Excellent service and work. I had PrimeTime Air install a new unit and redo the ductwork in my home and they did amazing. PrimeTime Air included new disconnect box, electrical box, new refrigerant lines and a new drain pan with their install. Marcos even replaced all my air registers and return grille when it was not included in the quote. They also gave me tips on how to maintain my HVAC unit to ensure it remains working at peak performance. PrimeTime Air truly went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my new HVAC system. Will recommend them without doubt to anyone out looking to replace their HVAC system.

I would put 100 stars if I could but I’m only allowed to put 5 stars , primetime air installed a new unit in my house , and their service was phenomenal, they were very thorough and I also really liked that after they completed the work, they followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly

The team was very helpful and professional from beginning to start. Excellent work was provided by prime time air ! My family called their service to check why our AC stopped working. Needless to say, the men did an awesome job at fixing our problem ! 5 starts for amazing work!! During the winter storm we had our system froze due to the cold. PrimeTime air was able to help our family. They did a full check on our system and repaired the issue. They even gave us a few tips to keep our system on check something that our main installers didn’t. Would definitely work with them again.

This business offers high quality work. He explained to me in detail the reason why my maquiladora was not working. They gave me options in quotas. If you are looking for air services I RECOMMEND IT!
