Its good to known there are still a few companies out there willing to make it right for their customers! Small hiccup after AC services yesterday, called new tech dispatched and issue repaired. No questions asked just, we will be there and take care of it!

Felix Tijerina was absolutely a pleasure to work with regarding my purchase of a complete AC system. He was very thorough in determining what was the right size unit for my home and answered all of my questions as we went through the process together of meeting my needs. He took the time to help me understand all of my options and worked to insure I had a complete understanding of how those options contributed to the overall system. Brian was the most awesome service repairman anyone could possibly hope to have come to repair there pluming problems. He not only replaced our water heater, but went out of his way to answer question about a problem addressed yesterday by Brandon, who was also more than excellent at his job. Brian and the team came out promptly when I had an issue with the tankless water heater Strittmatter installed about a year ago. He and his peer quickly identified the issue, performed a workaround while waiting on the parts, then contacted me to set up a time to install the parts and get my system repaired.Overall the response time, communication and customer service were top-notch, and I would recommend Strittmatter to anyone for their plumbing needs!

First time using these guys and couldnt be happier with their professionalism and and speed of service.My water heater started leaking all over the garage and when I called they had Brandon and Parker out faster than I had expected. They assessed the situation and went to work immediately getting me setup with a same day installation. Water had leaked into the walls and they gave me a heads up to where the water had spread with their moisture reader. They didnt try to sell me anything on the water, they just gave me a heads up so I was aware.They then had the installation team of Nick and Zack show up a couple hours later and they quickly installed the new water heater. The area was setup well and cleaned up after they were done with all the trash and old tank hauled away.All 4 techs I worked with were friendly, informative, worked with a sense of urgency and kept me in the loop with the progress.Overall, a very good experience for a bad situation when the water heater broke.Thanks for all the help, I will definitely call this company in the future.

Our AC went out at 8pm on a Sunday, and normally that would be the end of the world, but Strittmatter not only answered the call, but got a tech to us right away. Andrew was so nice and so professional during the entire service call. He answered all of my questions and got us set up with the supervisor for an estimate for system replacement. James was awesome and gave me everything I needed to make an educated choice on our replacement. Overall very happy so far with the service and knowledge coming from Strittmatter.

Jay was amazing! He gave me his card and got right to work on a Saturday. Set up his tools and explained his recommendations and the cost and how to save me money. He was professional and very respectful. These guys were open when others were closed and they were top tier talent. So impressed!!

Kris was extremely thorough and detailed Im explaing my AC system. I had a different company come out and tried to sell me a $25,000+ system without hardly diagnosing anything. Kris spent almost two hours checking my system from top to bottom, and provided pictures of his process. He found there was no leak and that they had improperly charged my system. Ill never call anyone besides Strittmatter again!

Working with Strittmatter has literally been a breath of fresh air. Service companies either dont answer the phone or they over promise and under deliver. That is NOT the case with Strittmatter. Jace and Felix actually listened to our concerns regarding the cooling issues we experience year over year and both technicians went about and beyond. We ended up going with a brand new unit which we knew would be pricey and when it came time to sign, Felix was very intentional and made sure all of our questions were answered. Strittmatter is always timely (and give a 2hour window rather than 4 hour window), calling 15-30 minutes prior to their arrival. They are professional, and explains repairs needed thoroughly. I’ve always been able to get any repairs needed quickly. I don’t hesitate to refer them to friends and neighbors.

They came out on the same day (Saturday) and had me fixed and ready to go within a half hour. I installed my own water heater, but the original connections for the incoming cold and outgoing hot were leaky at both the water heater and where they had been soldered on to the connections coming out of the wall. I wanted a professional to fix this so I didn’t have to worry and like I said, they came quickly on a Saturday and had me taken care of in 30 minutes! Dylan is top notch! From the initial call, to communicating arrival expectations, giving me the estimate and performing the work!

