The technician who came out - Joshua was very knowledgeable and friendly! He gave me great advice, as our unit is very old. He took pictures of the unit upstairs which was very helpful in explaining to me the issues we faced up there. He also checked our heat pump outside which has been down about 5 years. He took plenty of time to go over everything with me & explain. I very much appreciated his tech savvy, his demeanor & helpful attitude. He even helped me put my Christmas tree box up in the attic! The visit was also free as they advertised. We will definitely go with this company in the future!

Josh inspected my A/C and Heating and was very knowledgeable of what I needed done. He was able to explain everything with no hesitation. My heat pump quit working and I called Copeland and spoke with Jen. Jen was helpful and kind and was able to get me a very prompt appointment, within hours on one of the coldest predicted nights. My technician was Jordan. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis of my heat pump problem. He treated us like family. Thank you Jordan - I appreciate you working in the freezing temperature and your honesty with diagnosing something that did not require a fortune to repair. You are outstanding. Josh came out to troubleshoot issues with A/C found a simple issue of a cap left on a valve and plus noticed the upstairs gas was off so the heater would not have worked come winter and I undoubtedly would have had another call when the heater wouldn’t have worked. He explained how to make my system work more efficiently and offered suggestions on what could be done to make it run better with no pressure. I will definitely keep Copeland Home Services as my first call when issues arise!

Jordan came out and did a full check of my heating unit. Was able to explain in easy to understand terms of the situation with my unit. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly cleaned up and answered all my questions. I have had the best experience with this company.

James provided excellent and fast service for me and my family. Our heater went out in the middle of winter, James came out the next day and had our house warm within a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!!! Josh performed a HVAC maintenance and was very thorough and was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Great pricing and honest work. Will definitely use again when needed.Update: Well after the fall heater maintenance we signed up for the service plan because Josh was amazing. Today our A/C stopped cooling below 76 and I called and Josh came out same day. Did A/C check no charge as I signed up for their amazing service plan. Josh immediately found the problem and will have the part next day and will handle the warranty for the part. Highly recommend Copeland company and Josh. I have had other companies service plans that upsell needless things like replacing functioning toilet shut off valves that are 1/4 turn vs. 1/2 turn. Copeland does not upsell needless parts or service. Josh finds the problem, explains it, patiently answers questions, and does not pressure any unnecessary repairs. I love that Copeland will handle all of the parts warranty for us up front and will replace coil next day and submit parts warranty for us and not charge us for that part while they wait for manufacturer to pay them. I have shopped around and Copeland is the best. And I want Josh for every service call as he is so honest and knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions, etc.Another update! Chris replaced the coil in the attic and was just as amazing as Josh. Expert service and fair pricing. Samuel also came out to assist and also has great customer service. They also took extra time to remove panels and show me parts and answer all of my questions. A/C is working perfectly and they warranty their labor and and are still handling parts warranty with manufacturer.

Danny was my technician, and he did a great job. He thoroughly cleaned both my evaporator coil and the outside coils. He also took the time to explain how my system works and why regular maintenance is important. I signed up for a maintenance plan, and now I can rest assured that my system will run efficiently.

I want to start by saying that Jordan T. my Tech was absolutely the most professional 24 year old I have been blessed to encounter in a long time. He could have easily made me feel like I should have known better in the care for my system but no he was warm and caring at every step of the process. Josh was amazing! He was able to fix our heater & was very friendly with my 11 year old son. He let him look on & explained to him how the furnace works. Very friendly & knowledgeable. He was a great blessing & we appreciate all he did.

Gage come to my home, he was extremely professional. He was basically able to pin point the issue. I wanted to get a jump start on my AC issue, however its not warm enough to get a Diagnosis. I will certainly call Gage when the temperature gets warmer. Great customer service!!

What can I say? They are the best! Jordan and Mike were very honest and hardworking. They were thorough. Obviously, they are the product of an ethical and trustworthy company. I was quoted an outrageous price by another business for a simple repair. This is not the service nor price I received from Copeland Home Services. I have no problem recommending them to others. I am calling them for future home repairs.

