Dalworth Clean

It is hard to believe a once reputable company could handle my home recklessly and create more damage than they came to repair. They were hired to clean dust from redoing hardwood floors. Period. They sent a third-party team - without disclosing it - which somehow stirred up soot with their air cleaning machine. When they came to fix their own mess, their hoses ruined the newly done hardwood floors with scratches and scraped the new wallpaper. They poured water on the floors and scrubbed them such that they also buckled. Everything had to be redone.They would not accept responsibility, They literally RUINED the rooms they were in when they came to clean dust. Just dust.The crews tried to blame the A/V techs who were working in another part of the house and didn’t have any equipment on them but tablets for programming. But we quickly saw that lack of accountability starts with the owner, who has never called back. Upon researching how this company could have become so incompetent,, I learned they over priced services when people’s home insurance will pay. This once was an honest business. Now, it is NOT. It is a hazard to bring them into your home. It is corruption.Attached pictures show the level of soot and their “clean air machine.” Also attached is a picture of the soaking wet hardwood floors. They treated them like bathroom tile.

I could not have been anyore pleased with the exceptional job that Dalworth (Monty) did to my carpet because I thought they were too old & worn to ever look nice again & that the only thing that would hep my carpet was replacement.

Dalworth always cleans and repairs according to my wishes. Carpets are clean, sofa is freshened up and the carpet walkways look like new. In the years I have used Dalworth, I’ve only had one difficult experience with a tech. The problem was resolved and never happened again.Chris, a tech we used, even replaced a piece of bedroom carpet that a new puppy dug and chewed a hole through. Twice. Perfectly repaired.

Absolute Horrible Experience, they Overcharge for services, and completely took advantage of the situation. They charged 150.00 to clean a single 10x12 bedroom AND NOTHING ELSE IN THE HOME. Then they charged $250 to do a pet treatment again only in a single bedroom that has furniture in it. Dalworth completely took advantage of my 22 year old daughter not knowing any better that this price was highway robbery. She paid $433 to have a single 10x12 bedroom cleaned and a spot pet treatment because she has a little puppy who had a few accidents. It enrages me to know that a company like Dalworth justifies charging that much money to clean a single bedroom and nothing else! I called the corporate office to speak with them and voice my concerns a thinking the tech made a mistake... and they justified this charge standing behind their technician. Apparently, $250 is the least expensive pet treatment! I have worked in multifamily housing in the past, and a charge of this magnitude is something you see when they clean an entire apartment with both cleaning and pet treatment throughout and not simply a single bedroom. My heart breaks for my 22 year old daughter who thought she was doing a good thing by taking care of this on her own for the first time, she could not afford this amount but felt she had no other choice as they also went over more expensive pet treatments with her! Being taken advantage of is not okay. If she had called me I would have told her to tell them to leave. If they will do this to a 22 year old girl on a budget, then I feel very sorry for all the other families and the elderly people who are on a budget too. This was a hard lesson learned for my daughter to always get multiple estimates... They need to refund her, I agree 100% that she needs to pay them something because they did do work in her room but the amount they charged is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend this company EVER!

We are an interior design firm and Dalworth Clean was able to start our project on last minute. They worked with and around other subcontractors in order to create a harmonious work environment for all parties in order for everyone to get their task done. They made sure they were the last ones to leave so to make sure that we would be completely satisfied with the job and to spot clean any additional areas the other subs may have stepped after it was already cleaned. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

Thanks to Chris CJ and Jesse for a great carpet and upholstery cleaning recently. Wed never had a couch and matching chairs cleaned and were considering buying something new, but they look so good now, why would we do that? One spot on the carpet showed up the next day, and the guys came back that day to remove it. We used Dalworth in the past to clean our tile and grout, and that was so perfect, it all still looks great. Dalworth is a great company, and we will use them again.

I had a total disinfecting done on my house due to contagious pet illness which I contracted and hospitalized me. EVERYTHING was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, From air ducts to dusting and cleaning knick knacks and flooring and finally fogging with disinfectant. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and they were so thorough. I have always been pleased with their carpet cleaning and oriental rug cleaning service. This whole home service was even several steps above their carpet and rug services.

My wife and I had our living room and master bedroom carpets cleaned. It had been a few busy years since our last cleaning. Were repeat customers and happy with the results then and were very pleased today with the job that Marcus did for us today. He talked to us and walked us through the whole process .Thank you Marcus and Dalworth Clean.

I have used Dalworth for years and always have been very satisfied with the service. I learned I can ask for a technician by name and now I try and schedule with him as he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and what I can do between visits to clean up after my pets. I have used other companies in the past but continue to come back to Dalworth.

Unbelievable service! I had a very brief window of time to clean my aging mothers carpet. After Stanley Steemer wasted half of my day then stood me up, Dal Worth came to my rescue. Vlad understood my plight and came in ON HIS DAY OFF and did a masterful job. Incredibly kind. Who does that these days? Id give 10 stars if I could!

Make sure you let the company know IN ADVANCE that you want the technicians to cover their shoes when putting your cleaned rug back in place. This is not a standard practice for this cleaning company and I was advised after the fact that is what I shouldve done. The supervisor Lewis will be condescending with you and does not show pride in his company nor any customer service skills. His belief is the technicians shoes are not THAT dirty. And he equates it to Am I supposed to tell you if theyre wearing belts on their pants, too? This is my first time using this company and I feel I have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars because now I have a dirty rug again but according to Lewis, Its cleaner than before it was serviced. What good does it do to have my rug cleaned when the delivery people walk dirt into it as they are laying it out. But its not visible dirt and we have gems on our body anyways per Lewis. I would think COMMON SENSE would dictate that care is taken to deliver a clean rug by putting covering on their shoes. Your customer service team and supervisor were so rude and condescending. Its a shame the basic principles of cleanliness are not followed by a cleaning company.

