Rocky the service dude was excellent. He had a lot of stuff to trace down to make sure of what was exactly going on. He found I had a capacitor that was going out causing a low voltage on a high voltage side plus low voltage wire short caused by shaking and movement of the outside unit. Everything was cool except the price. Seems to me the price was exorbitant, in particular for one capacitor, which could’ve been had almost anywhere in the world for a whole lot less than $365. That said, the rest of it seemed most reasonable. As far as the repair job, so far, so good! Excellent cooling, plus it doesn’t take a whole lot of time to get cooler.

Floyd McLellan was our service tech today for our maintenance service. He was very detailed, took his time and provided incredible service. He was not pushy, provided detailed quotes on recommended items and had a lot of pictures to show the work. Not only was the service incredible, but is the nicest tech that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Super friendly, polite and was not in a rush and took his time to explain what he did and answer any questions. Was a great experience.

Excellent service. They came and installed hot water heater Christmas Eve in the middle of a torrential downpour. AJ was kind, informative and installed the unit quickly.

Always very responsive to messages for service, even after normal business hours. Service Tech Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient---and took time to explain the issues in detail (but also simply enough for me to understand). Ive used Paschal both for complete A/C replacement and also for regular maintenance and repair, they have been great in all situations.

I was able to get an appointment immediately! My tech was on time, extremely friendly, determined my problem quickly, and solved it even faster. And the bonus was he was not intimidated by my very large dogs. Highly recommend.

Today Paschal Pro Sterling Bridges installed a new gas water heater for me, replaced old valves and lines, installed a flood stop, and added everything needed to get me up to code. Sterling, the main technician, was not only punctual; he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and willing to answer any and every question I had. Chris and Christian also helped some throughout the process, and I truly appreciate ALL of the young men, their hard work, and expertise. Paschal was very good about communicating with me and getting the job scheduled quickly as well as keeping me informed on the tech’s arrival; I even received a photo of Sterling before he got here, which was a nice touch too. Thank you again, Sterling, for being such a NICE young man, answering all of my questions, your expertise and explanations on every facet of my new water heater, and your willingness to do any and everything you could to make this a great experience!😊

I am very pleased with the service I received from the plumbing appointment I had this week from Paschal. Sterling did an excellent job of evaluating my entire plumbing system. Had two full AC Units replaced. The installers were fantastic and extremely professional. Shawn Monson was honest and professional. Ive been with Paschal and prior Walker since 2010. Very reliable, prompt and professional. I give them my highest recommendation!

Yasua, came today to do an air conditioning tune up and maintenance. Yasua was awesome, very professional, polite, informative and all around great guy. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different options that he could do to help with some issues we are having. We will be calling him again soon. Great young man and a great company. We are very happy with Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric of Flower Mound. They were friendly and professional all the way. We needed to figure out what was needed, get an estimate, and have them install new fixtures for us. Charley Westmoreland was experienced and competent. His advice saved us from spending lots of money on services we didnt need. He pinpointed our problem immediately and gave us the right advice. His estimate was fair and within a very short time all was accomplished. We also appreciated the apprentice (Garrett) who joined him the day he came to install our new fixtures. Both men worked well together to get the job done in a short time. Both were polite and personable.We highly recommend Paschal for their professionalism, reasonable pricing, & attention to good service in a timely fashion.

Response to service call was about 2 hours which I would consider prompt. Tech Christopher quickly determined problem and explained it professionally. He answered all questions and effected the repair in a timely manner. I commend him for his professionalism. I recommend your company.

Marquis Smith did an excellent job. He corrected the mistakes made by the previous service technician and took pictures to submit a claim for damages for us. Very polite and knowledgeable, he knew what he was doing.

We had multiple companies provide an estimate for our water heater to be replaced and Paschal was actually an after thought. We noticed several recent good reviews for Paschal so we went ahead and had them come even though our mind was already made up to go with another company. Paschal impressed us with their friendly and personable interaction on the phone and the technician, Matt that came to our home was incredibly polite and pleasant to speak with. While all the techs that came to our house seemed knowledgeable, Matt just made us feel more comfortable and at ease. We changed our mind from our original choice and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Matt came the next day and did the work quickly and efficiently. The quality was excellent and the pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Paschal to anyone considering plumbing or HVAC work, in fact we are having them come back for a toilet replacement next week.

Technician AJ did a great job installing a new toilet and troubleshooting the problem with our old one. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to us clearly what the problem was and fixed it pretty quickly. He left the bathroom clean and just the way he found it. I’m very happy with the service.

The tech was so polite. He put on booties before entering my house. I.could track when he would be here. He explained a future problem I might encounter, but felt my system was running fine for now. Be advised a service call only applies to one unit.