I took a chance on calling Copeland as I thought it was the usual scam but it was the best experience I have had. Being a single mom and teacher money is really tight.Jordan was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He explained the reasons certain things were happening with my A/C unit. I cant thank Copeland Home Services enough for the exceptional work they did in my home. For context, my homes heat stopped working on a Thursday. I initially contacted a company I had previously used, but they gave me the runaround all day Thursday and Friday, leaving my family without heat until Monday. When I realized their incompetence, I gave Copeland a call late Monday, and by Tuesday morning, they sent Josh to our rescue.From the moment Josh arrived, it was a complete 180 from the previous company! He greeted us with a warm smile and thoughtfully wore shoe covers before entering our home. Within 20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and promptly reached out to get the necessary parts. Throughout the day, Josh kept me informed and assured me that they would fix it first thing Wednesday morning.Josh made fixing our heat a top priority and truly took care of my family. A huge shoutout to the entire Copeland team, as it took more than one person to finalize the work needed. They really are the best! Thank you so much for your incredible service!

I like Copeland for some of their services.We have gotten AC, electrical, and plumbing done by them. I have a membership with them- electrical work has been good… They did a big job on redoing all my air ducts and fans into the bathrooms. They did good work but one of their guys completely mismeasured the vent and cut the hole too big on my ceiling and also dented the vent on the return register they installed.They ended up sending another person out when I complained to double check the work and gave me a new return register vent. I was left to patch my own holes-Membership is worth it if you have major work to be done. BEWARE WHEN YOU SIGN UP THOUGH- THEY DONT DO PLUMBING!! Not sure why they advertise they do!!!They work with another company FIRST AMERICAN PLUMBING- this company sucks!!! I called Copeland to do plumbing work, who then sent this company. They were late to first appt I set - didn’t even tell me until the window was almost over that they’d be almost an hour late. We rescheduled the next day, the 2 techs that came out did all their tests and recommended things to be fixed that didn’t fix the issue. I mentioned MULTIPLE times that I didn’t think what they recommended would fix the issue of 60 gallons leaking an hour.I wasted the whole day for them to install a shower cartridge and tell me that wasn’t the issue. (Even though I mentioned this previously)They were going to charge me an ADDITIONAL 500$ for them to send someone to do find out the “real problem” the slab leak.I called the company and complained, rhe owner said he was upset w the time and delay and blah blah blah but of course never called us first? Not very good customer service, if you ask me.I called another company who found the issue in 5 minutes. The irrigation! Something they should’ve checked! I even asked the techs to show me how to turn it off! They never checked the meter when they did their tests first day.Copeland uses First American Plumbing for their plumbing services - SO BEWARE!! Company has had lots of bad reviews that they’ve been able to get down. They will tell you it’s from warranty work and not just them.I was a paying customer- not warranty. That picture is the 501$ work I paid for- the shower cartridge replacement that they completed lol. If you want to waste 500$ and 2 days of your time for them to not find the problem, call Copeland for plumbing… but I recommend calling a different company for plumbing. They can probably tell you the problem in 5 minutes cause they might have real professionals that work there

Josh from Copeland hvac services came out and diagnosed our unit because our heater went out. He was very thorough with his inspection. Josh found the issue and restored our heat and air just days before temps are expected to drop into the teens. If you live in Dallas and the surrounding areas, I recommend Copeland Home Services. Great guy, great customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with Copeland Home services. We called to have a technician come out and they were very prompt in coming out the same day. James Rain was very professional in evaluating our situation with our furnace. He explained our options very thoroughly. Due to the age of our system (over 20 years) and some dangerous elements in the old unit, we chose to purchase a new unit. Copeland Home Services was able to get it installed that same day since we were due snow and wintery precip the next day. Tech Jonathan Diamond did an excellent installation. Very pleased and would highly recommend Copeland.

