SERVPRO of Kaufman County, Mesquite

I am especially disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service I have received from ServPro of Mesquite. I am looking to resolve a billing and payment dispute after making over $40K in payments. I have made numerous phone calls, e-mails, and the verbal promises I did received have gone unfulfilled over a 3 month period of time. Given this incredibly bad experience with ServPro of Mesquite I would not recommend using their services. My billing issues are still outstanding at the time I am writing this review.

Servpro of Mesquite was amazing to work with! They traveled from TX to Central IL for massive flooding we had earlier this summer and from the office staff to their work crew, they were all super friendly, professional, and efficient. Their cleanup work saved me and my husband from so much stress!

We have worked with Tim and ServPro for the past week and he has been absolutely amazing! This company and the employees have done over and above during our emergency and I couldn’t thank them enough!

Servpro was contacted by my insurance company to begin the flood restoration on my home. The office staff and employees who came to my home were so courteous and helpful from beginning to end. My phone calls and texts were handled promptly. They completed the work in a timely manner and the work was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Servpro to any of my friends.

I am writing this review to thank this company for having wonderful customer service. I spoke with Jordan Ooka and he was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable! I am an Old Lady and he was patient because I have to get an understanding. I ask a lot of questions. He also worked with me on scheduling.

Mrs. Doris and Anthony took such good care of us. They took their time and cleaned tentatively and left our house in better shape than they found it. Great company and service

The SERVPRO team of Mesquite was extremely professional from the start. Haley was very responsive and great in coordinating all the logistics with my adjuster, the on-site team and myself. The on-site team exceeded my expectations!! Doris and her team were very professional and experts at getting my home back in shape from the construction build back! Because I am extremely happy with the end results, I have recommended Doris and her team to assist me with my Mom’s home once their build back is completed. They are well above a FIVE STAR team!! They work is stellar!!

I did like Doris Judd she is a hard worker. I think she need to have the same attitude coworkers in order to be successful and responsible in their job to be accountable done.

Jennifer with Servpro Mesquite came out to assess the damage to our RV at Lake Tawokoni and seemed like she wanted to help us. She took measurements and told my fiance that she would write a quote up for us and get back in touch. It has been a week without any word from her. We have called her twice and called her office. The receptionist said she would have Jennifer get in touch with us and we still have not heard from her. This is very disappointing as I knew the founding owners from Gallatin, TN, lived in Gallatin for 28 years where Servpro and their services are highly respected. Im certain the Isaacsons would be disappointed also. Note to self, Quality and Professionalism is not Nation wide when dealing with franchises..

SERVPRO was awesome! We got connected with them through Allstates Good Neighbor program and they definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Each person they sent to our home was a quality worker. They regularly came to the house to make sure the job was being done correctly. If we had any concerns they were quick to find the answer for us and they were accessible majority of the time. I could easily reach them by phone or text and they promptly responded. We couldnt be happier with their work and the people there are so great! Highly recommend!

Servpro of Mesquite entered my home in November 2021 and cleaned up damage caused by a leaking pipe in the wall of my kitchen. They removed my cabinet and dried the wall. I was told they would get their restoration company to come and replace my cabinet, flooring and boards on outside replaced and painted so I would have my kitchen finished by Thanksgiving, which became Christmas and months to follow. My insurance company said this would be a 2-day job. Sub-contractors were not experienced thus causing months of being put off, setting dates and times to work, but no one showing up and not even being called to inform me that they would not be there. This nightmare continued until October 10th, 2022 and my cabinet doors do not shut because the sub-contractor sheered off some of the screws in the hinges. I cannot recommend this company. Haley was always very kind to me and Barbara was trying to be attentive to my needs. I had one good supervisor out of several whose name was Eric. So many sub-contractors coming in my home that I lost count. Too many mistakes made. On a positive note, I like my countertops and flooring.

SERVPRO of Mesquite did an amazing job at helping me through this rough process. Everything was explained very clearly and they helped me understand the process. They took very good care of me and my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during this tragic time in my life. I also want to compliment Haley in the office for being so attentive and caring during all of this.

Very happy with the services provided by this Servpro. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing in my home. I felt very confident throughout the whole process that they would have my house back to normal in no time and they did.The front office ladies are very kind and helpful and the guys that worked at my home were very hardworking. Will definitely call back this Servpro if I have a water or fire damage in the future.

I was at a complete loss when my water heater burst in the attic. Water was dripping from my light fixtures! I called Servpro of Mesquite and they were at my home within an hour! The office staff and workers were very friendly! They kept me up to date through the entire process. I will never use anyone else. Thank you to all at Servpro of Mesquite!!!!

Our house flooded from the washing machine and the guys from ServPro handled the situation so fast! They cleaned up the mess as fast as possible and made a stressful situation bearable. They were always prompt, flexible with time, and courteous! The office staff helped me navigate the situation in the beginning when I was a mess. I am so glad we called them first!

Personal service. Jennifer Evartts technical aptitude, being transparent and direct, while courteously explaining what needed to happen....provided my family comfort that we were doing the right thing, and using the right company. Meanwhile, Wade Grubbs was answering texts/calls after hours to ensure I was getting the info we needed. Daily repeat visits by these two, checking carefully on progress and ensuring successful drying of our home....we are thankful.

We had a flood in January and servpro was wonderful. What was even more amazing was how they were patient with us and our mortgage and insurance company. It took several months for the payments to be finalized and they were never impatient with us! From start to finish, they acted very professionally.

