I contacted them for my living room carpet and furniture. I received prompt responses with the prices lined out for me, along with expectations of services. Easy scheduled, excellent communication before arrival and also on arrival. They even moved the recliner in order to shampoo underneath, which was an excellent surprise! Everything not only looked great, but also smelled amazing as well! I will definitely be using again!!!

Horrible experience with Joshuas on 10/15/24. Supposed to be there between 1-3:00 and it was after 5:30 when he arrived. Wanted 2 recliners, couch, and carpet stain cleaned in one room. Did OK with the 2 recliners being cleaned. Did not remove stain on carpet, did not even lighten it. Noticed he had not cleaned couch and asked him, he lied and said he had cleaned the couch. Had proof from a stain and some glitter on the cushions that he had not touched the couch. Will not recommend.He claims stains come back when they dry!

Joshua did a great job cleaning my stairs and couch! Our couch looks brand new. He was punctual, well priced, and an overall nice guy. I will definitely be using him in the future!

I have a small dog with several accidents so I read reviews online and checked around for quotes and decided to go with Joshua. He did a great job and photo reviews helped with also choosing his company along with the price $25 per room. Joshua arrived on time and he did an awesome job, my carpet looked really nice when he finished and smelled great. I will be using his services again!!

Joshua did an amazing job on our carpets! We have 2 small children and a dog, and we hadnt had our carpets cleaned since moving in (approx 18months ago). Joshua was amazing! Our carpets were in really bad shape because we have 3 young kids, but he was able to remove all the stains and the carpet looked refreshed and clean. Also as the owner he is super nice and goes above and beyond when it comes to the quality of his work! We will having him come back on a regular basis to keep our carpets looking nice all the time!

OMG!! I love this company, they came out and did an Amazing JOB! This is my second time using them and I have been completely satisfied once again. Our family dog has gotten old and is having some issues so we had some of pet stains here and there. He came out did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company. Often times we hear only the bad things about the small businesses. This is likely because we, as a society, tend to only take the time to write about our negative experiences as a warning to others, but often times we forget to share with others when we have a great experience. Id love to share an awesome experience that I had with Joshuas Carpet Cleaning.I reached out to Joshuas last week to get a quote to clean the carpet in my dogs room and to replace the padding. My dogs room was getting the dog smell. I knooooow, gross! I tried cleaning the carpet myself with a rug doctor type of carpet cleaner but failed. I made it SO MUCH worse. I kept cleaning it hoping to get rid of the smell but made it worse every single time. ☹ This is definitely one of those projects that I shouldve left to the professionals.We were contacted by Kevin the day before our scheduled cleaning to confirm the service, and then were contacted again the day of to let us know when he was in route. He was super professional throughout the entire process. I wasnt home for much of the cleaning but arrived as he was finishing up. The carpet looks great and smells AMAZING! Prices are awesome too! (To be honest, I was at my wits end. If this didnt work I was going to start tearing out the carpet myself! Luckily, I no longer have to do that! 🙌) This company is seriously amazing, I cant wait to have them back out to clean our sectional & seal our tile floors. Amazing. They were on time and professional. They did a great job on my carpets. I have pets and the carpets take a beating. They were so good, I booked another appointment before they left in a month. To clean where the pets love to hang out. I will never use another service. They have found my go to!

Mario isnt done yet and Im writing this review. Thats how great everything looks. I have 6 children, so yeah my carpet has taken a beating over the last three of years. My house now smells like a home again. So fresh like the scents you can smell through the febreze commercials (if that makes sense 😅) Anyway I would definitely recommend 10x over. Great customer service & he got straight to work.

Absolutely love this company!! They came out last minute on a saturday for an upholstery mess that just couldnt wait. Everywhere else i called couldnt make it out until wed or fri of the following week. They were very courteous, prompt, and did an amazing job. My carpets have not looked this good since they were new! They even gave me a extra couch cleaning for free!! I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to everyone.

Hey MOMs out there.. this is a MUST!!!!-Mother of two teenage boys + two large dogs =equals, many accidents and with everyone home on summer vacation, my carpets were a mess, so I read reviews online and decided to go with Joshua. I spoke to Kevin (Joshua) and received a great quote of $200 to clean my sofa, love seat, chair & ottoman and a 6x10 area rug. I hire him to do the job on Friday, 12/22/2017. He gave me a window of 3-4 PM for his arrival to our home with a completion of no later than 7PM. This job was a much needed cleaning as we were expecting family to arrive the day after Christmas who would be staying for a week with us. I was working that day and told him my husband would be home and gave him both my cell # as well as my husbands. The day came and I received a phone call at work from my husband around 4:30 PM asking me If I had heard from Joshuas which I had not. I gave him Joshuas phone number and when he called and spoke to him, he was told that he had been trying to reach us all day to cancel or reschedule because he had become very ill and had been at the doctors office all day. Neither my husbands or my phone rang once that day from Joshuas number or any other employee of that company. Joshua apologized and said he could reschedule for after Christmas which certainly wasnt going to help us at this point and we couldnt find another company to get the job done before our family arrived. Thanks Joshuas!

These guys were great! Kevin did an awesome job, and make sure he didnt miss anything. Our grout was extremely stubborn and wouldnt seal, but he made sure it was perfect before he left. We will definitely be calling him back in a few months doe routine cleaning.

Had an emergency short notice carpet cleaning to be done. Kevin Hernandez was able to fit me in their schedule on short notice. WOW! WHAT FABULOUS job he did! Had been using another carpet cleaner the last couple of years. After Kevin finished I couldnt believe my eyes! The carpet looked brand new. Needless to say Ill be calling Joshuas from now on.

My carpets look amazing! Ive had some dark spots that I tried cleaning with no luck. Joshua got it right out. This is a great company & they did an amazing job.

This guy helped me out twice now.. once right after I bought my house and right after I went out of town. He communicates very well and the carpet cleaning he does is great, especially for the price. The only thing I’d recommend is a way for him to organize his appointments bc it seems to be just him answering his cell.

Its a shame we just learned about how great Joshuas Carpet Cleaning is! If we werent moving out of state, we would definitely use them again. 5 rooms, matress, and the interior of my car are almost looking new again! 100% recommendation!

We have 3 Cockers (no kids; just the canine version) in full show coat who use our chairs/sofa as a rubbing point (with all their yard/road dust) to relieve their allergies by rubbing their ears/bodies against. We were ready to trash our wonderful furniture due to dirt, disgust, dismay. Joshua brought it ALL back to life. Were no longer anxious about what guests will think! Joshua is the hardest-working, most reliable and successful cleaners weve ever met -- and believe us, after 34 years of marriage, weve had WAY LESS better results through other franchises.