From doing business with Commercial companies for work, I generally have an idea of steps that should be taken to fix the issue I was experiencing. The AC techs followed what I expected. They were supper friendly and professional. On a side note after calling a few places Strittmatter gave me more confidence in their ability from there booking staff that other places. They seemed to have a better grasp of the service they were offering that other places I contacted.

Jay did an outstanding job cleaning the kitchen drain. He went over and over the drain until we saw it clean and running. Ive had this drain cleaned before, but his work was superior to all the other. I highly recommend Jay!!!

Both Dylan Taylor and Parker Kennedy were the absolute best service people I have ever dealt with. Professional and yet friendly. They did a fantastic job and went over and above to move things and leave the area spotless. If I ever need to use this company again I will ask for these two gentlemen by name.

Felix was my salesman an did a very thorough job measured the house and attic explained every thing to me and the job was done and installed the very next day. this type of proffesionalism is in my opinion not found very often today. I would reccomend him and his team to anyone that is seeking a top tier job from a top tier team they did all the little things that make the difference from good to exceptional.

He then was able to come out over an hour early prior to our appointment time that afternoon, confirming it first with a quick call. He then arrived promptly with shoe covers in hand and quickly diagnosed our plumbing issue. They were very punctual. I had an appointment for both plumbing and ac and both were here and gave me a quote within the first half hour of their 2 hour window. Strittmatter dispatched Andy Whitlock to diagnose and repair our ailing A/C unit. Were certainly pleased with the service! Andy is very professional and knowledgeable, took the time to diagnose the issue, made a repair to get us going again while he submits a warranty claim on our failing coil. (The warranty only has a few months left and we might not have gotten that level of service from other repair services.)When we have dealt with other services we have too often come away feeling like the victims of a shady used car dealer. Not so with Strittmatter and Andy! Very honest, took the time to explain the problem and outline our options. Called at 7:45pm with a leaking water line to the house (our side of the city meter). Angel showed up within 30 minutes, found the leak, put a temporary repair in place to get us thru the night and showers the next morning. He then came back the next morning and completed the job. He was very professional and friendly. I can’t speak to the price as I didn’t compare to any other plumber’s pricing, but felt like Angel earned our business.

I was in the process of a home inspection prior to purchasing the property, did a google search and based on the number of positive results decided to go with Strittmatter. The technician they sent out, Felix, was prompt and professional and was able to discuss items that he felt as a professional needed to be addressed. It was a very positive experience.

Our two hot water heaters - which were less than 3 years old - both had significant failures. Brent Fangman was VERY helpful in helping us decide on the best solution (ultimately, we Leased a Tankless system, which was not only a major upgrade to our home, but also offers significant cost savings). For the installation, Adam Fangman (Brents brother) and Dustin were FABULOUS: from start to finish the entire process took less than 5 hours. They arrived on time and had everything they needed to get the job done right the first time. They made sure everything worked as advertised and walked us thru everything. Totally Professional. HIGHLY recommended.

My AC stopped blowing cold air at night, replaced the filter in the morning, but no luck. After waiting couple of hours still no cold air. I have a newborn at home and was desperate to fix it the same day. Called Strittmatter at noon, a technician named Rocky arrived by 3:30 pm. He did some quick investigation and figured out the capacitor went bad. Changed it and the ac started blowing cold air. What a relief! I am very pleased with their quick response and service. I have used Strittmatter before for plumbing job, and they were up to the mark this time as well. Will definitely use them again.

My AC stopped working and I called Strittmatter because of all the great reviews they have. Now I know why.They were able to send a tech out the same day. Having non stop 100° days and to have your AC stop working is devastating. But they understood and found a way to have someone come out and a few hours later, Andy showed up. He is great. Andy checked our system and found a circuit board shorted out during the power surge I had a few days earlier, (probably need to cal the electric company and complain...lol). Anyways, he could not get the supplier to answer their phone so he drove out to Carrollton and found one in stock. An hour later we had our AC working again. Will definitely use Strittmatter again and refer them to everyone.THANK YOU!

I called at 10:30am and my AC was working like a champ by 1:30pm! Amazing customer service when I called, they got me in ASAP, and Felix was great. Explained everything in details, walked me through everything he was doing, didn’t try to sell me service we didn’t need. We will absolutely be using them in the future when needed!