Vinny is awesome! Had a family emergency and needed carpets cleaned along with the bathroom tile. Vinny the super cleaning hero was sent out in a matter of a couple hours and did an awesome job! Thank you Dalworth and Vinny and his great personality given the situation.

I really appreciate the attention to detail that the cleaning associates use in whatever floor, carpet, rug, tile or ductwork they are cleaning. Ive used Dalworth several times and have been satisfied each time. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment with Dalworth clean online almost a week ago. I scheduled specifically for my carpet in the bedroom space and a papasan chair to be upholstery cleaned. I have an animal that has epilepsy and she had a strand of seizures, which resulted in her defecating and urinating on several carpeted surfaces. I have been sleeping on my couch for the better part of the last 2 weeks. I scheduled this appointment for Saturday, January 11th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. I took the day off of work today in order to be here so somebody could complete this job.I noticed on Wednesday that Id yet to receive any confirmation and proceeded to call and left a voicemail. I never heard back, I called on Thursday and did the same thing. Friday I called and didnt get anybody and left no voicemail.This morning I woke up and finally was able to get somebody on the phone who informed me that my appointment has to be rescheduled because it was still in pending status. Nobody thought to reach back out to me for anything, and now, I get to sleep on my couch for God knows how long until I can find another company to come out and get this job completed.I do not recommend Dalworth cleaning, solely for the lack of communication. They completely American Airlinesed me. Its almost like I bought a ticket, went through the trouble of packing a bag, scheduling time off to go on vacation, went to the gate for a flight, and then was told by the gate agent that they sold my seat even though Id already bought it.

No Professional business.Scheduled for quote and no body showed up. No one bothered to call about missing appointment or running late. I called later the same day to figure out what is going on and the lady over the phone told me that she would give me a call back in few minutes and update me on the situation. Hour later no response and I called again and this time is a different person on phone and she put me on hold to figure out what happened and she came back and told me that she couldn’t get hold of the technician and suggested me to reschedule my appointment. I read a review mentioning similar experience but I ignored it and now I learned my lesson.This is not a dependable nor a reliable business in my opinion and I would definitely avoid working with this company.

We cannot believe how good our kitchen floor/grout looks. The price was well worth it, wish we had more cash to tip better. Wasn’t expecting such excellent service, Harold and Seth went above and beyond and their a good team. They were honest and hard working. Thank y’all very much!!! After doing much research, we chose Dalworth to polish and refinish the concrete floors in 1960s architectural home, which we purchased in November 2019. Since completing this process and after paying thousands of dollars to Dalworth, I would not recommend anyone to bring Dalworth into your home.We walked through the process with our sales rep who promised a few basic deliverables for the finished product, including, among other things: the floors would be glossy like glass, that they would repair and fill any carpet tacks / cracks in the floor, and that they would score the finished surface to mimic the original style of the concrete.Dalworth did not deliver on these promises at all, despite repeated representations that it could. We’re not floor experts, so we naturally relied on their representations about their abilities.Since we have an older home, having the floors be like glass was an unrealistic expectation that was sold to us over and over again. They even up-charged us for this “service.” Dalworth did not fill the pores in the surface of the floors, so the floors are anything but glass like.They grinded our floors so low in some places, that there is now an opening between the floors and the outside. The concrete in our kitchen has a hole that continues to chip away, and the carpet tacks were never addressed. Then there is the scoring.Our house had 3x3 scoring on the concrete throughout the house. Dalworth promised to us that they could replicate it, to keep in line with the original style of the floors. The result was nothing less than unprofessional, messy, and DIY looking. The scoring that Dalworth did not only added 2 extra days to this process, but is incomplete in areas, nonexistent, or double scored where they didnt bother to measure or make sure the lines lined up. It now creates dust because the “decorative scoring” they did is not properly sealed or grouted.Our sales rep bragged about how durable and permanent this finish would be for our floors. Now—after paying thousands of dollars—we have to live with irreparable damage to the floors of our house caused by Dalworth. Dalworth and our Sales Rep have completely ignored our prior communications to them about these issues. Buyer beware!

Monty did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet, eliminating the stains, odors, and dirt. The professional equipment they use is 100 times better than anything Ive ever used. Dalworth has always been our #1 cleaning company.

When the team arrived they were courteous and professional. They halped move some chairs out of the room and put them back. They even added Styrofoam and plastic to prevent the legs from coming into contact with the carpet. They cleaned my carpets and made them look brand new. I will use them again to clean my sectional. Great job!

Team tried really hard to clean the grout in our kitchen and entry way. Took several tries and they stuck with it until it was 80%. Not their fault. Not really sure what the issue was - machine pads, chemicals used?? We have been customers for many years and will continue to be so. We just wont purchase the grout cleaning service in the future.

Dalworth has been cleaning my carpets for years and years. Its nice to have a service you can count on. Sometimes in six month intervals, sometimes more than a year (money constraints). I have tried others, but always go back to Dalworth. I like their process including steam cleaning, and I like the results the best. They are a bit pricey, so I look for a good sale. Dalworth is fortunate to have thorough, friendly guys working for them. Harold has been here a few times, and today, Roger was here for at least a second time.

I had a very bad experience with these money scammers!The cleaners came in and all they were trying throughout the stay was to sell either the seal t for the tile, bench tops, wall etc.Went on & on

The technician was definitely on time and efficient. I wanted the kitchen and hallway tiles cleaned and sealed. Over the last 20 or so years, the white tile was more black (probably due to two renovations)in places than the original color. When the technician left, they all looked amazing, yet less than a week later many areas are definitely very gray again. Right now I would have a hard time recommending this company after years of being a customer for my carpets.

