Eco living home improvements did a very awesome job to my house. Their representative Jessica has helped us out so much and was always there for us when we needed her or had any questions we had. They worked on our roof, new refrigerated A/C and they did our landscaping front and back. I am beyond 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Jessica thank you so much for ur help and we will stay in touch.

This company did more than just give us refrigerated air. They no only put in a brand new system but they also did our roof as well as the landscaping of our front and backyard. The outcome was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process they always asked us questions so it would come out to our liking. They have great communication, and are consistent. All work was performed at 100% and you could see it as well. The before and after sod our home are unbelievable. Very messy and unprofessional. Paid 10k for an ac thermostat doesnt even work have called for help they said they would call back and never did had to call another company. They left all the old pipes and trash and a month later I am still finding trash .... Found an old vent cover on top of my fridge. The work was janky and just unprofessional I beg you for the sake of your sanity dont use these guys they dont care and they dont fix it after like they say they will.

Excellent service on the installs. Not so much on service calls. Contacted them on July 21st requesting service to the AC unit. The little red box on the unit kept falling off and dumping water in the closet which then ran down my wall and the intake vent onto the floor. I was told they were busy with the heat wave, which I do understand. They said that they would be contacting me to set up an appointment. Here I am a week and a half later still waiting for my callback. I understand being busy, but how much time does it take to make a simple phone call?

I was considering the conversion from evaporative and gas furnace to HVAC. After considering and evaluating several companies, I decided EcoLiving was my best option because of the financing and warranties in units, parts, and labor. Rubén Zavala came to my home and explained everything in great detail, and I decided to close the deal, and the next day in about 4 hours AC and the furnace were working. Wow, very friendly, very fast, efficient service. Jessica is very informative and walked us through the whole process, she stopped by the day of installation and made sure everything was in order and made us feel very comfortable with the use of the new system. Had a great experience with the refrigeration team. Julian took the time to come in on Sunday to answer questions and help us get a payment plan we could afford. The team was here by Tuesday morning and by 2pm I had the refrigeration running. Will definitely recomen to family and friends.

We were referred to Eco Living by my aunts provider. Jessica R. came by to do an assessment and give us a quote on an AC conversion (evaporative cooling to refrigerated). She was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions, and even helped us get financing. The installation was done in a single day. The price was better than anticipated and all of the staff made themselves available if anything came up or we had any questions. It was very much appreciated that she, Liliana, and Ana checked in during and after the installation. The gentlemen doing all of the work were also nice and very efficient. Additionally, everyone was kind enough to comply with our request to wear masks inside our house, as all the inhabitants are immunocompromised. I cannot stress enough how happy I am that we decided to get our AC done by Eco Living. I literally referred them to a friend an hour after the installation was completed.

Absolutely great service! Called for a service call on a not working AC. They had a tech out the next morning, earlier than expected! They informed us the AC could not be fixed, a replacement was required. They had a service rep, Jessica, out within an hour! She helped us with the financing process, and we had a new HVAC system installed within 24 hours. Highly recommend them!

Air conditioner was installed in 2019 and just recently, I heard drops hitting the air ducts. After investigating, the leak is coming from where the a/c unit was placed. Yet I found the electrical line exposed with caps and where the leak is happening.I called and advised them about this and they stated the labor warranty ended and that I would need to pay to get this fixed.This is nothing but I hazard and unacceptable! I will be reporting them for the sloppy work!Update: April 29, 2024, issue was resolved last year.

Since the beginning service has been exceptional. Mrs. Jessica Rivera has explained every step of the process, shes very knowledgeable and is a customer service oriented Sales Rep.The installers are highly trained and experienced professionals. Very good experience dealing with this company. The work done was installation of refrigerated A/C.

We highly recommend eco living. They were very professional and quick. Nayeli did an amazing job of arranging everything from financing to scheduling a very prompt installation the very next day. We did have some concerns but they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Excellent customer service. Highly satisfied!

