These gentlemen are the very best. They come out quickly, assess things and typically carry a supply of parts with them to get you up and going as soon as possible. They do honest and dependable work. They are genuine people who truly care about their customers and dont try to rake you over the coals with things that are not needed.

Great service! Was here within 30 minutes when I didnt even call until right before they closed. Victor Garcia was our technician, he was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. We were very satisfied with the service received, and have already noted our calendar to call again for maintenance. Highly recommend!

Just good old fashioned service. Called in on a Saturday morning and before noon we were back up and working. Victor showed up explained to my wife what the problem was fixed it and was out in no time. Professionalism at its very best. Great service and price. Pleasure doing business with this company.

WOW! After calling over half a dozen other AC Repair Companies that couldnt make it same day... Hamil Harrison had someone out AND MY REPAIR DONE with ONE HOUR! I gave 5 stars because every has said their service great. I dont know because I didnt hire them Im just here to comment on one of their drivers. One of their drivers was at a complete stop the drove into a turn lane cutting me off. Not only is this rude but it put me and my five childrens lives in jeopardy. Im sure they have great service though :)

I called this morning, they were out right after lunch, had the necessary parts on the truck and had my AC running in less than an hour. Bonus points Victor fixed the temperature control in the house without being asked. Respectful, thoughtful and professional.

They serviced my homes electric heater and couldnt have been more professional! They called after just to verify that everything was still in working order. This company really upholds customer service highly! I will definitely call them again for any A/C repairs.

Had them out to service 4 AC units (maintenance) when the finished they handed me a bill for a Freon leak and refill (not fixed just refill) , I was a tad mystified but paid it $290.00 , then i decided to get a second on it , my other AC guy came with a sniffer and for an hour he snipped ( i sat up there and watched ) nothing (where they said they found the leak)but we could not find a leak, to make a long story short after i made a stink they reversed the bill.

Prompt and courteous, really appreciated the service when it was hell/July in Texas