The guys did a fantastic job! Arron & Cliff went above & beyond what I expected in terms of providing the service. I asked for some additional services & they both provided the best quality of work both my wife & I could have expected from them. I would highly recommend Dalworth to anyone in need of high quality services. They charge a little more than some others, but to coin a phrase….you get what you pay for. Outstanding service!!!

We had our tile and grout cleaned and grout sealed. We also had the area rugs in our dining and living room cleaned. I am so happy with the results. Monty was our technician. He was professional and very nice. When I get ready to have any other floor cleanings I will be asking for Monty again.

We used their hardwood floor revitalization service and tile grout cleaning service. All floors came out amazing and the tech was very professional. Only issue was that the tech that came to the house to measure the rooms, grossly underestimated the quote. Management provided a satisfactory compromise for the payment of work completed. We have used Dalworth several times for all floors and area rugs but this was the first time a tech miscalculated the quote. We will continue to use their services for the future.

It was such a good experience at first…. The two gentlemen that came were so professional and kind.They did a solid job with the master bedroom grout/tiles, along with the master bedroom carpet. Unfortunately, it caught me by such surprise to find out that my office rug that I also ordered them to clean (high priority since it’s a home business), was extremely poor. There was a tough glue stain So I understand that, but the rest of the rug absolutely Filthy, Almost identical to how it was before they came. And it was pricey, so I am waiting for a refund from the management team.So now it’s 2 stars but I will bump it up to a 5 Once they waive that fee. If so, I will highly recommend them.

Richard with Dalworth Clean has cleaned my carpets many times. He always communicates with me, telling me when he will arrive. Richard is very friendly and thorough, and does a fabulous job! He gets out stains that I thought would never come out. I will always use Dalworth Clean for my carpet cleaning needs.

Dalworth, Chris and his partner did an amazing job on the floors. We had them do our carpets, tile and wood. Carpet and tile looked great. The wood! Holy Cow! Had no idea what the original color of the stain was until it was cleaned. Made the room look twice the size. Great job, modest amount of time. Chris was amazing. Yes, I would highly recommend using Dalworth.

The technicians were skilled at their job & my carpet looks great!My complaint is the lack of punctuality demonstrated by this company. A previously scheduled cleaning was a bust without any notification which wasted my entire day. This team was 1:20 minutes late for a 9:00 am appointment. I had planned another engagement later the same morning which I was unable to fulfill.

I had my carpet, tile floors, and hardwoods cleaned by Dalworth, and they did a splendid job. Aaron & Travis are the BEST crew! They worked very hard and asked me to check and double check their work. It was exceptional. I will use them again and again and again! The technician Antonio was superb. He really worked magic getting some stains out of the carpet. My wife was pretty determined to get new carpet; however, feels she can delay that decision for another 2-3 years. I thought pricing was fair for the number of rooms & areas.

Richard Hearn was my technician. He did a fabulous job on my rugs and recliners. For him it wasn’t going over a spot a few times and moving on. His objective was to get them CLEAN. Dalworth Clean were fantastic! We had recently moved from out of State and our dining room furniture was in really bad shape and nothing would help. Gabe came out and worked his magic, and now our 8 dining chairs are looking even better than new (& smelling really good). Worth every penny.

On Oct. 23, 2023, I had several items in my home cleaned. One item being my $2000 area rug which they almost ruined. We have dogs so I like to have it cleaned often. Dalworth has been my go to as they were just out 6/28/23 to clean the same area rug. I like it to be cleaned frequently. This time around has been a nightmare. Upon Dalworth leaving my home, they left a horrific odor throughout my home. I spent over $1000. I contacted Dalworth to advise them of the odor in my area rug and how it spread throughout my home in hopes that they would fix & make right. They returned 10/27, sprayed a deodorizer which took about 5 minutes & left. The same tech. Chris informed me if the odor in my rug does not go away I would have to have it cleaned in house for an additional cost at my expense. Needless to say I was not happy. After finally getting to speak to a manger that was a no show to inspect the issue he stated a refund would be provided via phone. Due to odor they caused, I had to contact another carpet company to try and fix the damages incurred by Dalworth which cost me an additional 607.87. I contacted Dalworth to advise them of the new charges I had to pay & asked that they cover the cost in the amount of $600. They of course refused.

When I made my appointment I asked the representative on the phone, if they used heavy water to clean, that would soak my carpet. I didn’t want to use a company that still used heavy water because of the wet dust it leaves once complete. She told me they only steamed the carpet, but not with a lot of water. I accepted that answer. My carpet was so wet that when I stepped on it I could feelings and the water in between my toes. We had to get fans to dry the water up. Why would they leave so much water in our carpet. Why would their machine not pick up most a lot of the water. It wasn’t damp, it was soaked. She told me it would take only a couple of hours to dry, the rep that cleaned it said 24 hours. Then when I touched it I figured out why. Once the representative arrived I asked questions about other services, as the phone representative said to do, but he was reluctant to tell me anything said it wasn’t his area. But he wasn’t very good at his area. My carpet was cleaned just okay. It wasn’t in bad shape at all, and the cleaning was just okay. For what I paid for easy work, it was not worth it.

First time we have had our ducts and vents cleaned since we bought the house in 2007.Miquel was AWESOME! He explained everything he was doing step by step, and showed usbefore and after pictures. Everything looks like new. I highly recommend Dalworth to deliveryan excellent experience.