Employee tried to scam my elderly neighbor for thousands upfront before he would start working. Cops were called and he was told to leave by police off the property as well as was told to leave equipment as it’s law that he’s not allowed to uninstall what has already been partially paid for. His job was to fix under the house before the finishing payment as the a/c still isn’t working properly after the installment well over a month ago.Thank you.Haha that’s funny.We are well aware what her mother has paid already for the unit we’re not oblivious. I also have security footage showing your employees damaging my property by pouring oil all over my grass which killed a huge line of grass we pay for and asked for reimbursement which my husband and I were hung up on over.You can sit and try and cover your butts but at the end of the day I have a months worth of security footage along with all the behavior today from your employee along with him harassing my fb and other friends I guess personally will be taking your company and employee to court this has nothing to do with Rhonda as we owe you nothing as we are not your customers and we have the footage with times and dates audio and video.You have bigger problems than your main client because this isn’t about your equipment this is about property damage to my place and the verbal and physical footage I have over your employees outbursts, bad behavior and cops being involved.Have a good night be in touch soon.

We had a 30 year old furnace replaced, a float switch installed & ducts cleaned. Three super nice guys (James, Johnathan & Caleb) inspected, installed & cleaned our system on a cold January day without heating interruptions (we stayed toasty warm throughout the entire process). I would recommend Copeland Home Service for your home needs. They were very responsive and come to check my HVAC system in a very timely manner. The service technician Gage was help freindly and very knowledgeable. He got my system up and run quickly. And explained what the issue was and how it was fixed. Excellent service!

Brandon and Gage were very helpful and did everything they could to get us the best price. Total cost of the project is outstanding compared to other quotes we’ve received. Unfortunately, our credit is just not good enough for a lower monthly payment. They’ll be checking back with us in 30 days and we hope we’re ready to proceed by then!

Wow!!! What an amazing experience. From the FREE home diagnostic (unheard of), the no pressure repair or replacement. Thank you Brandon and John. I decided on a complete 2 new Daikin units with furnaces and dampers and so many more options. The amazing crew came out a few days later (John, Luis, Chris, and Brian). Worked through lunch and had my home working smoothly by 3pm. The wonderful owners brought me my paperwork. Now I am a Copeland Home Service customer for life!

Upstairs air went out yesterday 78 when the unit was calling for 70.... Something wasnt right! Called Copeland and they gave me a couple options. They were more than willing to come out immediately last night or today! Their willingness to offer after hours was refreshing! Our upstairs unit cools the teenagers-so we elected for next day! I booked them through a Facebook ad and I was skeptical at first. They immediately responded to my instant message and booked my appointment within 10 minutes. James showed up within the 2 hour window, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. As it turns out it was a routine maintenance issue that he fixed for no charge and showed me how to fix it should it happen again. I highly recommend them and believe they will be my go to service going forward.

I want to thank Josn and Tim they just left my home and they did a wonderful job. My family and I were freezing and these two came to the rescue. We are extremely pleased with Copeland Heating and Air!We made our first contact on Wednesday afternoon. 2 hours later Josh Murray arrived to assess our two HVAC Systems which were down.. He returned on Thursday morning to finalize our purchase of two new systems. The installation crew arrived Friday morning. WOW!Josh Murray is friendly, professional, honest, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked with us to find the HVAC systems that would be the best fit for quality, reliability and affordability for our needs and price range.The installers were prompt, courteous professional and efficient. A crew of 4 arrived on time at 8 in the morning and left at 3:30 in the afternoon after units were installed, tested and running.👍

Zach came out and figured out the problem pretty quick on my condenser. My unit is 24 years old and still going, the problem wasn’t in the unit itself but a loose wire on the disconnect. The best part is he didn’t charge me which is unheard of. I can tell you when my unit finally kicks the bucket I will be calling him back to replace it. Zach was very professional and very knowledgeable of what he was doing, it’s hard to find great customer service but Zach nailed it. Thanks Zach, you did a great job.

I called the Copeland A/C and they arranged for technician to come out the same day. Mr. Josh was true to his word and work. The thermostat unit was over 35 years old. I didn’t think it could be replaced. However, thanks to Josh and his service he was able to do the great job in replacing it. Thanks. Copeland is dependable and reliable.

The problem I had was pretty small and they didn’t charge me anything. Not even a service call fee. They are really honest and great company. I will keep using them. This is my new company I will start calling for my A/C and heating, and even plumbing issues. They are GREAT!!