The employees at ServPro have been wonderful. I was so stressed out and she really put my mind at ease with the calmness and sweetness in her voice. She thoroughly explained everything that was going to be happening in order to get my repairs done.

Edit: it’s been a couple weeks since the repairs and we discovered that our drawers were damaged. It’s been a long process to try to get them replaced and they still haven’t been replaced. I get that it’s been the holidays but they definitely don’t seem like they care now that theyve got the money. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone else.chose Servpro mainly because the estimator, Mike. He made the process of dealing with the insurance company easy. However, things were not so easy once the actual work started. I was given a schedule of when to expect the work but nothing went according to schedule and I would get calls in the morning on the days where they wanted to work. There were also a couple of times where the crew didnt know what needed to be done and didnt do what they were supposed to until one of the supervisors came and I showed them the estimate of the work that needed to be done. The work also wasnt the best quality either but I am giving them 3 stars because of how fast they fixed the damaged areas. These are just some things I wish I had known prior to signing the contract.

If you ever need any kind of water restoration SERVPRO is the company to call. I had a disaster happen a few years ago and had another company out and they did not even do half the job SERVPRO did. Not only did they do a better job they had amazing customer service. They were very informative and the office ladies were so sweet and considerate. I am so happy I chose this SERVPRO.

I had a water leak and saw good reviews from Servpro Kaufman. From Haley, Aaron, Anthony, Ty and several others whose names I forget, they did a great job. Highly professional, courteous, excellent communication- I only wish my insurance co was so professional!

I work for a real estate company and SERVPRO of Mesquite is on our preferred vendor list. I recently used them for some damage to my personal home and have been impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of work done by their contractors. They are professional, dependable, and they get the job done!

Slow, ineffectual, unprofessional and a scam. I had to call my bank to report the funds as missing and canceled since Servpro promised to take care of this since last week and had not done so. The manager was avoiding my calls to iniate a refund. Communication is an ongoing issues with them and im glad I see these other reviews to validate these issues. Three weeks of constant back and forth. I do not recommend anyone work with them. If you find yourself having problems, file with the BBB, the Texas AG and report the funds to your BANK! KEEP IN HANDY all the documents and attempted correspondance you have.

I am very impressed with Servpro! My home had a leak occur a few weeks ago and Servpro was on site immediately to help dry and clean up the damages. Stephanie in the office was very helpful when I initially called and helped walk me through the entire process so I knew I was in good hands. High recommend this company!

I just want to thank SERVPRO of Kaufman County for taking good care of myself and my home. It was tough at first but between the girls in the office and the guys that worked at my home I couldn’t have had better help during this tough time. I would highly recommend this company.

If you have a fire happen at your home Servpro is the company to call. They were very informative and answered any questions I had during the process. My home is finally back together after this amazing crew came in and did a great job at making my home like brand new.

Our home burned down in Kaufman in March 2017. Aside from being devastated and not knowing what to do or where to start we were lucky to have ServPro there and not in the way but giving information on how to clean up the mess. After reading what they left I decided to go with them to help clean up as much as we could.From the very beginning they were a God send. We had some beautiful furniture that for the most part made it. They wrapped our dishes, crystal, plus with the greatest care. The employees were all so nice and fun to talk to as they worked . Billy Walker and Aaron Johnson were wonderful and answered all my questions. And I can truthfully say they probably saved me from imploding. You won’t ever know what a mess a fire is until it happens. I could not have done it without them.They loaded up our belongings and took some to storage and the rest to their warehouse. There they had a process where they were able to get the smell of smoke out of everything. They washed all the dishes, crystal etc. and rewrapped it.ServPro suggested two furniture refinishers and we chose one company. They picked up our things and cleaned them up and refinished them. After we moved back in they brought our belongings home.When it was time to move home I got several bids on moving. ServPro came in under the other bids and moved us home.The experience was the best. I don’t know what I would have done without them. The employees were so nice and took a bad situation for me and gave it the best outcome I could have hoped for. They took most of the stress from me.I would recommend to anyone to have them help with fire or water damage.Caroline Hawbaker

The serv pro team in Kaufman county were timely, professional and thorough. The technician took the time to evaluate the areas of concern and quickly ascertain what the problem was (which was not what we anticipated the problem to be). He quickly and professionally remediated the issue saving me time and money. Thank you serve pro!!Additionally, as a weekender he mentioned our coming freeze and volunteered to turn our faucets on to avoid a freeze. Great customer service!

I had some major water damage. A friend recommended servpro and Im so glad they did! Mr. Johnson & his crew showed up right away and guided me the whole process. Honestly I wouldnt have even known where to start. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me through every thing from insurance to repair and restoring my home to better than new. Home ownership can be nerve racking but Aaron kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The work was done at a reasonable rate and time. We were back on our feet by Thanksgiving. Will use again.

They came in to my parents house after a fire incident to cleanup. They first cleaned up the entire house and after that removed all the carpets! The fire had less damaged than their work at the house. They damaged a rug by putting a big bucket on it and after they finished their work, the rug and two pillows are missed. Very very unsatisfying work. Not recommended at all.

Need to clean up the trash across the street from their business on 2932 in Forney. They have a large open (Uncovered ) dumpster at their business and trash blows out littering the FM road. Looks horrible !! Contacted them about problem with no result.
