B Moore AC & Heating

1st time. Bruce quickly came out, and between the two of us, we were able to figure out it was a wiring problem. House was wired for a heat pump, but it no longer has one.This time, my a/c kept freezing over. Bruce came out and said it needed to be cleaned, and if that didnt work, then I needed to replace the whole inside system. He did a deep cleaning. Worked until the next day. Found out the outside fan motor was burnt-out. The other technician I had come out said thats why it was freezing over not because it was dirty.

After putting me off daily for a week, he said hed call me on Monday. Its Thursday, and I havent heard a word. I quit looking for someone because he came recommend and said he was coming out. Very disappointing.

Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of the night (if you live in Texas you need the AC). The next morning I called B Moore and he came out that morning and fixed it! Took no longer than an 1hr. Highly recommend him for anyone. I will be using him next time as well.

Been years since using them, refered by my grandmother, he was her AC man. Will.be calling today hopefully expecting another 5 star service.**edited**Well, Bruce was at it again. He diagnosed and confirmed my problem quickly, and a solution estimate promptly. He writes writes a very nice invoice, and calls you back when you leave a message. Same day service for me, in Waxahachie. House was cold again in Texas heat.

Five stars , Great Job. Had problems with air conditioning unit. Moore came out cleaned my unit and checked Freon. Then went to Attic and checked ducts and found problem . Fixed and replaced 2. Very fast and very reasonable. House got cooler instantly. Will not hesitate to call again.

He clearly communicates what the issue is, what is needed, and then when done, explains what was done and why. Price is always fair.

The company has service the property for us. They come 2 times a year, late spring for summer and late fall for winter, to service the unit for us. Texas weather you have to love it.
