Honest, dependable and knowledgeable. I have an AC unit from 1982. My goal was to run the unit until it would no longer run. Several other companies would not even service my unit without trying to sell me a new one. John serviced and repaired my unit a few times over a 4 year period until it could no longer be serviced. He is always available, honest and affordable in repairs. He was recommended by my neighbor who has used him for years. Highly recommend!

EXACTLY what you want with a home services company. John was responsive, punctual, and professional. He quickly identified what was wrong with our system and got our A/C back up quickly. However, what I appreciated most was that John was humble and kind - qualities that suggest you can trust him and his work. And that is priceless.

I noticed at the end of last week that my A/C was not cooling properly and seemed to be running all late afternoon and evening which is not normal for the weather we were having. I called my home warranty company and they came out Friday and was supposed to send in a report to get authorization to fix and see if covered...I was out of town this weekend, so I called Monday and supposedly the man never sent in the report, so then when he sent it in the notes were inaccurate and it was an entire ordeal with the home warranty company, needless to say they claim repairs would not be covered. Bragg has been recommended to me by more than one person, so I called them up, they were there Monday afternoon, took bad coil(caused by factory defect), went and picked up a new one under warranty price, and had it installed and was out of my hair by 11am Tuesday. Could you really ask for better service. Friendly, punctual, professional and knows how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend Bragg Mechanical Services!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to a hot house so called a few places hoping to get a call back. Bragg Mechanical quickly called back and was able to come out in about an hour. The name of the guy who showed up was Jon and he was very friendly yet professional- he explained likely causes and what he was testing. After that, the needed part was replaced and I was back up and running. All around excellent service… definitely recommend!!!

AC went out in triple digit heat. Not fun. We called Bragg Mechanical and they came out the next day and saved us from baking alive. My issue was quickly identified and fixed. Very professional and responsive service. Gave me some advice for keeping my system running well. I will keep using and recommending this company!

Yes, got back to me quickly, yes very professional, yes proficient but YES WAY overpriced!! For a simple part that costs an average of $50 I was charged $228. For replacing said part that took maybe 15 minutes I was charged $175 labor! When I called for the part model name and number and I mentioned the overpriced service I was told that they were a busines and making money was part of their business. Wheres the compassion in helping people especially with what we are all going through and why take advantage of this heat just to make 4x what it shouldve been. Enjoy the $ you made off of me that shouldve gone to my doctor and meds.Never again will I use Bragg!!!

We had a great experience with Bragg. Our ac went out and and they showed up promptly, were friendly and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend this company.