I have been using Dalworth for 15 or 20 years. I was a residential home builder for 35 years and they are the only company I used for my air duct cleaning and my carpet cleaning. They know there business and do a great job!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I’ve used Dalworth is the past and had a great experience but this time was a nightmare. I called for an estimate on July 1st. They scheduled my estimate for Friday, July 5th at 6:15pm. I even questioned if they were sure because the evening after a holiday on a Friday? They assured me someone would be there. Surprise, no call, no show after plans were canceled so someone could be home. Called and left a message that night got a call Saturday morning that someone would call Monday morning to reschedule. No call Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday I called them and got an appointment for estimate. A guy came out, looked at the floor and gave me an estimate of $578. Ok deal. Waited for them to schedule work and had to call them AGAIN. Finally got it scheduled for this morning July 18th. The technician comes out to do the work and tells me oh, guess this was quoted wrong it’s going to be $825. What??? I called to speak to a supervisor and they were on a call. I had a meeting and asked if the supervisor could call me back at 1pm which they assured me they would. At 1:30pm I had to call the supervisor since she couldn’t bother to call me back. I called Zerorez who doing the same job for $450 so I guess Dalworth’s incompetence paid off but it sure was a hassle and a lot of wasted time.

Mr. Roger Lino did an excellent job of cleaning my area rugs, the look new! Roger explained the process and took great care of my rugs. Wonderful customer service.

The Dalworth technicians who have been in our house have been on time, professional, and very friendly. I have used this company for years.

We used Dalworth to clean our kitchen and bathroom floors. Our technician Davy was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. He went through step by step letting us know what to expect. Will ask for Davy from Dalworth the next time we need the floors cleaned.

Dalworth is so punctual & cares about our rug needs. Dalworth took very good care of our home rug cleaning of different textures. Cameron H. and his assistant Riley did a FANTASTIC job cleaning, sealing and polishing my travertine floor! It looks just like new now and it was very dirty! Cameron was very knowledgable and they were both so polite and a pleasure to have in my house. They were here for over 10 hours and they worked very hard all day to do it right. I highly recommend them and will certainly have them back to clean some furniture and carpets in the near future.

ALWAYS PLEASED with the service we get from Dalworth!! Our Tech CJ took into account all our concerns with having an indoor pet and did a wonderful job. It’s such a relief to have a company you can depend on to do a great job every time.

I have white carpet that was installed five years ago. I’ve only had it cleaned twice during that time. After the previous cleaners left, I was always a bit disappointed in the cleaning. I saw an advertisement for Dalworth and decided to give them a try. I am very pleased. Stains in my carpet that I was told, “I would just have to learn to live with,” came out. I will use them future. They do a great job.

Dalworth did a good job at an affordable price point. Great service to help get our new home ready. I wrote this in 2021.In 2024, I called and tried to schedule but no one picked up the phone, and the website didnt work. I dont have time to play phone tag and not sure why no one was there on a Monday afternoon. Hopefully next year I wont have to go with a competitor.

I have tried other cleaners over the years, and always come back to Dalworth. Cameron was an amazing tech, did a great job. I had to bring just a couple of things to his attention, and he was very receptive and hopped right on it. In fairness, he was given quite a task with some special circumstances. He was great!

I scheduled an appointment for both tile cleaning and carpet cleaning. Part of the carpet cleaning was to clean a pet urine problem in an upstairs room. The Friday morning of the service I received a call from your scheduling that the tech would be delayed due to a scheduling issue. However, the tech showed up on time and apologized for the confusion. I didnt know this was a preview of future problems. Cameron completed the service and indicated if the pet odor came back I could file a warranty claim and he would come back and treat it further. He was knowledgeable and a very hard worker. He answered my questions and did good work. On Sunday when I checked the spot, there was still a smell of urine. I called on Monday to schedule this and was surprised that there was an appointment available with a window of 1-3PM that afternoon. I got permission to leave work early to work from home for this appointment. When 3 oclock came with no tech or update, I called scheduling. I was told several techs called off and they had hoped to get to all the appointments that day, but mine was one that wouldnt be done. I was rescheduled to Tuesday between 3-5PM. I asked why I had to call to find this out rather than the other way around and got another apology. I took PTO time off work to be at home on Tuesday. 5 oclock came with no tech and no update. I called scheduling and was put on an extended hold. Then I was told that there was a scheduling conflict and they wouldnt be able to make my appointment today, but they would reschedule me AGAIN. Now the appointment has been re-rescheduled for Friday afternoon when I will have to take more time away from work to get something done that should have been done on Monday. The person I spoke with in scheduling was extremely apologetic about the problem. She told me she would email all the other dispatchers to make sure that my appointment on Friday was done. Well see but I dont intend to use Dalworth Clean after this mess.

We had an mishap on the first technician that came out to our house. BUT Dalworth made it right by sending us a floor specialist, CJ, and he did an amazing job! Not only did he fix the previous issue but he worked diligently to make sure our floors looked amazing before he left. I will absolutely use Dalworth again and specifically request CJ. Hes the best!

Chris and Jessie did an excellent job. Our tile was looking very sad even though we steam clean every Friday. They cleaned, dried, resealed the grout. It all looks brand new. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it would come clean.

Was concerned about my air ducts and thought they needed a professional clean. The tech, Miguel Padilla was very professional and transparent with me. As he was performing the inspection, he was showing me the camera while running it through my air ducts and at the end he told me that my air ducts looked very good and didn’t require a cleaning at this time. I’m grateful for his honesty and because of that I will definitely be using Dalworth Clean again for any other services I may need in the future.

