I called them for maintenance service on my ac last month (August 28th), they provided me an appointment right away. Not all the service checks could be completed due to the return being too small, thats fine. Issac was excellent, explained everything that needed to be addressed(hence 2 stars). Service came out to $210. I was informed I should be receiving an estimate after someone else would need to contacted the warehouse for pricing. More than two weeks later i have received no phone call, no email, nothing. I guess they dont need the business. Ill be going with someone else.

During the whole time speaking to Mr. Robert Vigil and Ms. Ohndrea Padilla I had many questions. They had the utmost patience with me in answering my questions about options and pricing. Once moving forward with removal and installation process I was very impressed with crews professionalism. At the end of installation they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. I used Dynamic as part of a remodel. The service they provided was excellent. I truly appreciated the communication and professionalism when working with them.

Robert our sales person was very diligent in explaining how HVAC works and explained the two types of systems. Installation went very smooth, Jose and his assistant worked very hard to install the system, left the house clean and explained to me how to work the thermostat and the wifi app. System is working very well and quiet, the house is cool and comfortable.

I had five quotes and Dynamic gave me the best equipment at a less rate than more inferior packages. Others wanted to put in the minimum requirements, but being in construction and engineering, I thoroughly researched what I wanted. Dynamic did not hesitate to go forward with that and the installation was flawless. Jose and his helper worked tirelessly and Robert gave us all the help and guidance such as add a third return to a room that may get closed off and therefore suffer. All work was cleaned up afterwords and plenty of support on learning the new wifi thermostat. Others did not offer to change registers but Dynamic did. Easy to reach at any time and more support coming. Go with these folks and save a thousand or two and install a Trane!

Since I posted the original review I was contacted by Robert from Dynamic who apologized sincerely for the lack of response to my calls. It is a busy time of the year and I slipped through a crack. He came out to the house promptly and adjusted the belt tension so the a/c is running quietly and efficiently.I can now say that I would recommend the company for consideration of any heating and cooling needs.___________________Two weeks ago Dynamic sent a tech to my home to prep the evaporative cooler for the summer. A few hours after the tech had left, the cooler started making noises caused by a fan belt that wasnt tighten properly. I called the company to tell them of the problem and the secretary said she would pass my message on to the service manager.Another week went by without any contact from the company other than an email saying my payment had gone through. I called them again, and again the secretary said she would tell the service manager. Another week has gone by without any response.This company does not care about its customers, the the quality of its work, or its reputation. It seeems to only care about getting paid. There are plenty of other companies, dont waste your money on this one.

I have called dynamic on the 5th and left voice mail stated that they were off for the 4th of July for the 4th and the 5th so I called back on the 6th and the 7th and the 8th left voice msg and text msg and never received a call back I dont know if these people are in business or they dont want business, I would strongly recommend not using them, I have found other reliable business that responded right away and were competent to completed the work. Dont use this business if they do this to one customer what will they do to you when you need them?

From beginning to end Robert and his crew (Jose and Ruben) were really professional, clean and attentive, always keeping us in the loop as to what was going on and what to expect, highly recommend them, my house posed some challenges for the install but they made sure to deliver on what was agreed on. Really happy with the results!!

Dynamic Heating and Cooling replaced our near 20 year old air conditioners in the summer of 2020. Robert Vigil was very professional from the beginning. Robert made sure to quote several options and his pricing was very reasonable. The Dynamic installation staff also were very prompt, professional and did a great job communicating what they were doing. They were able to replace the units without the temperatures getting out of control in the house. We had some minor issues with temperature control and Robert and his staff were committed to making it right as soon as possible. We will definitely continue to use Dynamic and I would highly recommend Robert and his staff!

Amazing! Within a business day of our request to have our AC unit diagnosed and repaired, the technician came over and ordered the parts. Parts came in quickly abd repairs were made. The team texted and called me to keep me informed. So before the outside Temps rose to the upper 90s, our ac was working perfectly.

I just had my refrigerated air serviced and repaired by this this fine company and I have to tell you that I an extremely pleased with the service I received. To begin with, they give you a courtesy call when they are on their way and they show up when they say they are are going to show up. The technician, Fernando, is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me in detail, what he was doing and what kind of repair it needed. While there, Robert, the owner also called to ensure he was there and followed up with me as he was ordering parts for the work to be finished. My Trane HVAC went out on a Sunday. I called Dynamic Monday morning and they sent someone that morning. The young man came down checked my system and found the main unit somehow was detached from the electrical source. He fixed the issue promptly and took pictures and showed me what went wrong. The young man was courteous and informative. In fact from me calling Dynamic to getting the repairman, everyone was so nice. I will definitely use them again. I love good customer service and Dynamic’s is outstanding.

Charged $210 to diagnose problems with a promise of an estimate. Over a week later, no email with estimate and their phone is currently not in service. Feel like I’ve just been ripped-off.

We called on a Wednesday end of day that our Refrigerated air was not working. They accommodated us for first thing next day and showed up before 8:00 a.m. Needed a part for unit, they started calling around to find part or overnight if necessary. They located the part, picked it up and returned with part and 20 minutes after, they had unit working. Very dependable professionals, respectful and clean. Thank you, Dynamic.

I talked to Robert on 6/1/21 what a price would be on a 14 seer package unit only to install. My home is in viewing distance from his business 300 yards. He said he couldn’t give me a price without looking at it. He did not offer to come by and was condescending and rude. What’s so hard to give a price on the labor and unit? I will not do any business with this company

Dynamic Heating and cooling done an outstanding job on replacing my old 4 ton air conditioner and furnace. All their staff is very professional and provided a thorough explanation of what they were doing and how everything worked on completion.

My 20 year old HVAC unit stopped working and the temperature was forecast to be in the triple digits. Dynamic came at the appointed time, were professional and courteous, and best of all, my unit was up and running before the temperature hit 100! I recommend them without reservation.

Dynamic heating and cooling did a great job when I converted to refrigerated air. The technician took the time to go over how to work the thermostat and how to control it remotely. And since I chose a package unit I was able to get rid of my furnace and I was able to convert the closet into a pantry!

They showed up the date and time they said they would.They are courteous and prompt.However, this company came twice and cant figure out what the problem is. It never gets fixed for good. My equipment seems to be in a constant state of service needs. Either they cant fix it for once, or they like collecting their service fee every time they show up, which they would like it to be twice a year.I would expect to have the HVAC unit working a full season, for a change.

Does a thorough job! Something I like that we got with her invoice when Dynamic sent it to us in the mail, was pictures of the work that they did on each of the units that we had on top. Showed what was wrong and they showed how it was fixed. Very thorough!

Quoted 2k to replace an ac condenser motor . 500 labor which will take about 10 mins . Its about 8 screws on the shroud and 4 screws for the fan . How can that cost more than my ac ?
