Everything was top notched! Valerie Moore and the project manager went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best possible service. As for the installation, it was quick and hassle-free, the technicians were very polite , knowledgeable and professional. One thing that this company stood out was their motivation and effectiveness on getting the brand that I requested (American Standard) . Other HVAC companies, were pushing to install Goodman and Champion …and of course, they all wanted to install the unit up on the roof. Diaz took the challenge, and at my request, installed the unit on the side of the house! Definitely recommend these guys!

We have Diaz Service installed a ruud package unit, reroof part of the house, elastomeric and maintain the roof and electrical panel upgrade. They finish the job professionally and pass inspection around one week.We were out of town for a conference for three days during the installation. My dog run out of the kennel and pooed all over the house. Mr. Diaz cleans some of the mass, so I did not have to do too much after the exhausted trip. We had other construction job going during the time. When the time they trash their waste, they help clean out other people’s trash as well. I am really appreciated all the extra work they have done.To sum up, we start with a detailed estimation quote and they finished the work professionally without any surprise.

I am extremely impressed with the speed and level of service from the team at Diaz Services. My refrigerated AC unit went out and with our hot El Paso days I needed help ASAP. I spoke to Mr. Diaz at 11AM and by 2PM a service tech arrived at my home to fix the problem. Within the hour our AC was repaired, cleaned and inspected for a reasonable price too. Hats off to Diaz Service! My heater stopped working on January 10 2025, and another company was assigned to fix my heater. Thirteen days later my heater still wasn’t repaired. “Brent” from Diaz services came out and had my heater fixed within One hour.

We got a prompt response from Diaz Services when our air conditioner was blowing warm air. Brent was a compete professional and took the time to show me the issues within the unit. The cost to fix the problem was fair and I will definitely use Diaz Services in the future.

I chose Diaz Services for several reasons. At the time of this review Diaz Services had an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Also, they were recommended by an inspector and a mechanical contractor who does work in New Mexico.Nicolas came to my home and was very professional in preparing an estimate for a new A/C. I did get quotes from other cotractors, but Diaz Services was the most recommended company. This is why I chose them.The team of Brant, Misrael, Aaron and Nicolas, all did a great job installing a new Phoenix Aerocool Trophy 4800 series A/C in my 60 year old home. They arrived promptly at the appointment time of 9am. They went right to work staging the work and taking down the tired old swamp cooler. The installation of the rooftop unit was basically done by 1pm. I had some dry board repair done around the single register for my home. The dry board repair was completed by 1:30pm. This did delay the final wiring for the 6 position switch somewhat.Did Diaz Services give the lowest quote. No, but they were competitive. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for.All in all, I am very happy with the results and how quickly the work was completed. I highly recommend them!

Called Diaz services for a recent home purchase to come and answer a few of my questions. They informed me that there would be an assessment fee of $125.The technician showed up late, but he was professional and seemed to answer a few of my questions although he didnt really propose a solution to a few of the problems that he pointed out. He also gave me incorrect information about the wiring required for a smart thermostat that I was looking to install (which I had to troubleshoot later).I paid the fee and he left.A few weeks later I get a call from Diaz services stating that they have been trying to reach me regarding the $125 assessment fee. I honestly forgot I paid it, the person on the phone assured me that I did not because they had sent several requests for payment. After a quick check of my bank account, I found the proof that I did, in fact, pay the fee in full on the same day as the assessment.I had to call Diaz services back and inform them that I did pay and that I had proof, and would like a receipt for payment. Not so much as an apology. Poor customer service, billing department, and overall satisfaction was left severely lacking. Very unfortunate.If you use their service be sure to ask for receipt of payment because I get the feeling I am not the only person this happens to.

I was having trouble with my home warranty and claim with the previous company we were dealing with after 17 frustrating days without AC, I asked the home warranty to change the company, fortunately, they contacted DIAZ SERVICES, and in just 3 days (between the Technicians came to my house until they received and install the part that was damaging my AC).Valerie was always super helpful and courteous when I called her.Diaz services fixed my air conditioner and Arturo, and Joel did an excellent and clean job, there were always on time. I really want to recommend Diaz Services we are very pleased and appreciate their professionalism and timeliness.

Great knowledgeable staff, I was having issues with my system and noticed these guys were servicing a unit next door. I spoke with Niko about the issue I was having and he sent me one of the techs on-site Arturo. Both where very professional and attentive and Arturo was able to quickly give me some tips on what to do. I did what they told me to do and my unit is up and running g without any issues. I cannot say enough great things about this team. They were professional, very clean and RESPECTFUL of my home. When they came to install a Super V, they treated my home with the utmost care. Not only did they use covers to lay their equipment to protect my floors, walls and vents but they cleaned up after themselves. That meant a lot to me considering the many contractors that came and left messes or worked directly on my floors and home and didn’t bother or didn’t clean up.

