Mikey completed the annual service and cleaning for our AC units which had not been cleaned in almost 2 years. He did a very thorough job cleaning the units. He was very careful around our home and ensured to clean up any mess that was made during the cleaning. He was always professional and provided great recommendations to maintain our units. He answered all of our questions and installed and set-up our thermostat unit. I highly recommend EA heating & Cooling and Mikey. We are very pleased with the results.

Called to schedule an appt and Gabriel showed up within 40 mins. Gabriel was super knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service. He also found the issue right away and thank goodness otherwise there would have been some serious damage as water was collecting on the bottom of my unit and pipes were clogged. Highly recommend!! Gabriel came to my house right away within an hour of calling to respond to a water leak and service my ac. He did a great job doing his repair and took before and after pictures and explained what was needed very well. I am amazed how good of a job was done, and at the very end of the day at that. I got my air conditioner winterized. Gabriel did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The cover I bought didnt fit but when I bought another cover Gabriel and Mikey came back to install it for me no charge. Spectacular customer service! All for a great price. Unbelievable!We had a walk-in installed for nearly $30,000 less than a year ago, and now it’s completely down, forcing us to close our business for 5 days and counting. The owner refuses to return our calls, leaving us in a difficult and frustrating situation.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. We regret not finding a provider who actually cares about their customers and stands behind their work. Save yourself the headache—there are plenty of businesses out there that honor their commitments and offer proper customer service.

Gabriel did a fantastic job. He was very professional and took time and care to clean my furnace and maintenance as well as do a carbon monoxide check. The service was thorough and fast and easy. Really impressed with this company! From Veronica who took my info to Emmanuel who worked on my furnace, friendly and efficient are understatements! So glad to have found my new company for my heat & air!

My Ac unit stopped cooling yesterday at 3pm called EA Heating & Cooling at 10 am and they came to the rescue in 45 minutes after the call. I was advised they would show up at 2 pm the latest. Mike and Emmanuel were very friendly and professional and to the point. The price was very good too. Definitely keeping calling them in the future.

The front office called to let me know that Emmanuel would arrive within 10 minutes in which he did. Diagnosed the furnace issue within 10 minutes and replaced the thermal limit switch. Tested for carbon monoxide and checked the heat temperature within the rooms. The whole experience was less than an hour. I also appreciate that they were able to fit me in their schedule within 24 hours after my call. Another company which is the authorized Trane dealer didn’t have an appointment until next Tuesday which would have been 5 days. Congratulations on great customer service and to your technicians out in the field.

Very professional, Emmanuel came out looked at our ac unit and gave me an honest recommendation on services which I had already gone over with the main company of what we were looking for. No smoke blown on what was needed, and was very knowledgeable. Will be scheduling more services soon when we are not in a mini dust storm.

Excellent service overall. AC is working like it was made yesterday. Provided preventative services and cleansing along with sealant (slightly extra but worth it). Also notified of future things to look out for, specifically capacitor issues; he tested the voltage to show and confirm. Pascal was great, highly recommend!

They explained what they were going to do in the preventative maintenance service and why it should be done. They took pictures of before and after and did a carbon monoxide testing in our home. AC was causing issues so I made an appointment with EA in the morning. They were able to come out same day. Three gentleman showed up, Gabriel, Mikey, and Emmanuel, they were super respectful and informative. They were able to fix the AC and give me a professional view of our system to give me a better understanding of what’s going on. The tech, Emanuel, was so professional, guided me through all that he checked and the outcome of what he found. My refrigerated Ac was not cooling sufficiently, he checked all coils, filter etc, was very detailed in his findings. Fortunately was not anything major🙏 in his explanation of issue , his terminology was that to where I could understand; overall was very very satisfied with the service. I contacted EA Heating and Cooling at around 5:05pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I had called my original go to company (SoBellas), as they have been doing maintenance on my AC for years, but they were closed and I only got their automated message. SoBellas had actually just done “maintenance” on my AC last month.I spoke to Veronica at EA Heating and Cooling and she was very courteous, she set up my service call and stated that a technician would come by in about 2 hours. I was already quite impressed that they could get a technician out on the same day.Gabriel came by within the hour and was very thorough. He explained the issue to me and showed me where the root cause was. I am very happy with the service and their prices as well. I am looking forward to using EA for my routine maintenance for years to come!

