We met Cory and Cold Factor about 13 years ago when had just moved into our remodeled home and had an AC problem. We called someone out who told us it would be about $800 to fix it. My son told me about Cory who came out and $70 later we had cold AC again. We’ve used them ever since and could not give them a higher rating! They are simply the best in the area.

Called ColdFactor to look at my heater which wasnt staying on. The technician was quick to arrive and answered all my questions. The heating repair was a simple one but left me with no heat just the same and being at the mercy of whoever shows up, Im fortunate that I chose a honest company. Thank you to the whole team for your service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We’ve been using Cold Factor for years now and are always impressed by their service and their pricing. We use their maintenance plan which is great because it keeps our system running longer and it gave us a heads up to plan financially for when we would need a new unit. They’ve also installed a filter on our system to kill viruses and bacteria which is HIGLY recommend, especially if you have kids in school!

My A/C went out on the last streak of 100+ degree days this summer. On Saturday night I messaged Cold Factor and they were on the phone with me within an hour, talking through solutions. Though I tried to go down the warranty route, they were patient with me. I ended up having Jason come out and he determined my system was dead (after 23 good years).Throughout the sale process, Jason acted more like an advocate than a salesman and was patient with me as I digested all the information and expenses tied to a new system. The education process took some time, during which he recommended I get a portable system (from Home Depot) so I didn’t have to make a decision too hastily. I loved that he didnt push me into a decision.Once I made the decision, the team was out here within a few days and got it installed. The owner, Cory, personally came to the house at install and also a day or two later to make an adjustment.Jason, my original tech, just left my house after doing a quality check on the system after a week of install and the entire process was as painless as it could be.I also had an A/C friend in another state double check the quote I got and he said it was a great deal that Cold Factor had put in their proposal.Good price, high expertise, experienced techs and customer focused throughout the process. I had an older review here about the quality service I received for some minor issues I had about a year or so ago. I can only leave one review per Google guidelines so I’m updating to reflect a recent full system install I did with Cold Factor. After an unfortunate issue, I had to replace the old system and went with a variable speed system. Install was a few hours and was without issue. Everyone was professional and it went pretty smooth. I was in contact with Jason as well as Cory most of the time and they really helped out. I had to learn a lot about the process and they made that fairly easy for me. I appreciate both of them and Taylor who helped get things arranged. Highly recommended from my side, especially after getting a much higher quote from another company. Thanks everyone! 😎

I had an issue with my AC a year ago during June in Texas. I called about 4 AC companies because I was desperate for someone to get it fixed quickly. Cold Factor was the first to get back in touch with me so I got them out. They showed up promptly, their technicians are all professional and friendly, and their customer service is excellent.Flash forward to now, I had them come out for a different issue, but they again were prompt and helpful.The technician Jason was professional, friendly, and helpful. I just had to have a part fixed under warranty which luckily was a quick resolution, but he was prepared to provide temporary remedies while we waited for warranty parts since we have small children and a pregnant wife in the home. Luckily it wasn’t necessary but I appreciated his thoughtfulness.I also like that their system sends you a text when the technician is on the way, along with a personal profile so we know who expect is coming into our home.Definitely recommend them!

After having our HVAC system cause smoke to fill our house early in the morning, I called Cold Factor to have them take a look. They called me back within minutes of opening and had a tech out to look at our system the same day. Andrew was fantastic and extremely thorough on his review of our system and explained what he believed happened. Our coils had overheated and caused the wires in the system to burn, hence the smoke in the house. Andrew presented us with several options that allowed for us to choose the option that was best for our finances as well as the long-term of the system. No sales pressure added either! We scheduled for a few days later and the two guys that came to do a complete install of the new furnace were early and worked very efficiently! A/C unit quit working over a Saturday night, with 105 forecast for Sunday. Called Cory at 8 am Sunday, and he had my unit blowing cold by 1 o’clock. Very professional. Jason did an excellent job finding the issue that was causing our A/C compressor to not function properly. We called at 5 PM on a Friday night after we arrived home and discovered our A/C was not working and the temperature outside was 102! We tried to install a nest learning thermostat on our own but it would not come on. It was a very hot 100+ degree day and we were stuck with no AC! I called and they came out within a coue hours got our new thermostat hooked up and didnt charge us an a and a leg to do it! Apparently the wires were not standard colors in our home! These guys are amazing and I will call them again if I have any future HVAC issues!

He took the time to check the system for preventive Maitenance and also the couple areas of concern I had.They are always helpful and you feel like you are never taken advantage of. Great company, I’ve used Cory for many years. He can handle any level of HVAC service and repair, and designs ultra modern systems with multi-zone temperature and whole house humidity control.

We have in our home a ductless system and had 4 AC come out and they couldnt figure out what was wrong until Cold Factor Heating and AC figure out our system was not installed properly.
