I have been a customer for a number of years they have service my heater furnace. This year we decided to install a Hvac system combined with air refrigeration and heater. I was tired of going up the roof and starting my air conditioner. I called Time Refrigeration A/C & heating Co. set up an appointment and Victor Sanchez gave me an estimate which was reasonable. They were very busy but set up appointment for the beginning of month of July 2024. They were quick and install in the system in 2 days. A great crew Juan, and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable and very clean work. What a difference now with the new unit. COOL! house now. I called one morning and by the same afternoon Mateo came here to do a diagnosis, he was very professional and kind, I liked the he tried many things to fix my HVAC before deciding on the motor so that tells you they’re not interested in overpricing you. The next day Dale came to replace the motor and he was quick and effective, I also compared their prices and they’re the best in town without compromising quality and efficiency! Great experience from beginning to end. I was able to get an estimate same day I called and was able to install a new AC within a couple of days. Entire process only took two days. Juan and Freddy were incredibly professional and respectful of my home and Claudia was great with paperwork and financing help. Would 10/10 recommend.

Scheduled an appointment no one showed up. Called the next day they showed up said they would send me some estimates.... 3 days later still no estimates

We purchased our ref. Air about 2 yrs ago with them and at the time it was great. Great price friendly and fast service. We worked with the owner and he was just awesome. However they sold us a maintenance plan. Last week was the first time we could get them out here to do maintenance AND they charged us after we paid for it at the time of installation. They would have to look at archives... no one follows up after they get their money and it seems like they come up with excuses... very unfortunate bc its not the workers on the field, its the office people that drop the ball.

Unfortunately, I can’t give this business a good rating. I would advise to stay away from these guys and look elsewhere…. there’s a lot more HVAC companies that will actually value you!Victor Jr acted a bit unprofessional and ignored all calls and text.

Ive long been a client of Times and have always been greatly satisfied with their service, courtesy, flexibility, help, and personnel. Though I typically only call them twice a year seasonally for air conditioner and heater service, Ive done so and will continue to do so for many years. As reliable and pleasant as the years are. :)

I am from Advanced Auto Diagnostics and we do not like to give bad reviews to anyone, but I gave one star because you cannot give 0 STARS. The Repair we got was terrible the system performed worst when the tech left than when he started. He came back two days later and could not find the problem(Charged for both service calls) I called the owner and he promised to come the same day or the next. Never happened. I called again, never got a call back or visit. Called another Business/Fixed the problem in 1/2 hour.

Times is a great company. They are quick to delivering your needs for the A/C. My A/C wasn’t working in this hot weather but were quick to make it work again. Thanks for being quick and professional

Had them come out a few months back & they did a good job. Second time around they were very unprofessional. Did not show up to my appointment that I had been waiting on all day. No one reached out or returned my calls to let me know they weren’t going to show up. Will not be hiring them in the future.

Very courteous, apparently they do their job. Apparently.First time the furnace broke, they came in and fixed it, charged me their service fee, no problem, I was happy. Second time, they came in and fixed it again, and charged me again .... fine, no problem ... next time around (same season, mind you), they came in, stayed in for three hours and charged me for three hours of service. At $85 a pop, I have already paid them $425. Now the furnace broke. Again. Am I calling them? Not likely.

I called this company to turn my A/C for one of my rental properties out of convenience due to the fact that I dont have a lot of time due to my work schedule. They came out and turned on my A/C and had made a lot of recommendations when in reality they werent needed. I agreed went along with the recommendations and had them perform the job. Once we the job was done I paid them in full. A day later my tenant called me that the A/C was not cooling properly and there was a lot of water leaking from the A/C. I called Times Refrigeration to repair the issues. They sent out a tech and supposedly they took care of the problem. Two days later I get call from the tenant once again stating the same problem. I called the company once again and left several messages. I did not get a response until 3 days later. I went out to the rental and repaired the technicians work. I spoke with management and they only made excuses for their technician. Needless to say when you hire so called trained experts to service your A/C I would be very careful in hiring this company because they will be very diligent in charging you for their faulty workmanship but when it comes to fixing their own work, you might end up fixing their work for them and being charged for it as well. Consumer Beware