My AC and condenser unit needed replacement as it was not blowing cold air anymore. Both times before today freon needed to be added and eventually I knew something would have to replaced. Well today was the day that both units inside and outside needed replacement. Gabriel, Mikey, and Emmanuel were the ones working on my unit today. Appointment was at 8am, they arrived on time and wasted no time. When they got done with everything the areas where they worked at were left spotless, no trash, no mess etc etc. Professionals through out the whole process, Emmanuel explained to me what was done and how everything was working. All three of them did an excellent job on the work, will definitely recommend and my go to place for any other issues when it comes to HVAC. Appreciate your hard work Gabriel, Mikey, and Emmanuel.

What a great group of guys! Erick and crew arrived in time and worked till 4 installing a new water heater. The first service AC unit and had to remove it before removing old water heater. then replaced water heater and reinstalled AC!! Was a long day, very professional service, clean and comprable pricing.

Absolutely top notch service. Called at 9:30am and they scheduled an appointment for 2pm same day. By 11am my appointment time had been updated to 1:30pm. Received a call around 12:30pm that the technician was about 30 minutes away. They arrived before 1 and were done by 1:30pm. Emanuel and Pascal were great. Extremely professional and they took the time to make sure they did the work with minimal mess and cleaned up afterwards. So many places will give you a half day or all day window for service. I appreciate the EA respects their customers time and provides quality on time service. They will definitely be my go to hearing and cooling company moving forward.

AC stopped working at 1:00 p.m., made a call and was able to get an appointment at 2:00 p.m. Emmanuel and Mike came out and were able to have my AC running by 3:00 p.m. Great service and very friendly.

In desperate need of HVAC cleaning, I searched for companies offering this service in El Paso, and I decided to give EA Heating and Cooling a call after seeing their high number of favorable reviews.I called and spoke to Ms. Veronica who made the scheduling incredibly easy.On the day of my service (08/19/24), Ms. Veronica gave me a courtesy call to let me know the staff were on their way. This was a nice touch!When the staff arrived - Gabriel and Mikey - offered me the opportunity to decide their workflow, and I really appreciated this as I work remotely from home. They wanted to ensure any interruption for me would be minimal. After a brief introduction, they immediately got to work.Gabriel and Mikey were incredibly mindful. Before completing the bedrooms, they allowed me to cover our beds just in case any dust was kicked up. They worked efficiently in tandem with each other: when one was working inside the vent, the other would be tidying up the area they just worked in. They left no dust or anything behind whatsoever.Lastly, and what I appreciated the most, was Gabriel showing me before and after pictures from inside the vents before I paid for the service. I live in the Horizon City area and one of my AC units stopped working late in the afternoon. Its early August so as you can imagine that side of my home quickly climbed to an uncomfortable 84 degrees. I called EP Heating and Cooling and scheduled an appointment for noon the following day. Let me tell you not only are they punctual but to my surprise, the service gentlemen, Gabriel, showed up about 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Gabriel quickly assessed the problem, gave me a more than reasonable price and before noon had my AC running again like a champ! I cannot recommend a better AC Service company than EP Heating and Cooling and if you happen to call them, ask for Gabriel. Hes a great guy and will absolutely take care of you.

Got home and A/C was not working, Emmanuel came out same day and was able to diagnose our A/C system figured out the capacitor went bad got it swap out and tested all the vents to make sure cool air was blowing. Very professional and quick with his work would highly recommend this company and especially EMMANUEL!

It was time to have my old heater to be replaced. I called around, set up a few appointments. First 2 appts didnt go to well. Eric walked me through the process of installing heater, made critical suggestions, and answered all my questions. Talked to Veronica, who is very professional and set up appt . The day came to install heater. The guys showed up on time. Mikey (5 *****) Gabriel (5 *****), Emanuel (5*****) all were very professional. I stepped out of the way and they began to do the task at hand. When they were done what I saw was abrand new heater installed and now Im ready winter. Yeah boy. Great job on repairing air conditioner on the part of Eric (the owner), Gabriel and Pascual. They know their stuff and do it right. There was a problem with condensation build up in the unit and they used all the means at their disposal to fix the problem. It was a little pricy but considering all they did, it was worth it and the price was fair. Also, got a new thermostat and more refrigerant in the unit outside. From now on this is my go-to heating and cooling company. I recommend them very highly.