Paschal was prompt with their serviceOscar was great. He did the job, then took the time to educate 65 year old me and my 98 year old mother on the importance of proper HVAC maintenance. So patient!We will definitely use this company in the future!

We just got a new water heater installed, and AJs service was outstanding!! He took the time to explain the whole installation process and answered all our questions. Despite of the intense Texas Heat, he worked very hard to get everything done quickly. I am very satisfied with AJs service and 120% recommend!!

Had 0 problems with my AC . They sent me a tune up coupon for 4 9 dollars so I figured Id try them out. They came by and cleaned it and said nothing needed to be done today. Guy had to call his manager to get the approval for the coupon because they forgot to put it in. Manager was weird about me only wanting the tune up. Less than 12 hours after they left my entire AC turned off and will not turn back on. It is now broken.He called and the manager seemed upset that I was only getting the tuneup. I paid and they left. Less than 12 hours later my ac stopped working entirely. I called to see what happened. They had a service tech come out who said the guy who came to do my tuneup may have hooked up something wrong because he was brand new. After further inspection he said that my condenser exploded and I needed a new one for 400 bucks.He texted the other maintance guy who came before that broke it, and he sent photos to verify he installed it right. After barely looking at the pics he shugged said it looked right and then proceeded to tell me I could replace the part ir they could leave. They said the manager was on the other line and would call back asap to ensure someone came out today as my house is now 90 degrees and I have small children and pets.I got no call back so 2 hours later I reached out and was told the managers went home an hour and a half ago and theres nothing they can do until tomorrow. This is unsafe and messed up.

Sent great techs with problem solving skills. However, phone call and chat support levels were more funnels to the tech than appropriate problem solving resources. My issue could have been resolved over the phone by someone familiar with the app.

Very happy with the technician, Raphique. Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Handled our annual maintenance and we are very satisfied.We are not happy with the “warranty” that Paschal has for our thermostat for our less than 2 year old system. Paschal offered to replace it for “free” with a $300 service fee. It’s literally a plug and play device. That does not meet the definition of warranty that we are familiar with.Again, this has nothing to do with Raphique - he was excellent. However, we are now very concerned about what “warranty “ means for the rest of our system.

Reason I use Paschal is for your great service, also your techs. I had AJ DeWolfe today for plumbing issue, he was thoroughExplained and fixed the issue. Very courteous and polite young man. If ever in need again I hope AJ is available.

Great communication around the appointment. The tracker where I can see a current estimate is very useful.Ulises was punctual and was a real trooper working in the rain. Very detailed oriented and showed all the progress with photos.One of the best techs that have visited so far.

G Carlos was my technician that arrived on Saturday July 13th 2024. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Very pleasant with an amazing sense of humor!! He found my issue with my 1 of 4 air conditioning units I have. He explained the issue as well as showed me. He had the replacements on his van and I was up and running in no time at all. AJ was friendly, patient, and helpful. He spent several hours with Rheem to troubleshoot our Rheem Tankless Water System. He took the time to show us what he was doing and explained why. AJ communicated effectively with the manufacturer and us, his customers. Excellent service! Top notch!

I was very pleased with the service. Christopher had the AC back up and running in a short period of time. Its also great that Paschal Air had a technician just hrs. after I called.

My Trane XV 18 air conditioner that was installed by this company less than three years ago developed a problem with communications between the thermostat and the condenser unit. The problem was diagnosed as a broken wire in the system. The problem was fixed by running a new thermostat control wire to the outdoor unit, which was approximately a 30 foot run. I was charged a total of $584.57 to run this new wire which I consider to be an outrageous charge and the reason for my low rating. The technician Marquis was very good And that’s the reason that I gave a two star rating Instead of a one star rating. I told the technician at the time that the charge was outrageous, but he said that he had no control over the pricing and I told him that I would say so in my review. The only reason that I agreed to proceed With The repair was That my wife Has Terminal gliobastoma And did not want a hassle.Update: I received a call from customer service representative Caleb Who wanted to make things right and agreed to a reasonable price which exceeded my expectation. I now have no reason to give them anything but five star rating.

I texted Paschal last night to set up an appointment, hopefully for next day & I received a message from them that theyll be out this morning. Sure enough, Tiffany called & said she was in the way & got here at 8:30 & finished within the hour. Tiffany was very respectful & professional. I highly recommend Paschal Air.

This company is responsive and very friendly. Their rates are competitive and they offer a lot of things that other companies dont. Tiffany is an amazing Tech and I am so glad I signed up with them!

