Super great service, Aaron and his crew were very professional and respectful. Got different quotes from other places but I did not feel as secure about doing business with the others as I did with Southwest AC. They were very quick and clean changing out all my units which was very much appreciated!

Great company, excellent and timely service. I spoke and dealt with Aaron who personally came out to inspect my refrigerated ac unit for a replacement. Within 4 hours, he was back with his team ready to swap it out with the replacement. He educated me on compatibility and even registered my new unit for the additional 5 years of warranty(total 10). He emailed me copies of everything and helped me get back to cooler temps quickly. The job was done clean and above my expectations as far as timeframe. My home is cool again in these triple digit heat numbers. Thank you Southwest AC. I would gladly do business with them again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Early this year they fixed my heater but messed up the air conditioning on purpose. While waiting for payment the guy said it looked like my air conditioner was gonna have issues. Didnt give it any thought because my air conditioner was working just fine. April comes and I turn on the air and it doesnt work, go figure. Scared of expenses and another bad experience, I waited till now to fix the air conditioning. Hired another company and as soon as he opened the air conditioning system, we could see the problem. The person from this company (Southwest) taped some cords so that the energy wouldnt pass. Im going to authorities to inform this issue. So hopefully this person and company loses their license and can stop stealing from people.Update tried to post to answer what the owner down below wrote and wasnt able to. So Ill post it here my air conditioning system is on my roof. Only two companies have checked it in the time Ive owned this house. This company, that I once trusted completely (because of the good reviews) and let the guy go on the roof on his own, and the other company who I watched since he opened the refrigeration system. As soon as I wrote this review, I should of been contacted by the company, but i wasnt, even if it wouldve been for an apology, I would have accepted it. Company only answers here to try to do some damage control (even having my picture as evidence). You tell me why you have someone sooo untrustworthy and unethical working at your company!!! I

If I could give 20 stars, I would. We recently converted from a standard evaporative cooling system to refrigerated air. After researching various companies that would best meet our expectations, we decided to go with Southwest Air Conditioning Co. The staff is very friendly and professional and very good at what they do. The quote accounted for every single penny in an itemized line by line statement showing where our money would be going to and why. We had two units that were installed, and they worked in very high triple digit temperatures to get the job done in a timely manner, which garnered my respect for the work that they do. I would highly recommend this company.

Don’t recommend. They “fixed” our AC a week or so ago replaced the motor. Guy that came out was short with me while I was trying to figure out how to get the money. They knew we were desperate because our house was over 95 degrees inside and over 100 outside. Really feel we were overcharged but what choice did we have ? Nobody else could come for another week or more. So we were stuck and they knew it. Had to pay the $95 fee to come out no matter what. Look elsewhereI’m responding to the company’s response. You don’t have my name because it wasn’t me who actually paid you but my house. It was a family member. I debated putting the price on here but if you insist on proof I will give it. We gave $100 cash, and used a family members credit card to pay the remainder. Total $900 to replace a motor. When I asked the guy who came if that would also included the $95 or is that deducted from the total he said “ it’s $900, do you want us to do it” pretty rude too. Then I asked about my family member being able to pay the rest and he said “ well I can’t just wait here are we going to do it or not” I had to call them to get their info. I understand you don’t have my info and this is why. I have very realistic expectations. Had he been nicer, and more understanding I would not given a bad review. I also think $900 to replace a motor is outrageous. Maybe I’m wrong but you tell me. It took them literally less than 15 min. All I know if this motor goes out before it should… I will post another negative review.Had to add one more thing. The guy that was rude to me was Richard and the guy who called and spoke to my son was Aaron. I never saw Aaron personally. Aaron was fine from what my son said. Hope that is proof enough for you. Date was 07/21/23 if this will help you know I am not lying. I have no reason to make things up. Thanks

Thank you for responding so quickly. I was working with multiple HVAC companies and I have to say you were more organized, friendlier, you beat their rates by far. You had the estimate and AC replaced in the same amount of time the other companies took to get their estimates together. Fast, friendly and fair rates, what a relief!

Ac stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Called and friendly gentleman said someone would come out the same day. Technicians arrived within the hour and fixed the problem in about 10 min. Super friendly. Would definitely use again.

Very good service. They arrived on time and quickly, was able to see same day we called within a couple hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my HVAC unit and fixed the problem for me. Would highly recommend and I will for sure call them again when I need them.

Came out same day within two hours, and had the job completed in minutes. Very professional, came wearing masks/kept proper distancing, and explained/showed damage to part being replaced. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Southwest AC as the house now starts to cool down again!

About four weeks ago, I had my air conditioner checked out by Richard from Southwest Air. It was blowing hot air and he diagnosed it as my condenser motor being out. He gave me a price of $450 dollars for the part and labor, but would deduct $70 for the initial inspection. I agreed and had it installed on a Monday. Three days later, my AC started doing the same thing. I called Richard and he came on Thursday and told me that my compressor was not working. He stated the part was $850, but would take two weeks to get here. I felt he was just trouble shooting or trying to scam me! I decided to chalk up my losses and go elsewhere.

Richard is very reliable and provides the best service. I have referred him to many of my friends and family for their homes and businesses. Richard routinely comes out and performs maintenance on all of my properties and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments.

My issue with this company was that I was told there was a fee to come and check the A/C unit but if I decided to do the work they would deduct the show up fee from the total cost. So the show up fee was $85, I decided I would get the work done and called to ask how much the work would cost, I was told $450, I then asked if that was with the show up fee included and the female on the phone said, oh, um $400. So at this point I lost all confidence in Southwest and decided not to do business with them.

I do not recommend this company. I had them come to my house to have routine maintenance done. They wanted to overcharge me for maintenance that was not needed. This company was not honest hire at own risk.