Updated : Honest feed back. Had issues with my AC unit not cooling off some zones, I thought it was a zoning issue but it was not. The first set of techs came out and stated bad coil and possible bad compressor. Coil ordered and second tech came out and would not replace the coil due to the compressor being bad. Ordered compressor. Second tech came out again with both parts and replaced. So far two weeks no AC, we are using spot coolers. Second tech had two in his van, extremely nice guy. Got cold air but still a zoning issue. Called and third tech came out, 5 minutes if that, troubleshooting and blamed it on the duct work. They left. Called again a few days later, fourth tech. Did some adjusting on the zones, told to call back if not better. Not better, Called again. Fifth tech came out. Actually listened to what I had to say and resolved the zoning issue. Side not, after the fourth tech came and going and on the morning of the Fifth tech coming out. I went to the attic and first thing I noticed was the damper motor for one zone was not connected to the damper. Informed Fifth tech. So about three or so weeks finally AC in all areas of the house. Big thanks to tech all the techs imvolved!

Had heat and power go out 2day. Had electrician come out ,said l needed HVAC guy. Called Copeland,and Jordan came out. I thought, hes young,l need someone seasoned. Turns out it was electrical.One leg was not working outside. He advised Oncor come out. He prevented a house fire.Oncor shut off the power. Wires had been sparking and burned outside the box. Highly recommend this group. Cancelling my home shield warranty.

Copeland installed a whole new unit along with cleaning the air ducting in May. Its been about five months wince then so it was time for the preventive maintenance check of the system.Caleb was the technician who came out. He arrived promptly and on time. Caled was extremely courteous, professional, and informative. He answered all of my questions and shared readings and specs with me. He tested the AC and the Heat.Caleb provided a Great Customer Experience. I will recommend Copeland to everyone and will always use them for my homes HVAC, ELECTRICAL, and PLUMBING needs.

I recently had a problem with my AC and called Copeland. They are very professional from the minute, they answered the phone, isolating my problem quickly, and fixing it At a reasonable price. Brandon was very professional And I wouldn’t think of using another company other than Copeland.

A service call was made to my home tocheck the heat on 11/27/2024. I was informed at that time there were carbon monoxide issues, and basically needed a new furnace. I went to turn the heat on 11/30/2024 to discover that it would not come on at all. I spent days online searching for an HVAC company to come out to my home for a second opinion, and I came across Copeland Home Services. I chose to contact Copeland Home Services because of the great reviews customers had given them based on their ability to assist some at no cost. On 12/6/2024, Brandon Copeland, and Michael Wallen came out, checked the system, made the minor repairs, and within minutes the heat was working! They both fully explained the repairs that were made, reassured my family there were no carbon monoxide issues, and recommended future repairs. Thank you Copeland Home Services for coming out, I will definitely contact you again, and definitely recommend you to anyone looking for an HVAC company. Copeland is legit!! I am so thankful I found them. My A/C went out and the company that installed it 3 years ago (Longhorn) was going to cost us upwards of $250 just to come out and diagnose the issue. And they were going to make us wait 3 days in the heat of Texas!! I called Copeland—they came out for free (since it was our first time) and they came out within an hour or two of my call!! Caleb, Alex, Sam, and Vincent were all great to work with! While I was sitting here writing this my kids came up to me and said make sure you tell them Caleb was awesome! 👏

Jordan & Chris came & trouble shot my system. They could have stopped at the first problem they found which would have cost me quite a bit to repair. However, looking into the issue further, they were able to resolve the problem with some diligent in home repairs & reprogramming; saving me considerably.

We needed some fans, a couple of lights installed, an additional outlet installed, and the necessary electrical connections. Jordan came out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled the work to be done. Jordan came back today to do all of the installations and his work is excellent. A few months back I made a note about Copeland Home Services after seeing their Facebook ads which resonated with me. This past week my A/C went out on my 3 year old unit. I called a company I had used before. The tech misdiagnosed the problem as a failed compressor - $2750 to fix. Seriously, $2750 to switch out an under warranty compressor which is price gouging. He was also rude to me when I told him I wasnt moving forward, that Id get a second opinion especially since the unit was so new. I contacted Copeland - they present themselves as a kind and honest company. James Rain came out and he was great. The problem was a simple failed capacitor. Compressor is fine! My system was back up and running within 20 minutes of James arriving. Professional, fair pricing, knowledgeable, kind. So grateful. Highly recommend Copeland Home Services.