Service was scheduled same day. Plumber was James and he was very kind, informative and provided everything we needed to make decisions. He even found a problem on one of our appliances previously installed by a different provider. I would highly recommended.

Ulises was an extremely helpful technician and quickly found and resolved our AC issue. 90 degrees outside in May and Paschal came through fast and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!

Paschal delivered again! I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon. AJ, a newly hired plumber, drove an hour and a half to come fix my issue. He did a great job and was very professional. Problem solved and had water back on for the weekend!

Our A/C went out and they came first thing the next morning. Diagnosis wasn’t good but technician, Marquis, was quick, friendly, professional and respectful of property. Have used before and will use again.

Can’t recommend enough this company! We had a gas leak, and they arrived in within 2 hours after our call.We had a complicated issue , but with their expertise and care all got dissolved in a fast and successful manner! My technician Raphique was awesome!!!He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained step by step what he was going to be doing during my service and kept me updated on what his progress was during the process. He also explained the importance of what he was doing and the impact of it. He also provided me with critical information on the care of my HVAC and how to maximize the performance and expand the life of my unit. We have lived in our home since we built in 2009 and have had several different technicians come to my home to service my units, but no one has ever explained or recommended these simple things that any homeowner should do to properly care for their units. He also installed my HVAC monitoring system and explained how it works. Raphique is an awesome technician and I have already recommended Paschal and him to him to others. Great Work to Raphique and Paschal!!! Thanks!!!

Paschal has been excellent so far! I called because my AC was not working. They came out a couple hours later and recommended several replacement options. Justin Vendola was excellent and even brought us window ACs to get through the night! They were able to come the next day to replace the unit and it works great thus far! Everyone has been extremely courteous and helpful!

I had a great experience with Paschals plumbing services a few months ago, so tried their HVAC services today when my unit went down. The condensation pipes are prone to clogging and a previous company simply kept charging me to clear the clog. Raphique not only cleared the clog but proposed an affordable solution to deal with the situation moving forward. Was really happy with the solution, the quick and effective service, and the price.

Paschal employees are fantastic.2023Marcus was here for our Spring check and attach the HVAC Monitor system up. He was very professional and took pictures to show wear. Paschal technician Herbert was very helpful, informative and reliable. A very well prepared young man came to check our ceiling fan. We had pulled the fan chain out. He told us he would have to take it apart to replace the switch/chain. He quoted us a price for this and the price for a new one plus fees. We cannot afford either one. I rate this company and the Technician James Evans 5 Stars. He asked me questions about my issue I was having with my electricity and immediately started investigating the problem. It didn’t take him long at all to figure out what was going on. After finding the issue James called me to look at the problem explained what happened and quickly repaired it. The technician that came to my home for a quote today was very dry. No smile and no real interest to be there or complete the quote. The guy just looked at my ceiling and right off the bat said it would be over $1200. When I responded that it was out of our budget right now, his overall response was to.. just buy brighter lightbulbs.. I couldnt get that man out of my house fast enough. Definitely wouldnt recommend and safe to say we are going with another company with better personal skills.

I had a little bit of an emergency with an outdoor faucet bursting today. My go to company couldn’t get out here until tomorrow, so I started going down the list of local plumbers and calling. Not only was this the only company that could get out here today, they were here within an hour or so, super nice and helpful, very affordable pricing, and incredibly easy to work with. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer (hopefully not too often).

I asked for their more experienced repair man because the system they installed had multiple problems over a year and 1/2. This guy diagnosed the problem and said we needed an electrician for a new part for our a new system. He did a good job but we’ll see how the electrician does. Not happy with this company because we spent $11,000 for a new heat / cooling system that has been nothing but problems. Even with the extra maintenance warranty we bought they still charged us $89.

James was great. Very informative and polite. He was able to feed the dogs treats and not lose a finger! He had answers to all my questions. I will have James back to take care of all my plumbing needs.

Our AC went out today and it got up to 93 degrees! Paschal Air fit us in and fixed our AC for us!! Marquis was Paschal Pro who helped us so that he identified the problem and had it fixed within like half an hour. We’re cooling off and SO thankful!!

Great work replacing the water heater. Unfortunately, this stuff is just plain expensive. The master plumber that did the work was great. He was kind, did what was right, and made me feel like I was #1 while he was working on my job.

My heater went out Sunday morning. By Sunday afternoon I was able to book the first appointment on Monday. Oscar came at 8:30 and examined the problem and determined it will be a warranty repair—which made me very happy! He is ordering the part today. Thank you, Paschal, for your prompt response to my problem!!