Scheduling an appointment by phone was convenient.I had several issues that needed to be addressed - including a teenage boy that likes to work on cars and a sick dog. I wasn’t sure that they could get all the stains out but they did.Technician, C.J., was polite and professional and arrived as scheduled (a big plus in my book).I have used Dalworth for over 40 years and will definitely continue to do so.

My dogs had an accident on my carpet. The smell was an issue with me.The guy that came and cleaned my carpet was extremely helpful and professional, and explained the process on what he was going to do before he started. It took him no time to complete the full service and explained to me how long the carpet was going to dry.I loved the fact that my oldest dog keep checking on his status and he talked to him while he was working.

Recently moved to a rural area, and the house has rustic stone floor tiles that were filthy. At the last minute I made an appointment with Dalworth, and it was a breeze getting the cleaning scheduled. We arranged with our insurer to contract with Dalworth to deep clean our home. It was expensive, and upon return after a week of cleaning, we found multiple issues where shelves, cabinet tops, window coverings , and other areas had been overlooked. We put together punch list of items that was presented as being representative of things to be rechecked along with the punch list of items. The company did the checklist, but again failed to recheck the overall job, and after we found additional areas that had never been touched, the company General Manager declared that we were in fact NOT their client, but rather only our Insurance company. Unbelievable, since we indeed made the decision to engage Dalworth. We will never use Dalworth again.

Very friendly technician, checked for past pet accidents using a black light which was very telling! By checking he knew if a deodorizer would be needed during the leaning process. We were very pleased with the service.

I have used Dalworth for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work. I have white, low pile, textured carpet in the bedrooms that my dogs for some reason repeatedly pee on. Although the carpet manufacturer says they are pet stain resistant, they require professional cleaning every six months to back up their claim.The website scheduling is very user friendly. However, I recently had a problem with it. For some reason no one can explain, they lost my appointment time and no one showed to clean my rugs. I had a difficult time on the phone with a customer service person who refused to acknowledge any error on their end, and wanted me to wait three weeks to reschedule. I got so frustrated talking to her that I decided to use another company. Shortly after I hung up, her boss reached out to me and offered me next day service, and a price break. I really appreciated that -- she was willing to own the error and make it right. And she told me she was retraining the other employee.The next day the serviceman was two hours late. He made sure I was aware that my pet stains were unlikely to be permanently resolved without major intervention (which would be cost prohibitive). He was polite and communicative. I was disappointed that he did not move an air mattress and clean underneath (how hard is that to do??), but he was gone before I saw that. The places he did clean were great.So in short, the cleaning is good, the employees are so-so, and the customer service manager was great.

Selected dalworth clean due to their long standing in the dfw area. To say I was unimpressed is an extreme understatement. The technician was very courteous and arrived on time. I have no issues with his professionalism or timeliness. However, the quality, especially for the price I paid was an utter disappointment. There were several areas that still had significant pet odors after their premium cleaning package. I ended up purchasing my own carpet cleaner and after going over several areas again, extracted a significant amount of dirt and odors. My house finally smells fresh and the carpets look much better. I would be confident in stating that that there are far better services in the area for a much more reasonable price.

I received a quote to have two couches and four chairs cleaned. The representative was very nice, but she did not get my email address correct, and I never received the quote we had agreed upon. Dalworth was closed on Saturday, but when I called on Monday, a new representative said they could not honor that quote because it was incorrectly quoted. I asked for a supervisor who told me, they could not honor the price because it was way too cheap. She gave me a quote almost twice the original quote and tried to tell me it was a lot off the usual $1,000 cost. I eventually found a very reasonable quote with a national service. Please do a better job of training your reps and avoid wasting my time and frustration. I, of course, did not use their services because of the bait and switch tactics.

Dont depend on Dalworth to keep their commitment for the day theyll come to your home. My appointment was for mid-afternoon. Im a part-time hourly employee, so if I dont work I dont get paid. My job requires me to be away from my home all day the days I work. I took the day off so I could be home for the appointment I made a couple of weeks in advance.I received an email at the minute my appointment was supposed to start notifying me they couldnt honor their commitment. I asked that a supervisor call me because I had lost a days pay and would have to miss another one because of the appointment reschedule. Ive waited over 24 hours for a call. It doesnt take long to see that disregarding commitments isnt just at the cleaning tech level.

The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy kept me updated on the arrival of the service tech. Monty, the service tech was very polite and hard working. He was able to get stain outs my previous carpet guy couldn’t. He was very friendly and worked efficiently. Monty made the interaction smooth. I am very pleased with the professionalism I saw from start to finish. I’ll see y’all in 6 months. Thanks again!

Would never recommend using Dalworth Clean for cleaning services, especially if the service technician is Aaron. If I could give zero stars , I would!I scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning with this company. They quoted a price based on the number of rooms, and the number of seats of my sectional sofa. I was never asked for the sofa dimensions. They took a deposit and told me the exact balance due and that I was to pay that on the day of service to the technician. Technician arrived and says that my sofa would cost a lot more to clean ($450 vs $375 quoted) since it was very big. I told him no one asked for dimensions, only number of “seats”. There also had been no indication from the person booking the service that this was an estimate and that the price could go up based on visual inspection and size. The technician became extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. I asked him to leave my home I called the company right away asking to speak with a manager, was told they were all in meetings, called back several hours later still couldn’t reach the manager. I called a week later and I still couldn’t speak to a manager! If this is how they treat their customers it’s a wonder they are still in business!

This guy was good, got after the job before him, kept me informed what I could expect;turned out that 15 year old white chair came out better than I expected and carpets do t embarrass me now. This is twice Ive used Dalworth, there will be more timrs.

On time! Chris did a great job explaining what needed to be done to restore/clean my natural hard wood floors, tile and carpets. My floors look amazing! He told me what what products to use on my hardwoods going forward and did an overall excellent job! Highly recommend!

