Called them on a Saturday morning about 8 AM. They were ready to send someone out, but we had a previous appointment so I asked for a 1 PM time slot. Fidel, their technician arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional on his appearance and was ready to work. He quickly found the issue and solved it! He answered several questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the unit he serviced. I will gladly call them for any future service issues. Thank you so much

I have hired Ignitify in the past and they really do great work. Excellent job done on my ac unit to get it ready for the winter. Exceptional service! Omar with Ignitify texted to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and asked me where he could place his ladder as opposed to just placing it randomly. I had an excellent experience with ignitify! My air conditioner suddenly stopped working in the middle of a heatwave, and I was worried about finding a reliable company on such short notice. From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch . They scheduled an appointment for that same day, and the technician arrived on time. It was time to get our unit ready for winter so we called Ignitify. We chose their maintenance agreement because it was a good deal and had lots of perks. Omar was on time, friendly and professional. He took the time to tell us what maintenance he was going to do and why. After he was finished he showed us pictures and made suggestions regarding things we could do to help our unit work best and to prolong its life. Weve used Ignitify twice now and we are very happy with the services they provide. We recommend them highly.

I read tons of reviews before choosing Ignitify to do my AC conversion from evaporative to refrigerated. I was not disappointed in my choice! Omar was extremely professional and friendly. The process was explained well, and the finance portion was quick and easy. Omar said they’d be there at 8 am to start the job, and they arrived on time! I’m very happy with the work they did.

After my A/C completely quit, I called Ignitify. They were able to schedule replacement of my unit within a week. Their knowledge and service were excellent! The unit they installed is also excellent and works far better than my old unit ever did.

They are friendly....but they are screwing people over!!! I have been an electronics and automotive tec for 30 years. I have never done hvac, but i have replaced many ac units in cars, and i had already trouble shot my system. A 900 dollar quote to replace a plug and play main board sold on Amazon for 90.00, but they recommended getting a 10 000 dollar new system. This was like going to a mechanic with a flat tire, and the mechanic says you need a new car!!! They also left my unit unassembled, but hey, they did offer me 0%apr on a 10 000 replacement. The 2nd HVAC company I called verified the fault and repaired my system for 200.00 labor, not 900.00. Always get a second opinion.

Needed an HVAC company, I called up different companies. After meeting with Omar, I settled with Ignitify. For a few reasons, Omar was very knowledgeable, offered advice, and went the extra mile to get my business. I was transparent and told him I was shopping for the best deal. Other contractors simply did not care if I was shopping around, it was a “take it or leave” attitude. However, Omar had a great attitude, and I gave his company a chance. They finished the job in one day, communicated pretty much every step of the install. I am very pleased! Omar and his company were great and took care of my concerns and unique situation!

Wow, I am so grateful for the company. My appliance warranty company could not find me a vendor, so I called Ignitify. I called Friday and had someone at my home on Monday. My Tech, Alex, was respectful and professional. He arrived between the hours specified and brought booties to wear inside my house. Alex came in and did a thorough check on my HVAC systems. First off, Hi-Tech answered on a Saturday. We tried several other companies and the call went straight to voice mail. That was plus right from the start. Randy came out and gave us estimates with several options. He never tried to upsell or press us with our decision. He and his team completed a refrigerated air conversion at our home, including a mini split system. They completed the work in 2 days and were professional, courteous and clean. The process from estimate to finish was smooth and seamless. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and beat several other quotes. His knowledge and expertise in the area of heating and cooling was/is evident and we highly recommend Hi-Tech Mechanical for your heating/cooling needs.

My heater stopped on a Snow night in El Paso I called Randy and he was extremely helpful. I didn’t know how to explain the issue I was having because the heat was running just not heating. I opted for next day service instead of after hours and Alex was here first thing in the morning. Extremely helpful extremely kind. Theses guys are Sierra Hotel. came out promptly, diagnosed issue where 2 prior companies had not, had to retrieve a part but still returned same day, completed repair and thoroughly verified proper system operation. I was impressed with technician and sold a lie called back 2 days later and technician was pushing a sale on new units called another company and it was my capacitors ac has been working fine to top off when he put my ac back together all wires were sloppy installed I called thermal control and he fixed everything I needed at a fair price won’t be using ignitify ever again

My elderly friend called this business to check the A/C, they replaced a part in the indoor unit and spend around 20 minutes on the roof. After a few days we noticed it wasnt cooling correctly and it took longer to cool the house. We called them back and they said there was a leak in the coolant line but they couldnt find it and replacing the entire system is recommended. For only * $11,500.00 * the problem would be fixed. We called another company and they checked the coolant and tested the line with nitrogen for 22 minutes NO LEAKS. 10lbs of coolant had been removed and it cost us $561.00 to have it replaced. Now the unit is working perfectly. The tech also told us the coolant had been removed because they left the lines closed. I was speechless that someone would prey and cause such financial misery on elderly people. I would recommend getting a second opinion before making any financial decision.
