Our technician was very thorough and efficient when diagnosing the issue with our heating unit. He also replaced our old mechanical thermostat with a newer nicer model. Overall we are very happy with the service.

My tenant removed the air filter on my unit for ~4 months and I needed a thorough inspection of my unit to make sure no severe damage was caused to my system. A-OK Services is a fantastic company! Thursday night our AC began to fail. It would run continuously but would not cool. I’ve had nothing but problems with my AC system and had planned on a complete AC replacement within a month. The same thing had happened to my unit a couple months ago and l had a different company come out for an inspection. That company said I had a leak and needed to refill the refrigerant. They quoted me an absurd amount. I decided against the repair and they assured me the refrigerant top-off would last me a year. It didn’t. So this time I called Toni from A-OK services. I’m glad I did! I stated to Toni I wanted a refrigerant refill and not to fix the leak, since I was planning to get a whole new unit soon. Toni told me about the special he was having on new Ac systems, I started thinking here comes the hard sales pitch. But no, while he was very informative about what a new unit would offer, he explained that my unit was still in good shape and recommended that I repair it. It’s so refreshing to come across an honest company whose main concern is the customer and not the filling of their own wallets. Within 24 hours of my system going down Toni responded and repaired it for much less than I expected to pay. Toni was friendly, punctual, informative, honest and made me feel like he wanted my business. Toni and A-OK Services has gained a customer for life. Thank you A-OK services!!!

Our technician (Tony) was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and installing the new system. A-OK lent us a space heater until our new unit arrived and did a really good job communicating and providing status updates. Very happy with both the office staff and technician. This was the second time we used A Ok services through our home owners warranty We had work done to our heating system soñé months back this time it was our AC unit. We knew we would be told our unit was too old. We purchased our home two years ago and we had a warranty however they decided to buy us out due to the age of the unit. I was hearing strange sounds from my AC unit and called out to my home warranty. They dispatched A-OK Services and from start to finish it was a breeze. Scheduling let me know availability and also ask about additional pockets of availability in case they could get a technician to me sooner than scheduled. Toni and David came and they were great. Toni was the lead and he took the time to explain the issues to me and made sure I fully understood. They were able to get the problem resolved much quicker than I anticipated. My house is cool again. Great experience all around!

A-OK Services did an awesome job installing my system. It all starts with the first call for them to come out. Daisy set up the appt and helped with financing. She also kept me up to minute on what’s going on and explaining when needed and arrival of technicians. She even called me to say they would be arriving late and about how long that would be. Tho it was only maybe 15 minutes late. They arrived introduced themselves. Toni and assistant got right to work explaining features etc and cleaning up as they went. At the end they showed me how to run unit and how to file paper work with electric company for discounts. I Definitely recommend this company.

I was throughly impressed with the services provided. Tony is truly a professional. The install team were extremely curtious and meticulous in their work. The installation was flawless. I wish every business was run like this one. We were treated with such kindness, like family. Tony even bought us pizza! Not only does he know his stuff, hes very honest and THAT makes all the difference. He did everything he said he would when he would. I love my new AC. Its so quiet I cant tell its running...but I can definitely feel it! I had a couple of other service companies come out before we found A-Ok and each time was the same---overpriced and upsell for things we didnt need. We were so relieved when we found A-OK. Tony was straight up from beginning to end. Even though its business, he cares for his customers and their families and I appreciate that more than words can express. The work that was done reflects that. Ive already recommended A-OK to some of my neighbors and Ill continue to do so to anyone looking for heating and cooling services. We contacted A-OK Services thru our home warranty company. They came at the appointed time. Toni, the technician, checked our system and order a part for repair. During the time we waited for the part, Toni showed us a special their company was having for a new system. Our system was around 15 years old and we decided to go with the new system. On the appointed day and time, Toni and a crew of 4 started taking our old equipment out. Every little speck of dirt was cleaned up during the breakdown. Inside my home, they laid down drop cloths wherever they worked. The system installation was completed in about 5-6 hours. It came with a new thermostat, 10 year parts, 1 year labor, and 1 year free maintenance. Our new central air is so quiet if it wasn’t cool in here we’d never know it was running. We are happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

A-OK is awesome!!!! They notified us when the technician Tony was on his way on the day and between the time frame in which we were given. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He completed our service in a very timely manner without rushing. Due to Covid, we all wore masks and maintained social distancing. Daisy, in their office, is also very nice when providing customer service such as scheduling appointments.

My husband and I had the good fortune to call A-Ok after not having a working AC for over 1week. Initially, our home warranty sent out a repairman who charged us for visit and left us without a working AC. HE told us it would take up to 2 weeks to obtain a part to reroute our AC drain. Tony from A-Ok came out and had our AC working again within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable, informative, provided pictures and guidance of what our current system issues were. He let us know that due to improper AC installation and age of unit, we were on borrowed time but we had a working AC for a while. The unit eventually started to fail again and we already knew who we would call to install or new unit. Once again Tony and his team were amazing. Walked us through everything. They are our forever HVAC company. We 100 percent recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services.