Third time for me to have Copelands out for service. (Rental plus my home). I usually dont like leaving reviews but in this case again they did a great job service was quick called them last night they were already out here today air conditioners back up and running they gave me a lot of helpful information on what I need to do next. Copeland home services was offering free help to anyone tht was having AC issues on Facebook n June of 2024. Kinda too good to b true but I snt a msg anyway b/c my AC was had an issue. Thy came out didn’t charge for the svc call & told me Wht was going on & the repairs were reasonable. Lifesaver!!! Recently called thm b/c I had questions about my unit, Copeland came out, helped me understand how my unit wrked & waved the svc call fee. I like Copeland, thy were & r very professional ppl. Had some A/C issues and contacted Copeland this morning and they were able to get me an appointment right in. They schedule me for 12pm-2pm. I received a tech letting me know the technician was in route. Bryant and Matt should up which they were very professional. The walked me through the process. Fixed the issue that was going on. The guys did a great job and maintained professionalism throughout the process. Will be recommending this company to family and friends.

Zach is a solid tech. Identified a capacitor problem quickly and replaced it easily while explaining everything he did while doing it. It’s on the pricier side for repairs ($300+ for a capacitor which is the only reason why it isn’t 5 stars) , but I was happy with what they did considering my own lack of AC repair knowledge and Zach’s readiness to answer all my questions on servicing the AC unit. Signed up for a year of their maintenance discount plan and cleaning service and will see how that goes.

Copeland Home Services came to our house, diagnosed our issue, and fixed it very quickly. We were highly impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and speed. He came out to do a water heater drain and clean service, but because the water heater is to old he said he didnt want to mess with it because it can cause it to leak or mess up which I appreciate that honesty. He was super nice and friendly.I also had an ac installed in the same day. Those guys were also super friendly and efficient. It took pretty much most of the day and they didnt even stop for lunch. As I sit here FREEZING in my kitchen typing this!!! 🥶 😁I called Copeland for a free evaluation at around 3:30 pm. They had someone at my door at 5:00 pm the same day. My blower motor had gone out during the HOTTEST month of Summer!!! I could either pay for that repair and continue to patch up my 14 year old unit, as Id already replaced the blower motor 6 years prior and had another scare 3 weeks prior when my unit just stopped due to air flow issues, or I could just bite the bullet and replace my entire system. James and Josh were so pleasant, kind and they seemed honest. I felt comfortable and happy to move forward with the new install. I didnt feel pressured at all. I got approved for financing with a few minutes and by 7:52 the next morning the crew was in front of my house ready to install my new unit. The workers were singing while they worked. I had Alexa to play the same music they were singing and they worked happily and efficiently to restore comfort to my home. 4 hours later NEW cold air was flowing through my vents!!! Ive had 3 different companies try to HARD sell me a new system in the past 6-7 years and I didnt need one at that time. I always gave them a HARD NO. My system had been working just fine. Copeland came to my home to give me a free evaluation when other companies charge a fee for that. I NEVER felt pressured to buy anything!!! That act and their overall integrity made me a customer for life!!! Thank you Copeland. Keep providing good, honest customer service!!!! I love my new 4 ton 15 seer unit and my free thermostat!! I just tell Alexa to lower and raise my temperature whenever I want!!!! Copeland, yall can have all of my business!!! Plumbing, AC, Electrical... whatever!!! Lol!!!

I once again had to turn to this company to replace my entire system. They did an amazing job through the entire process. John diagnosed, Brandon helped get me a good deal with financing, and Chris worked hard for 2 days installing the system. This entire process was 3 days long and we are back with heat and a new a/c system with 1 year free maintenance. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.It never fails Copeland is just an amazing place to do business with. So it was time for my season maintenance and Josh with his side kick Brandon (looks Asian but isn’t-just so people know it is a different one from my previous posts) came out and did a great job. They even took their time to play with my fur babies and have a conversation with my kids. This company is so family oriented and willing to help when things get crazy.

