12 minutes tops here and gone. Changed our air filters as we asked. He said we only check the furnace. Nothing else is needed. It’s working just getting old. Collected the fee and was gone. I don’t feel as confident with the service. I sure miss Prosper’s Finest AC that I use to use until he sold his company.

Technician showed up in the early part of the appointment window & got right to problem-solving. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. No high-pressure sales pitch or technical talking points. Fair price for the work needed. Very trustworthy company in my experience.

Christmas Air came highly rated by neighbors on Nextdoor. We started using them over a year ago and I can verify the high ratings, they are quick to respond, fair, and honest. We signed up for their yearly service and they just installed our new HVAC. Very pleased with this company!

As a first time home-owner, I spent waaaay too long dealing with exorbitant quotes from other companies. Christmas Air was highly recommended to me by a general contractor friend, and I’m only ever calling them for service from now on! From the wonderful customer service, to the timely appointments, to the awesome technicians… they’re the best! You can track when your technician will arrive, which is great. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, and they don’t try to upsell you on anything (i.e. those ineffective UV lights in the ducts). Thanks, Christmas Air!

The team at Christmas Air are first class all the way. They quickly diagnosed and resolved our problem making sure our heat was on days before the arctic air was set to arrive. They came out same day and communication was excellent. Just fantastic, dependable service!

Kanon is incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all our questions. The whole team is quite competent, professional, and friendly. In addition, a family member called Christmas for a repair on her AC. They were quick, thorough, honest, and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Robert was excellent. After looking at my furnace thoroughly, he noticed a plug was not seated correctly, resulting in the problem. He made the adjustment and tested the unit several times. As a result, the part that was ordered was not needed saving me lots of money.I appreciate Robert’s honesty and this is another example of how great Christmas AC and Heat is!

Christmas just finished a complete A/C and Heater replacement in our house. I watched the installation team throughout the entire process. Cant tell you how impressed I was with the craftmanship and attention to detail. They took time to correct and improve air duct problems from the original install of the systems. I love the fact that Christmas, after the installation team is finished, the next day they send out a Quality Control team to do final checks and adjustments just to make sure the system is optimal. Very, very pleased and satisfied with the service we received from Christmas Air Conditioning and Heating.

Craig was professional and diagnosed the heater issue in a timely fashion. He indicated a part has to be ordered and should be able to be installed tomorrow before it starts snowing this week.

The heat stopped working upstairs where our children sleep and it was going to be in the 30s overnight. After originally being told someone could come in a few days, Rachel called and said she could get someone out in a few hours. Even though the issue was bigger than we thought, Joshua was able to at least restore the heat to my kids’ rooms. We are extremely grateful for how quickly Christmas Air was able to help.

Excellent and Expeditious Service. The technician, Keith, showed up less than two hours after the service request; he quickly diagnosed the problem and addressed the issue. He was courteous and demonstrated extensive knowledge; he explained thoroughly what the problem was and implemented the solution.

Christmas Air gives a small window of show-up time and they meet it. Actually they were in the first 15minutes of the window. They quickly found the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up. Excellent work. Josh really knows his stuff! Im glad I have an annual plan.

Christmas Air does the spring and fall cleaning on my HVAC ( and anything in between that i need). They are very reliable and honest. Their prices are reasonable. You can’t go wrong - they do a great job.

The two Techs arrived and went right to work, each taking care of one of our furnaces. In less than 30 minutes they informed me that the units were working well and we were good to go for the winter. Efficient and effective. The only issue that came up was we recently paid the annual servicing contract which included the filters, only to be informed that it doesnt actually cover Aprilaire filters. We will work that out with Christmas Air.

Robert was able to diagnose problem, and throughly check out and service my HVAC and gave me very competitive pricing. I was so pleased that I also signed up for their service plan.

The team at Christmas AC really goes above and beyond. They are transparent and clear - never trying to add on or upcharge. They show up on time, every time and are so careful not to make a mess. They clearly explain what is happening, what your options are and their recommendation. On our repair, I thought I had a warranty that was not showing up and Kanon went out of his way to call the parts company, on my behalf, to figure it out. That one call saved me over $1000! There are not very many services companies out there that would go out of their way to reduce your cost. It really is a Merry Christmas with Christmas AC. Highly recommend!

Brendan and Pil were very nice and Berndan did take the time to explain what happened to our AC Compressor. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up before they finished. I appreciate the work they did and we will certainly call Christmas AC again.

Christmas Air has taken a challenging situation for us as new home owners in a new state with no heat downstairs and made it a great experience from the expertise of Jose Ramirez to Sarah coordinating with other front office staff to get the maximum warranty coverage available to Frank and Gerardo working 11+ hours to install a new heat pump and interior unit with new ductwork and supply and returns. Their work was excellent and relentless in restoring comfort to our home.

My upstairs AC went out and Christmas came out and got it up and running, but about a day later it failed again. They came back and determined that the motherboard was going bad so they were able to source one and get back the next day to install it, the board didn’t have a memory card which was not the fault of Christmas so they got on the phone found one and had it overnighted to get me back up and running. All throughout the process, the communication was good and each of the text was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and show genuine concern. This is the third time I have used Christmas air and will continue to do so in the future. They are not like some of the other companies that are always trying to find a way to upsell you. Or have you fix something that’s not broken

Sarah had informed me that the tech was running behind, but it wasnt long until Israel arrived and did the repair. It only took a few minutes. He was very friendly and professional.

Last November, my family and I had our upstairs 24-year-old Trane unit stop working (the coils finally gave out). During the winters chill, we researched most if not all the HVAC outfits. Ultimately, it was the positive experience of my Brother-in-law that had us asking for a quote from Christmas Air. From the get go, these guys were kind and professional. But it was their Sr Tech, Israel, that finally sold us on Christmas. Israel took the time to answer all my questions. He even made the effort to correctly measure out my upstairs square footage to ensure we were being fit with the correct unit. Now our new upstairs unit has been working like a Kentucky race horse. Such an amazing experience to work with these folks. They treat their customers as they want to be treated. Its this kind of values-based outfit that will make me go with Christmas again once my downstairs unit finally gives out (going on 25 years!!). Good people, great value! Its a no-brainer. :)