Ian came out and quoted me for a full system replacement after being without AC for 3.5 days. He was thorough & fair. I didnt feel like it was just a sales pitch like I did with the other companies that had come out. He had me on the schedule the very next day. The crew was out early & spent all day getting my new system installed. They worked hard in a very hot house & attic that is upstairs! I cant say enough great things about this company! Weve used them twice because our new A/C system, unfortunately, has needed a few repairs. Weve loved the customer service, theyre so quick to send a technician out. Honestly, I am unbelievably impressed with the service and experience I had with Paschal Air. We just bought a new home, and unfortunately our AC unit stopped working the week we moved in.. terrible luck. So, we called Paschall Air to come out and repair our system.Through that repair process, the technician unfortunately made a wiring mistake that caused our compressor to fail and require replacement. I called and let them know as soon as we discovered the miswire, and I was obviously very nervous that it was going to be a long drawn out process/fight to have our AC fixed and that it would end up costing us thousands of dollars out of pocket.BUT instead of the nightmarish situation it could have been, it was an unbelievably easy and simple process. They reviewed the information on their end and immediately confirmed that they had in fact made the mistake and accepted full responsibility. They then came out SAME DAY to replace our entire unit at no cost to us. Not only did they replace the unit, but they actually replaced it with a better unit than what we had before.We’re all human and we all make mistakes, but the important thing is how you handle those mistakes. I certainly feel that Paschal Air handled their mistake in the best way possible which was such a massive relief for us. They’ve definitely earned our loyalty and trust as customers.Melanie in the office was super polite and helpful every time I spoke with her. Caleb was professional, empathetic, honest, and apologetic when he called me back to respond about the mistake that was made.The technician that made the original mistake also came back to correct it. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and this was so minuscule in the grand scheme of things. The technician was so nice to work with, and I still wholeheartedly trust him to do repairs and maintenance for us in the future.Really, thank y’all so much for how you handled this situation. We look forward to working with you for many years to come.

I liked that my HVAC Tech was a black woman, kudos to Tiffany. This is the first time since Metro was sold that I was not harassed about buying something. Walker was horrible about trying to sell you unnecessary items.

Sadly Im updating my original 5 star review of Walker Air. While they initially appeared to correct our issue, and did so with professionalism, it quickly became clear that the problem was not actually fixed, just delayed by a few days. We began a descent into AC repair Hell, with multiple calls to Walker Air over the next few weeks. Each time, a new root cause was found and repaired, with expectations set that This time it will fix your issue.This wound up never being true. After three service calls, we had had enough. The people were friendly and the technicians professional. The lack-luster scheduling was poor, and appointment commitments over the phone to a specified hour range were never even close. Why even allow people to select time slots and schedule appointments if you cant honor them?With each new fix, we were given hope our AC was repaired, but it invariably failed within 24 to 48 hours, this time with another seemingly new problem.I really do think the technicians thought they had fixed the immediate issue, but everything was a band-aid. They did not ever seem to perform a full review of the entire system, ducts, dampers, control boxes, air flow studies, etc. So each fix was just a small patch until somethign else went wrong.We had a warranty service with them, but this did not help solve our problem. It did help cover some of the diagnostic cost and get us appoints faster, we give them that credit due. But a warranty service and quicker appointments to a failed solution does not, a worth-while company, make.We have discontinued our service with Walker. I hope our issues were a fluke. I hope every else has the more, initial positive review we had. But for us, there were too many chances for a win that resulted in a loss.I would not recommend this company to my friends, and very recently advised our neighbor to avoid them when they asked for our AC repair person. Sorry Walker Air, but you missed the mark.

Today I was trimming vines around air conditioner and cut a line on my AC unit. Christopher with Paschal was very professional and helpful as he worked on my unit to get it up and running again.

They came much sooner than expected, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way so I wasnt surprised. My problem was diagnosed right away and was fixed within about half an hour. I was so glad that they were able to come right out the same day and fix it same day too. Pricing was explained along the way in clear detail and I was never pushed to purchase anything I didnt need. I am very happy with this company!

This company was great to work with! I had an outrageous quote from another company so I called North Texas heating and air. They sent a technician the next day who was knowledgeable and helped fix the problem for thousands cheaper than the other guy.I highly recommend North Texas heating for all of your heating and air conditioning needs! Previously rated 5 stars as the technician was timely and polite. However a few days after he left, my upstairs was not cooling and the downstairs was struggling to stay below 80 degrees. Additionally, i had water in the drip pan under the unit in the attic which was draining outside even though I was told it was draining properly through the pipes in the house. Called to have them come back out as I was not having these problems before the technician performed the routine check up and it will take them almost 1 week to return with no guarantee that it will be working after this second visit.I wish I could recommend them to others but unfortunately that is not the case.