These guys are quick, efficient, and very easy to work with. Having met Brandon randomly and now utilizing his service, it is clear who we will be calling FIRST from now on.

I was going to leave a better review than last time but got to thinking he was just trying to get me in such debt the rest of my life when I was just needing to find out why my back room air wasnt blowing very hard and was before that technician went up there and he couldnt find out why. Then went to tell me that I didnt have any new insulation up in my attic when I had paid a crook 500 to put some up there and heard him over my livingroom. But according to the owner Brandon I dont have any there but just alittle over the begining of the opening of the attic door?! So now I have to get another estimate to prove him wrong or right. But I could get 14 inches for 1687 for my whole attic which I think is a a fair price. Or I could find someone to do it without the professional way and save a load of $. Or get someone to do it for 800. I had a offer. Because it can be done cheaper.

Caleb Trammel from Copeland’s Home Services just provided us with a FANTASTIC HOME VISIT to give us an estimate on removing an old light fixture that caught on fire and replacing with a new one. On a scale from 1-10, with 10 being EXCELLENT, We give Caleb a 20!!! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I am on bedrest due to Multiple Strokes. Caleb is a “ robust Gentleman”. He offered to bring a 7 foot tall Elvis Statue from my garage into My formal Living Room area. He asked if there was anything that he could help us with before he left for his next call with Copelands. It was WONDERFUL TO MEET SUCH A WONDERFUL YOUNG GENTLEMAN who assisted 2 Elderly (71 and 72 y.o) people devastated with severe disabilities. He is surely an asset to Copelands and I will be using Brandon Copeland in the future to replace my light fixture and Air Conditioning needs just because of people like Calc Trammel.

The experience from the initial call to the visit was 🤌🏾!! All 50M of our questions were answered and there were no pushy up-sales. We are very happy with the service we received from Copeland. Brandon was great when he came out and gave us the estimate and then worked with us to secure financing we were comfortable with. Jonah and his crew were amazing, often working late but always with smiles. They installed a french drain for us which was no easy task. Our yard would flood during rainstorms and we have two big trees that have roots that made digging very hard for the workers. They never complained though and were all very friendly. Jonah was also very knowledgeable, polite and professional, making us feel like we were always in good hands. He explained everything to us and was always so patient with our questions.

I called for a quote for a couple of things, which I was told there was no charge for. I ended up paying almost $200. The electrician was trying to identify the source of one of our issues (which ended up being a tripped breaker), and didn’t tell me that it would be considered a diagnostic visit. I assumed that was part of trying to identify what needed to be quoted. We are still in the process of obtaining quotes from other companies and hadn’t decided to have any work done yet.I suppose it’s a “live and learn” lesson.

Caleb was absolutely the best all the way around! Although we couldn’t repair our unit at this time he was very gracious and explained everything. He was such a positive light! Very knowledgeable, personable and caring! I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone! When we can repair our unit - we will definitely be using Copeland!

Update: 2-10-25Danny just finished our annual service appt. He was excellent! He said we dont need 2 extra filters we were using. It will run efficiently now. He also took care of our outdoor unit. He flushed my water heater, which needed it, because Caleb didnt do it last time. Thank you, Danny!Caleb did not have the AC filters we needed. He said we could put them on ourselves or we could have him come another time with the filters. This was a 2nd appt, as the 1st appt was not met, we waited 3 hours for the tech. Then, they rescheduled for another day. So, waiting for the filters maybe another waiting game. Caleb was not supplied with the necessary supplies for a successful job. What good is a membership, if we have to do the job ourselves.

Zach, Came out to check out my unit and he explained everything he did to me in detail. I was not charged a thing for his services . I live in Garland and he came all the way from McKinney free of charge. This is truly a blessing , they are a blessing for helping all of us. May your business continue to grow.God bless you all!