Called Dalworth to have an area rug cleaned. They scheduled pickup within a few days. When the team arrived the carefully checked the rug, explained the process and coordinated delivery date/time for when we would be home. I had clear understanding of areas they felt would not completely come clean etc. They also provided pricing for different levels of padding which they recommended based on the type of floor we were having installed when they arrived. There was no pressure to buy, just options which I appreciated. I got the rug back and it looks fabulous. Even the areas they were concerned with came completely clean. Very happy with the service and will use them again. Price was reasonable for the size of our rug.

I just moved into a 40 year old house and I called Dalworth to clean my air ducts and remove the pet smells in the carpet. It was amazing how much dirt they cleaned out of the air ducts. The carpet smells fresh and looks almost new. Also, the tech was very nice. I will be using Dalworth for all my professional cleaning needs.Update: 4/30/19Service was wonderful again. We recently scheduled Dalworth Clean to service our upstairs game room carpeting and our downstairs tile and grout. Brian Marshall was the technician assigned to the job. He provided an on-site assessment of the processes necessary to clean both areas and was very thorough in explaining the work to be performed as well as the cost of each service. I was skeptical in regards to how clean everything would be upon completion, but must say I was very surprised and pleased by how well it all turned out. The tile and grout look brand new....pretty much the same as it looked many years ago when we first moved in to the house. He did an equally good job on the upstairs carpet too. Pet odors and stains are gone. I would highly recommend Dalworth Clean for carpet, tile and grout cleaning. Ask for Brian Marshall. You will not be disappointed!

Bobby did a fantastic and thorough job. My carpet was badly folded but he was able to maneuver through my furniture and stretch it back out. It took much longer than he anticipated but he didn’t cut corners and stayed quite late to make sure the job was done right. Also cleaned my wood floors and they look great. Would definitely use again.

I scheduled for 7:30-8 AM to have carpets cleaned. I knew it was early but didnt want to wait around for a 2 hour window later in the day. The tech never showed! At 8:30 I called and was informed that the scheduler should have told me they dont schedule until 10. I ranted and raved! They said someone would be there by 9. At 9:15 I called and cancelled. DO NOT USE THEM. VERY UNRELIABLE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Incidentally, I was able to schedule with Carpet Services Express for a couple hours later. Shane did an excellent job for less than Dalworth. Call Shane at Carpet Services Express instead of Dalworth!!

Our Master carpet was two years old but in bad shape due to kids/pets etc. Id tried absolutely everything to get out the stains, spent so many hours trying to get it looking clean again. A friend recommended Dalworth and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Very prepared and professional (in the time of COVID) and the carpet looks brand new again! Im so glad I used them! Will definitely do it again in a year!

Was very prompt and friendly. Everything wint well. However, hardly any of my stains gone and I actually have 2 that I didnt have before. Tech sprayed area before cleaning but didnt seem to give extra attention to visible stains. Kind of disappointed.

I am so pleased. Bobby G. did the most thorough job on my hard wood floors. Even though I clean them regularly, he got so much built up dirt. He was so thoughtful about moving the furniture and heavy objects. He kept his mask on the whole time and I know it was really hard work. I slept so much better last night without congestion. This is the second time I used Dalworth. I was so pleased with them the first time, but then I got cheap, and used a competitor with a Groupon. They were ok, but not near as good as Dalworth. I came back to Dalworth a second time for cleaning 2 rugs and all my hardwoods and carpet. They did all this after a major renovation on my house, and dust was caked into the floors. At the end, I told my technician that the best part of my whole house renovation was those clean hardwoods. I was amazed at how they looked brand new. They are 7 years old and never been professionally cleaned. All the service I was given by Dalworth was extremely professional and courteous from the first phone call to the final payment. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the condition of the carpet after cleaning. I had some pretty serious stains and grime, and Dalworth was able to restore it to near new condition - a very noticeable improvement. The technician was courteous and professional. Arranging the appointment was quick and easy, and Dalworth was very responsive through e-mail. As an added plus, on the scheduled day, Dalworth was able to move my appointment to an earlier time, as they were running ahead of schedule.Only item of concern was the final cost, and I feel that it is important to mention this. After the technician had reviewed the condition of the carpet, I opted for the restoration cleaning at an added cost over my original quote for 3 of the 4 areas that I was having done. I was fine with the fact that the condition of the carpet warranted this extra service, even though it almost doubled the original quoted cost. The job was done very well, and I was satisfied with the outcome. But the work was finally completed, it seemed to me tthat the extra labor involved and extra supplies involved for the restoration cleaning appeared to fairly minor compared to the base effort required to clean the carpets without the added service, and I felt that the extra work didnt seem to come anywhere near to justifying the significant amount of the upcharge for that service.Still, I rate Dalworth 5 stars, because they accomplished what I brought them in to do, and they did it professionally. I would use them again.

I have been using Dalworth for a number of years. The technicians do a superb job each time they come. The techs that came out most recently were Chris and Jack. They went the extra mile and did a fantastic job in cleaning. The carpet had some bad water stains on them and they were able to get most of the stains out to where they arent so noticeable. I would recommend Dalworth if you are needing your carpets cleaned..

I used Dalworth to clean my grout and then seal it. They did a decent job cleaning the grout, but I ended up with spots where the grout seemed to break away. That being said, my house is only 2 years old and my grout was pretty clean to begin with. I wanted the grout sealed to prevent staining in the future. I am not sure what they did, but my grout was not sealed at all. Water continued to seep in. They did come back to reseal it, but there was no improvement. I am very disappointed. I decided to pay the high cost as I did not have the time to do the labor myself. I would not recommend them for this service at all.