Sewage line blockage was in main line so we could not use any water at all. It was difficult using the online search to find someone to respond who had good reviews. When I contacted Strittmatter they responded with a real person and the tech called me within the 45 minutes they stated. He had one person before me on this early Sunday morning and only took about 2 hours to get to my home. A professional courteous young man who seemed to know what to do right away. He had the equipment to unclog my drain pretty fast. Although plumber home services can be outrageously expensive the fee seemed about right for a Sunday emergency visit and I did not feel price gouged due to the circumstance. For this visit I would and my experience I would call them again if I had similar issues. The Fee was actually a little less than the FIXED FEE I was quoted by some others.

Very quick response to my initial call, and they came out the next day to replace the water heater in the attic … in August. Jay was great, but I’ll bet he lost 10 lbs up there. Highly recommend.

Great service!Called for service as we are on their maintenance plan and they had Toby come out to address our plumbing issues by 9 am.He listened to the issues and quickly diagnosed them, addressing the main problem immediately and scheduled us for follow up service on a couple of other issues we needed taken care of that were not urgent for day after tomorrow.Highly recommend!

I cannot express how much I have enjoyed using Strittmatter. Specifically, Brent is incredible. He has been out to the home unclogging a line in the backyard in the heat of summer and to replace two water heaters. He has been really great to work with. I have worked with may technicians for many different types of services over the years, and Brent has become my favorite. When Katie at the main office told me he was coming out, I made an audible “oh yeah!” when she told me. Great service. Great people.

Had to call Strittmatter due to our apartment maintenance being incompetent and unresponsive when we called 5+ times regarding a leak in our wall. Strittmatter was fast and responsive! They sent Jay out within 30 minutes of our first call. He diagnosed the issue for us and was very professional and helpful in helping us understand what’s wrong. We will definitely be looking into having Jay come back out to fix the issue once we get in touch with our landlord. His diagnosis will definitely help our case. Brent was very efficient and effective with his work. Everything worked perfectly after he was done. I loved the fact that he wore a mask the whole time and even wore shoe covers when he was inside our house. He even did a good job of cleaning up the debris after installing the garbage disposal. Replaced all the pipes under my house, water and sewer. Adam was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient with my questions. Work looks good( what I can see) and works well. I would be more then glad to have him come with any other plumbing issues.

Ivan was punctual, professional and a great problem solver as the pipe (where the clog was) was behind a wall in a tight space. He figured out a way to clear the clog with our having to cut into the wall!Ivan worked quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable repair cost. When I called and thought my sink had a small leak, the appointment was originally set for 2 days later. Then when I realized the sink was backing up and not draining, I called back and explained my plight and Katie, the awesome lady who answered the phone, immediately checked and got me an appointment for later the same day. I have a service contract with Strittmatter and had my plumbing recently checked throughout my home. Brent was very thorough in checking all my pipes, valves, hoses, water heater, garbage disposal and ensuring the water pressure was adequate. He did observe a small crack in one of my toilet bowls and provided an estimate to repair it. I also inquired on how a leak is detected as my water bill spiked drastically for one month. Brent took the time to explain how this would be handled should it happen again. I have been happy doing business with this company and would recommend them to others.

Jay responded to my emergency call right away, and he is on the way within 1 hour. This is my first time using StrittMatter, and I’m impressed with how rsponsive and professional they are. Jay helped me fixing my clogged drain in the kitchen under garbage disposal. He tried to use pressure unclogger (not sure of the name), but it didn’t work. So, he had to take down the pipes and removed the debris manually. I live in a townhouse, and it took me a few calls to find plumbers that are willing to take townhouse job. I will recommend and definitely use StrittMatter again for my plumbing and other needs that they can provide.