I was having trouble with my home warranty; claimed they couldn’t find a local company to do the job. (my air conditioner had stopped working for 3 days) So, I called Diaz services and they immediately agreed.The owner himself took the initiative and called my home warranty himself to give his information. Diaz services fixed my air conditioner on the same day and did an excellent job. They even let me know what I needed to do to prevent my air going out in the future! I received a call from them not even 15 minutes later to set up an appointment. Gary, was very professional and very sweet. He worked hard to get my A/C to run properly again. He didn’t sugarcoat anything and was straight forward when letting me know how old and out dated my equipment was, and that if was subject to give out soon.Well, that’s just what happened a couple of days later. I had no problems with them coming back out to check the issue. After figuring out the compressor crapped out, they worked with my home warranty to get it resolved.Manny (the owner) called me to explain when the warranty company would take care of and he also gave me a few other options to work with. Wanted to give these guys a higher rating initially because I thought they might have done a good job servicing my HVAC in prep for the summer for a total of 1 grand. However, they failed to connect my heater properly after reinstalling everything after completely removing it and cleaning it. The first cold front of the fall and we are unable to turn on my heater because of them. I give them a call to let them know they improperly reinstalled my HVAC and the temperature of my home was dropping to the 50s. They took 3 days to come back! After they came back and connected everything correctly which only took about 5 minutes, the technician tried to blame someone else for “messing” with my appliances. I told him he was the last and only person to ever work on my HVAC. Even then he continued to argue with me! Needless to say, will not be calling these people back to service my AC.

Diaz Services really went far and beyond my expectations. I called the office on Tuesday afternoon because my AC was blowing warm air. I spoke with Renee and she promptly scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday morning. Aaron the technician showed up on time the next morning! He checked my unit, explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Great customer service. I love working with locally owned businesses.

From the lady taking calls to the technicians, low quality and unprofessional attitude. I scheduled a service and first of all the guys coming to my house use one of the spare filtes that I had, without asking. All other companies provide the filters when servicing the units. I had to call them several times to get my invoice. Then, they did a diagnostic on my unit and even that I called to get the repair done, they never get back to me to schedule the repair. I wont recommend them to anyone.

I want to thank Manny Diaz and his entire crew for the quality work they did on my parents home. My dad has been complaining for years about the swamp cooler on his roof and how it just can’t keep up with the El Paso HEAT. Diaz Services came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They installed a new refrigeration system and upgraded my fathers old, screw-in fuse panel by Federal Pacific, to a new reconfigured circuit panel. I have used Diaz Services for the last 3 season cycles. They have prepared my house for summer and for winter and they have been very good. I just had my house converted from summer to winter and Garry was my technician and he was THE BEST yet!! He was very thorough and when I asked questions he was able to answer them and give me an assurance that all is well. He checked my filters, checked for any gas leaks. We have a two story home and recently had an AC Refrigeration unit installed for both floors. After asking around and searching for references, we finally selected three companies to come and give us a quote for an AC Refrigeration install for our home (for both floors): Reliable Heating and Cooling, Frontera Refrigeration and Diaz Services, Inc. We called and asked for quotes from the three companies. Reliable was a bit too forward in their salesmanship; we asked for a quote, which we were given, but the sales rep wanted and pushed for an immediate contract signing which is something we were not prepared to do until we had a chance to discuss and review between ourselves all the quotes. This approach from Reliable was a complete turn off to us even though their quote was very reasonable. Frontera was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when the tech came to give us a quote and because of this we were inclined to go with them, but after reviewing and comparing the quotes from all three companies we felt their quote was a bit too high for our budget. Diaz Services was, also, very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when the rep came to give us a quote. We were impressed with the ease with which he went about sizing up our home for the proper refrigeration unit for both floors. He gladly answered any questions or concerns that we had about switching to a refrigeration unit install. After reviewing all three quotes, we decided to go with Diaz Services, Inc. The quote from Diaz was in the middle of the three quotes and very affordable and, once again, we were very impressed with the tech that came to our home to give us the quote. Once Diaz began the refrigeration install at our home, we were not disappointed. The crew that did the install was very polite, courteous, clean and professional. What I think impressed us the most was how very mindful and careful the crew was about our home, property and personal belongings as they went about with the install. After the install, the city inspector came to our home to inspect the units to make sure everything was done to city specs. The inspector found a minor flaw that needed to be taken care of before he would okay the install. When Diaz was informed of this, a tech was immediately sent to our home to take care of this flaw and afterwards the install passed the inspection with flying colors. Diaz Services did an exceptionally great job in replacing my two refrigeration units at my home. Within 24 hours of my call with both units down and temperatures in the 100 plus degrees Mr Diaz had us back on a very comfortable 72 degrees. His crew was very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. I received bids from 2 other companies. Diaz was not the cheapest nor the highest bid that I received. My evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and I received 4 or 5 different quotes for the job. Diaz services was able to give me a very competitive quote for the work and was able to work with some additional requests. They installed a mini split and converted the evaporative cooler to a new refrigerated air unit. They took extra care and had covid protocols in place. They made sure I understood the entire process as well as financing. Although it was a stressful situation, Mr. Diaz is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He made the entire process as seamless and stress free as it could be and I am so happy that I was referred to him by another happy customer. I will definitely use Diaz Services in the future.

