Alfredo & Abel were good guys, worked very efficiently and they were very kind. I made the mistake of not asking them to leave a furnace because I wanted to use it somewhere else and they were kind enough to bring it back which I really appreciate it. The work they did is great and I’m very happy with their service.

They did an excellent job fixing my heater fast and very affordable. Jose explained all that was wrong and how he fixed it.

I dont know where the five star company is that these other people are reviewing. This company is not worth your money and time. Find someone else. They lied not only to me but to my dad who was getting the service. The first time they installed the system, they left my father without A/C and any gas in the home for more than 24 hours due to a problem they caused. They wont honor any promotions either. Quality? There is no quality in their business or product. So disappointed.

My 85 year old parents had a issue with their AC unit they just purchased. I tried calling and they said they would be there next day. They did not show up called again and now my calls go straight to voice-mail. They still have not called back and never showed up. I called another company and they fixed the issue in 15 minutes. If we would have known that this was the type of service we would be getting never would have purchased here. I do not recommend.

When acquiring their service they were fast and helpful. But once the service was installed we have had nothing but problems. First they had the controls backwards heat for AC and AC for Heat. They supposedly fixed it then the house would not cool. They fixed the issue but now the house doesn’t heat up. We called and requested the tech once again come out and fix the issue and they said that the part was not in stock and that they were going to order it. Months have gone by and they have not bothered to call or nothing. I called and they stated that they will have someone call me back the next day to get squared away on the issue but they never called. And now they will not answer my calls.If you’re thinking of hiring this company do not you will regret it. Lack of professionalism lack of communication and I don’t think the techs are certified technicians they looked at the parts like they’ve never seen it before!!!!!

Cheap units. Still paying for mine & it no longer works. Their units are cheap. I referred them to so many people & everyone has problems with the units. They told my mom the thermostat from her u it doesn’t work only a few months after installation. They said they were going to order it & go replace it. Fast forward a year later, has not been replaced. Do not recommend them at all.

My husband called on Saturday morning around 8 am to report that the air conditioner was not working. They told him that someone was going to contact him to let him know when they were going to come to check the air. My husband spoke to him again to find out what news they had for us or to tell us that tomorrow they were going to come. The man who answered said that he had already spoken to me 30 minutes ago, which was not true, and my husband told him that it was not true that he was getting confused and said excuse me, who is it? and my husband gave the data again to the man who answered, he told us that he was going to tell the service to talk to us, which was not the case. We are already going for 2 days and there was no answer, we could not go out waiting for the call and the unbearable heat. I find very little professionalism and the service they provide is very ugly. We want the same way they are props to collect and if one day goes by they charge the late payment fee, thats how we also want it to be in the repair service and more so in this heat. Terrible service in all aspects

Be aware!!! The worst and most fraudulent company!! They were quick to get us credit approved and financed but after experiencing issues and finding out they SCAMED us by installing too small of a unit and not even doing it correctly, we realized how FRAUDULENT they are. They WILL NOT pick up the phone. It doesn’t even ring. Please do your research and go elsewhere. We will be proceeding legally. We currently have a unit blowing cold air with this winter storm and these people are nowhere to be found but they’ll see there day coming in court or jail.

Quality Air Mechanical installed a mini split a/c & heating unit. They installed it exactly the way I wanted it installed! The workers were professional, Polite and on time. They were very good at explaining what they were doing along the way of installing our new a/c! Guillermo is the owner of this company. For 4 years this guy has been promising to come and look for the leak and repair - since the Freon leaks out every summer. This guy promises to send the technician or come himself and NOTHING. Worse of all, he promises that he or tech will be here on a certain day at a certain time, and Nothing. When you call him he does not answer, Ive literally have had to call him from several cell phones so he can answer since he doesnt know its me calling. Getting ready to take this guy and company to court. Beware if you are getting a unit from this company. If you need any repairs -- its worst than having all your teeth pulled. Terrible service, unprofessional, and completely.. just LIARS. Tired of these guys. Worst decision ever was to buy a unit from them!!

At first this company will seem like they got you on service and maintenance. They will come quick to install and apply for your credit to be approved and once they are gone good luck trying to get a hold of someone to come and set up the heating unit. They are more busy doing installations and not providing maintenance or services needed. Please review each company careful before making your choice when looking to install a new refrigeration system. It’s not only important when installing but also the maintenance it comes after! Stay woke people!

They give me an excellent service for instalation and maintain for my house AC system, the best company here at El Paso, Tx., they really care about their customers giving the best possible service and without being late at the moment to come to your house. Ill keep using their services and will recommend them to all my friends.

Update a few months later: This month we have had issues with the unit, we have called and as always excuses and run around! It doesnt turn on no matter what we do. Its 90+ degrees in our house and once again no resolution!..its been almost 2 weeks like this. I understand being behind or shorthanded but they dont know how to schedule and prioritize.I wish I could leave a better review because the techs who installed were great and worked in a timely manner. However, we been having issues with the unit(we’ve had less than a month) and have called MULTIPLE times and have gotten no resolution! We just get run around and excuses. They also never had an electrician come like they said and we still have wiring from the old unit hanging out of our wall!

Nothing about quality. Absolutely the worst customer service. Called and called and never a response. Installed an $8k unit and every year there is No freon Obviously theres a leak, have not wanted to fix their shady work. Getting ready to take them to court... Buyers Beware!!!

Well they cant park for anything! I got blocked in by one of the trucks while at dinner. Havent used them but definitely would t now!

After Poot installation done which pvc or copper water pipe ran thru attic instead it on top of roof it burst causing some several damages to garage walls & ceiling, 2 months of calling them and being advise someone will be out but never has been done. Next step is lawsuit…

Not very professional paid 5,000$ first time they put it in, it was not done right there was a leak that caused damage to my walls and now one unit is making weird noises had to turn the ac off and they won’t be able to come till Monday

I purchased a AC unit les than 2 years ago, the unit stopped working in the hottest days and have called quality air to fix it multiple times, the representatives always tell me they will show up the next day and they never do. Will be taking my business somewhere else.

Quick service when I called

24 hours ago we called they said the repairman would be here at eight in the morning came at 3 PM today took the water pump the Unit it’s not actually cooling it’s at 77° room temperature so I would say poor customer service I personally called them in the office left them a message I let them know that my wife has cancer and as we speak she’s going through chemotherapy she had to leave to get her second dose of chemotherapy so I thought the unit might be working tonight the unit is only 20 days old I already have a issues I did all this to make her comfortable sitting in the house with a temperature of 80° is not comfortable Repair man said he might be here before nine or he will send someone to put a water pump on but who knows

I dealt with Mr. Don Guillermo, who was very attentive and explained very well about price, type of refrigeration and everything that goes together.