2nd edit: Unfortunately I have to bring this rating down to 1 star due to the poor results and service Ive had to deal with this past month. Ive been stuck with an AC unit that cant cool the house down past 78 degrees and has to run 24/7 to maintain that temperature which is costing me a fortune in electricity. When in need of service, Im the last thing on their list of people to help. Avoid these folks at all cost if you are in the market for an AC.Edit from my original post: Though I appreciated the professionalism and hard work these guys did for our new roof and AC installation, Im left with a lot of regret. AC unit starting having problems only 2 weeks after installation and the ideas pitched by Julian did not work when I emphasized before signing that I needed an option to route more air to a specific side of the house on demand. I had inquired about going for a mini split but was upsold for a full house central air unit with reassurance that vent covers would be my solution.Had to spend 2 days to get service for the AC to work and Ive first been given the reasoning that it was the filter, then the reasoning being a hole in my ceiling. Im not sure why they would choose to include a low quality filter that needs replacement in 2 weeks, and I did point out the hole in the ceiling prior to signing as well with no concern with Julian which lead me to believe it would be fine.Now Im being told I need to reach out to home office about my vent/vent cover concerns in hopes they are even willing to provide a solution, Im left with a strong sense of insecurity that this AC will stop working any moment, and left feeling like Im the bad guy for having these problems when I brought up all concerns prior to agreeing to the service and product.I want to give a lower rating due to me being left with strong feelings of regret, but the technician was easy to talk with and did show up both days I asked for him to, even in the later hours and the hard work put in by the teams of gentlemen who did the installations. Since I cant rate these things individually, Im leaving my rating at 3 stars.

Did a terrible job on our re-roof. Had to pay another roofer do the best they could to stop their new roof from leaking every time it rains. Wish we had never interacted with them. They’ve got guys working for them that have no idea what they’re doing and they’re not watching them. Avoid.

A few weeks ago, we installed refrigerated air and I thought it was gonna be a long process but it was fast. So when I made a call, they came the ver same day to explain everything. These two sales representatives, Marbella Lopez and Anna Aguilar, they were so professional and nice and guided us through the whole process. They explained everything, answered all my questions, they found the best financial plan for us, and they set the installation date for the very next day. That was fast! So I very much recommend them as sales representatives, they are again professional and nice and we talked like we knew each other for years. Thanks to them!

OMG were should I start? This experience with Eco-Living has been a total nightmare since day one. Starting with my salesperson Edgar, who painted the picture so beautifully and made so many promises saying “Don’t worry” we will work with you just tell me what it will take for you to sign today… Yeah right!! Right there and then it sounded to be good to be true and sure enough… all of the sudden he got amnesia and guess what?? Yup.. the contract that was given to me to sign was absolutely nothing we had agreed on. Never heard or saw him since he left my home. I ended up having to speak with Alexandro Erives(Manager)… which he has been very professional and empathetic with me that he did make sure I was given the contract I had agreed on. But then after that I was told someone would be going to clean the duct work on my home and he tried to convince me that they do not do duct cleaning on Mobil Homes…but after my experience with the sale guy I made sure I put all promises in writing and signed made to me by them…which was the only way they ended up sending someone to clean all ducts on my home. Then I notices a water leakage by my unit that ended up being a leak coming from the previous Master cool hose I use to have and was told someone would be going over to fix that issue as they should have not left it leaking. Alex sent some guy yesterday that had no idea what he was doing supposedly as a “curtesy” to help me fix the issue as it was not their responsibility but mine to top it off. All this guy did was what is known as a hale chicano. If I would have know I was going to be going through all this I would have never signed anything with them and would have taken more time to look into the reviews and look at other options. Just make sure you get all promises in writing and signed made by them, make sure you look over your contract before getting all excited and signing your luck away.

Very professional and satisfied with the work of Jahir Reyes and eco living team. This is my second time working with them. This time around was the landscaping on my back yard and I was very pleased with the work and attentiveness of Jahir and the eco living team Very well recommended!

I recently had a new HVAC & new roof installed in my house. I was throughly amazed with the efficiency that this company had with me. The HVAC was installed in less than one day while the new roof was installed within one & a half. Their workers were very courteous & efficient. Thank you Julian Barron for such a wonderful job. These guys are the best. We had estimates from other companies and Eco won the race. They are efficient professional and provide an excellent product and service. What the sales reps said is exactly what happened. What impressed us most was the efficient way the conversion was carried out. It took them less than half a day to complete everything. Horrible experience- highly price compared to other companies plus some of their technicians or installers are not even certified. With my experience the installer wasn’t, at the time that they did my job. it’s why I went with them because of what they claim - also, Liliana talks to you like if you are her both buddies or friends (Spanish) using “Tu” “Oyes” also I caught her in various lies, as well as Alejandro Erives (was told he was higher than Liliana) resolved an issue but then later told me that he wasn’t the one to deal with; no one higher up Liliana will reach out to you with any issues once they get paid - that’s it’s. Super horrible customer experience, but the work was done already nothing else that can be done 😢

Martin Mata was our sale representative that sold us on a very good upgrade from swamp cooler to refrigerated air plus a new furnace. He was very polite and professional. He understood our needs and did not pressure us. The price was well below our budget and the install was quick the next day. The Eco Living crew was very professional and clean. They did a great job of installing and even leaving the area cleaner than when they had started. I would recommend them to others and definitely call them for other future projects.