I had some issues with my A/C not cooling a few weeks ago. I called Diaz services and they were able to fix a few issues. Technician Art and Maciel were very helpful, courteous and explained what was wrong with my unit. The AC is running smooth again and they will be my go to from now on.

I usually dont post or review about businesses just for the sole fact its their sole job to do a job that a customer requires, so why leave a review right? Well our AC system is an older system, around late 90s I believe. It was working but not really, it took alot of energy which cost me more money and the efficiency was not great since our house was never what I set our thermostat to. I called Diaz because I have gotten to know a couple of the technicians in the company and I got told to try them out so I said why not. I called on a Tuesday Afternoon and I thought Id be on a waiting list like everyone else. They told me Friday possibly but I had a technician come down Wednesday evening! I wasnt even prepared for the call, they called me said they were on the way if that was alright and I said of course! Our technician, or professional however you address them was a very kind man, I shouldve asked him but Ill post anyway because I was so impressed. His name was Mickel Carlson and I remember because I called him Micheal and he laughed and said its ok, I get that a lot. He was absolutely friendly and professional, he was timely and as youve noticed Im quite the chatter box but he listened to me talk almost the whole time while doing his job. So if he can do that, and he did an amazing job installing our new unit, I only give 100 percent to him and this company! I wouldnt write a review unless I was blown away and blown away I was!

Our evaporative cooler needed to be replaced and Mr. Ivan Casas from Diaz Services gave us an excellent price. He was very transparent with all the pricing and explained the entire process in detail so we would not be surprised by anything. We were only surprised by how fast they were able to get the job done. Mr. Ivan Casas was very friendly, professional, efficient and went far and beyond to satisfy all of our request. Even after the service was complete, Mr. Ivan Casas and Diaz Services have been very responsive with any question weve had. We are extremely happy with the service they have provided and our new units are still working great. I will keep recommending Diaz Services and will definitely keep using them in the future.

Been their Customer for right over a year since I had them install an Air Cool A/C. Had emergency work done this spring to my satisfaction well above my expectations, but boy they must be swimming in business because I asked the tech Gary to tell Mr. Diaz to give me a price for a new roof and a refrigerated air unit swap out and when he came back the next day to finish the job, he confirmed he had told Mr. Diaz of my request for pricing. I also mentioned it to Customer Service, Irene I believe her name is but not sure. Well, Mr. Diaz must have have so much business during this pandemic he has no time for new business. Any way, thats fine, there are billions of A/C & roofing entities here in El Paso. Maybe one of them might be willing to do business with me. I do know one thing, Diaz Services will not do my new roof & refrigerated air unit installation, but Ill continue to use them for miscellaneous side jobs till I no longer do.

I called this company on a Wednesday afternoon when my AC suddenly stopped working. After and being turned down by about 10 other companies because “they couldn’t service my AC if they weren’t the ones that installed it” or they were “full” for the day and they would not be able to come to my home for two to four days. This was during a heat wave of triple digit heat. I have a small child and an elderly mother living with me. This was an emergency and Emmanuel Diaz answered my call and even though they were already full for the day they made my house their last call after hours. They were very professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Greg and his team got my AC working in no time. They saved the day and I will be forever grateful for them going out of their way to help me in an emergency. We are currently renting and had a lot of questions about what we could to do to better our air flow as well as my options on financing (property management nor homeowner want to cover repair cost). The owner as well as the staff went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had. Over the span of a week I contacted the office multiple times and every time Valerie and Diana were very patient and courteous. The owner Manny even went out to my home and lent me his Thermal Flir camera for a day and came to pick it up the next day at my nephews basketball game! I couldnt recommend them more!