Dalworth has always done a great job for me and this time I had puppy spots and older kid food spots everywhere upstairs and my rep was amazing! Now my carpet looks Brand new!

We had an old Love Seat cleaned. He arrived on time and went right to work. He was able to get some spots out and remove dirt buildup of many years. While it does look new and being as old as it is, Im not surprised it looks a whole lot bette!.

I had a unfortunate self-inflicted water leak. I called Dalworth they said they didnt think they would be able to have someone here till later afternoon. The leak occurred at 10am. I received a call from Wade stating he would be here within about 45 minutes. Upon his arrival he quickly accessed my situation and had his tech arrive. They put the Fans and dryers in within 2 hours of the leak. Then over the next 5 days several techs came out to tear out and check the progress. I will say there was not 1 tech that came out that was not friendly. They even worked with my insurance to make sure that my insurance did not take advantage of me. I never saw a bill, I never had a call about making a payment. They worked completely with the insurance. This was the best decision for this issue. Great work from the 1st call to the end. Our family has used Dalworth for many carpet cleanings each year over the past 7 years. We are always thoroughly pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the technicians. We have been overly impressed on several occasions at their ability to get stains out of the carpet that we thought were definitely permanent! Our carpets are 17 years old, and we have four kids. You can imagine our need for effectiveness from our carpet cleaners! We are always happy with Dalworths ability to make our carpets look their best!

We had six rugs cleaned and reinstalled today. THE RUGS LOOK GREAT and the service provided by Blake and Josue was terrific. They were professional, courteous and very attentive to leaving things just as we wanted them. We would definitely use Dalworth Rug Cleaning again!

Chris Leitner, Master Technician, and the young man with him, did a supurb job! He got spots out of my carpeting that I thought would be permanent. They arrived on time, discussed the areas that I needed cleaned, and were out within a few hours. He also discussed treatment of spots in the future. The results were better than I had expected. Our dog got sick, several times, on our white carpet! I called Dalworth about noon, expecting it to be at least tomorrow before they could come. The scheduler was very understanding, said she’d see what she could do. She called me back within 15 min with a response time of 2-4 hrs! 😃 The techs, Mark and Buddy arrived promptly. They quickly, efficiently and thoroughly removed the stains. I was more than satisfied!!

Service technicians arrived in unbranded damaged box truck. Both were in branded uniforms and appeared professional. Final service looked good, except for carpet stain after deep cleaning. Techs are trained to upsell services. Original quote was $525 for 3 rooms and 2 linen sofas. Final bill was $800. My wife declined 2 of 4 recommended services and the tech discount one 14% and gave $30 discount towards complete bill. Tech used the restroom without permission. I think if you stick to the basics, expect service issues, and decline additional & costly services, consider Dalworth, otherwise, there are numerous companies offering this commodity service.

My Technician was Marcus. He was very professional and friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. He was fast and efficient. We have used Dalworth Clean for several years and they always do a great job!

We paid for the second tier of three. We were surprised when only one person showed up. The couches and soft chairs which we paid to have cleaned, were not even damp when he finished. And he moved almost no furniture. It was overpriced.

Excellent customer service! I needed my sons mattress cleaned but as a single mom I could not afford the fees for them to come to my apt. They let me bring my sons mattress to them and drop it off to save money and did a great job cleaning it. They even did a little extra on it. Got it back looking new, would highly recommend!

I am a long time resident of Dallas and have used Dalworth to clean my carpets for years. Today Anthony K. came and did a great job! He could not have been nicer or more professional. The carpets look great! I will continue to use Dalworth for carpet cleaning!

I will give them one star because I paid to have the ducts in our home cleaned, and they managed to accomplish that. From the very initial phone call, this company was totally unprofessional. The girl I spoke to when I called for a quote and to make an appointment for service had zero training. She did say it was her first day...I believe I was her first phone call. I also believe this is probably the first job she has ever had in a phone customer service role. For example, I had to request an email to be sent to me with my confirmation and proof of payment. That is usually something you are given without having to ask, but I digress. I never got an email. I called the morning of my appointment to verify that I actually had one. I was told yes, that the technician would arrive between 9a-11a that day, and that my card had not gone through so payment had not been processed. Again, no one ever emailed or called to request payment from me. I stayed on the phone with the dispatch person to make sure the payment was successful. I requested and received an email with my receipt showing the bill had been paid in full. They never showed up to my house that day. I called about 2p asking where the technician was. I was told I dont know what happened to him, he should be there I rescheduled for a couple of days later. When the technician arrived we discovered I had been charged for 10 vents, but that there are only 7 vents in the house. When we asked the tech about refunding the 3 vents, we were told that Dalworth has a minimum of 10 vents. That is not true. I called Dalworth immediately and was told that as long as the technician notates the paperwork that there were 7 and not 10 vents that I would be refunded for the 3 nonexistent vents once the paperwork was received in their accounting department. Total lack of internal communication between the company and their employees. When the tech finished with the vents he asked for payment. We explained that full payment had already been received. I get a call from Dalworth telling me that the payment did not go through. I let them know that yes, it had gone through and that I would email them with the receipt I received. I waited on hold for them to get the email. I was told yes, you are correct, payment has been received. Seriously? Bottom line, the vents were cleaned. If you are ok with a total sh*t show....by all means, schedule a cleaning with them. But be prepared to deal with utter incompetence at every turn.

Technician was on time and very pleasant. He went to work quickly. My carpets look like new. All stains were removed! Dalworth is the only carpet cleaning service I will ever use!