6/4/24: updated review: still waiting for an update or response from the higher managers according to Lili w/Eco. Throughout these months years I’ve had to make calls or texts to the technician because my system would not work correctly cool/heat, reach a designated temp, would run on and not shut off or randomly shut off. They (jesus) would come & “fix” but then would again act up. In Jan 2024 I reached out to jesus via text to notify system was acting up again, by then he replaced parts& even had the vendor champion technician inspect, whom also noted the ducts were not adequate size & possibly the reason why the unit was malfunctioning. Jesus has been very helpful Up to this point but the temp solution that I was given IS NOT THE RESOLUTION. Their temp solution /bandaid was changingout my SMART Thermostat to a cheap manual thermostat, Since the Smart thermostat recognizes that the system is not working correctly & would automatically shut off to prevent any further damage/harm to unit which can even cause a FIRE!Once again I placed a call in April andLili was assigned to my case. On April 4 Lili came to my home to inspect the issue as she had also arranged another technician to evaluate the unit couple days before & He also noted that the ducts were also small. They never suggested any duct work as THEY SHOULD have recommend to add on or suggest other unit style types. the MAIN issue/Problem is the fact they had a very inexperienced rep jahar, evaluate the home & should have realized that the ducts were not appropriate size or inner structure was unique. So now I’m stuck withe a huge unit and small house ducts it is limiting and RESTRICTING airflow distribution and instead the air is returning back into the unit system, causing it to overwork, over heat and not reach the desired temp, then randomly shut off. so now their temp solution was to change to a cheap manual thermostat that somehow overrides safety power features! unbelievable!! The 2nd tech and champion vendor tech stated the temp on unit on roof was reading over 200 degrees!!!This is something the eco- living professionals should have identified from the get go! They should have updated the ducts as needed before they installed unit OR should have advised on having other type of units. Instead I am 2 units in and it continues to malfunction and obviously is affecting the longevity of the unit already as they’ve had to replace parts to the unit such as a cover, a fan, motor and now the thermostat. This is unacceptable and DANEGROUS! Unbelievable that they allow installs like this knowing that the longevity of the unit is affected or the fact that future damage and accidents are waiting to happen due to over heating units. I hardly ever use the unit as it only works in 2 of the 5 rooms. Out of my 1800 sq ft home maybe 300 sq feet gets cooled or heat. Im so disappointed in this company as they have yet to resolve my issue. and now their TEMPORARY fix is replacing a 200 dollar smart thermostat to a cheap manual thermostat that overrides safety power features!! I feel like they are dragging this case so they can say i no longer have warranty honored by them.I will update as i go on with this. For now they have yet to call me back. I Will update here once a reasonable solution is made and I’ll reconsider this review. In the meantime I wait. I may need to lawyer up since this is a SAFETY FIRE HAZARD. NOT GOOD!! Also to add** I also never received any documentation or info on my sale. Make sure your receive paperwork._____________________________________Initial review added back in : very discontent.

I recently converted to HVAC. The job was great, the sales rep was attentive during installation. However, I have a converted garage into a den. It has no insulation, he said the room wouldnt need it. The room is still hot while the rest of the house is cool. Their service guy wants to adjust the vents, meaning, close them more so air can shoot into the den, which will make the other rooms hot. They have yet to come and check the flow after 3 days of calling them. They keep saying theyll come and they havent. The sales rep makes me feel like all he wanted was the sale. He even giggled when I told him that. Now they are just ignoring my calls. How professional is that? They havent even tried to make it better. It was installed 2 weeks ago.

I got to be completely honest my parents had a hard time with them they would say that something didn’t work and they would just never get back to my mom and she would be texting them nonstop and she would call them and they would answer and it took them forever to get back to us. My parents originally got it because the sale person painted the picture so beautifully but when it comes to the work that’s the bad part i forgot how long we have had it but it doesn’t even cool the way it should and my room right now on the winter it is cold i dont even get heat in my room. We tried talking to people but they said that the warranty was over but my parents would try and talk to them way before it was over but of course they got to us when it was over by far a bad company to work with.