I had a cooling issue, house was getting almost 90 degrees. 03/09/2021In February my wall mounted heating unit stopped working. So I purchased another one then contacted Diaz Services to install it. After serveral visits to uninstall the old unit, and install the new one, they found that the gas line was antiquated, not up to code and required a new gas line. They do not provide that service but did direct me to call a professional that does. They honestly went above and beyond to help me. The owner even came by my house to review the situation and point me in the right direction. Great Customer Service. 👌____________________________________________________Today June 5th I noticed that my water line to my Evap. Cooler was leaking. After 2:00pm I called Diaz Services (who has worked on my system for a couple of years now) and spoke to their Office Rep. Diana about the leak. She was right on it, within 30 minutes or less Eric and Joe were ringing my door bell. They assessed the problem and made the repairs in less than 30 minutes. I had been suffering from the El Paso heat for years dealing with my evaporative cooler. I had been shopping around for a very long time trying to switch to central cooling. I FINALLY found a great company that was not only unbelievably helpful (something not common in El Paso) but incredibly informative. I obviously was unaware of the type of system my house required based on the square footage. Manny Diaz (the owner ) came out himself explained everything to detail that needed to be done. Everything he told me was what he followed through with. I ended up getting a split system that is keeping my house cooler than a cucumber! I am extremely satisfied and pleased with all the services they provided!! I would never recommend anyone other than them! They even gave a great warranty that no one was willing to give!!! Call them to get your house converted trust me you won’t regret it!!!

Ive had refrigerated air installed and serviced by Diaz services since 2014 and they have been responsive to any question or the scheduled maintenance every time. I havent had any major issue since the system was installed but Im confident because of their past record, that if I ever do, theyll respond promptly and professionally.

COMMUNITY WARNING MIRACLE! After have checked my Ac, this co. recommended replace the coil -around $1,200.00- cash or payments; even a generous advise they gave to get the coil in Juarez, except working on the side because of the relationship with the co. owner. Next day the miracle happened. Another company checked to confirm the diagnostic and nothing wrong was found! I feel $1,115 richer after the $85.00 fee I paid to this co.

In my home there are 2 disabled people. Diaz came out yesterday to turn on our air conditioner. Worked great until today. We got that special service for $240.00 that gives priority and WE NEEDED THEM TI COME IUT AGAIN for the air conditioner stopped working.. so much for priority service. If done right yesterday we would not be without air today and with a hospice patient z d a COPD/Emphysema patient we are having to SUFFER through this wind and dirt. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! 😡

Had this company turn on my cooler, they did exactly this without checking to see if maintenance is needed, like needing a water pump....as soon after they left, the cooler started leaking water like a river...stupid me for signing something in the young mans phone without seeing the document....nice gentleman but bad customer service...i felt like i just gave my money away....i will never ever call this company for service again. Now i have to pay someone else to come out to give service...Signed disatisfied customer

I was very nervous to call these guys, they only had one one review on yelp, which I use all the time. I called them and they came very quickly. They had originally quoted me $500 only if that was the worst case scenario, and best case wouldve been $150. It was very hard to get a hold of the owner and not one of the employees could tell me what the actual cost was going to be. I however did learn my lesson, I told them exactly what was wrong with my system but I asked them to come based on what I told them, instead of paying 80 dollars for them to come out and look. Talking to him he said he quoted me worst-case scenario 900, I specifically remember him saying that was only if both coils were taken out, which they were. It took me a week and a half to get ahold of him, and even then he insinuated that I was lying there is no way he would say 500. I asked several times why the price was so high when my coils were not removed and he would not answer me. I have learned a lesson, I will not be calling these guys again.

I dont normally leave a review but I have to say this. Mickel and Joel SAVED ME SO MUCH HEADACHE with my fathers home. Ive been trying to convince my father to switch from that old beat up swamp unit to something that works for years. I couldnt stand to see the man just dealing with the heat but I dont know enough about HVAC to really explain it to him. These two guys came out and actually explained it to my father in a way we could both understand! This people stole my money. They charged me over 400 dollars for a service that they did not provide. They also left a big hole in my kitchen wall. I called Mr. Diaz and he refused to fix the damage or refund the money. Do not trust this company.

Manny Diaz the owner came out personally to diagnose my hvac unit late in the evening on a Sunday he was very courteous professional and by the way he conducted himself I new right away I could trust that he was going to give me the best service and he didnt disappoint to say the least even though he wasnt able to repair my unit that day because of parts not being available he promised me that he would find the part and make me the priority on Monday morning and he did just that one of his technicians arrived at my door like promised and began to repair my unit which happened to be up in the attic small space and very hot but again the technician performed remarkably I will definitely be using Diaz service in the future Awesome Service Awesome People

Worst customer service they haven’t fixed my issue after 3 visits also they take forever to come back and fix the issues which wasn’t fixed. Oh and customer service forget it one day they will tell you something next day is completely different. Stay away from this place. The issue wasn’t fixed and your staff said to contact my warranty company they sent a different company that took care of the issue. You guys wouldn’t even send the report to the warranty company. Techs won’t even take time to check unit.