2022: Billy V. was very helpful and knowledgeable. My parts were covered under warranty and he explained the cost difference if I wanted it fixed the same day with parts he had or the cost if I waited. He said it would take a few days for the part to arrive. I chose to wait, and to my surprise, they had the part and he arrived the next day to fix it. He was fast and very professional.2021: Buddy was very professional and fixed the problem that needed fixing. He fixed it correctly instead of trying to take the easy way out and glue it.

Caution!!! This company is very deceptive and unethical. We called to request a new drain pan and to get our drain lines cleaned out. The technician came out showed pictures of the work he recommended to be done which included new fittings to clean the drain lines, 2 new pans (although we only did 1 because the other was fine), and to blow out the lines. He completed the work charged us $450 then told us he would have to return to install the new pan and the office would call us to quote it....I complained with the manager that we were told the pan install was included in the $450 but it did not change anything. I paid an additional $450 to get the new pan installed.....then noticed water is still coming out of the emergency lines.....the same technician came out and said he could not unclog the drain and we would have to call a plumber..........He claimed the work done the first time he came out. Be cautious with this company as they are very misleading and they dont stand behind their work

Late Friday night my ac quit working. I called a little after 8 in the morning on Saturday. I had a call back from the tech in about 40 minutes and he advised he would be here about 11. It was the capacitor. He was here just before 11 and took about 20 minutes . He also changed the filters. I am most pleased with the service and price. The tech was Buddy. I recommend North Texas H & C.Also will use them in the future if the need arises and it probably will as it is an older system.

Alfonso performed maintenance on all 3 of our HVAC systems today. He was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. North Texas Heating & Air installed these units originally and we were very pleased with the quality of their work then and just as pleased with their maintenance now.

Went through three different companies for bids on replacing a 40+ year old central air/heat system. These Folks answered all my questions and offered the best solution. Their prices were very competitive and the solution provided is really working great. Their follow up is really outstanding. Highly recommend North Texas heating and Air.

This company came recommended by another AC repair man who was honest enough to turn down service on my system because he was not certified to work on it. I will defiantly keep this company in mind for future work. I was very skeptical about having somone service my system. Its a 2 year old system so having just anyone work on it made me nervous. All I wanted was a summer service check and was not interested in a service plan. Leon gave me a good report that all is well and did not try to push anything more on me. Do not ever do business with these people! After servicing our units for years, Mark refused to respond to multiple urgent text or calls over several days when my daughters air conditioning was leaking in the attic over her bedroom. He finally answered his phone and said he’d call right back to schedule-he did not. I called and text again. Then when he finally text back he totally blew me off without any explanation. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy!

We had North Texas Heating & AIr out to our house to check an A/C unit that a home inspector said was not cooling properly. The scheduler was friendly, professional and courteous, as was the technician that came to our home. Technician showed up on time, checked out the system (found no problem, btw), and we were charged a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

Never again will I use this company again !! They are leaving us with out A/C for a week !! Im so upset 😡 I had to call this morning to get a follow up the repair telling us they cant find a blade locally ??

If you want to be OVER charged then this is the business to go with. They are not upfront about there fees and will charge you for serves not agreed upon. I called this business early morning to come out and fix our air conditioner. I had plenty of time to call other businesses to come out and service but these guys assured us they could make it same day. They did not live up to their expectations and sent us a hefty bill in the mail and they did not fix the problem. This was an expensive life lesson.

Ive been a customer for years. The biggest reason to stay is customer service. They have been able to provide timely service all times of the year. If any service call required extra charges(after hours) everything was disclosed up front.Always polite, great communication on service times and knowledgeable service about my equipment.

Buddy was great. Couldn’t fix our systems but advised us to keep doing what we’re doing (defrosting furnace pipes) until gets warmer and installation crews can come to install drainage pans. Such a bad design for builders to install condensation-type furnaces in open-air attics

I have used NTH&A for more then 10 years and have had maintenance contracts for all of my rentals. I dealt directly with the owner (Rodney) and worked well with all of there Techs, however since they were bought up by another company scheduling work has been very confusing and not as responsive to requests for repairs.

Ian from North TX Heat and Air figured out the problem in about 2 minutes which was a bad capacitor and fixed it in about 5 minutes. He did the same with a evaporator coil blower on function that would not work. Highly recommend him or North Tx Heat and Air to anyone with AC problems

I bought a split system for a recently finished upstairs room. It quit cooling, and due to a communication breakdown I was very unhappy. Rodney Preston opened up the line of communication again and my split system is now cooling. I really appreciate the extra effort from Rodney. He will be the one I call for my air conditioning needs.