Julian was very informative and so patient in explaining the whole process to my family! Definitely would recommend him! 5/5 🙂

Saw an Eco Living truck over at my neighbors house and read they did duct cleaning. I was planning to get it looked at ever since I got refrigerated air because my wife and I kept sneezing (I dont have allergies) and our house keeps getting so dusty. We got an appt the very next day and than the guys came out the day after that. The process took around 2 hours, but it was worth it. Very friendly, efficient, and no problems whatsoever. They didnt mind me asking questions and learning about the process or about us just observing them from a distance. Our sales rep, Alexis, was extremely cool about explaining everything. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just a really down to earth guy. Would love to do business with this company again.

Martin was a weasel, and the company didn’t seem to care how he screwed people over! Anything for commission and the lies he kept giving were more upsetting, extremely unprofessional! We regret ever calling them to set up for our refrigerated air. But like his ridiculous response was to us upset about putting our son as main borrower was “look at the bright side at least you got air!” They are all a bunch of unprofessional people at that office. Please be careful with that Martin guy he is a complete snake!!

Terrible company. They sold us a $9000 unit that is not cooling our home. Our home was being kept at 77 degrees with a swamp cooler. After they installed the AC unit, our home does not go below 88 degrees. The unit is affecting our electric input. After calling them they claim nothing is wrong and closes our inquiry. They pretty much left us dead in the water after leaving a $9000 debt to our name. They do not want to and will not fix it. They now do not answer our calls. Do not go with them.

Work didnt pass city inspection because they didnt put the complete information on the paper work. I have to waste another day waiting for the city inspector because of their oversight. The issue was resolved .Other than previous mention problem. Installation was extremely fast, the price was great and unit works perfectly so far.

My experience here was among the best. One call and I was immediately directed to the needs and wants for my new a/c. Victor did an excellent job in helping me with the financing options and within my price range as well. If you’re looking this is a place you can trust with out all the extra hassle.

Came and physically asked for a positive review, when they have bad service! They do not return calls, they have bad customer service, technicians do not know what they are doing have been without air for over 3 days and they keep saying to call back to their main line which never gets answered. I leave a voicemail and mark urgent and don’t get called back. Then call the technician back and he claims I have wrong number like I don’t recognize his voice. Bad service!! Biggest regret of investment of my life! Beware!!!!

Kevin was really helpful and efficient to help me out apply for a loan and get approved very quickly. Contractor was sent out right away for an estimate but once they were needing to start the project they just kept coming promising they were bringing out material and starting the work next day which never happened. They had an urgency for us to sign paperwork and I was promised to get a “discount” on my fist payment which ended up being a deferred payment and everyone who knows how loans work must know this is not any type of discount. I ended up getting an email requesting to sign that the project was done when it hadn’t even started and once I started disputing all of the above mentioned, I was asked for second chance with an appointment with another foreman and pretty much nothing happened and the communication all of sudden stopped…

We converted from evaporated air to HVAC. It has been a very poor experience with this organization. Starting with the written contract which took them 3x just to get my address correct. We did not haggle the price. We accepted the terms and paid In full. Yes, the sales rep was a nice guy but that doesn’t get the job done. They did a horrific job inside where the furnace was. The dry wall work was a joke to say the least. We started this project in late June and we just got them back in last week to repair their damages and unprofessional workmanship done. Monday 7/18/22 they will be back to finally put in the last register. We are by the book and believed that’s how they worked,NOT. There is a lack of communication from sales ,management,quality and installers. For those that had a great experience,kudos. I will not be recommended eco-living llc to anyone. You will see our disappointment and factual visual.UPDATE: After experiencing problems with the heat on our new unit and calling in several times with no success we were finally successful. We would like to thank Liliana Diaz for her quick response and Alfredo and his father team technicians. He explained what the problem was and apparently we were using the incorrect filter. I was really pleased at the level of professionalism showed by every member of the EcoLiving team. If you are thinking about switching to refrigerated air you are not going to find other company (believe me I looked) that provides the necessary permits and has such a good customer service as EcoLiving. They also offer labor warranty, so should any problem arise you will have someone there taking care of it in no time. They are extremely accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The process started early and was done in about 4-5 hours. They also have all the equipment packaged, so you know you are getting new components. They take care of the new electrical installation to be made. At the end they ask if you have any questions and hand you the warranties to register your new equipment.

