We purchased our home last November in Emory knowing that we had a 20 year old A/C unit that we would have to replace eventually. We started noticing that the unit was constantly running and not really cooling so we called Wilson’s to comeout. They came out and told us that we were low on Freon and we had leaks. We made the decision to just replace the unit. They were professional and got the unit in and installed before I had to have surgery. They definitely exceeded our expectations!

Being a retired new home builder for several years in the Dallas areas, I have dealt with my share of HVAC contractors. My wife and I moved to this area a while back into an old farm house. The very first improvement was to install a HVAC system so we went with a highly referred local contractor and it turned out to be the worst HVAC contractor I had ever used.As time went on we renovated the old home. After putting up with such an inferior install it was finally time for a new system and hopefully a better contractor. I found Wilsons Heat and Air and a few other local contractors to look at. I read reviews about each contractor, had on-site meetings and received bids with comparable equipment. Wilsons seemed to be the only solid one out of all my choices so my wife and I went with Wilsons and yes we are satisfied so far.Wilsons installed a matched 2 stage Amana Heat Pump with a Variable Speed Furnice which is real nice. Very nicely, quick and professionally done for a total retro. Cant say enough about how well and how quiet the guys worked. Tracy in their office deserves kudos also.Its been 3 months since install and we have been from 32 degrees to about 92 degrees so far and the system seems to be working flawlessly. Hopefully when the dog days of summer arrive will be nice and cool.And by the way Wilsons knows what HVAC Mastic is and they also know how to use it. We have very little dust in our home now which before was just like the first install - horrible.ThanksMark and Debbie

Every technician who has worked on my system, has done a great job and went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them for anyone in the area for service or maintenance of their HVAC system.

They had to come back and repair several mistakes. Which I understand that, however when there was a warranty issue they charge Labor fees which I absolutely do not agree with! This unit is not even a year old and I am responsible for your service fee on a product that is under warranty. They did not put the cover back on correctly on one of the units, we fixed that guess we should have sent them a bill for our time. Suppose we should have sent them a bill for not having a working unit for weeks waiting on the part. Truly that is my only issue is the fee on a warranty part. Will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. The original owner he would have stood behind his work and never charged extra for something that wasn’t the customers fault. That’s the reason I went with Wilson’s to begin with and now I understand it clearly isn’t ran the same.

I have used Wilsons twice and both times they were fast to get here. The techs are great and know what they are doing. They had me up and running in no time. Very reasonable prices.

We used Wilson’s A/C to purchase our new unit and install it. They did an amazing job, even when we were having trouble with the new unit they came back 4 or 5 times until the issue was fixed. I would recommend everyone use Wilson’s because they truly stand behind their products and their work. We wore Cody out but he never got frustrated one time with us, which speaks volumes!! Thank you Wilson’s for the amazing job you do and for having the patience with us and finding and fixing the issue.

They were able to send someone out fairly quickly. The repairman diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short amount of time, and he was very pleasant. We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Called Wilson air 10 minutes before closing and the had a tech at my house within the hour. He explained what had happened and how to help prevent it from happening again. Can’t say enough good about this company. Wilson air will be the only ac company I will be calling for service.

Wilsons came out to clean my AC unit but somewhere information was crossed. The guy was a nice guy but he used my bleach to pore down my ac drain line and was supposed to blow it out but didnt. He went outside afterwards to hose off the condenser unit the same way I did 2 weeks prior which I could have just done myself if I knew that was all that was going to be done. I was told over the phone I would get the ac unit cleaned and the drain line blown out but they said it wasnt necessary. I was also given a price for this service over the phone and information was crossed again because the guy tried doubling it. Im not sure if theyre a bad company maybe the should figure a better way to communicate with each other and the customer.

I called them the day after a big storm, because my unit was having trouble. They were at my property within an hour. Preston showed up and assessed the problem very quickly, then replaced the part that was the problem. He even shared information on when they had previously replaced the unit back in 2015 stating that the part that was replaced should be under warranty. Will definitely be calling them if I have any issues in the future!

I recently had Wilsons replace my poor quality original Mini Split system. Switching it out for a different manufacturer and better quality system so this was a retrofit situation. Issues did occur of a square peg/round hole nature, they are to be expected with a retrofit. However, everyone at Wilsons was committed to quick resolution and provided excellent service and support. I cant Thank them enough.

3 guys replaced our man air ducks..I looked at what they did and it was professional even though there wasnt much work space. Very nice guys and manners. Yes I will recommend them and your company .

I began using Wilsons Air back in 2012 when we purchases a property with 2 Units. One was a really old Goodman and the other was a newer Lennox system. They came out for several service calls on both units. They were always great to work with. They also had put in a new system in an older property we bought to flip. We were impressed with the work they did on that house. Because of my previous experience with them, I only considered them when I built my home in 2017. They installed a new system for me.They have been professional, prompt and pleasant to work with for all my warranty and maintenance work from 2012 to 2019. In addition, they have installed new systems in an older home and repair work for my friends, who I recommend them to. All of these individuals were very pleased with their service. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I was referred to Wilson by my LP gas provider. I was having lockout issues occasionally on my Carrier furnace. They sent a person out and he quickly and correctly identified that the control board (computer) was failing. He actually, on his own, looked up our furnace info and install date and discovered it was still under warranty - we bought our home a year or so ago here.When they received the part he came out and fixed it quickly and all is perfect.Very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Do not recommend. Called them out due to the system continuously freezing up. Technician Sid I was low on Freon and put 4 lbs of Freon in the unit and charged me $600. After he left the motor started making an awful noise so I called another company to come and and check it and they said the motor was in a bind due to being overfilled and had to remove over 4 lbs to get it back where it needed to be which cost me another $200. Tried to talk to the owners about the situation to see if they would make it right or at least meet me in the middle and they refused. Only complained cause I let someone else have their Freon.

Wilson’s was awesome! Cody and Preston showed up on Saturday, and immediately understood the problem we were having with our mini-splits. They discussed alternatives to our current system. They were professional and courteous. We will be using them again!

My Mother had an AC issue. The company that installed it would not respond would not warranty the AC. When I called Wilsons, they were sympathetic and put my Mother a new AC fairly cheap and the vsry next day. I would highly recommend Wilsons to anyone in need.

They were fast, diagnosed the probl and fixed my AC in minutes. They also honored the warrantee on the unit for parts. A great service and Ill use them again.

This company did the original installation of the HVAC system.I’ve called them anytime I needed system repair or maintenance. In each instance they have been very responsive and brought the system back on line.I would recommend Wilson’s to anyone needing service of their HVAC.

They have been servicing my a/c for 10 years. When I call them they usually send someone out the same day. There prices are reasonable. The most important thing to me is that their employees are friendly and courteous.

I have nothing negative to say about Wilson Heati g & Air. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because Im a penny-pinching old Man, and I dont like to part with my $$$! They are Professional, Courteous, Friendly, and I Recommend them without hesitation! (Add in 2022, Still wouldnt change anything I stated above! In my County, Wilsons still Recommended!)
