Rene the person that helped me was great. At first I was skeptical that anyone could help. Our home has been needing a new Roof for over 5 years. But could never get anyone to help with financing and get it done. Rene sat down with me for over 5 hours at the house and worked diligently to try and get something done. Finally he did it. We were able to get a new roof and all the facia and soffits fixed. Also was able to get a large solar system for the home installed. Which will save on the electricity usage. Also with a very manageable payment. They handled all the financing, made everything real easy and all the work was completed in less that 30 days. Thanks to Rene we sleep better knowing the house won’t leak anymore and we have the extra benefit of getting the solar system to save on our electricity bill. Rene was here every step of the way to make sure everything was done properly. Couldn’t ask for a better person to help us. Rene and Home Pro Solutions are great people to deal with. I left the comment below a year ago because the service was great at first. One year later after installing the water system it was still great. The down side to this company is I was told that if I had to deploy or move that they would disconnect the system free of charge if I had to go. I got orders to deploy and I called the company and they want to charge me $400 to disconnect the water filter system. This left me in a hard situation and I had to do everything myself. It was ridiculous to charge $400 just to disconnect the tank from the main water line. The company was not willing to work with me and took to long to respond to me for me to be able meet my time line that I had to meet. The water system is great however the service after the fact is not. Be prepared if your military to hand over $400 every time you move or Deploy.“Antonio Gomez provided me with outstanding service. He ensured that his crew done everything to fulfill my expectations on the water filter system that he hooked me up with. The outcome of the job was clean and they double checked everything to ensure it was all taken care of to the highest standard. Highly Recommended!”

We had solar panels, an HVAC unit and a water filtering system installed by Homepro Solutions. Excellent service provided by Alejandro Rosales during the entire process and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We’ve had the services for over a year now and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. From paying $160-$300 per month for our electric bill during last summer, we only paid $26 dlls last month. I have tried for three years to work with home pro solutions, and time solar but they just blame each other. I do not recommend home pro solutions or solar panels. Super bad decision to install the solar panel system in my house, terrible service, they damaged the roof of my house in the whole area where they worked with the panels, I tried to fix things in a good way, but they said that the roof was damaged before doing installation!!! So why did they install ?? My roof went through an inspection with them for the installation, the city inspection and apart from the bank inspection because I just bought the house, I will have to go to a lawyer because it is not fair that they do damage and are not responsible.

Happy with the service these guys provided and on investment, finally..Got a package including Refrigeration and new window install along with cleaning and checking of ducts all around...Just a good overall experience, prompt and clean service..Definitely recommend their services.👍🏻

This company Told me that I wasn’t going to pay an electrical bill because the solar panels we’re going to produce enough energy to cover it and after four months installed I’m paying both my electrical bill and my panel bill and I’m been trying to get a hold of them to let them know about One of many issues i’m having they just tell me to leave my name and number And they will get in touch with me but they never do.

Hello just to tell you about my bad experience, Home Pro Solutions installed a solar system in my house, leaving the roof badly damaged due to the installation, I opened a complaint in Better Business Bureau in December and Home Pro promised to make the corresponding repair, but until The date has not met, they have not contacted me and to vary the solar panels were failing, less than half were working, they installed 29 and they only worked 13. I hope it will help you and if you decide to install them, take your precautions, photos of the roof so they dont tell you that the roof no longer worked as they told me.