I recently(11/29/12) had a refrigerated/heating unit upgrade in my home by times refrigeration co. I was very impressed by the whole process, starting from the initial contact by Dina for the estimate to the final completion of the project.From day one, the company was in constant contact; keeping me informed of appointment dates and times.They kept their promises and were always on time. The scheduled installation was done as promised by 3 very competent and expert technicians who went beyond the call of duty in providing customer satisfaction.I would gladly recommend this company to others and would not hesitate using their services again. operegrino

They set appointment from 12 to 5. They called at 11:30 to say they were there. We told them that my mom was on her way since the appointment was @ 12. Got there 5 mins late so had to reschedule. Next appointment was 8 to 10 so my mom was there @ 7:30. They didnt arrive until 1. So they can be late for 3 hours but they cant wait 5 mins. What kind of service is that!

We have had 4 positive visits by Times Refrigeration technicians including a full system replacement.I was always more than satisfied with the level of competence, skill set and personality of each employee.The quality of work on the replacement system installed is top notch and far exceeds that of the home builder.We will use Times Refrigeration again in the future.

Great staff actually did work at there location thru my job but got to personally hear positive feedback from other customers. Give the a call for all your refrigeration needs.

Both units works and installation looks good. My rating is based on two things. 1.) The customer service (notifying the client prior to arrival) they never called me about anything. I was always notified by someone else that they were at my home. 2.) They disposed of both cooler purge pumps from my old units. Would I use them again or recommend them, NO.

My Daughter water heater . Didnt work on a Sunday and times referigeration repaired water heater on Monday. IT ONLY took them 45 Mintes to repair . Water heater. Great Customer Service . Great price. Better then buying a new Water heater

Rick and his team were great in making sure to take care of my Moms A/C. Being out of town and not available - they made sure that she had the new A/C package installed in one day. Cant ask for better service!

I had Time Refrigeration install a new Aerocool swomp cooler. The sales man was friendly, informative and wasnt pushy. The techs where spot on, they did great work and I never once saw them have to retrack their work, they where rel pros. All the staff have been friendly, caring and understanding. I had an issue with the thermostat 7 months later and they replaced it even though it was out of warranty to help us out since we are on limited income. Service was fast and taken care of in a very fast and well done the teck Milo made sure to clean up wiring and tape all wire nuts in place h stayed for the house to cool down allowing the cooler to shut down with the thermostats. I would recommend Time Refrigerators and use Time Refrigeratoation for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you guys for being the best Refrigeratoation Company I have ever used. Keep up the good work.

Times Refrigeration installed two brand new Rheem units on my home summer 2018. The installation was perfect, and we almost immediately started saving money on our electric bill because of the energy efficiency of the units. And wow, be careful what you set the thermostat on because your house will chill down FAST... or warm up FAST in the winter. Will not be using them again. They charge $85 just to show up. Mis diagnosed my ac unit was told circuit board went bad but was still under warranty and would be charged just labor $126. Couldnt stand the summer heat no ac for five days so hurry please get it fixed. Tech shows up takes off bad circuit board comes back with new one. Installs new board ac still not working and he cant figure out why. New Tech comes by and shows and tells me its a bad contactor. I asked so the circuit board didnt need to be replaced his response was uh well its probably better that you did and besides its under warranty.

Juan was friendly and courteous. He explained what was going on with A/C. Went for parts came back in less than hour. Worked on unit and got it going. Very happy customer 😀

They were able to come to the house today after all the other shops couldnt come out until Monday or Tuesday. Dale quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Happy wife and Bulldog.

Though I had to call again to have someone come out to fix the swamp cooler, the float fell off or something, I was at first upset; but, then again, my unit is old and could use a good calcium cleaning which was recommended, service and staff were just fine. Will use again.