Had a wonderful experience with Alex and Eloy. They did our A/C unit and worked on the furnace in the attic. It was 120 -130 degrees in the attic and they kept going the whole day.They also came upon many issues such as filter for the return plenum not having access and found a solution for it.There ability to find solutions on the fly made this A/C replacement seamless. Highly recommended !

Chris was excellent, communicated the process of removing the two inside air movers and outside compressors and replacing each with the new units. Chris and his partner worked very hard, up and down the attic steps numerous times removing the old equipment and bringing in the new, completing the project timely and even helped program my phone to the new thermostats. My AC was not cooling properly and I had a feeling it was time to have a new updated system put in. I called Copelands and they came out immediately to help figure out the issue. John was knowledgeable and explained that my AC was needing to be replaced, I was worried that we would be with out cool air for days but Copelands installed a new system right away and got us back up and running in no time at all. I’m forever grateful for Copeland home services! They had one of their technicians Zach come out and figure out what exactly was going on with one of our ac units. Brandon came out and got my unit working fast and showed me all the things that needed done or things I can do to improve things. I really appreciate the honesty and reasonable prices they have. Jordan with Copeland Home Services provided great service and came on friday evening on a holiday weekend. Most companies wouldnt think about it. I had a concerning experience with one of Copelands Maverick trucks on the highway today.The driver waited until the last possible moment to take an exit, forcing both myself and other vehicles onto the shoulder to avoid a collision.This aggressive maneuver put us all at risk. Safety should always be a priority, especially for drivers representing a company in service vehicles.Please address this issue with your drivers to prevent such incidents in the future.Truck license: VBS4203

This is the best AC company we ever experienced and their 24/7 a day. They fix your equipment as soon as they show up. It was quick diagnostics, and they have financing. Customer service is the best ever!!!

I saw 4 different air conditioner technicians they were all 4 extremely polite and respect, they were also very professional. They were on time as well I would refer anyone to Copeland home services! They are amazing! I got a whole new ac unit they had it done in about 2 hours. I saw Brandon and John yesterday came out for the service call and then the other 2 guys that came out to install the new unit I’m sorry but I don’t remember their names. But they were all amazing!

Calab Trammel came today, found out it was the compasitor , gave us a solid price, however we are on a very fixed budget … but Copeland is different. He fixed our issue and are letting us pay on Wednesday!! Yes that’s right…..they fixed it! We are very happy customers for life now.

When I first called the my were really booked but I explained that I had an event and they still put me on the schedule and came out on an initial call to my home in Red Oak, Tx. And addressed my issue but I still had a drain issue the next day… I called in to the office on Friday afternoon and they did not argue or debate… They immediately sent another technician name Brandon out who I think was the owner that same day to address the problem and he was fast , efficient and very transparent…. This company is A1 for me and have excellent customer service and I highly recommend them for your A/C service…. They Truly are family friendly….

Omgosh... My home feels like a home again thanks to Mr. Brandon... I am so grateful... I signed up for the monthly service cause I do live in Dallas - better safe than sorry... OMG!!! When I give a 5 STAR rating, it’s got to be a GR8 experience. I hardly ever write reviews but this company absolutely deserve the recognition. I was very pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and knowledge the two technicians displayed; one being Brandon Long. Both technicians were very respectful of my dwelling; they did not enter my home without shoe coverings and informed me when they would be exiting the home. I would definitely recommend Copeland to my friends. No one tried to sell me anything extra or tell me I had additional costly issues with my HVAC system. Bryant arrived at my home with a positive attitude and winning smile. His first words were Im here to take care of you. He proceeded to diagnose my problem and showed videos taken during the process to better educate me. It was late in the day and I would be without air another night as the parts store would soon close. He took a chance and made the trip only to arrive and be told an error was made and the needed part was not in. Brian has such a natural passion for people and his job that he went above his duty to bring me a portable AC unit and installed it so I would be comfortable overnight. I was so moved by his actions that it truly brought me to tears. He returned as promised with the part in hand to complete the job by 10am on a holiday. Im still in awe of a company that must indeed stress customer satisfaction as a core value among its employees. Yes, I did sign up for the membership as I cant imagine any other company besides Copeland servicing my unit. People matter with Copeland! Bryant is a jewel.