Pat and Raul were AMAZING! We couldn’t have been happier with the results. they did all our carpets, baseboards, hardwood and cleaned 3 chairs we thought were beyond hope, but were restored beautifully! They put everything on foam blocks, and talked to us about tips for care and upkeep moving forward. Such a great crew! We will be calling Dalworth again!

Thorough cleaning. Very confusing on the pricing not only when I placed the order, but also when he was doing my bill. He had someone on the phone and there was a lot of discussion about what I should be charged. I was not confident AT ALL that I was charged correctly.

Gabriel was our technician about a week ago. He did a fantastic job of explaining the process and then proceeding with it. We had been struggling with pet odors and since the cleaning Gabriel did we have not one single odor issue and our carpets look GREAT!

Monty met our dog at the door like they were best friends, I think she would have jump in the Dalworth van if I let her. Monty did a good job of explaining the process, suggested treatment specifically to help cleaning specifically due to dogs. Worked great, huge difference in way the carpet looked before and after. Ten year old carpet looks almost new.

Very deceptive company. About a year ago I had Dalworth pick up two of my area rugs for cleaning. I explained to the technician that I needed to protect my wood floor from pets pee. The technician recommended a rug pad that in his words would not let any of the moisture get to the floor. I paid a couple of hundred dollars for such pad. A few days ago my dog peed on my area rug. I discovered that the pee got to the floor and left a stain. So I called Dalworth to come out and clean my rug. When I asked the sales person to also clean my carpet pad, so that no pee smell would remain, she said Dalworth does not clean those pads anymore, because they have changed the rug pads they use. I asked her why did they change them and she said that the new product is actually moisture resistant. I naturally wanted to talk to her manager to explain the situation. When I spoke to Janet, the manager she understood that the technician had used wrong information to sell me the pad. She said that I would get a new pad for free because of the technicians wrongful information. After all, I paid more than 200 bucks for a pad not very long ago. Today, the technicians arrived to take my area rugs for cleaning and when I told them that their manager had agreed on the phone to throw in the new pad for free, on account of the previous technician missinformation, Janet flatly denied it. She said she never offered such thing. This is your classic bait and switch tactic. Please beware of what dalworth promises, they want your business, they just dont honor their promises.Update: I see your responded to my review. What I complained about is not that your company would not clean my rug pad, but that your manager, Janet, said over the phone that she would replace my rug pad for the new one free of charge because your technician lied when he sold it to me.Remember your company changed the rug pads it used to sell for a better product. Once your technicians came to pick up my area rugs for cleaning and contacted Janet about the rug pad, she denied having ever promised to give the rug pad free of charge. Again, your company wants the business, but does not stand by what they say. Janet preferred to say that I was lying.

Be very careful with Dalworth. Essentially was not home for a scheduled carpet cleaning service and salesman/technician ended up convincing my wife we needed a service that cost 3 times what was quoted. Small blonde wife with a 5 month old baby and dog was simply taken advantage of in my opinion. The end was result was fine minus the upcharge

Dalworth has been the only carpet cleaning firm we have used for over 30 years. We always get good results. Currently we use Monte. He knows our carpets and does an exceptional job. He is also a nice person.

I have used Richard Hearn of Dalworth to clean both our carpet and tile at least three times over the past several years. Our floors and carpet have looked virtually new after each cleaning. We have tried companies that use all the other exotic cleaning methods but nothing beats the super hot steam, cleaning solutions, and water extraction from the high end Dalworth equipment and expert technicians.

Online ordering didn’t work as planned. The person who came to the house was excellent and did a good job, but the mix up with the scheduling required us to take a vacation day from work to accommodate.

I have no complaints with carpet cleaning that was done!

OMG! We had our carpet cleaned less than 2 years ago and had a fairly ugly dog piddle area in our hallway that we were told would never be gone. Our carpet looks absolutely amazing now! Plus the yellow spot is COMPLETELY gone! Richard Hearn, franchise owner/operator obviously knows his business. He was punctual, knowledgeable, offered lots of good information, and worked very efficiently. While he worked without stopping, he was still very friendly and I never felt like I was bothering him. We had a nice visit while he worked away! By the way Richard, i told you if our house sold quickly, it was thanks to you. Well, after two showings, we got a contract! 😁 Thank you so much! Carpets, rugs & chairs look clean but only 12 hours after service, my house smells like dog urine even with the urine treatment. I’ll just have to shampoo myself. Upset customer!

Bobby was the technician. He evaluated the task fairly which led to a predictable cost. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and very experienced. I was totally pleased with the result.

This was my first time using their services. It was a great experience. There were a minor communication problem with the input of the order but I contacted Matthew (sales rep) and he took care of it right away. He even scheduled another technician to come back and redo the work. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will recommend Dalworth to my friends and family.

I made an appointment well in advance to have a very large rug picked up for cleaning. I scheduled to be off work so I could be home to meet the crew in the afternoon. I got a call the night before letting me know that my appointment would now be in the morning! When I called Dalworth in the morning they told me that the appointment was scheduled in the morning because my location was far from their shop and the afternoon would not work for them and there was nothing they could do about it. I wish they had told me that when I made the appointment. If this is an indication of their level of service then I’m glad I’m getting the rug cleaned elsewhere.

Made my rug good as new. Note: it was the OFF-WHITE wet grass rug. It is a beauty now. Was nervous cause it was green but she looks amazing. 70$ too not bad price.

Marcio Liborio from Dalworth did an amazingly good job. He was friendly, polite, and professional in explaining the options for cleaning my carpets. We have 3 dogs and an aspiring artist who paints in her room and drips on the carpet. After his efforts, the pet stains and smells are gone as are all traces of paint. I will happily hire him again.
