and true to their name they answered immediately and sent techs out right away! Dakota and Adam showed up promptly, were very professional and within a short time were able to fix our AC. They are also reasonably priced which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend them!

Anytime Heating and Air Service is the best AC company I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond what any vendor can do. The owner is very honest and doesnt try to take you to the cleaners. He has a great team working for him. I highly recommend them. A++++

I’ve dealt with a number of service technicians and companies, but none of them hold a candle to Anytime Heating and Air Services. They were quick to respond, thorough in assessing the problems with my units, honest pricing, and caring customer service. I prefer to support small, local businesses, but it’s hard to weed through the layers of bad business when it comes to air conditioning services - this place is a diamond in the rough and I’m a customer for life.

They went above and beyond. Made sure we were taken care of. Came back after hours to complete and helped my DIL with an emergency repair as well. Would highly recommend!

Been trying to get somone to come out for a repair for a week and a half now. I have reached out 4 seperate times and missed 1 call with no voice mail. I am always told, a technician will be calling and havent heard anything back for over a day.