To Alejandro and Ismael:At the end I am very disappointed with this company. It all started with evaporated air to A/C conversion, that was an ok experience. I should have left it at that. I asked if they would recommend someone to change the roof. They told me Eco living could do it too. Well, I had the roof changed by them, the result was kind of ok. Then, I had a leak inside the attic, that was actually not coming from their new AC lines, they did help me repair it, but this was not cheap at all!Then, talking to one of the crew guys, I asked if they could recommend someone to fix a bathroom. I had noticed a possible plumbing leak. Well, they also said they could do it. And this is when all hell broke loose!. Taking advantage of the new repairs I wanted done, they took the initiative to send some one to try and sell me solar panels. From beginning I said I am not interested in solar panels, they kept on trying, and trying. After many conversations they finally stopped pushing for me to buy the panels. Then there was the bathroom left to do. I should say, this company is not cheap. I have hired them, thinking it was better to deal with an stablished company, rather than with some local person. Now, needless to say, I have paid TOP DOLAR, for all these jobs. They said it would take 4 days to repair the bathroom, well it is almost 2 months later, and it still not completed, the end job was horrible. It is not professional at all, I kept telling the supervisor. They were never on time, to many workers all at once, some just not doing anything outside the house, I had problems with my neighbors, had a warning from a water inspector regarding waist left outside the house, and the job it self was a very poor one. The initial problem, the floor in the shower, was repaired, I hope, but now I have a new one, the new tile was so poorly done, that the water does not run to the drain. The tiles they change dont match and the grout is now different colors. I could go on about this... but, your get the idea, right? I would just stick to A/C, maybe. I certainly do not recommend this company for anything else. I hope they are good for the warranty they advertise.

1/15/2024 update: Eco Living installed new wood sticks (2x4s?) at the edge of the roof on the underside and attached the fascia to these. They did not paint the raw wood or treat it in any way. It was left raw when they claimed their job was finished. There are now clear water stain circles all over the wood pieces, meaning that the roof they installed is leaking all along the edges of the house STILL, and now I have an even bigger mess to clean up, and no money to do it because they took all my insurance money and gave me a roof that is absolutely worse than it was before they started on it. These 5 star reviews on their google page are BOGUS. Reported them to BBB and they never even responded. Dont hire them and tell everyone you love not to hire them. Theyre absolutely corrupt. I have lots of photo evidence, and I will be putting it all over the internet and sending it to the city inspectors as well as the Bond company for Eco Living. All you had to do was the right thing, Eco Living. Stand by your workmanship and fix this mess. You continue to lie and evade responsibility. For SHAME.Took all of our insurance money for a reroof. Pulled a permit for the roof with the city, which was good, however, the scope of the work became wider when they took the roof off and decided some support beams needed to be replaced. They did not amend the permit and instead shoved some wood up in there and covered it all up before anyone could inspect or review it. Now our roof sags in some places where it did not before. They used the incorrect underlayment or did not install it properly and now there are waves in the shingles. I have seen shingles flapping in the wind on the ridge cap. And yesterday we finally had rain, and surprise, our 4 month old roof is leaking. They are clearly paying for 5 star reviews on Google that are fake--go look them up at BBB first. I wish I had done that before being swindled by them.You continue to lie, lie, lie. The latest development is that you failed to reconnect the water heater chimneys to the roof and seal them so my family was unnecessarily exposed to carbon monoxide for months. The only way we discovered it is that the water heater was groaning and I called a plumber to have it drained and flushed and he is the one who asked if wed recently had roof work done. BOTH water heater chimneys were disconnected by your crew and never reattached. You could have killed me and my entire family. The work has never passed city inspection. You worked outside the scope of your permit which is a major violation. And GAF is aware of all of this because I wrote to them and told them. No one from GAF has been to the house to look at it so I fail to see how they could approve your work as you claim. Your BBB reviews are abysmal. You dont stand by your work. I will continue to tell everyone I know about the terrible quality of your work and the fact that you continue to tell lies. Shameful.

