Mike came out to clean my carpets and an area rug. He was very knowledgeable about how to treat pet problems in the carpet, and he went to work. He got all the smell out, and sanitized the carpets. I was highly impressed with his knowledge and service! My dryer was spewing dust all over and I asked if he would take a look. He found that the flexible tubing was holey and I had all the parts on hand, so he replaced it and vacuumed up a lint drift behind the dryer. He went over and above my expectations! He was also courteous and professional, and I had every confidence in him! I will definitely call him again!

We moved into our house and had dirty carpets. I thought they would never get clean again and thought they would have to be replaced. I had them scheduled to clean my carpets 9/30 and they were to arrive between 10–11. When no one ever showed or called I had to reach out to them and got hung up on but eventually called back stating they needed to reschedule. It was my last day in the apartment I moved into a house 2 1/2 hours away so literally drove there for nothing and had to drive back home without the carpets getting done. Very unprofessional. Had someone just called me without me waiting the whole window and having to call them I might not be so upset.

Michaels rate was competitive, he was prompt and communication was great. He also offered cleaning tips for future rug cleanings. Great service. I will use him again