My main line got clogged and backflowed all over the bathroom. I called 2 other plumbing companies and neither were able to come out before Thanksgiving. I gave up trying to get a plumber. Headed to Home Depot, thinking I would DIY the situation. The toilet flushed and the bath drained,, so I thought I had gotten it. Ran the laundry that night and all manner of nastiness backflowed into my bathroom.I called Stritmatter and they had Jay at my house within an hour. He quickly assessed the situation, discussed remedy options and pricing. All options were within my price range and actually cheaper than other estimates I had been given. Jay quickly went to work. He cleared my main line and scoped it with a camera. He also did a great job explaining what we were seeing from the camera feed.Once he cleared the drain and water was flowing normal, I mentioned running the washing machine led to the backflow. He stopped packing his equipment and said thats a separate branch from the line I cleared. Ill stick around while you drain your wash to make sure it doesnt back up again. He ran his camera back down and waited to make sure the laundry ran OK before he left.I wish I had called Stritmatter first thing. They charged way less than what I paid trying to do it on my own and I would have been able to enjoy my weekend. Thanks Jay. You were awesome 👌

I have always been nervous calling for a plumber. Stories of high prices and extensive repairs are what you usually hear. But, when I needed a plumber, I looked at reviews on google, yelp and the Neighbor App. Strittmatter was highly recommended on each platform. I had a leaking kitchen faucet that required a new cartridge. A replacement cartridge had been mailed to me and only needed a plumber to put it in. I called Strittmatter and spoke to a lovely person named Katy. She put me on the schedule and within an hour and a half, Adam and his assistant showed up. The job was completed in record time. Adam and his assistant were polite and neat and put everything back from where they had moved it. I will use this company again should the need arise.

Ive used Strittmatter twice in the last few months (because of some poorly explained HVAC work done by a different company). On both occasions, theyve been extremely informative, quick to help any way they can, and not pushy about anything.Our first call was for a plumber (Toby), who ran himself ragged, figuring out why our primary AC line wasnt draining. He fixed the clog -- checking with us every step of the way that any potential costs were known ahead of time, and that we were comfortable with moving forward. He gave us a number of options for fixing our plumbing issues (replacing old lines, rerouting to new lines, even the bathroom renovation bundling we wanted to know about was provided). Having just bought the house, weve been low on funds for the fixes we have in mind; which is why we wound up having to call Strittmatter again (when the degraded plumbing lines in our home began shutting our AC off once more).Enter the HVAC tech (Felix). We let him know we just wanted to verify what the other HVAC company was telling us (that the unit only shuts off because of plumbing issues), and that the install we paid for was done correctly. Felix was thorough, gave us his honest insights about the other companys install, and offered us the both cheap and effective means of keeping our unit running until we were ready for the big picture fixes. Additionally, he gave an overview of just how energy efficient the home wasnt, and the order in which hed fix those particular issues.Even the people answering the phone lines have been quick to make sure we arent wasting money needlessly (making sure we know our other HVAC work should still be warrantied for free check-ups, etc.). Plumbing and HVAC are rarely cheap fixes. But Strittmatter makes the best of the worst situations though, and ensures sure youre given every option that their experts can imagine.

During the Snowpocalypse of 2021, we suffered a busted pipe. We were told it could take weeks to get a plumber, but Strittmatter called after 2 days. They were only going to come by for an assessment and to ensure we had running water, but due to the ease of access of the pipe, they were able to replace it quickly and easily. I’m high risk for COVID, so I requested masks and minimal house access unless necessary-Dylan willingly and respectfully complied with our requests. The work was thorough and efficient. I’m truly blown away and immensely grateful. This was our first time using Strittmatter and won’t be our last.

I called on a Sunday afternoon when I realized my AC wasn’t cooling properly (at the end of July) and they were at my house within an hour and half. They were friendly, efficient, and had my AC cooling again in 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

I really like how responsive and courteous Strittmatter has been. Never an attitude, always friendly, and great at figuring out the problem and getting it corrected. I have used them multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.

