Ideal Climate came out to our home and told us exactly what we needed in regards to our AC. The tech said this AC needs to be replaced we no longer can get parts for it. So he was very nice and very professional and very polite.He ordered it and when it came in it didnt take long at all.The AC is in finished and they did a wonderful job, very nice n neat. I cant say enough of this company they are very good and I will definitely use them again. The office mgr and office staff are also very nice,polite and extremely efficient. My home warranty assigned Ideal Climate to diagnose my ac. I called them on Monday and receptionist was very nice. She gave me an appointment for Wednesday. They arrived and diagnosed bad fan motor. The next morning, Thursday, they arrived and replaced the motor. Techs were very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if and when a/c repairs needed. Thank you LORD!!!

My wife and I submitted a request through our home warranty service to get one of our AC units fixed. This company was submitted by our Home Protection plan. We assumed this company would provide a professional experience only to receive the total opposite. Their initial visit was on July 3rd but we have not heard any updates since. No one picks up the phone and with the hot weather in the three digits, having small children, compromises their safety. We are still waiting for our unit to get fixed.

Filed a claim with my home warranty and was teamed up with Ideal Climate. The process was very smooth, easy and they were very fast! It was easy to schedule an appt, they were punctual and fixed our unit right away!

Great service - punctual and straight to business - took care of our issue with no problem. Courteous and explained the issue and had the resolution immediately. Definitely a company you want to keep in your rolodex . Thank you Mr. Sanchez for your professionalism.

The girl in office is beyond rude.. owner called back trying to defend her by trying to sound intimidating and manly Hahaha . It’s probably his relative. The techs are not rude but unfortunately don’t know what they are doing. They installed a new unit and the following year it stopped working. After 6 visits they decided it was my lines that needed replacing. Called a friend instead and he replaced the condenser coil that had obvious leak. And the expansion valve was faulty and leaking. Luckily my unit was under warranty. I don’t know how they still operate.

Incompetence as a Lowe’s Installer…found 2 reasons to not install dishwasher on 2 different occasions. They disconnected dishwasher drain and didn’t cap it off either end. Now my sink is unusable until plumbing gets all sorted out…And they claimed to Lowe’s that dishwasher install was completed. Had to get refund from Lowe’s. Beware to those using them as HVAC. NOT ACCREDITED BY BBB

Mr. Marcos visited me on a Wednesday, and on Tuesday of the following week, they fixed my AC, the customer service was the best, I am really happy with they work. The secretary was very kind to me at all times, I dont have a single complaint. I wish I could give them more stars 🌟

This company price gauges and are unreliable. They kept us two months without fixing our AC unit, at the end they wanted to charge us 1,400$ to put gas on our AC as they didn’t fix the initial problem. Also, we have cameras on our house. They don’t knock or ring the doorbell, and then tell you you weren’t home when they went. Do not spend your time or money with these unprofessional people.

Our AC went out. My home warranty set me up a claim with this company and told me if I didnt hear from them to give them a call.They never called us. When we did call 80% of the time we had to leave a message. Again. They never called us back.The other 20% of the time, we were told that the company could see our claim and will be on their way to our house.They never showed up.I finally had to call my warranty company and request a new company.I just spent a year, away from my family, in the middle east during a pandemic. This is the least professional and courteous company that Ive had the displeasure of dealing with so far. Hope this is not a sign of how El Paso is going to be.

Ideal Climate (LLC) is just as the name implies...IDEAL!. A good friend of mine recommended this Company to help repair my Mothers AC unit during nearly triple digit weather temp. They resulted being of the utmost quality service: Professional, HONEST and extremely Efficient, to say the least!NOW, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO SEEKS THE AFOREMENTONED QUALITIES FROM AN AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY. Other reviews are accurate. The service techs are very nice, but the office (if they can be reached) is very unhelpful. I’ve had no AC for five weeks, and have taken off many days from work to accommodate their very limited availability. They seem unable to fix our problem, ordering part after part, while my family has several fans running.

Home warranty contracts this company...but it took two weeks to get get thru and speak with a very rude receptionists. Another week to get techs to come. Techs did not provide full information and did not submit report in time. Tech said warranty would likely cover and then it turns out it was a lie because he did not disclose or provided a report to us customers. Receptionist made decision company would not fix either way. Highly unprofessional!

My home warranty assigned this company to me for my HVAC. It took days to get a hold of someone. Don’t bother leaving voicemails as they won’t call you back. They claim they didn’t receive service orders

Completely incompetent. They were the company my warranty selected, so that probably says something already. They came to look at my HVAC system which was not functioning properly and eventually concluded that the condensate pump was broken (conveniently the one item not covered under warranty). I decided to hire a more reputable company for the repair and within a minute of arriving they were able to determine the condensate pump was working perfectly fine and there was simply a component unplugged. AC worked fine after that, havent had any issues since. Ideal Climate is a complete joke of a company, they are either intentionally dishonest or just outright have no idea what they are doing.

The company was chosen by my home warranty. They were fast polite and communicative. They fixed my ac in a timely manner and kept me on the loop at all times

This company is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and it took days for my phone calls to be returned. The technicians were friendly, however it took two weeks and several visits for them to diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioner. I would not recommend this company based on how rude and unprofessional their office staff is and their inability to fix the problem with my air conditioner in a timely manner.

Very nice and cordial upon first meeting. But have been trying to get them back out to my home for the past week to finish their job. Told one thing in person and getting the runaround on the phone. Very unprofessional! Dont waste your time nor your money.

I had Ideal climate come out to look at my heater that hasnt been working properly. They were really friendly/knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend them to anyone who has heating or cooling issues.

They put a new swamp cooler on the roof 4 years ago. Now we find out the unit was not put on correctly. If a wind blows to hard it could fall off. Plus the used tape instead of the correct material to seal the vents. They wont do anything about iy. U call there office most of the time u get a recording

Did not show for appointment. When I called, the receptionist apologized and said she could make an other appointment but there would really be no way they would actually be able to keep an appointment. The best they could do is just show up when they were free.

These guys did my gas range install from Lowes. They were great. They communicated well with me, were punctual, and did a good job.

They do not answer the phone. They gave a window of 9am-5pm and called when they were in route instead of giving the proper notice. After which they told us that could not come back until a week and a half later.

They are only available for service calls from 10 am - 2 pm. For people that work, this is highly inconvenient. Took them 2 days to fix our air conditioning. Service techs were friendly.

I am glad I read the reviews on this company prior to them coming out. I switched really quick. Thanks everyone for your feedback.

When I needed emergency a/c repairs in the middle of summer, they were quick to help. They were very fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

On time and very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable techs. The phone service is not so responsive on returning phone calls but I’m sure they are busy mid-summer.

The comments about being rude to customers is true. Please save yourself some trouble and poor quality work. There are other companies that are much better.

Ive used this repair shop for more than three years. They have always been the best in HVAC.