This company has been the worse! We had gotten the air conditioner and roofing with them and it has been nothing horrible expirience with them. Air conditioner doesnt cool entire house and I have an eldery living with me and roofing keeps falling apart. They supposedly come and see but for them its normal. Right now i have thermostat at 67 degree and room temperature is at 91. Always have workers come but no job gets done. Worse company ever

I had Julian Barron as my salesman, he was a go getter, and friendly but if course for the business. He told me our loan would be for 5 yrs turning out its 10😡I I was going to get my ducts cleaned with them but after I found out forget it plus I would tell him Ill call you when im ready and he just bugged. Then he brought his Supervisor Kevin so I could sign the finally papers, he checked the work I told him I had a few problems, also told him other companies quoted me on a 5 ton he said 4 would be fine so I believed him, now some of my rooms dont get cool as the livingroom and kitchen. Mr Kevin told me he would come back and fix a few things and bring me some filters as this 1 was dirty The next day...A month later im stil waiting for a call or them to come back...😡😡i waited to gave a review just incase they would come back..POOR SERVICE, RUN LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE

Please beware with this company! They are so sweet and nice when they come out to get you to sign the contract but when they show up to do the work they makes holes and do horrible patch jobs and don’t even tell you anything about it!! I had to have my husband fix it himself and when you need help because one of their techs forgets to turn the water heater back on they blame it on the water heater being broken!! When it came down to the inspection the City states they didn’t do the permits correctly so I waited all day for nothing and now I have to reschedule and wait all over again. I thought I was doing the right thing by not paying for a cheaper company but I have had nothing but issues. I am highly disappointed with the service I have experienced.

Bought a house with a cobbled together hvac system that went out on me. The technician said that the system was missing pieces and would not work properly and safely. Jessica the representative came out and showed what they would be able to do to replace the system and how much it would cost. They were able to replace the system the very next day. They were also able to put in a tankless water heater system for me to alleviate the space constraints that the hvac and water heater both share in a small space. Personal Service was great and very kind. all our questions were answered and well explained. The installation of the unit was really fast and clean.

I called to get a quote. Had an appointment at 6 and Jessica didnt get there till about 8. Went ahead and scheduled to get refrigerated air the next day. Jessica said theyd be done before I got home from work. I get home and theyre still working on it. My kids had been home all day and they had been without electricity for about an hour before I got home. The electricians leave and about 30 minutes later the ac guy gets there. The ac tech leaves about 9 oclock that night without being able to turn my ac on. He stated that the unit didnt have refrigerant and would be by the next morning around 9-10 with the part. I was left with no ac all night. The next morning nobody shows up. I texted Jessica and explained everything to her. She was able to get 2 portable acs for my house until they dealt with my ac. After that I hadnt heard from anyone until I had to text Jessica for an update. She tells me that some guy Kevin will contact me for the update(which made me feel like she didnt want to deal with me). Kevin calls me to tell me that hes working on getting the whole unit replaced and that they will be by on Friday to replace the unit and to patch up the hole that was made in my sons room. Friday came and unit was replaced and the hole was somewhat patched up. The guys said the would be back to finish it because it needed to dry. My daughter was told that Jessica would be by to help register the new unit. Jessica texted me to ask how the new unit was working. I told her the ac was working great and I asked about the guys coming back to finish the patch work. She said Kevin informed her that the guys would be there on Monday (no time given) to finish up. Its already Sunday and nobody has come by to finish the patch work. Jessica texted me on Wednesday to see how everything is working, but Im just done. Why do I have to tell them that theyre staff didnt show up after I was told they would be here Monday? I guess once they make the sale you dont matter.

Really bad service ac/heater sound like if a semi truck was inside the house and ontop of that they sent the contract to my financing institution without my permission i called several times to speak to a supervisor but never received a callback

I found them because they did some work for the El Paso Childrens Crisis Center. They were able to give me a ballpark estimate based off Google maps which turned out to be accurate. Negotiations were a give and take on ideas. Crew was on time and didn’t leave a mess. Financing worked out beautifully. End result was great. It looks more than what I paid.

I had an unusual situation in which the ducts had an extreme amount of dust that accumulated during the construction of the home due to the contractor failing to properly seal the return air compartment under the heat/cool unit . Kevin from eco Living came over to inspect the ducts, propose a solution and give an estimate of the cost to clean the ducts. The estimate was reasonable and the cleaning was scheduled for the same week. Tony and his assistant arrived on time, did a super job cleaning the ducts and were careful not to make a mess in the house. As each duct was cleaned Tony would take pictures and show me the before and after results. For sure I was pleased with their service and would highly recommend eco Living for this service.

I only got an estimate from them but I was just very unhappy with the way they handled things during my interaction with them. Poor scheduling and planning from my sales person.

They did a great job, their representative Edgar Gonzales is the best don’t hesitate to contact him.