AOK was on time, very professional, clean, quiet, provided a fan to keep us cool while they put in the A/C unit, they even treated us with a pizza. Tony and AOK Services has been my HVAC repair co for about 10 years. He has extended the life of my rental units years beyond their life expectancy. Now hes finally replaced my two home units. He does great work, stands behind the work, is fairly priced, and is pleasant to have in my home. Last week he sent his crew home for dinner and he stayed until 10 PM to finish the job. The house is cool! We recommend him highly. Gordon WeinerI had a new service performed by A-OK. I had my ducts cleaned. Prior to the cleaning I ran my air conditioner at 70 or 71. My bill was between 240 and 280. Since the cleaning, I run my unit between 75 and 77. My bill for June was $177.00. We all know CPS hasnt lowered their rates!!!!! A-OK did a very professional job installing my AC system. I paid $6,500.00 for a 14 Seer Grandaire 3 ton condenser and gas furnace system , which was far better than the other five bids that I received. I really appreciate their quality work and price given.

A Ok was extremely professional and informative throughout the installation of my new unit. I would highly recommend them. Tony ( the installer) and Daisy (at the office) were amazing. Its so hard to find good customer service these days, but this company was outstanding. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

What I thought was going to be an easy fix turned out to require an new AC installation, not the ideal situation. However...seeing as how my AC unit was the original unit placed in 2004, I knew it had to be done. The service technician explained what my home warranty would cover and what my options were to be able to afford a new AC installation. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. They showed up for the appointment within the allotted time and completed the work within the timeframe they had stated. Overall, as a returning customer, I appreciate all the work they have provided and would recommeded them to friends and family!

Was out of AC for 3 days. Yes! 3 days, our home warranty finally contacted A-OK. not only did they call me instantly, but appointment was for following day. Toni and his team fixed the problem within 20 minutes!!! instantly, we felt the cold air. he explained to us that it was the Capacitor, and the reason why the capacitor swelled up. Very Very professional! It felt like he was a part of my family. I will be doing business with Toni and A-OK from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A-OK has been the best company I have used since I purchased my home 4 yrs ago. I was using my warranty company for repairs but was ending up pay more out of pocket. A was very prompt and professional I will definitely be using them moving forward 👍

I have lived in 3 different states and replaced an HVAC system in each state. We have lived in San Antonio, Texas three different times: 2 yrs, 3 yrs, and now 7 yrs. The point is...I have met & worked with numerous HVAC companies. There. Is. None. Better. A-OK is extremely professional. They have pointed out errors other contractors made and saved us thousands in damages from the other contracyor. They photograph any issue and send to me in a text to be COVID-careful so I do not have to crawl into the hot attic to look at the issue. Our technicial, Tony, is careful about everything he works on within our living space...never a mess. And even in the attic space...never a mess. If you dont hire A-OK, for your HVAC needs, I have failed to make my point.

This company is first-rate. For years they have covered my semi-annual AC/heating maintenance, extending the life of my 3 units (for 3 floors); they monitor, clean, & repair with knowledge & speed, they are friendly and explain everything well. No challenge is too great for them, they get it fixed. Very trustworthy company - highly recommend.

If you want to do business with a respectable company, then look elsewhere; would give 0 stars if I could. The day before our appointment, a lady called me to set up an arrival window, which was a 4 hour window; not uncommon. I asked if they would be calling to let us know when they would be on the way, to which the lady responded, they would call the same phone they just called, which was my cell phone. Again, nothing unusual. The problem started on the day of the appointment. I arrived at my house at the start of the window, and waited for 3.5 hours with no text or phone call from A-Ok Services. I needed to get back to work so I called my wife to come tag me out, and called A-Ok to tell them to call another number when they were on the way. I never even got a chance tell them to call my wife before the rude lady (the same lady that set up the appointment window), said that they notified me, that they are on the way. I told them that I never received any phone calls or texts from them, and asked what number did they notify. Again, very rudely, she said the same number that I called from (my cell phone). I again searched through my call and text history and did not see anything come through. She said well the technician is on the way, and I rebutted, ok my wife is on the way as well, and I asked if they could wait a few minutes if she isnt home yet. She then snapped and said that someone needs to be there, and that they texted me, and if no one is there the technician is going to leave. This is where I got upset with her, and I did raise my voice, and said no one texted or called. I waited for 3 and half hours and have no notifications. I again asked what number they used and she finally gave me the number they texted, which was not mine, it was my wifes (she cant have her phone on her at work). I lost it and said that isnt my phone number, and she fired back and said, well its the same area code (we both have out of town numbers). I again pleaded, that this was a miscommunication, do not leave if there isnt anyone home, my wife is on the way. Very rudely she again states, we notified you and if no one is home they will leave. She asks if I still want them to come and I said yes and hung up. Well my wife came home and waited for two hours and no one came. She checked all our cameras to see if she missed them and no one came to the house. She tried to call them and no one answered. She called me at work and I tried to call, again no answer. Keep in mind, when I called earlier, the rude lady answered very promptly. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible manager (she said she was the manager when I asked to speak with her boss).

Very good service. Miss Deisy was extremely kind and attentive throughout the entire process.The only thing that should improve is the time it takes for your supplier to send the equipment since we were without A/C for a week. Everything else was excellent. I recommend them.