We were members of the Strittmatter monthly payment program. We called every 6 months for our bi-annual tune-ups. Strittmatter also suppled all filters for our units so we could change them monthly. It was always easy to get someone out here when anything went wrong, but the skill level of the techs was quite variable.We ultimately ended up having significant plumbing issues and a water heater issue due to the ignorance of some techs working for the company. I won’t ever get any money back for what I paid towards the membership, but after discovering a permit wasn’t obtained and an inspection wasn’t completed with the installation of our new water heater (that went out 9 months after we purchased it), I was able to at least get strittmatter to write a check/refund me for that water heater and installation costs that I WAY overpaid for.I won’t bore you with the details of trying to live for 3 weeks without hot water because of a major company’s mistake, but I will tell you BCI mechanical was able to step in, get us working, high efficiency, and safe equipment for our house, at a fraction of the cost that we were quoted with Strittmatter.Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company,

I am going to specifically mention Dylan and Chris, however everyone Ive dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable.Dylan installed our water heater, it cost roughly 5000$ and it was well worth it. They had to re-route much of our plumbing, run new pvc exhausts through the roof and make everything look nice and neat. To say they exceeded on the quality is lacking in how great of a job they did. The english language really cannot express how amazing the work they did is. It looks neat, it looks pristine, it works amazingly well, and it was done within 6 hours.Chris is the man that came out to give me an estimate on the cost of the job and that was not all he did. Talking to him about plumbing, heating, etc... was akin to talking to a library based on those subjects. He knew everything I asked him, he had insight into what I was trying to ask even when I couldnt ask it well, and he helped me see all of my options even those that I didnt think I had. He didnt try and push an upsell of a product on me, he wanted me to be comfortable with what I bought and even if I decided to proceed with my own DIY project he guided me on how best to accomplish it. This man is the equivalent of a lawyer/doctor that people pay hundreds of dollars an hour for, he is a master of his field and it shows with how he speaks of the products he repairs and installs.Ive dealt with many plumbing companies in my life, I will never go to another plumbing company because of how I have been treated here. The people that answer the phone when you initially call in are more knowledgeable than many plumbers Ive ever talked to. Their prices are very fair often coming in under their competition with better quality of work. Which leads me to their quality, to say perfect is understating how well they do their jobs. I reiterate one more time, I will never use another company again. These people are the perfect representation of what an american company should be and how they should perform.

Brent and Parker were polite they showed up with personal protective equipment. They were a little late but with a pandemic going around Im sure theyre slammed so I didnt care too much about punctuality. We had some pipe that needed replacement under the house from what I could see it wasnt very much maybe a foot and a half that they replaced. The quote was a little on the high side for me it was $542 . It was 20 something for showing up they gave us some kind of discount on that because it was like 70 something when we called, 300 something for the repair or replacement, and 180 something for the them having to go into the crawl space. Crawl spaces are lot easier access to plumbing and electrical so I could only imagine what getting under slab would have cost. They must have a flat rate because they gave me that quote without really looking at the job first it was pretty much hello my name is here is our quote where is the leak and crawl space. Then again weve never really used a company before either just handymen that are people we know or ourselves and we had to shut the water off because it was leaking pretty bad so we didnt really get a chance to shop around and we didnt want to go without water for days on end shopping around and getting different quotes. That and with everything being closed or limited during this pandemic we couldnt just go out and get the supplies right then and there to fix it ourselves so we really didnt have much of an option than they had a high ratingand it was guaranteedby Google. Over all they did a good job the meter isnt spinning anymore so no leaks thank god and they were done in a couple of hours plus with a pandemic going around they showed up with their safety and ours in mind. I would use them again so long as the work holds up and a had a job with a larger income especially if that is the price Im looking at for about a foot and a half of replacement of pipe and a couple of hours work. So hopefully not anytime soon, but in the future If I had to I would use them again if we need some plumbing done.

Every major plumbing company i called said they had no one for several days. It was almost 5pm and sewage coming up through my showers tubs etc. Their dispatcher said they had a cancellation and someone could be over soon. Their guy Cody shows up in less than 30 minutes. He unclogged the drain and was gone is less than 20 minutes, I was floored. And it was roughly $120!. Unbelievable.
